This week we have an all cast "in the room" podcast! Its a pretty good podcast too, in which we suffer a crisis of confidence... then wish we'd met a beautiful woman to talk us into being good podcasters again. Also, revelations a plenty, Mike's fleas, Steve's hatred of High rising terminal and Mark reveals George Clooney just isn't his type. All this plus reviews of Ides of March, Real Steel, This is Jinsey, Grey's Anatomy season overview + a catch up with Terra Nova (we just can't leave it alone).<div class="feedflare">

Chock full of movie discussions this week; Senna gets the once over, we review "Rise of the Planet of the Apes", Mark admits to having feelings, Mike admits to a contempt for local Civil Engineers decision making and Steve toughs out a podcast despit missing a few teeth courtesy of the dentist. All in all a Shakespearian tragedy of effort in this weeks podcast!<div class="feedflare">

After a week away from the podcast booth, our intrepid heroes have watched a lot of film, and they want to talk about it, damnit! Our reviews of the Guard, Colombiana and Attack the Block finally get some air time and we perform cost benefit analysis of additional copies of Sarah Michelle Gellar. A shocking twist in "Did you know? with Mike" shakes the podcast to it's core in this seriously packed episode!<div class="feedflare">

Its silly season on our TVs as Season Premiere after Premiere hit one after another. Mike, Mark and Steve struggle to keep up with all the TV that needs to be watched, though this bleeds into other areas of their lives as Mike's "Did you know?" woes continue this week. We provide the greatest synopsis of Fringe ever, and Mark explains why people should like it. A review of Drive and a bunch more TV in jam packed episode!<div class="feedflare">

A lot of TV talk this week covering such disparate topics as Secret Circle al the way to the gritty testosterone and sweat fuelled reality tv show - The Ultimate Fighter. Mike has a startling return to form and sows the seeds for a new podcast "Is it an Oireachtas". Our Blu-Ray review of Thor leads to some Avengers talk and we delve deeply into the dark reaches of the French prison system with "A Prophet".
We check in with quite a bit of TV this week - Homelands, Dexter (Mark has a prediction), Castle (Only because of the superheroes), Terra Nova (yep, still watching it!) and the new show American Horror Story all get the run down. Movie talk this week centers on Red State and why
ike should have written it, maybe he will be quicker off the mark next time! A full to bursting episode also packing in the first listener poll where we reveal which TV show earned the accolade best Premier of the Fall 2011 season!<div class="feedflare">

Music gets the once over in this episode, though fear not; its TV and Movie related (mostly), Mark's news segments leads to our evaluaton of qualities a rock star should really have, more "Did you Know with Mike" to facilitate our weekly knowledge expansion and Steve is on the cutting edge as always in "What came across my desk".
Late as it may be in the TV season we manage to rustle up some new TV shows to discuss - Hell on Wheels and Once Upon a Time. We revisit some old TV favourites as well checking in on Grimm amongst others. Movie review is 5 days of War and to be perfectly honest - we are spoiling you with another bumper edition!<div class="feedflare">

A slight lull in TV releases due to Thanksgiving has made for an off-beat podcast this week; on the movie front we discuss Immortals, Battle of Los Angeles (no not THAT one, the other one), in the land of telley we have Braquo, Persons Unknown, The Ultimate Fighter and then we diverge from our usual fare to give some quick reviews of the big Game titles dropping daily in November! Skyrim, Assassin's Creed Revelations and Arkham City to name a few.<div class="feedflare">

No messing about this week - get in, tell all and get out with only a modicum of cuddling! In record time we review "The Thing", The Ultimate Fighter Finale, Boardwalk Empire and Pretty Little Liars. Did you spot the odd one out? That's right the TV Show for teenaged girls, what can we say - the weather is getting colder and sometimes you want to put on TV that you can watch on mute and still enjoy! While we are at it - a preview of the new Luc Besson property starring Guy Pearce "Lockout"<div class="feedflare">

Episode 18 is consigned to a cyber grave, as no amount of adio editing tomfoolery could save what was one of our better podcasts - we even had our first guest podcaster in the guise of Don Naro! Fear not brave listeners, we rebound from this tragedy with gusto to bring a Christmas SPecial of epic proportions! We review every Christmas movie we can think of this week, and come back with an "Is It A Bicycle" Favorite Christmas film of 2011 not released in 2011! We return after a week's break in January, so from everyone at IIAB - Happy Christmas and have a great New Year!<div class="feedflare">

The year has rolled around and we burst into 2012 with a Movies only discussion to start the year. What do Sherlock Homes, Ethan Hunt and the Rock have in common? They are all discussed in this episode of course; not only do we discuss the Sherlock Holmes film, but we delve deeply into the character himself; if that sounds boring, its not, we do it in a funny way, I promise.....no seriously, it is.....

