Good Evening Everyone,

I have recently been testing and back testing and again testing new, conservative, profit producing strategies in a market that is as unpredictable as my youngest kid's soccer games. Although he can kick the ball very far, we are not always so sure which direction it will go, however my oldest child kicks the ball not quiet so hard but it is very precise....and so there goes the best investment metaphor I can come up with tonight, it doesn't help that I picked them up from practice this afternoon after a great day of mining for and finding terrific nuggets of gold in the market.

Today's market of recent is an example of the apathy, lack of enthusiasm or just plain fear in the investment world as a whole. Real Estate folks are gloomy, financial market folks are gloomy, lenders are paranoid and gloomy, the media is incessantly gloomy, none of this matters if you are watching the ball and paying attention to the signals----yes, that is another sports metaphor, lousy as it may be. Back to paying attention, it is imperative to find someone you can trust and work with who is paying attention and then pay attention to your investments yourself. Setting reasonable goals for performance over a specified period of time working hand in hand with a pre-determined strategy that will be followed until it stops working and then "throwing in" a contingency plan if the world goes against you..........my gosh this sounds like, dare I say...a HomeRun!!! Okay okay, no more metaphors or sarcasm.

For those of you whom are currently enjoying the high quality services and investment strategies I have come up with I thank you for your loyalty and referrals, they are coming in strong---both your returns and your referrals---So Thank You!!

For those of you not yet "on the bus" or "playing ball" or in "the winner's circle" (there I go again).....Please "step up your game" and challenge yourself to open up a conversation with me to discuss and challenge the way things used to be. There are different ways to invest and keep your investments safe for your families future. I am constantly looking for new ways to create returns and improve on current positions for your future financial well being.

I hope you are all well and I look forward to many future successes.

Well, this seems like the September to Remember rather than the September Tremors (I tried).... Here we sit again toward the top of this range that has persisted for the last several months and we appear to be going higher for the time being. The elections are getting closer and may offer some clarity to our future (or simply grid-lock--either way the market likes it), currency confusion and disruption in Asia are pushing the US Dollar lower thus boosting US stock prices. For the immediate term I am pleased with the continue push higher in equities, it is what we have been calling for near term. I have also been putting less capital to work as the markets have climbed higher and I have been eyeing other opportunities so as to not be too Bullish.

While the indices continue to climb higher it might appear that everyone is earning higher returns and you would be correct if you were properly invested. I recently looked at specific performance within my management and compared it to similar mutual fund holdings. First you must understand the difference, so: (indulge me if you are already a client and understand)

Mutual funds and other passive type investment vehicles move very closely in relation to the benchmark indices, such as the DOW or the S&P 500, therefore when the market goes up 40% so do your portfolios. Unfortunately that is what happens on the way down as well--2008--enough said.

I have been using strategies of investing that use a blend of investment types designed to reduce expenses, increase returns, and add no additional risk to the portfolio---actually reducing the risk. This is simply achieved through due diligence, proper management and plain old hard work.

The portfolios that I manage have on average a 7% higher return than traditional mutual fund portfolios without adding more risk. This is simply taking advantage of the tools at my disposal.

It turns out that simply "buy and hold" the way we were all taught is not the answer in today's market or over the last ten years for that matter (lost decade). I have a long term outlook that uses simple, conservative, comprehensive strategies in order to create profit centers as well as long term wealth creation.

I simply:
                         > Reduce traditional costs

                         > Increase returns

                         > Mitigate and Reduce Risk

Oh, I also spend a great deal of time with you to determine the proper strategies that compliment all of your personal and business goals.

Last but not least I have had many businesses with a desire to get a much needed return on their cyclical cash in the short term and I have found an ultra-low risk place, earning significantly more than the bank is paying and all very liquid with a long track record of zero negative returns.

Hope this is helpful, and please do not hesitate to contact me for a personal meeting.

Best wishes,

The last news letter was titled something like "a hot summer for investors" and for the most part it has been fruitful. We have all experienced a little volatility as we went through a very difficult August. We have turned the page with a boom and are now into September, the month that is traditionally one of the most challenging, but there are so many factors to consider that this is no ordinary September. We are up against an election that contains divisions on all aspects, we are up against constant un-employment issues and the "FEAR" I can cut with a knife. Well I am here to tell you, as most of you know, that it is times like these that offer the most opportunity, but it is difficult to find the opportunity and the success all in the same place at the same time. Many times over the years I have had plenty of capital and no opportunity or the very opposite, many opportunities and little capital. The ever changing strategies that I have been implementing within the financial markets of late have proven that there is a place for capital during even the most challenging times.

