Yesterday we had a simple Thanksgiving feast at home. Just the five of us for a change, no visitors. The turkey was smaller than usual, but one of the best we ever cooked. There are so many good wines on the market, that you should not waste your time on this manufactured hype. Cal beat Stanford in the 1993 Big Game. The final score was 45-17. Cal went on to the Alamo Bowl, where they beat Iowa, 37-3. The Big Game was on Saturday (of course), November 20, 1993. According to Wired News, the library is scheduled to open tomorrow, but it seems to be up and running today.

I went to check out the site and was disappointed with what I found. It's a bit hard to believe that it has been 20 years since I was sitting in Memorial Stadium, along with thousands of other Cal Bear fans, watching the most exciting ending to an NCAA football game in history. On Saturday November 23rd, Cal meets Stanford and the rivalry continues.
