I have to admit that it took me
some courage to click onto this link. But I do believe that everyone
deserves a fair treatment from his/her fellow human beings in this
world. Any kind of social discrimination is equally evil. We have the
right to choose what we love or not, and, what we like or not, but we
do not have the right to harm those whom we don't love or like.
Concerning the result, we have to say, unintentional harm is not less
evil than the intentional harm. This is what we call empathy, I
guess.

Everybody likes beautiful things,
I think, just as everybody would be naturally avoiding dangerous
situation if one has sensed any. We do not have to force ourselves
smiling at everybody under whatever kind of situation, but it is
necessary to ask ourselves if we have been always fair and always
righteous.

Being ugly, is a very harsh fact
for one to accept. It is harsher than being materially poor.
Nevertheless, being stupid is even worse. At least, this is what I
think. I cannot force myself to feel happy when I found myself
getting uglier, or, when I found the shortcomings in my own
personality. However, even if I am ugly and poor and not intelligent
enough, I still have enough reason to believe that I am lucky,
because after all, I am not deadly stupid, while I am still able to
realise myself and brave enough to accept the reality.

We do not have to feel guilty for
some natural associations, which are infavorable or not nice enough
to the others, appeared in our mind, due to the infavorable
experience stored in our memory. But, if conscious or subconscious is
something out of our control, we can at least control our words and
action.

Recalling some fragment details from the Christmas and New Year holiday that has just passed, I think that I can never make my mother-in-law convinced for that my way of singing is impossible to get any chance in China, or even,
in Germany. (deep breath).

She does not believe that I have got only the level of amatuer talent, if it could be counted as talent at all. She kept saying 'so professional', 'so professional', while I was playing some of my songs to her. She thinks that it is a kind of waste, if someone who can sing as 'professional' like that and does not participate into any social activities or public events. I found some videos of "the Voice of China" online and played to her. I told her that I am no longer qualified as a singer, according to the current development of the entertainment business. But she rather prefer to believe that I can make profit with my singing. Certainly, profit, is the key word. I cannot let her know that one's interest, or ability, or knowledge on art, is a tool of self-refinement, it helps training one's observation and sensitivity. It is an individual matter basically and therefore, it does not have to do with money, or with publicity. If it is a means of entertainment, it should entertain oneself at the first, before anything else.

It is not true, that anybody who can drive a car on the road, knows the art of driving or capable of becoming a racer. If one really wants to make money with singing, one needs to train oneself coping with the taste of the mass. But the reality is that the taste of the mass is turning more and more difficult to be satisfied. Nowadays, people require shocking power to get their paralyzed nerves reacting. So I do not only have problem with my 'tool', but also have problem with my will. If someone in my age is still willing to make herself unhappy for and only for pleasing the others, that is insane. I prefer to keep playing the role of myself.

The link attached here, shows the way of possibility
if one really wants floating up onto the surface of the sea. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nFrcKYA1EL4 The singer in the video, is a professional singer, who is not only
graduate from music school of university, but also had her early success
already in China. Besides, her husband is a music producer who knows the applied market strategy as well. The only
thing that makes me comparing with this singer, is that we both are Chinese who are living

Today is the birthday Fu Qiang. He was born in 1969, the year of chicken according to Chinese calendar and he is forty-four years old now.

In his blog, there is a new poem, titled Story of Chilling Winter. Among its three little stanzas, there are verses as such:

...The cold wind
is swirling up with dropping leaves, does it
hold an intention, that to light a fire
        by drilling into the wood?
        ...

Astonishing imagery. It has not only described the coldness of the wind, but also the solitude and loneliness of the natural world, when the leaves and trees, which were once prosperous, are now cease to live with their withered faces. Furthermore, the readers would not fail to perceive the sentiment of nostalgia, the slight self-mocking and irony, when the ancient surviving skill and wisdom was awkwardly appeared in the brain of the post-industrial modern time. Also, we would not fail to notice that the sharp property, which can drill into the hard wood for lighting a fire, belongs to the cold wind, which is not only able to carry up the dropping leaves into the air, but even able to swirl like a functioning drill. A drill, by definition, should have no problem for cutting into bones. Nevertheless, the suspect, which is causing damage to our body, or mind, is probably not only the bad weather or season, but also the lost sense of humanity in the diseased world.