Going forward this year, we should initially expect continued indecision and a lack of clarity as to where this country is heading. The tax and health care implications, the upcoming elections and all the global political issues will start to become more clear and with clarity we will see growth and with growth we will again see prosperity. These things translated into financial markets equal the same incredible opportunity I spoke about above. The financial markets are going to like the new found clarity or at least the new found grid-lock that provides a sense of clarity. This is where we will capitalize on new found opportunity in the short term, but you have to start buiding those opportunities before they become apparent and ultimately profitable over the long term. This is the same concept for every investment you will or have ever participate in, you must have a plan, you must implement that plan and in the end you must monitor performance and absolutely be flexible in order to take advantage of an ever changing, global market place.

Times like these take courage, determination and conviction and we all must follow the path we see most fit for our families. I hope that the few simple words of this newsletter offer some encouragement and confidence to explore the power of intelligent investing as I have.

I invite all of you to a confidential meeting to review your current plan and then to discuss new and better plans for the future.

Sincerely,

I am writing tonight to discuss new and innovative strategies as well as announcing some terrific results for the many of you whom are currently invested with me.

I am just back from the Innovative Alternative Strategies Conference in Chicago, where I was asked to participate in sharing my creative and innovative strategies to a host of investment professionals as well as those eager to find new and successful ways of earning safe, consistent returns over the long, medium and short term. Well, this was one of the most successful and fascinating conferences that I have ever attended. I spent four intense days both teaching as well as learning from top investment strategists worldwide, I will list them at the end of this news letter.

I learned many things or should I say received additional confirmation that my strategies really do work on my recent trip. Here it is:

1. Research, Research, Research!!
2. Develop a Plan
3. Test The Plan
4. Implement and Execute the Plan
5. Constantly Review the Performance of the plan
and most important, if the performance is Lacking.....

6. Go Back to Number 1.

How boring you may say, but if consistent returns are boring then sign me up.

Today's market is more prone to big moves for irrational reasons than ever before and requires the diligent eye of an experienced and dedicated investment professional who takes the time to watch news, market valuation and all the other global and international economies and markets. The notion of buy and hold simply does not work but does not mean that I do not have a long term outlook, because I do. The new long term outlook requires a commitment to excellence from your investment professional, not just the status quo of buy a mutual fund and hope the market goes up. I must implement strategies that take advatage of moves higher and protect vigorously, or better yet profit, when markets decline. I execute these strategies for all of my clients with much success and satisfaction, the best reflection of my success is most reflected in my rate of referral, nearly three referrals per current client----Thank You!

Now on to the most recent results for the second quarter including July. I am pleased to announce significant gains over the above referenced time period for all of my current clients. I sit today without one client in the red and most of them well into double digit returns for the last four months. These gains are largely due to the patient building of positions in high quality companies, collecting those dividends and collecting the option premium from speculators in the marketplace. You all might get tired of the same old strategy but I promise you will not get tired of opening your statement to see incremental and consistent gains. This process is definitely a marathon and not a sprint, although the returns that we are experiencing might look like a sprint compared to what you are currently seeing in your quarterly statements, they are simply the product of constant re-evaluation and performance review that allow me to out-perform other wealth managers.

My goal is to help others achieve and then manage wealth, whatever wealth is to you. I am dedicated to the services that I provide and I encourage you all to contact me for a private, confidential meeting to discuss your individual situation. There is something for everyone, well almost everyone.

Hope you all have a great week and I look forward to meeting with you soon.

Best Regards,

I am writing tonight, after a very long day and evening, to spell out the actual method for investment success in today's market. Most of you know that the strategy of old has not worked over the last ten years. This is the "buy and hold" method that has yielded absolutely no return, this period has been most recently dubbed the "Lost Decade". I had a long conversation with a friend of mine tonight who inspired me to actually spell out the strategy (she is also a client who has been successfully taking advantage of this strategy and opened her quarterly statement today). I will start by telling you that I began the search for a successful strategy while facing incredible adversity and challenge in the market place and ultimately finding opportunity in the face of all that incredible volatility and fear we all faced. I simply realized that there is no way to successfully predict the irrational market moves and that there are ways that do not require a successful prediction in order to build successful positions that yield financial profits. Said in short "remove the things you cannot control and take advantage of those that you can".

