Ran a couple today. Cold and wet. Hamstring hurts. Or maybe it&#8217;s my quadricepts. Don&#8217;t know that much about musculature. Just painful!

Ouch! Ouch! Got the gout! and I&#8217;m sick of it! Finally my foot isn&#8217;t hurting. I&#8217;m gonna run tomorrow. Take it slow and build back up.
