EDC (Energy Development Corporation) had been one of the heavyweights last year due to the various expansion projects within and outside of the Philippines.

Recently its price drop again to the 5.50 level brought about by the news from Bacman's non-operation. A report from bworldonline.com says that Bacman is expected to operate this year.

Was
checking my portfolio and I just noticed that my CEB is now in the green area.

Been
watching this stock with the hopes that it will get back on track after a

and new flights might bring it back in the black.

Below
is the price chart of CEB and a noticeable spike was seen in yesterday's trading:

Been holding PSE(Philippine Stock Exchange) for sometime now hoping to make dividend play but last 2011 has been a bumpy ride.

Looking at its chart it seems it will start to go up. Seen a hammer just recently and it looks like it will push PSE's price up but volume is still low.

Also PSEi has been trending up reaching the 4500 level... will 2012 be really the year for the Philippine Stock

The Philippines is one of the countries who rely on overseas
worker remittances to fuel its economy. I am an OFW myself and it is true that
working abroad gives one a better chance at having a better life due to the
bigger pay. In addition, with that, most people look at an OFW as rich but in reality,
the foreign exchange rate makes the difference

As per PSE's estimates only 1% of

If you live in the US would like to greet you a Happy Thanksgiving!

After Thanksgiving is what they call Black Friday.

Now what does this mean those in the stock market?

This is the start of the Sale Season for retail stores in the US and also some places around the world that in a way has followed the tradition to really give a hefty discount

At times it seems that no matter what you do or how much you earn it seems it is not enough.Probably you earn a lot as a small business owner or you have a high paying job but it seems that the earnings you get seem not enough to cover your daily needs thus you resort to borrowing and in time you find yourself in debt. It is so embarrassing

Do you think I am crazy?Sorry to ask you that. I know with that question you did think I am already turning crazy but who would not in this time of economic turmoil. The daily banners in Bloomberg.com has become depressing. One day it gives you joy and hope that the Debt crisis in the European Union will soon end and the world will be happy but again there is the bad news budding.

If you know about Unionbank's Eon Cards Cashsense Visa works basically the same. It is also a product of Unionbank that works like a Visa. So you can use such to make purchases online, receive remittance and withdraw the money to affiliated ATM, or better yet use it to get verified in Paypal and use it
