We have a very engaging conference format. You can not come to this conference and not interact. You will be part of a team.

There will be about 6 teams with 2 Team Captains per team. One Team Captain that is knowledgeable in the area of (interaction) design, and one Team Captain that is knowledgeable in the area of (measurable) marketing. Aan de hand van praktijkvoorbeelden uit de automotive, recruitment, finance, recreatie en CE geeft Yuri van Geest van SPRXmobile een overzicht van de mogelijkheden van mobiele marketing.

&lt;br /&gt;Event Description: Communities zijn nu al jaren een hot topic. Second Life, Hyves, Facebook, Linkedin zijn de meest bekende communities. Er zijn echter zoveel meer communities die relevant zijn voor organisaties.

Communities zijn dan ook steeds vaker onderdeel van de strategie van organisaties, maar met wisselend succes. Een van de grote uitdagingen is het tot stand brengen van een dialoog tussen community en organisatie. Elke dialoog begint met luisteren. Wat leeft er? Waar heeft men het over? Hoe inzicht te verkrijgen en hoe te reageren? SocialStrategyTalk II gaat over de eerste stap van de dialoog: luisteren.

Programma 
De deuren gaan open om 15.30. Het programma begint om 16.00. 
Rond 19.00 zullen we afsluiten en begint de SocialStrategyTalk borrel.

De keynote spreker op deze SocialStrategyTalk is Younghee Jung van Nokia.

Als antropologe voor Nokia reist zij de wereld over om onderzoek te doen hoe Nokia designs aan kan laten sluiten op lokale communities. Met het project Nokia Open Studio betrekt Nokia mensen uit lokale communities bij het ontwerpen van nieuwe producten. Younghee zal spreken over de manier waarop en zal dit principe toepassen in de zaal.

Verder hebben we sprekers die ingaan op de praktijk. Hoe pak je het luisteren naar communities aan?

Deze sprekers zijn: 
Arie de Zeeuw, Head Corporate Affairs van Vodafone, over zijn ervaringen met webconversaties over het merk Vodafone.

Pim Betist, oprichter van Sellaband, over de rol van communities in nieuwe businessmodels en zijn deal met Amazon.

Dirk Kronemeyer, Vice President Business Innovation van KLM over community led innovation.

Brands are conversations

To paraphrase Wenda Harris Millard, Chair of the IAB, we must not trade our brands like pork bellies.
