Today, Tagvillage has announced that this week, they will roll out Tagvertising. Tagvertising is a program in Tagvillage where a member earns when his tag is used in advertisement and this ad has been clicked. The member will earn 20% commission for every profit that Tagvillage get through ad placement. This is the reason why members do tag trading, and this is the reason why I joined Tagvillage. Tagvertising is the totally passive income earner specially if you own a large pool of tags, really good tags.

I checked my tags today and I think I have some really good tags for Tagvertising. I'll wait for few days after the Tagvertising rolls out, and if the income is good, I'll buy more quality tags.

New Changes in Clixsense

If you are a premium member of Clixsense or an advertiser in Clixgrid, you will definitely be affected with the new changes that Clixsense is going to have starting February 1st. According to the email Clixsense has sent to their members, the following changes will take effect:

The price of a ClixGrid ad will go from $15.00 to $17.00.
The price of a Premium upgrade will go from $14.95 to $17.00
The price of a 2-year Premium upgrade will go from $26.95 to $30.00

Though the prices will go up, Clixsense compensate the increase with increase on referral sign-up from 0.25 to 0.50, and more Clixgrid prizes. The reasons Clixsense gave for increasing the prices of Clixgrid ad and premium upgrades were the increase of clicks in Clixgrid and their lose in giving guaranteed 4 premium ads plus other expenses.

I think the changes will not dramatically affect members specially those who are clicking ads daily and have many referrals, but not me. I still have until November before my premium membership will expire, and I'm also still about to see how long before I can recover the premium membership fee. I'm not really good in looking for referrals, much more premium ones, thanks to Clixsense Team Philippines, at least I got several referrals up to level 5 now. Actually, these referrals were the only reason why I renewed my premium membership since I don't want them to go to waste. Well then, I'll just wait if these referrals will continue, if not, I may have to say bye-bye to Clixsense in November.

Doubled My Money in TagVillage Before 2011 Ends

Pardon me if my blog is mostly of TagVillage, it is because I am quite lazy for the past few months to try other online earning sites, maybe because mostly are scam and waste of time. Pardon me again for blogging about TagVillage today, as if yesterday's post is not enough, but I just want to post this year's last payment proof from TagVillage that I got.

Last November, TagVillage had a credit promo where you get 1 free credit for every credit you purchased, so I bought some credits and got double. I immediately requested a cash out after purchasing, and although it will take a month before the payout is released, you will never get a good opportunity to double your money in a months time without a risk, not even in a bank. So, below is the payment proof for the payout I requested last November.

Currently, TagVillage has another credit promo where you'll get 1 free credit for every 2 credits you buy. I just purchased some credits last week and will request a payout before the request cut off, that's before January 20th since payout request cut off is every 20th of the month, and you'll receive your payout on the next 20th of the month. Tagvillage Publisher Beta Testing

Tag trading is not the only way to earn in Tagvillage, although tag trading was the first way introduced, tag bazaar and items bazaar were added. This coming new year, Tagvillage has also announced the beta testing for publisher. I applied as a publisher for Tagvillage for this blog, and I just added the meta tag in my blog's code.

So far, the testing has not started yet, and based from the email I received from the TV admin, Publisher Beta will start on January. The application for publisher tester is on going on TagVillage site, so if you have a website and want to be one of the first publishers for TagVillage, just visit the site and and write the admin an email.

When you apply as a publisher beta tester, you'll receive an email with an instruction. You'll need to tweak a little bit your blog to add the meta code and your chosen 10 tags. Also, there will be "Tag-UR-it!" widget, a unique software application that will give you, the website publisher, an opportunity to control the exact Tags advertisers target on your page as well as how your site is indexed, ranked, and exposed to people using the tagvillage website, search engine, and social network.

I don't have the widget yet and I still need to clarify where to get this widget. Will be back once I have answer to this. So, for now, just visit the TagVillage site and check out if you'll be interested to join your website as a Publisher beta tester, anyways, it's good to be the ones to try it first, right?

Spam and Spam

Who doesn't like spam, specially on Christmas? You can just slice and fry and tastes delicious too. Though I'm not talking about the canned spam which every Americans and most Filipinos love, but the spam mails that I receive every day in my inbox and spam box.

I hate to waste my time every day, checking my inbox and deleting spam mails. Though it takes only few seconds to delete them, but just try to calculate how many seconds every year I spent just for deleting spam mails. I receive different types of spam mails, from invitations to join online earning sites, to letters of bequeathing me millions, to fake bank security updates, and friends or non-friends' invites to join social network sites.

I wonder whether there are still people out there who are falling prey to these spam mails, to not only waste their time but also to lose their money. Sometimes, I want to teach lesson to these spammers and though I have thought of some ways to do it, I don't think I have spare time to waste on these people.

My wish on Christmas is to have my inbox free of spam mails forever. Hmm... I don't think Santa can do that. Just a wishful thinking... what's yours?

