Widespread Virus Proves Macs Are No Longer Safe From Hackers

Only Windows PC's are subject to malware and viruses. Macs don't get viruses, right? WRONG! There is nothing about Apple's operating system that makes it immune to malware. During the first week of April, over 600,000 Macs were infected with a new Trojan called "Flashback." WVU provides free anti-virus protection to all WVU users, including Macs.