Thing I cannot control:
1. The Market

Things I Can Control:

1. Picking high quality companies.
2. Picking inexpensive companies, due to general market declines.
3. Picking companies with long track records.
4. Picking consistently high dividend companies.

Bottom line is Research and Patience, they both pay well as with any business.

I very simply have taken advantage of very high quality companies at incredible discounts and collected their dividends and option premiums all the while increasing our positions as the price becomes lower and lower.

Today we saw another unpredictable move to the upside this time, but because I have been extremely diligent and conservative and have taken all the guess work out by collecting the dividends and premiums a move like this today, only 3% higher have moved most of my clients positions into the green after a 14% decline in the S&P 500 over the last month and a half, that is the power of taking advantage of hand picked, well researched, high quality blue chip stocks, coupled with an investment advisor, me, who puts in the time to implement and execute the recommendations I identify.

The world we live in today is difficult to predict, so the more guess work that I can take out the better. This strategy works in concert with a medley of other high yield strategies over a period of time that is very individual, but this conservative strategy works for everyone at some level regardless of risk tolerance. I encourage you to contact me for a short yet detailed explanation of these strategies, how about lunch!?

Thank you for your attention,

Sincerely,

We have seen a nice "range bound" move higher in the markets and have captured some great profits along the way. I always let a certain percentage or my long term portfolio continue to rise and fall but in the market of late it is always important to follow pre-determined investment guidelines for taking profits and also mitigating downside moves. I have a long term outlook, however it is not a "buy and hold until I retire" outlook, quiet to the contrary it is a very diversified and custom approach based on unique and individual needs.

I believe we will be moving into a downward trend from my high range of 1100+ to the lower end of 1040 on the S&P 500 and soon may edge towards 980 we shall really see with the Feds report tomorrow. The recent home sales numbers were less than stellar and the current administration seems to be in political damage control rather than paying attention to the current economic conditions (not political commentary just typical of politics) this is not a great sign for consistent growth in the short term. No worries as long as we continue to take care of our "range bound" strategies we will navigate and prevail during these turbulent times. I see all of these "lower end of the range" numbers as a prime buying opportunity and I will be taking advantage of the higher end to profit and reinvest in something that is working, there is always something that is working.

I have recently heard from many of the folks receiving this newsletter who want to learn more about the services and opportunities that I offer. These conversations have been very constructive and successful regarding re-balancing and re-structuring portfolios in order to take advantage of the much more demanding global market place we live in today as well as simply taking another look at where you are invested today and where you should be invested for tomorrow. I will simply not place you in ancient investment plans of a previous generation but build a custom portfolio that you can follow and participate in. I run an open forum and look forward to interaction between my clients and myself. Please contact me when you would like a personal review of what you have been invested in, or if you would simply like to talk strategy.

Thanks to all of you who have recently come on board and I look forward to hearing from any of you who wish to question the "way things are supposed to be done"---Because There Is A New Way---It is called :

Strategy, Research, Performance, and Accountability....Long Term Outlook Does Not Mean Buy and Hold!

Best to all,

Here we are again right back near that 1040 to 1060 level on the S&P I spoke about before. I only bring this up because it has been an important technical level that has been helping us to profit from the currently range bound market. I am not a strict technician, however when markets are volatile, irrational or completely unpredictable there are certain technical levels that once broken are clear indications of a probable continuation in that direction (either higher or lower) so breaking below 1040 on the S&P I believe will take us somewhat lower. Knowing these things is powerful and it allows me to make rational decisions on entry and exit points. All in all, it seems that with all that is going on in the economic world we seem to be heading toward the downside for the near future. Having said that and not knowing for sure we continue to look for great opportunities in the marketplace. The global financial markets are just that, a "Worldwide Market Place" and we must maintain our composure when shopping in the "Market Place". Rather than fearing the world financial markets I have learned (school of hard knocks) to embrace and calmly shop for value, yield and premium. The shopping I do everyday is just like the shopping you do everyday and should not have a fear factor to it. When you go shopping for clothes or groceries or for furniture or even a house, you research prices and values, even look at comparable products to make sure you are getting the best price. You then look to see if there are any rebates and or specials or coupons, the global financial market place is absolutely no different. Through the last 17 years I have learned to research and determine value, look for "rebates" in the form of premium and identify yield just like clipping coupons and I don't have to go to the mall or hold my wife's purse.

