For many years, scientists believed that birds are fighting and competing to get the female without any ethical rules. But is it the truth? Let us read ….

A new study for a tropical bird called "manakins" illustrated that male who wins the grand prize to get the female is the only one who lives with her till death, but after that his counterpart may marry and lives with his widow!!! That sincerity may not be found in human life.

What happens is that the tropical male birds perform a courtship song and dance, but the alpha male gets the girl every time. The dance, dubbed "backwards leapfrog", was filmed in Costa Rica by zoologists from the University of Wyoming.

"At first glance, it appears like a competitive [dance-off] but in fact it is a co-operative pact between buddies" says Dr David McDonald, of Wyoming University. Also he added" As far as I know it is the only example of male-male [mating] co-operation in the animal kingdom".

Hence we can say that there are two males: the (Alfa) who marries the female and the (Beta) who waits till the death of Alfa. Meanwhile the beta spends five years playing second fiddle. But he eventually inherits the mating site.

Here it is nice to say that the male birds' partnership lasts up to five years, during that time, the beta male does not copulate as he has to wait until alpha male dies - he doesn't kick him out. So he may be waiting until he's 10, 15 or even older. In return, he will eventually inherit the mating site and become the alpha himself.

The network of relations by the male decides his role in the courtship song and dance. "As males grow up, they go through a complex network of social interactions, as how well connected a young male is will predict how he will do - whether he becomes an alpha or a beta." says Dr McDonald.

In fact the females don't know the males individually. They map the sites where males are doing really hot performances. But how do the males decide which of them is the alpha? Dr McDonald says" It is not a case of who is a better dancer, what it comes down to is how -well connected- he is among his buddies".

From this study we can conclude that birds have high level of Morality and cooperation which is considered to be evidence that world of birds looks like our world. God be He blessed and exalted says: (There is not a moving (living) creature on earth, nor a bird that flies with its two wings, but are communities like you. We have neglected nothing in the Book, then unto their Lord they (all) shall be gathered.)(Sûrat Al-An’âm- verse38).

Also we can realize that those creatures can think and can distinguish between right and wrong, we see in mankind some people who looks at what others have got of livelihood (wife, money, sons, etc…).

Notice: most of animals and birds are like human as we can find lying, cheating and bluffing in their life, also they can distinguish between Good and evil, so the koranic description is very precise and accurate.

The following picture calls any believer to glorify Allah almighty, world of ants is strange; hence there is a complete verse in the Qur'an named "the ant". Let us read and glorify Allah.

In the following pictures (enlarged by microscopes), we see a small ant extracts honeydew from Aphid. The ant emits adhesive material to stick the aphid on the plant inside a determined circle by that ant, so that aphid couldn't run away till the ant comes and sucks the honeydew from it!!

The honeydew is gathered at the same place till the ant comes and swallows the sugary honeydew.

Ants and aphids share a well-documented relationship of mutualism. Ants feed on the sugary honeydew left behind by aphids. In exchange, the ants protect the aphids from predators and parasites. In fact, honey ants will go to unusual lengths to ensure the health of the aphids in their care.

The Question, does the ant thank Allah? Of course it does, because He almighty taught her that technique to gather the sugary honeydew. Don't you believe that ant is smarter than we think? God be He blessed and exalted says: (And no moving (living) creature is there on earth but its provision is due from Allah. And He knows its dwelling place and its deposit (in the uterus, grave). All is in a Clear Book (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz -the Book of Decrees with Allah).)(Sûrat Hûd-verse 6).

In this article we are going to see how German scientists had learned from the beetles how to make an early warning system to detect fires, the black beetle can detect the fire 80 kilometer away. Let us read….

During a forest fire, most insects and animals flee in all directions, flying, and running, crawling and using every possible means to avoid the deadly flames. But there are exceptions, like some spices of beetles.

Some scientists believe people can capitalize on their behavior and the body parts they use to detect fire or sense chemicals in the environment.

Scientific news from Germany

Nowadays, group of scientists in the University of Bonn are working hardly to invent sensors like the detection sensors in the black beetles which can detect the fire tens of kilometers far from the flame, those scientists are looking for that invention to help in preventing forests fires.

Researcher kloka from the Institute of Zoology at the University of Bonn confirms that some spices of beetles can hear the fires, also he say that he is trying to study those spices to figure out how it avoids fire and how it detects the emitted Infrared ray from that fire?

Under supervision of Professor Helmut Schmitz (University of Bonn), kloka concentrated on the black beetle which lives in forests and don’t runaway from fires, it searches for it. Its larva feeds on burned wood.

In their fire-seeking frenzy, flying into flames or crawling along still-smoldering trees, the beetles may be trying to beat competitors to weakened or dying trees so that they are the first to plant their eggs into them, researchers believe.

