I have to say, I’m really enjoying this whole teabag thing. It’s really inspiring some excellent daydreaming. For one thing, it’s brought together the words teabag and Michelle Malkin for me in a very powerful, thrilling sort of way. Not that I haven’t ever put those two concepts together before, but this is the first time it’s happened while in the process of reading her actual columns.

Previously Michelle Malkin’s writing was on the edge of unreadable; she’s sort of like Ann Coulter, only without that tiny fraction of P.T. Barnum/Mick Jagger-esque self-promotional flair that makes Coulter at least vaguely interesting. When you read Ann Coulter, you know you’re reading someone who would fuck a hippopotamus if she thought it would boost her Q rating. That’s a rare quality and it commands one’s attention.

Michelle Malkin doesn’t have that. She’s just a mean little dunce who’s wedged herself into a nicely paying career as a GOP spokesclown, and she’s going to ride that gig for as long as it keeps gas in her minivan.

And that’s fine, good for her. But that doesn’t make her readable. However, this move of hers to spearhead the teabag movement really adds an element to her writing that wasn’t there before. Now when I read her stuff, I imagine her narrating her text, book-on-tape style, with a big, hairy set of balls in her mouth. It vastly improves her prose.

Savage Sues Napolitano Over DHS Report

Obviously this has been the week of the Neo Cons; party affiliation unimportant. I tuned into Michael Savage to get his take on Wednesday's Klan rallies and he goes on and on about Napolitano and her report on Right Wing Extremists. Savage then explains his lawsuit filed on his behalf by the Thomas More Law Center of Ann Arbor, Mich., He claims that it violates his first and fifth amendment rights and that it is an abomination to subject a good god fearing tax paying white American to the same racial profiling and civil liberties violations they have enforced for years.

"It is a civil rights action brought under the First and Fifth Amendments to the United States Constitution, challenging the policy, practice, and custom of the United States Government that targets for disfavored treatment those individuals and groups that are considered to be 'rightwing extremists,'" Savage says.

It is extremely comical to see the new "You People" squirm over the one inalienable right they have been slowly losing over the years, Privilege.... Their biggest fears are becoming a reality. Their majority population status has become increasingly diluted by the influx of immigrant Latinos. Our President is black and the recession has made many Americans equally poor.

I am going to do more research into the DHS report; until then I leave you with this excerpt:

"Rightwing extremists are increasingly galvanized by these concerns and leverage them as drivers for recruitment. From the 2008 election timeframe to the present, rightwing extremists have capitalized on related racial and political prejudices in expanded propaganda campaigns, thereby reaching out to a wider audience of potential sympathizers."

Sounds like talk radio and Fox News to me????

I am not exactly sure of what to make of this story and why it is news worthy other than the fact that George Obama has a very famous brother. As I read and studied reports on George, it seems that he has led a very common life for a Kenyan. What disturbs me the most is the estranged relationship between his brother and he. President Obama himself admits to the pain experienced in meeting George due to the circumstances created by his father. Why now is he publicly responsible for the actions of his estranged half siblings?

A new radio ad blasting Senate Republicans for voting in line with Limbaugh rhetoric has gone out today reaching listeners in Philly and Reno. I read the article on CNN and found it to be funny that even after the inevitable has happened in this country that hardline Republicans are still pushing their racist rants. I know I will be inundated with email establishing the fact that I am over sensitized for calling every attack against President Barack "Racist", but the truth of the matter is the old dog wont die. It is very scary that she is saying that she works and volunteers for the McCain office in Burnsville. I wonder if the McCain camp has seen this video?