My message to you today is find a professional who thinks out of the box, has some common sense, is a conservative and particular buyer and question them as to their methodology when it comes to investing or better yet re-interview your current financial advisor and then come interview me. I can simply guarantee that I will be able to develop and implement a highly effective and conservative plan for today, monitor the plans performance and then navigate and adjust the plan for your future. This can only be achieved with a clear plan that constantly challenges the performance and quality of the investment vehicles.

My Core Fundamental Investment Foundation:

> Capital Preservation--This is crucial, I am extremely aware of the initial investment including additional contributions and very diligent when it comes to market entry---I have strict rules and stick by them.

> Flexibility of Investments--I never use investment vehicles that lock us into positions that either penalized us financially or limit our ability to liquidate at will.

> Medium and Long Term Wealth Building--In order to take the most efficient road to wealth building you must hold a portion of assets in a highly diversified and un-correlated portfolio. This is the most complicated process for me to develop, once developed it is easily implemented, performance monitored and adjusted for maximum efficiency within the market.--(contact me and I will give you details as to how this diversification is actually achieved.)

> Short Term Cash Flow or Re-investable Premiums and Yields--This strategy delivers monthly and quarterly cash flow that can either be distributed in cash form or reinvested in the medium and long term portfolio in order to capitalize on compounding and dollar cost averaging, enhancing the wealth building process. Either way it is a critical component to the big picture and there are very few financial professionals out there who understand how to accomplish this let alone offer these strategies. (again, I will need to spend some time with you to explain further)

I will leave you with my words of strategy in this current market:

DIVERSIFICATION, DIVIDENDS and PREMIUMS, and last but not least DRY POWDER!!!

Thank you for taking time to read this and I hope it helps, please call me for a review of your current and unique situation I will give you an honest and detailed review of your current portfolio and provide high quality advise so we will achieve your future goals.

Best wishes,

Today is a day to remember and Cherish the unbelievable selflessness that those whom protect our freedom must sacrifice. The list of sacrifices is long and tenuous and must never be forgotten and always be revered. I often think of our day to day routines and challenges, and they are no doubt challenging, but come no where near the confrontations that our armed forces come in contact with. Our hero's also deal with the same day to day family challenges we all do and then put there lives on the line for freedom.

This column is solely dedicated to our men and women in the armed forces today and all of the fallen hero's we all miss so dearly.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE WE WILL NEVER FORGET, AND ALWAYS BE INDEBTED

We have seen some really amazing movements in the market this last week, mostly to the downside. May 2010 has proved to be one of the largest May declines on record, down by nearly 8% for the month on the DOW. I have been adding to current positions of strength, high dividend and continuing to mitigate the down side with strategic risk management by using simple but highly effective trading strategies. These strategies are available to most Investment Managers however they are typically too time consuming and complicated for them to implement. I have a team of folks behind me who prepare and present these ideas to me and then I take only the top opportunities for each individual client's portfolio.

This market will continue to rise and fall as Global news, good, bad and "not so sure" comes in day to day. I think that the US markets will trade in a range of between 500-1000 points on the DOW in a time range of a week to a month with an occasional sharp move intra-day. I am continuing to add to our high quality, high yield, high premium, conservative positions on every dip and we will prevail as global markets slowly recover and we will really excel when global markets enter recovery.

Here are some economic predictions:

> Interest Rates are going Higher
This will not be a function of inflation. Rates will move higher due to the large spread between supply and demand for treasuries, this disconnect exists now with the demand for our US debt at an all time low and the supply always increasing---to boot, we may see deflation and we may see rates decrease over the short term before moving higher, a kind of "head fake"---be prepared.

> Taxes are going to increase
This prediction may not be mine alone, but as we spend our way out of this situation we will eventually pay the price, need I say more on this point??

So what are we doing about this today? Well here I go....

You must partner with a high quality, professional advisor in order to take advantage of the opportunities. I often tell folks that what I do is find and create opportunities, while you do what you do so well.

Proactive investing is necessary, so if you want to plan for these events it is imperative that we make decisive investments now, and the way that I am planning and developing strategies works if my predictions are right or wrong, because as we all know no one can always predict the future accurately all the time. The answer to proactive investments can only be answered on an individual basis, so you will have to contact me in order to put together the proper strategy for you.