This kind of verse, delivers a picture into my brain, in which the poet was standing in the cold winter wind. He was resting his hands onto the handles of his bicycle and standing with a hesitant posture. From such posture, one is not easy to say, if he wants to move on. From the shapes of his arms, one is also not sure wether they are straight or bend.

Perhaps there was never hesitance appeared in his consciousness. The only thing that caused such impression, was that there is a too heavy burden which is constructed with too many proud principles, that needs him to carry as a company in action. When an elegant soul, which is willing to self-exile, is forced to face the responsibility of the secular world, the moral paradox that he has to bear, would be much more than the common people, and hence, he would have to bear the harder struggle inevitably, too.

Creatures, which are madding crowd, even if they are not strong enough, physically or mentally, would earn the natural inclination of kind-hearted people, not to mention those who possess overflowing talent.

I am in favor of this kind of poem. Quiet, without remarkable big words, its charm is like chanting with soft voice and drinking in the fashion of tender kisses, or, the color of the light ink drops seeping and spreading on the fine calligraphy paper slowly.

When my husband came home from work, he opened the parcel, which was received in the daytime, took out a velvet Robin from it and handed it to me. The bird has got five colors. its beak and eyeballs are black; the redness on its face and chest, looks like the inside of the old bricks which has mixed too much soil from their production, on its forehead, there is a grayish blue milky way,the abdomen area looks like the unpolished rice skin, which sets up a sense of low tune wealth and warmth, and his head, back, the surface of its wings and tail feathers, match the other parts of the body with the settle and calm quality of brown. All colors are not tempting. The combination of them however, creates the subtlety of an unusual beauty. When one presses its back, it can sing. Not noisy, chirp chirp, very pleasant.

Give me the bird as a surprising present, my husband said, the reason was only because it can sing and looks cute. He wants to make me happy. His nice intention is well received certainly. Other than thanks, I also asked him, do you remember that there is a book from the 60s last century, which is called To Kill a Mockingbird? It has been reproduced as a film too. The Chinese translation of it title is 《杀死一只知更鸟》。知更鸟，is Robin in Chinese. Thus, although this bird is not necessarily identical to that bird, the term 知更鸟, with its semantic association, is often applied as a symbol of those public intellectuals, who are sharp in thought and having broad vision and foresight on social matters.

This extra information from me, has seemingly brought extra joy to my husband.

literature, I think that the most valuable parts, which can sharpen
our sense towards the delicacy of inner world of human being, are
normally the most boring parts of narration. These parts are normally
not shown what do people do, but what do people think behind their
deed and why do they think so. Woody

I heard the name of 柳如是 for the very first time, was the time when I
was watching a series of documentary about 民国 (the era of republic China
after the downfall of Qin dynasty and before the founding of Communist
government.) masters of sinology.《柳如是别传》(liu Rushi) is a literature work
of陈寅恪, one big name amongst those masters.
Everything has its

Certainly, I don't really mind inside.

The whole day, I have been busy for puting the newly recorded "Red Dust" online. I have never imagined the possibility of singing this song myself before, because it sounds always a too difficult case for me to handle. I have heard my sister singing this song once. She has got talent for imitating. It is something that always made me envious about. She can sing this song much better than me.

There are always some songs, which one likes to listen to, but never dare to sing by oneself. There are some songs, which can review a great beauty with the voice of the others, but one can never aquire the ability of singing by oneself.

Everyone has got one's own songs, with specific tune. To identify them, one needs to try.

Nowadays, it seems that there is no any tune would fit to my voice any more. It requires me a great effort for making any sound. The lucky things is that I am not really frustrated. The free soul can still dance in the spiritual world without support from any tangible matter forms. The red dust weighs nothing in its nature. It is absurd enough and no more than a joke, if one expects to leave a mark behind for a shapeless soul.

After the recording and uploading of this song was finished, I suddenly remembered that "Red Dust" is the only movie which San Mao, the original script writer, had participated in its production and felt very unhappy in its process, according to someone who had close contact with her. The background music of this song, is the sound of kalimba, one sort of African thumb piano. Africa, is a place where left a heavy brush in San Mao's personal experience.

Perhaps, what kind of content to be remembered, is also something locked by fate? Persons who are spiritually transcendental, are normally determined with early death, disregarding of the differenct means.