To do that, though, the beetles must be able to find burning trees and get to them quickly. While it has been known for decades that these insects have infrared detectors that allow them to sense the heat of fires, new research by scientists indicates they also possess highly sensitive detectors in their antennas that allow them to sense minute amounts of volatile substances in smoke from burning wood.

Scientists say that the beetle possesses highly sensitive detectors in its antenna that allow it to sense the volatile substances in smoke from burning wood.

The research team had succeeded to recognize how these systems work as they are willing to mimic it. Professor Schmitz says: 'we are cooperating with researchers in biology to build micro mechanic systems which are similar to what is in the beetles.'

Another researcher Dr. Stefan Schutz of the Justus Liebig University in Giessen, Germany, and colleagues say this highly sensitive smoke detection, coupled with their heat sensors, appears to be part of a system that allows the beetles to sense fires and home in on them from distances of more than 30 miles away.

''There is a complex interplay with the infrared system that we do not fully understand,'' Dr. Schutz said, also he added ''but we think detecting the smoke may be an early indication to the beetle that there is a fire in the area.''

''The beetles are often found in hilly places where there may not be the clear line of sight to a fire that is needed by their heat detectors'' he said.

E. Richard Hoebeke, a beetle expert in the entomology department at Cornell University said the German work was ''new and exciting'' but also showed how much people had to learn about insects.

'Think about how little we know of insects with incredibly sensitive and complex sensory mechanisms.' Mr. Hoebeke asked.

Dr. Daniel Young, director of the insect research collection at the University of Wisconsin's entomology department, said many beetle species found in the United States and Canada exhibited fire-seeking behavior, looking for stressed or dying trees in which to plant their eggs, so their larvae could develop in or under the bark.

Dr. William G. Evans, an entomologist who studied the insects 30 years ago as a professor at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada, said he was gratified that scientists were continuing to study the beetles, but not too surprised by their findings. ''All insects have olfactory organs in their antennas,'' he said, ''and you would almost expect the beetles to detect smoke.''

In earlier research, Dr. Evans discovered that Melanophila acuminata had a pair of thoracic pit organs that were sensitive infrared receptors, guiding the insect to fires.

These creatures are subjected to serve human

2. There is no mess in our universe and nothing is purposelessly, therefore every creature on earth has a benefit even animals and insects. God says: (Everything with Him is in (due) proportion.*All-Knower of the unseen and the seen, the Most Great, the Most High.)(Sûrat Ar-Ra‘d-verse 8-9).

3. Allah is the one who created and subjected all of these creatures (Animals, plants, insects, moon, sun, etc…….); shouldn't we thank and glorify that great God?

Scientists are asking very naïve question" How did these beetles develop their ability to lay eggs this way?'' The beetle expert Mr. Hoebeke asked.

Will Allah almighty forgives us and all people (Muslims and non Muslims) for the illiteracy of His graces?

Hence we Muslims should thank Allah for His graces and to be more submissive to His orders. God says: (Has not the time come for the hearts of those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism) to be affected by Allah's Reminder (this Qur'an), and that which has been revealed of the truth, lest they become as those who received the Scripture [the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] before (i.e. Jews and Christians), and the term was prolonged for them and so their hearts were hardened? And many of them were Fâsiqûn (the rebellious, the disobedient to Allah).)(Sûrat Al-Hadîd- verse16).

Also we have to deliver the message of Islam and the miracle in Qur'an and Sunnah to all people even Muslims and non Muslims all over the world.

Cosmic rivers

It is a new scientific discovery in which the westerners use the exact Koranic term. Let us read about these rivers of stars that flow in our galaxy and recognize the greatness of this religion…

American scientists recently discovered a long river of elegant stars streaming in a thrilling and striking way. This river is 76000 light years distance from us. This river includes around 50000 stars! The scientists assure the multiplicity of such rivers which spread in the universe containing stars flowing and running in a way similar to the movement of the water of rivers on the earth.

If we visualize their discoveries, we notice that they use the word “stream” which means “run” which is a word the Quran uses to express the movement of the sun. And as we know, the sun is a star, and there are more than a hundred thousand million suns flowing in our galaxy all in a precise system. Allah (SWT) describes the movement of the sun saying “And the sun runs on its fixed course for a term (appointed). That is the decree of the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing” [ya-sin: 38].

In a study that was published in the “Astrophysical Journal Letters” magazine of March-2006, the owner of the discovery Carl Grillmair, an American researcher working for the California Institute of Technology’s Spitzer Science Center, caught my attention for his attempt to find a connection between the rivers in the sky and the rivers in the earth.