When I say you can make money by blogging, that means you can really be paid to blog about something. To Renew or Not

Recently, I am facing a dilemma whether to renew my premium membership in Clixsense. It will be soon expired and though I was able to earn back my membership fee plus more, I am thinking to stop clicking PTCs.

As of the moment, I don't have any PTC activities aside from Clixsense since I think clicking is a waste of time specially in other PTC sites where the pay is very low. With the past changes happened in all PTCs, I lost my enthusiasm of clicking everyday.

Unlike in other PTCs which I were member, Clixsense is the only one where I am a premium member and have 2 premium referrals in level one and another 2 on level two., the benefit I got for being a member of Clixsense Team Philippines. I'm still calculating if I will still be earning if I don't renew. Another reason that keep me from renewing is the increase in the membership fee. I'm not sure how long before I would be able to earn it back since I only get 4 regular ads and most of the ads are the cheap 0.001 cent, which I don't click since it's a waste of time.

I still have few days to think it over and maybe before my premium account expires, I would be able to come up with a firm decision.

How to Win in TagVillage Bazaar

I would like to share the strategy that I use and other Tag Village members use in bidding for items in TagVillage Bazaar. Although I still didn't have luck of winning an item, sometimes due to slow internet connection or sometimes improper timing in bidding, but I think some of these tips will help new bidders.

1. Get fast internet connection. Bidding is real time so make sure your page refreshes fast to get the real timer from the TV site.

2. Get enough amount of credit. One of my mistakes was being a cheap-o, so when I almost won the bid, I didn't have enough credit to bid.

3. Bid once before the bidding closes to new bidders.

4. Wait for the amount to reach almost 0.10 before placing your second bid. The timer in this amount is the crucial ones because this is the time that bidders place their bids trying to be the last bidder.

As I repeat, this tips are not a sure way to win items in TagVillage Bazaar, but only to help you start your strategy in placing your bids. Happy bidding!

TagVillage has started its Bazaar for real Items now aside from the popular Tags that are up for bids. What great about the Bazaar in TagVillage is that you can really win an item for as low as 1 bid (50 cents). In the earlier release of the TV Bazaar, only expensive Tags are up for auction but now real items, from gift cards to any online store to home appliances and others, are for bidding too.

I'm quite excited about the TagVillage Bazaar for Items since Christmas is coming and I am needing of gift cards for shopping. I hope I'll win some gift cards since if you know the proper timing and strategy, you could easily be the last bidder and bring home the item. I'm crossing my fingers :)

CMFAds is Closing

I'm surprised to see an announcement in CMFAds today when I logged in. CMFAds is closing on October 30! This is not a good news for a blogger like me who advertise there for free. Just like Adgitize, CMFAds members are bloggers who earn through clicking Firework ads and Spikes and also who advertise through the network ads. The reasons given why the site is closing are that there are lesser money coming in and lesser online activity by the members. This is inevitable specially when the life of the site depends on the members' activities and advertisements. Though the closure will take effect on October 30, some of the features and activities will cease before that, so if you are a member of CMFAds, it's better to visit the site and read the announcement.

More Tasks at CloudCrowd

I've been passive in CloudCrowd for several months as the tasks available had become more difficult and I got frustrated with incorrect reviews of my tasks which I thought had been a waste of my time. I dislike writing tasks in CloudCrowd because I think they are priced cheaply. So, I only do tasks which are for no-brainer, well, sometimes, I just don't like to think much because if I do, I'll just reserve those for my blogs.

Recently, I received an email from CloudCrowd informing me of new tasks available which are actually simple to do. I tried several tasks and they're really quite easy to do. Since I didn't have much free time last week, I only finished several couples of tasks and received the payment the next day. Maybe this week I'll get some free time, then I'll try to do more.

No More Adgitize

I'm sad to say that this August payment sent by Adgitize would be my last. Although advertising in Adgitize brings constant pageviews and visitors to my blogs, however the effort and time spent on trying to gain back the advertising costs are just too much for me.

One month advertising costs $14 and to earn back that amount, I need to visit 51 blogs and click one of the adgi ads. Aside from that, I also need to post at least one article in my blog to earn the 100 points every day. These past few months, I've been kind of busy that I seldom do these tasks. I often miss posting in my blogs, as well as adgitizing. The last time that I advertise, I was not able to earn back the amount, so last month, I tried not to buy an ad in Adgitize at all. I monitored the traffic of my blog and I am happy to say that the bounce rate improved and though the pageviews is lesser, but they all came from search engines.

After seeing the result, I decided to withdraw the remaining money I have from Adgitize and remove the Adgitize widgets from my blogs and decided to upgrade my membership in Nuffnang to Glitterati. I've been an advertiser and publisher of Adgitize for one year and I am thankful for it, it was a good decision and Adgitize helped my blogs reach PR2. Now, I think that my blogs have enough posts to gain visits from search engines. And one thing that I learned from Adgitize, write posts everyday, and I'll try to do it.