My husband said that my childhood was incomplete, because I had never had the experience of playing with mud, or climbing trees, and so on. He is right. Other than what he had mentioned, I never had the experience of making friend with animals too. Although I was not afraid of dogs or cats, I never thought that they could be my friends. When I lived together with my grandparents when was a kid, we used to have both a dog and a cat at home, and, I liked to watch them fighting and chasing each other around. I was once led by my uncle-in-law to the police dog training center too. Those dogs were bigger than I was and rather scary. So, I was really not intelligent enough to think that they and I are sharing the same world.

But no matter what, I feel quite consoled nowadays, because those little animals are treating me as their harmless friend now, especially bees, who like to be companions when I eat. Sure, somebody might say that bees are not even animal, they are only insects. But so what?

blessed

The evil elements in human instinct, could be (normally) hidden, when everything (certainly including the social atmosphere and personal physical condition) is going fine.

So, the real virtuous quality, can actually only be seen from those people, who can keep practicing virtue, even when the situation is infavorable to one's own will.
If we rate virtuous level from 0 to 10, I think my husband is targeting towards level 8-9, while the majority of us can only make a 5.

Usually, when we had different opinions upon certain matter, which really brought harm to our interests, he would say that no matter how unfairly he has been treated by the others, there should be no difference to keep conducting one's own behavior with the principle of being kind, merciful and tolerant. He would say that he can only obtain and maintain his self-respect by doing so, no other way round. So, sometimes, I suspect that I am living together with a saint and I told him so.

This kind of remark from me, would normally make him feels uncomfortable, and thus, he couldn't utter a word as a proper reply.

Probably he thought that I was ironic or cynical. But I was, and I am, rather serious. Virtuously speaking, he is really a person who possesses much purer and cleaner spirit than I do. As a man, he might not be the strongest nor smartest, he might not have super talent or shocking sound career. However, he is the most suitable counter balance of my life. In my eyes, I am so sure, that he is one of the most brilliant human individuals, (in case he is not a saint.)

That's why, whenever in the birthday of somebody else whom I know, the feeling of gratitude would be automatically gathered and filling up in my heart. Although I am not a christian, this gratefulness is my feeling towards God, who has brought my husband to me, as a reward, for I have been hanging on with my meaningless life until then.

Today is the birthday of my old brother. I sent a birthday greeting to my old brother, and also, to myself.

IQ test

IQ Test

While checking one of my friend's online space, I was tempted by the IQ test which he has had. So I stepped in as well. But unfurtunately, during the test, there were something couldn't be displayed properly, so I had to drop out without finishing the whole process.
Then, I checked online for another free test. I found the website above and did the test eventually.
From the test result, I have to accept the fact that my intelligence level is below average, or even, a bit retarded. It shows that the weakest area in my brain, is the logic between numbers. I was always trying to figure out the logic in the series of number in the question, which doesn't have any logic at all, due to the existence of the number which is not supposed to stand in there and therefore it should be picked out from the list. That is the key point of the question. What a fool I am. Pity. If I could have understood the questions better, probably I could get a better result.
Sure, at least, this test reminds me that one should always try to understand the questions better. It is as important as making good questions, no matter under what kind of situation.
The lucky thing is that with this level of intelligence, one possesses, at least, the awareness to the fact, that one is too far from being intelligent and therefore, should not ridicule oneself with ignorant arrogance.
Here is another website which offers IQ Test and brain training. I tried some of their games in their German site. They are rather helpful, I feel.
When I first heard this song from the TV series Beijing Love Story, which is sang by Wang Feng, I thought that my heart was going to break. I have never been patient enough for listening to the complete version of the theme songs of any soap opera, but as a very unusual exceptional case, my spirit was kind of locked up by this song and never able to skip it from all episodes under the same title.

There is kind of sentiment, mixed with tragic heroism, determined love, torturing like tolerance, helpless courageousness, and so the like, involved in the music atmosphere of the song and expressed by the voice of the singer. It is unexplainably hurting.

The basic story line of this TV series, is focusing on the life of several freshly graduate youngsters, whose family background were rather different from one another, in the modern urban China, Beijing, where challenges and temptations with diversed faces and all range complexity, are situated to those who wants to start a self-supported life and survive there.

