Purpose of Isis Development

The Purpose of Isis Development is to become and function as the Central Council and Development Team for the Isis Group Network. We now envision this purpose to have three branches:
- Serve as the Central Council for guiding the creation, development and growth of the Isis Group Network (To serve as Development Team for the Isis Group)
- Develop an operating business that creates and implements Development Teams for Isis Group clients and associated companies
- Serve on the Executive Teams for Business Segments and Business Networks created, developed and led by the Isis Group Network.

The Development Team satisfies critical needs for a Living System business. Why?

A Living System must satisfy several self-enabled and self-implemented needs in harmony with its environments and consistent with the Principles of Living Systems. These include the needs to self regulate, repair, regenerate, extend, replicate and transform itself without externally applied management in any, or all, of the Living System's three dimensions - Its nature, its organization and its operations. Satisfying these needs in harmony with its environments and its Principles assures the Health of the Living System. These needs are satisfied through the inherent structure and operations of the Living System itself - Linear machine system organizations cannot even try to accomplish these needs without imposed mangement.

A Living System business also has these same self-enabled and self-implemented needs. The Purpose of a Development Team, as a central nodal unit of the business or network, is to satisfy these needs so as to assure the health of the business. Its job is to define and establish the underlying patterns of strategy, organization and operations that enable the business to inherently function as a living system without externally imposed management. The design and implementation of a Development Team must be customized to the needs of each business or network.