The good news is that there is a strategy that will work for every individual situation regardless of your level of complication of simplicity.

I do look forward to putting together a high quality investment strategy for you.

Best Regards, and have a happy and safe Memorial Day Weekend!!

Today has been difficult to figure out. With all the media hype and all the blame across the world regarding "who did what to whom??" We all have a tendency to gravitate to the media for information, including me, but we have to step back from all of the "immediate information/immediate gratification" world we now live in and make certain that we are investing not only with wise dollars but with sound strategies, leading to well planned, well thought out goals. I will continue to be steadfast in the recommendations and strategies that I put forward for each and everyone of my unique and individual clients.

Now down to what we do. First, this is probably not all we have seen concerning the downside. I spoke about certain levels on the S&P 500 that were particularly interesting back on May 7th. I referenced 1040-1062 and here we are knocking at that door. All along I have been "nibbling" on new and adding to existing positions all the while raising cash from profitable positions both in client and my own accounts so as to have plenty of reinvestable cash when opportunity presents itself.

We will watch closely tomorrow and in the coming days, and weeks and make decisive investments, based on well researched, conservative and pre-determined strategies that follow my core fundamentals of:

> High Quality
> High Yield
> High Premium

Listen, we provide exceptional recommendations along with research and consistent, independent monitoring of your individual situation. This is the time, if there ever was one to find and partner with a Financial Advisor in order to navigate these volatile times.

Call or contact me anytime for a detailed review, with specific recommendations, based on your individual situation today.

We have experienced significant market movement this last week and a huge 20 minute move the week before. However, these moves are not correlated. Last weeks moves appear to be coming to light after more than a week of "guesses and conjecture" it seems the firm of Waddell and Reed financial Inc. was responsible for the media dubbed "flash crash" please view the link to the Reuters article out this evening at the end of this article as evidence to finally answer the questions. (or will it)??

The moves this week I believe are indicative of what we will be encountering in the near future. We will, however experience them in different time periods, some fluctuations will occur in very short time lines and others will move equally up and down in much longer time periods. The end result is the same for those of you who are working with a us, due to our ability to constantly supervise and monitor the cyclical movements, secular rotation and economic conditions and the ability to stay nimble in this ever changing environment.

Many times we tend to spend much of our time talking about overall market conditions, strategies and economic observations, and probably not enough time discussing specific remedies and strategies for all of the individual situations that we deal with. Soooo.
I have been reminded lately that I should discuss more about fixed income, bonds, annuities, insurance and other "more or less guaranteed" investment vehicles. So I will.

We have a variety of "yield bearing", "preferred stock", "muni-bond" and other fixed income strategies. Bonds, just as stocks change in value and we must be equally diligent in our selection of these vehicles. Specifically we are looking at credit-worthiness much closer as I am sure you can imagine.

Please contact us so that we can understand your specific situation anytime at the contact numbers below:

Well here we are with another remarkable market move, this time to the upside. These are the kind of times that it really pays to get well organized and sound advise from someone with experience as well as patience and tactical strategies that capture the opportunities being offered up. We have been experiencing tremendous volatility as well as trading volume over the last few days that leads me to believe that no one really has conviction as to which way the market will go. Many knee-jerk reactions will cause this kind of whip-saw action, and rash decisions should be questioned at the least and halted at the most.

Many of our clients have been asking many questions regarding the recent market moves. The answers come easy because we have spent the time and effort to plan and position our investment strategies to take advantage of all market moves. While we typically look to profit from a longer term bull market we consistently profit or at the minimum mitigate the damage from downward moving markets by using option hedges, high yield common and preferred stocks and highly cost efficient managed money. These hedges are what all successful investors use to help even and smooth the playing field throughout your investment life time.

We have crafted many really high quality strategies for both long and medium term wealth building as well as shorter term profit/cash flow generation. By using high quality, high yield, blue chip positions in order to hedge against market volatility. I am also adding to our commodity exposure in the form of ETF's metals, crude oil and other cyclical opportunities are in the big picture.

We are developing and implementing optimal strategies for all of your individual needs, we provide:

> Retirement Planning
> Education Planning
> Long and medium term Wealth Building
> Shorter term cash flow strategies for businesses and individuals
> Small and medium sized business employee retirement plans.
> Current Tax and Future tax rate strategies
> The Current year Roth IRA Conversion Opportunity
Hello Normality!!