How to Teach Kids about Credit

One common cause of credit card trouble is the lack of awareness how credit card bills can easily pile up. But learning from a bitter experience can be good as you can teach this to your kids. Teaching your children how to use and treat a credit card wisely will depend on you.

Telling children to keep away from credit is not the best way to teach them how to use a credit card effectively. Nowadays, a credit card is no longer a luxury but is an essential tool such as a car or cell phone. It is like a weapon your child can use in battle. Hence, it is imperative that parents must teach their children how to use a credit card wisely.

Giving your children a credit card while they are in high school or college can help them understand its basics. Although you can pay bills for school such as books, it is a good way for them to learn how to keep track of what they have spent. A legacy you can pass is by give the credit card in your child’s name so they will learn to build up good credit rating.

However, teach your children how to use their credit card wisely. Give a credit card with a set limit and don’t allow it to go up. And should they can’t buy lunch and go hungry, this will teach them how to treat and use their credit card better.

Tag trading is definitely has brought my trading skills in me, and with TagVillage, it is much safer and less riskier than trading in stock market. Though trading tags has lesser profit than trading in stock market, I like the additional ways to earn in TagVillage. With the addition of Bazaar recently, TagVillage was brought Tag trading into a new level. I'm still waiting for the advertising program, which I believe will be the ultimate profit maker in TagVillage once it's started.

After bombarding him questions in Facebook group page, TagVillage-r's, about the TagVillage Bazaar, a fellow TagVillager, Vince Huff, has come up with a simplified explanation on how TagVillage Bazaar works for the seller, bidder, and seller's and bidder's sponsors, which really explains on what to expect when putting the tag in an auction and bidding.

Here is some info about 'Tag' auctions in the Bazaar:

The Seller:
The seller can auction their tags of $50+ in value and they will receive the same price as they would have received in the normal tag trading arena.
For example: you own a $55.20 tag then you will receive $63.48 only as you normally would in the tag trading when it sells. The buyer would be paying $71.76. If it does not sell due to the timer expiring before the Target Price is met then you do not lose any money & keep the tag and its original value of $55.20 and all bidders receive their bids back.

The Sellers Referrer:
Your sponsor will also receive activity point commission for the sale of your tag and the bids placed in a auction.

The Buyer:
This will be decided by the auction process, as being the final bidder when the final 30 second timer restart hits 0. They will pay no less than the posted 'Target Price' this is the lowest possible amount. Then all bids made after the 'Target Price' is met till the last 30 second timer restart will be counted as $0.01 additions to the price the winner needs to pay.
For example if the above tag of $55.20 was won, then the 'Target Price' would be $1.44 bottom possible amount to pay. Then if the timer restarts 6 times. & 2 bidders clicked twice each time, that would be 24 bids. Then the new price would be $1.68 that the winner would have to pay in total.

So you can see the final paying price can differ a lot every auction depending on the amount of bidders, the amount of times each bidder bids and how many times the 30 second timer restarts. When you accept to pay for this tag the new price will be determined from the final price you had to pay & the amount of bids you bid in the auction to win it. if you bid more, then the tags resale value will be more when you've paid for the winning auction tag. It will also go straight onto the regular tag trading arena at the calculated price instantly once its paid. You can choose to wait and take up to 48 hours to pay or buy it now or to forfeit the tag from the options box.

The buyers referrer:
Your sponsor will receive activity point commission for your bids placed in a auction. They will eventually get commission on that tag if it sells?

Losing auction bidders:
They will all share in a special Activity Point pool for that auction. The amount will be split calculated on the amount of bids you placed in the auction compared to all other losing bidders.

A Look at TagVillage Bazaar

Being a member of TagVillage, I was one of the members who were anticipating of the Top Secret Project, which was the TagVillage Bazaar. If you are wondering what the Bazaar is, it is like other bargain sites like Groupon, the only difference is that you can get a bargain as low as $0.10.

TagVillage Bazaar has just recently launched and for the mean time, real items are not yet available, although auction and bidding has started several days ago for the high-priced tags. For a tag trader who has unsellable high-priced tag, like me, putting them in the auction is a good idea, however, as a bidder, I still have to top up my bid credit to win some tags. We'll still have yet to see how far the TV Bazaar will fare.

It is a great feeling of being able to advertise your blog for free and at the same time cash out some bucks. CMF Ads has just sent $8 to my Paypal. I have been a member of CMF Ads and I linked my two blogs there which from time to time, I advertise through spikes, fireworks, and campaign.

I normally do not withdraw my earnings in CMF Ads as I just use them to buy spikes and campaign ads, but last month, I think a cash out would be good, so I requested to cash out some of my earnings and left some to buy some spikes later.
