On Wednesday, Google announced that it had relaunched its official 

app, after launching and almost immediately removing it due to 

glitches earlier this month.

'World of Goo' launches for Apple devices

The goal of the game is to move as many balls of goo through a pipe as possible.

Apple confirms iPad 2 on track for March 25 international launch

Despite continued sellouts of the iPad 2 in the U.S., an Apple spokesperson has confirmed that the international launch of the touchscreen tablet will proceed as planned on Friday, March 25, a new report claims.

Google has updated its Earth application to v2.0 for iPhone and iPod touch devices, according to a company blog post. Several new features have been added, including the ability to sync content between desktop computers and Apple's handheld devices. Earth's user experience has been improved and new languages have also been added.

CNET Labs finished their panel of battery drain tests for the fifth-generation Apple iPod Nano, and the results are better than expected. Testing for continuous playback of audio and video, the Nano reached an average of 33.6 hours of audio or 5.3 hours of video.

Given Apple's own modest battery rating of 24 hours of audio or 5 hours of video, we expect Nano owners will be

In a New York Times interview of Steve Jobs conducted by Engadget columnist aspirant David Pogue, Apple's CEO suggested that the company did not include a camera on the iPod touch because the company was now marketing the iPod touch as a game machine and that a camera was not germane to such a device.