Good Evening,

Bizarre day to say the least. Seems that global volatility is here to stay. However today's move, netting out a 350 pt loss, is probably on par with what was going to be the close prior to the "technical glitch" issues being charged at the moment. As I watch this evening we are seeing more of a sell off around the globe presumably due to both global turmoil and concern of the potential of a Euro collapse. I have had numerous conversations with a very good friend and confidant we will call "Howie" regarding the difference between the US $ and the Euro and how the two currencies move against each other, and how there is a significant difference between the fall of Greece (sharing only currency and not government with the rest of Europe) and .....lets say California vs the entire USA. The reality comes down to that Greece can actually make a dent in the European Union where it would be difficult for California, alone to make the same degree of a dent on the USA as a whole in a similar financial mis-appropriation debacle (wink-wink).

Bottom Line: Same Currency (DOES NOT EQUAL) Same Government in the European Union

Same Currency (EQUALS) Same Government in the United States of America

Today's move should not shake your confidence, on the contrary you should be sharpening your pencil and making a shopping list. Here is what we are looking for:

1. High Yield
2. High Quality
3. Short Term
4. Premiums and Insurance

Value and Premiums, Rein the markets for now we can put the risk trade on again between 1040-1062 on the S&P.

This is how we take long term strategies and manage them on a tactical basis.

Please call us to discuss your individual situation anytime.

Because you and your portfolio are important to me!

What a great day of cherry picking new buying opportunities. This is exactly the kind of movement that helps us capitalize on our returns, whether they are long or shorter-term gains, every pull back in the market allows for much better entry timing. We called it just two days ago and are very pleased indeed with today’s tape. This is a classic story of "Sell the Rumor, Buy the News". Today we get Goldman Sachs (GS) in the firing line of the SEC on loan fraud allegations and it hits all financials, which move markets to the downside, however Coke (KO) (only one example of several) surges throughout the day. This scenario spells a recipe for prime entry time, this was not a meaningful pullback. We had tremendous volume on the NYSE and ended not nearly as far down as we were when GS news was announced again a clear indication that we had a great buying opportunity. Today we entered into many new positions, many thoughtful and researched positions. We chose those who were down for no good reason other than the market reaction and we also added to positions we have been in for a while. This was also a good time to take off some of our short hedges at a nice profit or at least at a significantly reduced "Insurance Premium".

Moving forward we will keep a watchful eye on economic, political and earnings news in order to find and capitalize on new entry opportunities. We are confident that it is critical in today’s market to be ready with cash to take advantage of all the market moves regardless of the direction, higher or lower. If you are not ready with cash (dry powder, as I call it) to enter at strategic times you will miss significant potential for gains, however once you are in the market we are very capable at managing and mitigating downside risk and even capitalizing on downside moves.

There is a strategy for everyone and we can develop, and implement one for you. We encourage you to contact us for a conversation regarding your specific situation.

Well here we are at 11000 on the DOW, and I say let's watch very closely the earnings reports, we have many financials coming out in the nest few days and the healthy financial stocks should point us in the predominant market direction. Healthy, does however have a new definition: reads as such: "estimates better than expected" or "estimates beat the street” This is all good for the future but analysts may be setting the bar to low. So what we are suggesting is that there may be a pull back that creates an entry position for certain stocks. I usually do not discuss specific strategies before determining each individuals specific situation, however I have some very profitable and currently working strategies in place.
We are taking advantage of the current market conditions with short and medium term cash flow strategies three fold:

1. Buying high quality, high dividend companies that have high probability of growing in the future.

2. Collecting option premium during our investment timeline.

3. And, the best of all....collecting the appreciation in company value throughout the holding period.

This recipe has produced magnificent returns because of the three-prong approach, we always manage to create gains regardless of the movement of the market (this strategy can be implemented in reverse and will still have the same results).

The real story here is that if you use a manager that is nimble in today's market and invests in different, worldwide opportunities, all the while "actually working the trades" you will end up with a diversified approach that will collect profits regardless of market direction.
Please call me for a detailed analysis of your specific situation and receive:

Just as we predicted...we continue to re-position ahead of market forces. Seems we will hit 11,000 in the DOW any day but will it hold and move higher. We think over the next three quarters we will move higher, ending the year higher than we are today. This being said our steadfast; rule based approach to the market never lets us rest on our forecast. We are always positioned to take advantage of volatility in the market all the while collecting premiums, dividends and consistent yields to offset market moves that are contrary to our researched, prediction of market direction.