It reminded me of Japanese TV series, Tokyo Love Story, which was once well received and very popular among young people by then. But Beijing Love Story is a much better production to my personal point of view. If Tokyo Love Story could be counted as a light comedy, then, Beijing Love Story is more like a morality drama. Unlike its Japanese predecessor, which was led, soaked and tangled by young people's libido levels, Beijing Love Story has put questions on concepts like 'success', 'happiness' and certainly, 'love', into serious discussion. Of course, there is no simple answer and solution as the result of this kind of discussion. Although moral questions and philosophies come crossing our mind from time to time, our instinct reaction when facing solid problems in reality, is more likely calculating the balance form with profit and lost. Only the outsiders are able to give objective remarks on what is rational, what is right and what is wrong.

There is always a kind of salute, naturally rising from my heart, towards the striving and profound feeling, that one pays to a place, or say, to one's life. I think that I can understand this feeling, although I myself, is a sort of escaper. I once tried at the shore without any specific direction and goal, but I never get into the deep water. So, in the mind of those people, whose life experience is even simpler than what I have, it is possible that Beijing Love Story is going to be conceptualized and simplified.

......
By the way, I am fond of this song, doesn't mean that I like its writer and singer.

The older we've got, the more things from the past return to our mind, even if it is merely emptiness, sometimes.
The following song is the best recording that I have done recently. I like this song. I like its way of keep flowing and seemingly never ending as reincanation...It reminds me of a circular story that I have heard very often in my childhood. It goes like this:
从前有座山，
山里有个洞，
洞里有座庙，
庙里有个和尚写文章。
写的是什么？
写的是：
从前有座山，
山里有个洞，
......
The key which makes it circular, is the question mark.

The highest moral, is to respect individual wills, which do not harm the public interests.

I believe that many of us consciously agree with this statement.

Nevertheless, I still tend to emphasise that to aware of something consciously, is far not enough, if this something is the core and key element of reasoning. The ideal status would be that it is digested into our subconsciousness, into the flowing air with every of our breathe. Because all ideas and principles, no matter how simple and easy they sound like, it would not be a simple and easy thing, when applying them into every move of our actions.

Language is a tool that is supposed to make communication easier. So, if the opposite effect appeared, that is definitely a tragedy. Literature as the art applied to language, is supposed to make the reasons and philosophy of life easier to be understood, and to make the complicated things simpler, at the very end, but not the opposite effect. It needs us to settle down with it and to pay enough effort to acquire the truth of its art.

Unfortunately, we are not so lucky in reality. More and more of us, nowadays, are turning away from the comprehension of the existing language. We do not care and not interested about the logic behind words, as if they are purely historical trash, which is resulted from the environment that is lacking of sientific high tech entertainment. We are witched to become the chaser of the new products which are coded with specific computer language, feverishly, while the fundamental language of computer can be actually only acquired by a very small group of high intelligent elite, the IT technicians. This is the phenomenon often make me feel confused. I don't understand why people tend to abandon something which is at least partially belong to them but rather rely on something which is totally out of their control. What kind of stupidity would lead people to believe that we are so confident for handling the abstruct multiple formulars, while we cannot even calculate 1 + 1= 2?

****

Words above were stored in the draft box unfinished from last month. So it took a while for myself to read it now and tried to figure out what was going on in my brain by then.

I guess, the main reason for this note, was the helpless feeling resulted from the fact that people are getting more and more self-centered, while actually farther and farther from oneselves, because the existing cognitive system, which is built on literal language, is neglected, human relation is turned like relation between individual machines.

It is not a problem appeared freshly, but a problem which is getting more and more seriously. Without understanding, from where comes respect? Mental health, morality, those concepts sound abstract, but they affect the quality of life. They affect the quality of life, of those people who enjoy communication with high resolution. They affect my life, at least.

RARE EARTH

Surfing Online aimlessly and enjoying the European antique from E-shops. The things which are fascinating me the most, are the rustic furnitures and metal utensils.
However, there is one thing that I couldn't understand; why is there a big price difference between the copper products and zinc products?
I throw this question to my husband, although I believe that he is more familiar with the value and price of the printed products, about printed products from which era, which publisher and with which topics, which version, are the most valuable ones.
Unexpectedly, he gives me a rather satisfactory reply. He says, the price difference is probably caused by the fact that zinc is the rare earth element.
This information, has absolutely exceeded the range of my common sense. So, I need to do a little catch up.
Bearing this question in mind, I checked the Wiki articles about copper, zinc, and rare earth elements. While reading, I found out that China is the biggest exporter in the field and the term 'rare earth elements' has been abolished by International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) already, due to that the so called 'rare elements' are actually, not rare.

