I would use the present Tense
(I am) surrounded
or the Verbal adj Past
timpeallaithe

I am almost positive that you are surrounded "by" something, not surrounded "in" something. I am a copy editor but don't have a resource handy to prove my case. Google that phrase and by comes up much more. I assume you are saying that loves surrounds you, and therefore something is being done by something. Like if somebody hugs you, you are hugged by them. Sorry if I am confusing the issue.

In this sentence, we don't know what is the object...

I'd say:
"Timpeallaithe ag gr� 's ag solas"

or

"Gr� agus solas thart faom" (Love and light around me).

I would agree with czam's translation for what you requested, but I am just wondering if it should be "surrounded by". I think that is the correct way to say it in English.
If that is the case, I think it would be:

Timpealla�odh le gr� agus solas

In any case, wait for more confirmations (or corrections for what I suggested)

P.S. I have family in Dundalk and Drogheda in County Louth, so I can attest that the "wee county" is one of the most beautiful. Enjoy your holliday.