This consistent and conservative approach allows us to maximize and lock in gains and absolutely protect against, and profit from strong adverse market movements. We do this even when we predict bear markets or strong market pullbacks. The real story here is that we are always watching for the opportunity to profit regardless of market direction while we have invested for the long term in concentrated well researched high yield strategies.

Please always remember that we will need to take a detailed look at your individual situation in order to develop and implement an effective strategy for you....the good thing is that there is a proper and quality investment strategy as individual and you are.
It doesn't matter now or ever. The real answer is that YES we will!!! The smart answer is we will always look for cyclical and secular opportunities during all business cycles, global, domestic and even inter-continental. This surgical approach incorporated with massive research partners allows me to pinpoint short term (60-90 day) immediate gratification moments as well as medium (1 year-3 years) and long (3 years plus) business and personal needs.

At the end of the day we search out all opportunities for all needs, whether they are long, medium or short term needs or whether they are high risk with high reward or low risk with ample reward. We always determine the risk levels and the reward levels prior to entering the position and then diligently monitor and take profits at predetermined levels, in the same breathe we always know when we are either going to buy more or employ a stop loss strategy on the way down.

Nevertheless ours is a strategy of pre-determined, high quality, long, medium and short-term opportunities that profit and equally protect regardless of market direction.

We are watching a creeping market. Creeping upward, for some this consistent upward movement may be concerning. I often hear "have we run too much or too fast"? (Or Both)?? The answer is, who knows??

I have been recommending several different methods for getting back in the market and taking advantage of both moves to the upside and to the down while occasionally paying some insurance premiums along the way. This I call Disciplined Investing. It is great to know the upside potential while all along knowing the downside risk all before committing to a position in the market.

Well that is all very good.

I have also found some investment companies that are coming up with innovative ways of providing investment vehicles and at the same time providing principle and even annual percentage guarantees and at the same time allowing investors a chance to profit from market increases. I have found at least one very innovative strategy out there, with very few restrictions or requirements that offer the opportunity to reap market gains while protecting the initial investment and offering a generous guaranteed return if those market gain are not there.

Please call me with your questions and specific situation, as we must always review each individual or companies situation.
Going forward it is important to look at past performance only to the extent that certain questions can be answered.

1. How was the performance in 2008?

if it was better than most then....

2. Can it be duplicated?

if yes, then

3. Can it be replicated?

Many questions, few real answers, all forward thinking, however no crystal ball.

The answer is.............. Not the same for everyone and is usually not an easy one.

The good news is that turmoil and confusion bring clarity and opportunity for those who are willing to brave the conditions and embrace the challenge ahead.

This is the case in financial markets as well as the real estate market and as my old friend Wes Flacker would say "build wealth over time". And I would add "take profits as you go".

Please call me if you would like a review of your personal situation, everyone deserves an individual look and evaluation. We use very simple time proven methods for defining risk and setting/achieving goals we are challenged with

HAPPY ST. PATTYS DAY!!!!!!!!!!

Glen Rundell
glen.level5@gmail.com
follow on Twitter @ Tglenrundell
828-250-8737
828-551-3299

Back in the saddle---New Ideas...?

Anyone?....Anyone?....... have new investment ideas? Oh We Do!! We are using several strategies for businesses (and individuals) to bring in more cash flow, by using pre-determined risk models. These strategies and priorities are pre-set before we ever take positions in the market. We are also looking at longer term strategies that consistently mitigate typical long term risk and recent market volatility. I have been developing and executing these strategies for years now and they just get better.

Contact me when you are ready to talk about investing in today's market for you and your family. We have strategies for all investment goals, long, medium and short term strategies can be combined or used separately.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Glen Rundell
glen.level5@gmail.com
828-250-8737
828-551-3299

Great Market for creating additional income

I am putting new people in the market daily with great quarterly income strategies that basically take advantage of fluctuations in the market. As we all know the market does not go straight up or down, so we pick a direction and benefit for from the small moves either way. Remember this is only one small strategy and we never become over concentrated in this strategy, always must stay properly diversified.

Please contact me with questions or comments you may have regarding your own situation, every client is unique and every situation warrants a thorough review.

Look for interesting articles coming over the weekend,

Glen Rundell
Glen.level5@gmail.com
828-250-8737
828-551-3299

Powerful Blackrock meeting today

Had a great meeting with Blackrock representatives today.