Looking at the names of those chemical elements, I can hardly read out their Chinese names, not alone their English names. Great, it makes me realize how poor is my Chinese ability, at least, if I used to consider that this is the only thing that I am competent with. Those chemical elements are totally unfamiliar to me. So, I have checked some other related articles too. I am really curious about that how people use rare earth resource to make money and how many conflicts and arguments have caused among nations when mining, production and trading of rare chemical elements are concerned, reminds me again, of the saying from Laozi; What does that mean? It means, when we do not value those rare things too much, there would be no need to worry about the theft.
Sure, one could say that it is the continuous development and the prosperous status of the communication technology, causing the big consumption of rare metals, especially, zinc, and the amount of the consumption would keep rising .
Nevertheless, I would tend to ask: Is it really necessary to over-develop something, no matter what, without a limit? Is it really necessary to encourage the human greed in such way?
It is illness, I would say. Human being is producing awkward situation which ourselves are unable to cope with. Look at the case of Snowden.
Why is Laozi, a man who lived 2000 years ago, considered as a wise man nowadays? That's because he knew what kind of trouble that human being should be avoided and how.
My curiosity on chemical elements makes my husband really amused. He said that he didn't expect my interest on geology is still kept alive, although he knew that I once wished to study geology more than 30 years ago.

those sour things

There are definitely things which can be sour without being

I don't know if such English idiom exists or not, but there is such logic existed in Chinese way of thinking.

An old colleague of me visited Munich last week and brought me a chance to explore and enjoy the town I live in, more, while accompanying her here and there.

Munich is often mocked by those cosmopolitan people as a village with a million inhabitants. But I love her. Although it seems an unexplainable mystery, I feel even a bit proud of it to some extent. I think that I have never been loving a place, where I live, in such a profound way, like the feeling that I have towards Munich now. This place can simply satisfy all aspects I need in my life.
So, I guess, Munich is really my destined home.

Nevertheless, from the experience I have got last week, I am a little bit worried about the future of this country, which is in the leading position of European Union at this moment.

While eating in Augustinerbraeu, we saw a little mouse running cross under our table.
I was not horrified. My old colleague didn't panic as well.

Nevertheless, as a Chinese, there is a memory imprinted in my mind I can hardly get rid of; that is the impression of the detested faces and the mocking tunes of some old German folks, when they were talking about the similar experience they have had in China, several decades ago.

To many people who visited Germany for the first time, this country is kind of 'unbearably' CLEAN. So, the rat plot in the restaurant could make a too sharp contrast and bring a feeling more acute than a light smile. How could such things happen in a country, which has got RIGOROUS as typical character of its people?

The problem is, if the rat scene in the restaurant was only a single and coincident case, in the same night, bedbugs were found in the hotel room where my old colleague and her friends stayed. Bedbugs are certainly not only borrowing the hotel beds as their play ground and they were not carrying out a job of creative decoration, but seriously, they can bring and they have brought health problem.

I don't think that I am overreacting and being fussy about something which is no big deal. We have to put these phenomena into the context of Germany, a well-developed country, which I have enjoyed and I still enjoy its political and social system, and its natural environment. We have to put our sight a bit deeper, to place where the cases of the scary hygiene condition laid on, and to see that what we should worry about, is the self-centered, indifferent mentality.

Facing the complaints about the bedbugs from their guests, the hotel staff showed no sense of shame at all; they didn't think that they were in the position to show a slice of sympathy to what their guests have encountered and give a consolation(, as we normally do following human nature); they were not even generous enough to give a sincere apology with a smiling face.

What's wrong with them?

Is that because the professional development in Germany is focused too much on the restricted specified points of craft skills, technologies and knowledge? Is that because people in here are used to let the philosophers to care about thinking, politicians to care about the policy structures, lawyers to care about social rules and regulations, engineers to care about mechanism of machines, surgeons to fix body parts, businessmen to care about their profit, the staffs at the front desk of a hotel need only to take notes of personal information of the hotel guest, and etc...? But, who is going to care about individual feelings and basic morality? Don't say that that is the job of psychologists or church staffs. It is too ridiculous, when the human world turned into purely the assembly plant of a big machinery factory and individuals have assigned their own business to different factories without noticing the functions of their own brain.

