Its combination of very good price to buy, short covering and news, that Robin Hood extended trading instruments and trading hours.

I still hold all of my positions and still believe in another run up. My goal is around 25 – 35$ per share, depends on market situation.

i would like to make short update at my positions on Robin Hood stock, yesterday i decided to buy another 600 shares at these prices:

Actual profits/loss are in currency Czech krona.

Right now i own more than 1 600 shares and im big believer in this company.

1. Its great company in field, which will be more and more needed in future
2. Great CEO, Liza Su
3. The price is very good, 52 weeks high is 164.46$, actual price just around 112.48$.
4. Its like fresh air in the CPU/GPU industry. (beats Intel in my point of view)
5. Produce not only CPU, but GPU as well
6. Great in Cloud industry
7. Needed in cars (self driving)

Investment detail:

Entry price: 112.48$

Exit price: In range 160 – 200$, i will update once i will close my position.

In recent months are markets little bit volatile thanks to many uncertainity in global scale, but i think that in these times best investment/trade opportunitis comes, so you should not be scary, prepare yourself for action and invest properly.

One of my favorite company for investment is AMD, because Lisa Su is great CEO, she know what to do and have great vision. What i see in future is that cloud computing will be more and more important for all of us. For example medicine in future will be more pacient (DNA oriented), so each of us can have special care based on our own DNA, that means, that you will need super computer power to prepare medicine for each of us. Yes, it will cost some money, but health and healthcare is space, where nobody want to save it and it give us extra quality in life plus longer life.

Google cloud is my favorite service, personally i use Google cloud instance to run this wordpress blog.

What i love about it, is that it is scalable just in two clicks and i pay just for what i setup.

For example, right now i dont need extra powerful setup, because this blog have around 1000 unique visitors per month, so basic E2micro setup is enought for me and cost effective as well.

On another hand, next month i plan to make ads campaing, where i plan to increase visitors to 20 000 in that month, so it will need more power as well. With google cloud it is not problem, simply i will increase 16 – 64 times instance in just 5 minute. So i dont have to think about compromises what kind/time of hosting can i or should i use to deliver best possible experience for my followers.

Why is this news so important for AMD in near term/future?

Server/Cloud business grow really fast and its space, where is best margin, because server/cloud CPUs are really powerfull and expensive. For example 64 cores/128 threads epyc processor can cost up to 15 000$, on another hand CPU for simple PC cost around 100$ – 300$, so one Epyc CPU can deliver up to 150x time more profit per CPU than PC. Plus Google is very big player in this field, like Microsoft and its cloud service Azure cloud.

I saw today some selling and AMD, but dont worry, its just fear selling and investment into AMD is real deal for me. I personally see, that price of AMD can be more than 500$ per share in ten years.

i got several emails from you, you just asked when will come new post.

As you might know, this is not my core business project, i do it in my free time, so time to time this blog will be some time without any new news. I think that its good filter. Because i believe, that if you like informations, which i share, that you will follow even if i will not post for some time.

Last weeks market was little bit volatile and you could see for yourself why i advice to you to make investments withou any leverage, because the question is not if you will some day your investment/speculation, but when.

(If you was lucky enought to read book: Black swan from Nicholas Taleb, you know what im talking about)

So right now we have opened 5 positions and this is update:

1. RobinHood open: 15.17$ current: 15.18$ diff: + 0.06%
2. RobinHood put, its option i will check price later at open market (reason why i willl explain in one of next blog post)
3. Rivian open: 63.70$ current: 60.87$ diff: – 4.44%
4. RobinHood open: 13.45$ current: 15.18$ diff: + 12.86%
5. Bitcoin open: 35 487$ current: 40 590$ diff: + 14.37%

Current profit/loss: +22.85%, per position average: +4.57% .. with no leverage.

Dont think, that i not use leverage, time to time i have trading series with leverage, but i understand that is not investment, its speculation. Speculation is not good or bad, its just type of game, which you can play at market. And time to time it can be profitable. But in reality, for most of the traders/investors is not suitable and good. For myself i use it time to time just for special trading series with exact rules, for example, when i see very good opportunity with very limit downside, but great upside. Or in times when i know, that probability that the stock will go down is very low, but upside potencial is great. Or in trading series, where my goal is to make x times account or 1/x time account (lets say something or nothing) This type of trades/speculation i will explain in some of another blog post.

One of the best advantage of investing is, that most of the time you can go sleep without stress, that during your sleep something will happen and your stop loss with be hitted, because if you dont you leverage you have just one stop loss .. its when the company will bancrupt. It can happen, i will not say that it cannot happen, but if you will choose properly, probability of such even is sometimes 100 times lower than if you will use leverage with stop loss. Dont forget what one of the greatest investor (Warren Buffet) said, i have two rules, first one is dont loose and second one is dont forget at rule number one.

i follow bitcoin for allmost 7 years, from my begining it was very profitable.

Be carefull, its very volatile, so i trade it without leverage most of the time.

My target is around 60 – 70k$ as swing trade.

My idea is to buy it, hold it for higher price and if the price will go lower, i will buy more.

I never take short position at bitcoin. At last week i shared several tips, its just begining, at average i would like to share 6 – 12 trade ideas. Its totaly for free and i will be happy, if you become more profitable or it will show the way how to think about market.
