So begins the MGWebworks blog.

I’ve been busy these past months working for my clients, so the web presence for my own business has taken a back burner. Now that I have finally put a website live, it’s time to practice what I preach…write a blog, engage in social media, apply the concepts of good seo and online marketing to my own business website.

My business is to help other small business people to succeed online. Toward that end I have a couple of  goals for this blog.

First and foremost, the goal of this blog is to provide useful information and guidance to my clients, and anyone else who may read these words. I want this blog to become a resource for small business owners in their endeavor to succeed online.

Another goal of this blog is to promote MGWebworks. I am a small business owner, and of course  I want to succeed. I take great comfort in the fact that my success is largely measured by the success of my clients.

So this blog should serve as an example for my clients. I want you to look at what I’m doing and think, “That’s what he’s been talking about! I can do that.”

Of course, this post is breaking all the SEO rules I constantly preach. There is no primary keyword, not enough text, no header tags, and at this poit I don’t even have a picture let alone a video. But all this things will come in future posts.