I think that the unsatisfactory behavior of the hotel staff, whom my old colleague has encountered, is not only derived from the fact that they are lacking of a proper sense of service, as what the French and German people are famous for, but instead, their indifferent attitude shows that they have permitted themselves to neglect certain parts of their responsibility, they have no sense of honor, or say, they do not treat duty and self-respect as the core elements of their honor. They have got broken links in their mind, which make them incapable of forming cause-effect relation between things, while to some extent, they have forgotten that they still belong to human kind instead of machine, they have forgotten how to behave like a human being, as what their ancestors had learnt in the past centuries. They don't know that people who don't know how to respect the others, can never get respect in return. Probably they are working in their current position with considerably low salary. But with such mentality, they are willingly drowning themselves in the lower, and not only the poorer, class.

This is a sad and pathetic enough fact.

The strong European countries do have some well civilized traditions as the foundation of their current prosperity, so, some rotten parts here or there, in their social or individual's character, would not lead to an immediate and complete destruction. However, who can say that the continuous development and flourishing would be promised, if the mindless crowd would become bigger and bigger? How about the example of the ancient Roman empire and the nowadays Spain? While the political and social system provide a dignified living for individuals, it still requires individuals to cherish and hold our dignity, tightly and correctly, in our own consciousness.

I love the town of Munich, and I love Germany. I feel proud for every slice of her and his elegance. I feel ashamed for every slice of her and his flaw. I only wish, the attractions in here are not merely sparkling spots but a harmonious picture instead. I wish people around the world would love this town and this country too, without regret.

sooooooooo cute!
As an answer to the question stated in the title, I tend to say, it is the power of nature plus the up to date peaceful human condition.
But why does not everybody bahave in the same way? Generally speaking, it is the power of social influence, which is based on different individual psychological reactions toward certain circumstances.
Underneath all individual characters, inspired genes and existing living condition play important roles.

The minute difference

ZDF has launched some life sections among its program schedule, in order to attract audience from younger generation. Unfortunately, as an unwilling side-effect, I think that they have revealed a ridiculous shallow side of their cultural image.

The impression of the ridiculous and shallowness is not resulted from any technical perspectives of the production. Because a layman is not in the position to comment on that. What we say here, can only be related to ideological consideration. For example, there is a series show called "blond test". Under this title, a young female blond is videoed to test various tipps, which are advertised in women's magazines, including five days fruit diet menu, which guarantees to reduce 5 kgs in 5 days; hot wax hair removal treatment; real experience of nude erotic massage; striptease lesson; flirting-skill training in pub situation; and so on.

This idea is a bit like those shows such as home-visiting personal fashion consulting, at the first glance. It is a presentation of various life enjoyment, and at the same time, satisfying the typical German obsession on quality testing. Nevertheless, it conceals an inevitable big problem actually. Firstly, it arouses the question of women's social identity. Secondly, what is the definition of beauty. The activities demonstrated in the show, are more like sections of a training designed to reinforce female sex appeal, they are different ways, through which women can equip their bodies (rather than minds) with more pleasant, attractive and seductive power, like tools with stickers of better brands. It made me associate to the famous Indian guide to sex art, The Kamasutra, but a more beast-like version. If we take it as one category of human activitys which balances and colorizes other contents (which require more conscious involvement), it is perfectly alright. However, the problem appears when it is boldly emphasised and there is no other content could be put on the other side of the scale. When the testing blond makes people to think that she possesses merely rough rationality, the elegant art of life would be then degraded into the guidence for pursuiting purely sensory satisfaction, through body-building and lust encouragement. A heavily slop-sided value would be hence passed on to the public.

What I saw from the screen, was just like that; a girl with no sense of shame and with unrefined quality, which is nourished by the superficiality of the modern world. While knowing that the video would be broadcasted on public channel, she was still daring not to hold those 'shits' to her own mouth, still daring to distort her own face, which is already not a blessed one by nature, with careless yelling. I hope what I am saying here is merely a misunderstanding. But I just cannot help to think, such a creature or such creatures, even if they could possess a figure like devil, even if they could play the role as a sex slave or a sex doll perfectly, so what?