This week we reveal what it is that Mike has to bring all the boys to the yard, why Greenpeace has the day off, the merits of Limitless and the limited merits of Zombie Diaries 2. Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy gets a look in as does Unforgettable (Mike, relax!) and Braquo. We also reckon Bradley Cooper is a chip off the Ralph Fiennes block or not?
Quite a bit of Movie talk on this TV and Film Bicycle this week; Mike decided to retain his Kate Beckinsale Addicts Anonymous "3 year" badge by abstaining from our review of Underworld 3, though when Steve and Mike review The Change Up, I think you might all be as surprised as I was! In a somewhat awkward room filled with elephant discussion we debate the merits of the Season 3 pilot of Spartacus. More Movie News, things you didn't know and a podcast full of mystery, suspense and Ice Breaking.<div class="feedflare">

We discuss more reality tv than three grown men were ever meant or wanted to review! From classics such as Survivor and The Jersey Shore to outliers like Bikini Barbershop and Three Hungry Men. We even throw in a scripted show about a reality show inspired by an actual reality show. Steve's Segment ignites a spirited debate on the market direction of Android and we break down how much Simon Cowel and the Idols stand to make.

All in all a PACKED episode! Listen to it now.......

........you are listening to it right?........It would be pretty awkward if you weren't....I mean we work really hard on this stuff.......I don't care who is calling you, hang up and start the podcast playing......waitnodon't!You have done it now, you answered, now you will have to talk for five minutes before you get to hear our podcasty goodness, shame on you.<div class="feedflare">

After a brief discussion about companies that do not sponsor us, we delve deeply into the events of UFC 144, Mike plays his weight-hate card in an uncomfortable look at how many darts a player should bring to a UFC match. Dragging us back to TV and Film we discuss Lady in Black, Luck, Death Valley and talk again about Voice of Ireland as a metaphor for all Irish TV!
Stuff with Steve continues the debate on the merits of Android over Apple, more TV news and things you didn't know round out the finest example of how grown men can talk on any provided topic and occasionally make sense!<div class="feedflare">

We review less TV and Film this week, but have a surprising amount to say about it all! Up for discussion this week - Is Denzel a bad guy in Safe House? Is Jack Bauer believeable as a down on his luck dad in Touch, we discuss some surprising blurring of the lines around marital infidelity in Awake, the Breakout Kings are the latest to suffer the overspill from Mike's botomless well of scorn. All your favourite segments are here including "Did You Know?" "Stuff with Steve" and TV and Movie News, which includes a heart breaking revelation.<div class="feedflare">

It is the eve of the Irish remembrance of our salvation from the Snakes by St. Patrick and we need to vest ourselves of our TV and Movie concerns so we can enter the hedonistic state the long weekend requires!
This episode is a social experiment in how our expectations affect our enjoyment and never has TV and Film been so divisive amongst three friends!
May the Fourth be with you all! The wait is finally over! We discuss the Avengers in great detail, we must apologise to all our listeners in the US and Canada; its hard not to be smug when the UK and Ireland gets such a big blockbuster before you guys do, its usually the other way around! In other film reviews - Mike finally gets his teeth sunk into Cabin in the Woods. Over on the smaller, but no less beautiful screen we weigh the merits of Happy Endings, Don't trust the bitch in apartment 23 and Appropriate Adult the Fred and Rosemary west mini series that is making such waves at the BAFTAs. Full of TV and Moview news and reviews we are, so don't touch that dial (because dials have no input in helping you hear our podcast!) get downloading and we will see you in the studio (figuratively of course, don't turn up in our studio - it would just get weird!)<div class="feedflare">

So its Summer time here in Ireland, but you wouldn't know that without looking at a calendar; We are getting rain, hail and all kinds of precipitational pestillence; so to pull us out of the doldrums we decided to review a movie about someone else enjoying their Summer! Mel Gibson's latest movie "My Summer Vacation" seemed to fit the bill, but it didn't. Unabashed we thought - its because Mel is american, we need someone Irish to empathise with; so we reviewed Shame starring Michael Fassbender, not an empathy generating film though, not at all! Only one thing three red blooded males can do after all this disappointment "Girls!" the TV show, nothing sordid (though we were kind of hoping). That show didn't fill us with sunshine either unfortunately so we delved into "Hart of Dixie", which has sun AND girls! Our spirits restored we scoffed at the tempest outside our windows and recorded this podcast so you could hear what we have to say about all of these fine movies and TV shows!<div class="feedflare">