I believe, human beings do have got something, which could be less primitive than that, to make us feel proud of and hence, worth to be encouraged, as public education.

training for stay calm

I have spent quite a lot time on playing chess games these days, together with my husband, or with the machine. So far, I am the constant loser.
My husband couldn't understand why am I always defeated nowadays, because once upon the time, I was able to get the fairly balanced result.

The night before last night, the machine made me rather upset, or say, desperate. I guess my husband was kind of scared and therefore, he rushed himself to bed earlier than usual. The more games I lost, the stronger the urge aroused inside, for keep playing, like a real gambler traped in her hopeless despair.

I got my concentration lost too easily, just like a kid. This is normally the cause of the very first wrong move. Then, a flood of mistakes would be irreversibly and incurably following after that.
Reparation is always a difficult work, no matter under what kind of situation. It is not a skill that one can possess by nature without training. Mending the holes produced by one's won stupidity, would normally cost the highest amount, because the psychological burden would have been added on.

Positively speaking, I made a small progress last night, on training myself stay calm. I performed a little better. In the last game before I went to bed, I cost the machine 3 minutes and 20 seconds to think, sure, while I myself spent 22 minutes and 22 seconds. Even if it sounds rediculous, I feel really happy enough for having that result, almost like a glorious defeat. hahahah~~~~~

Bavarian Hollywood

My husband and I have paid a visit to the so called 'Bavarian Hollywood' yesterday. From its name, one can already unmistakenly imagine that it is a film factory. It is located in the range of 4th ring of Munich, a place called green forest (gruenwald).

On the way to there, my husband said, look, something which is named after 'wood' has actually got nothing to do with wood, while something which is really situated right in the wood, has no need to crown itself with 'wood' at all.

I kind of like this statement, because I don't like any sort of invasive or misleading gesture. Nevertheless, I don't think the careless character of Germans (on presentation) is some kind of quality that one should feel proud of, on the other hand. At least, they should not let the poor godess of justice carrying all those parasite plants on her body.

The sunshine was rather beautiful in the morning when we went out and it made me regret that I didn't wear my sunglasses. Nevertheless, the weather had soon turned to the totally opposite. Gosh, the wind made me sneezed a great deal, half from allergy, half from coldness. I prayed for that I would not catch cold because of this worthless outing.

We spent 27,5 Euro per head as entrance fee and got an paper armband for each of us.
As souvenir, we pressed two 5 cents coins, one with Das Boot, another, with Bavaria Filmstadt on it. I like this kind of coin-press machine. I could never avoid its attraction, wherever I saw it. 1 Euro is the required expense, for every press.

Wearing the armband, we had a guided tour around the film studios and then visited Bullyversum. In between them, we took a break to escape from the coldness and thrashed into the big M and had an awful lunch there. Thanks God, how good that we didn't have to take the train and travel a long way to get there.

It is a place might make children happy, because the guided tour offers the special interactive experiences of film production, in the studios. But to me, not surprisingly, I was only impressed by the German mechanic technology. On this aspect, there are enough substantial evidences to support their proud.
She is really great, in the way that she is so honest to herself and treats herself with things which she thinks they are right and good. She knows what she really wants and what she can really do. Therefore, she does not take the normal judgement, which is not in favor of her action or behavior, into account.
I know what do I want and what can I do too. But my problem is that things which she can do, I cannot, not only talking from perspective of talent.
She is not afraid of showing the hair under her armpits in the public, and she does not care if her sweat has soaked her shirt through there. I guess that is really not something that all women are capable to do.

the second day of Moers festival 2013

yesterday, I asked my husband if he feels regret for that we will have missed the chance to see the co-working of Fred Frith and Evelyn Glennie on stage. I said that if he does, we would be still able to catch it.
Some times, old films are very good reminders of where do we come from, what we have experienced in the past and how has our realization changed following the time, about ourselves, about the world and about what is valueable.
Turning the time-wheel back for some four decades, it should be the day for celebrating the birth of the '7th of May' instruction from Chairman Mao, today.

By the way, I have never heard of Apple TV. (actually, how many of the reality depicted in this film is comprehensible to young people nowadays?) Does that Apple TV have anything to do with Apple Daily, which was later appeared in the media world of HK?