In his research, Carl Grillmair says that studying the stars’ rivers is very necessary to know the way the galaxies were shaped, exactly like studying the earth and the mountains to recognize how rivers were formed. What is amazing is that when Allah (SWT) spoke regarding the sun, the following verse was talking about the earth’s rivers and mountains! He Almighty says: “He has subjected the sun and the moon each running (its course) for a term appointed) [Ar-Rad: 2], He then said in the following verse: (And it is He who spread out the earth, and placed therein firm mountains and rivers” [Ar-Rad: 3].

From here we recognize that speaking of the flowing of the sun, the moon, and the rivers are among the Quranic signs which proves that this book can’t be a human made; it is Allah’s (SWT) words, the lord of humankind. Scientists say that no one could see or predict these cosmic rivers before 2006 and that the scientists used a new technology referred to as “matched filtering”. The discoveries are still in the preliminary steps, and no one could have predicted stars running in the sky before the twenty first century.

This proves that the Quran preceded the scientists in using the description “running” regarding the sun. That’s because the description is precise, matches the reality, and is scientifically acknowledged. Let’s look at this amazing Quranic description with reference to the running sun and the running ships in the seas: He almighty says: “See you not (O Muhammad) that Allah merges the night into the day, and merges the day into the night, and has subjected the sun and the moon, each running its course for a term appointed; and that Allah is All-Aware of what you do* That is because Allah, He is the Truth, and that which they invoke besides Him is falsehood; and that Allah, He is the Most High, the Most Great* see you not that the ships run through the sea by Allah’s Grace that He may show you of His signs? Verily, in this are signs for every patient, grateful (person)” [Luqman: 29-31].

Scientists say that the movement of the stars in the galaxy including the sun is to some extent similar to the movement of a ship in the sea. They each run and swim in currents similar to waves, and that the movement is ascending and descending. Allah (SWT) says: “It is not for the sun to overtake the moon, nor does the night outstrip the day. They all float, each in an orbit” [Ya-Sin: 40]. The word “float” is scientifically very accurate.

Since that the scientists are studying the rivers of the skies; if the scientists found these terms inaccurate, they wouldn’t use them. This provides evidence for the exact match between the Quran and science. Allah (SWT) says: “Had it been from other than Allah, they would surely, have found therein many a contradiction” [An-Nisa: 82].

Camels have lived in some of the most desolate corners of our planet, and not only do they live,….

Camels have lived in some of the most desolate corners of our planet, and not only do they live, they thrive. Most large animals are unable to survive in these kinds of desolate places. This is because of their large requirement for resources such as food and water. Camels are able to use this to their advantage as a survival strategy.

Allah almighty had supported this animal with some characteristics to enable it to live in desert in unbearable circumstances. The question is why the nature or coincidence did support that animal with these characteristics and didn't support the others!!!?

Camels can travel long distances which allow them to take advantage of the maximum number of resources. They can withstand a massive amount of dehydration which allows them to survive not only between watering holes, but sometimes between seasons. For food, camels are omnivorous. They can eat almost anything be it vegetation, meat, or bone, -- salty or sweet, a camels stomach knows no limits.

Look at this beautiful creation, when we see that we have to remember Allah's saying: (Say: "Have ye seen (these) 'Partners' of yours whom ye call upon besides God? Show me what it is they have created in the (wide) earth. Or have they a share in the heavens?)(Sûrat Fatir- verse40)

General Characteristics of the camel

The camel's body Length is 300 cm (10ft) and its Shoulder Height is 180-210 cm (6-7 ft). The Tail Length of the camel is 50 cm (20in) and its weight is from 600 to1000 kg (1320-2200 lb).

The smooth coat is beige to light brown in wild-type individuals, with the undersides slightly lighter. The legs are long and slender, with callousness on the 'knees' where they touch the ground when the animal is lying down. Though often called the one-humped camel, the dromedary has two humps used for energy storage in the form of fat. The under-developed anterior hump sits over the shoulders and the large rear hump is found in the centre of the back. The upper lip is deeply split, and the nostrils can be closed. There are long eyelashes, which help to keep sand out of the eyes. The two broad toes on the feet are able to spread widely as an adaptation to walking on sand.

Ecology and Behavior

The ability of the camel to survive in desert conditions without water for long periods of time is rivaled by none. The many physiological adaptations the dromedary has even earned it the title "ship of the desert". Dromedaries can glean much of their needed water from desert vegetation, and can survive after losing over 40 percent of their body weight in water.

When water is available (fresh or salty), camels drink well - up to 57 liters at a time. Camels also have a flexible 'thermostat', and will not start sweating until their body temperature reaches 42^oC / 107.5^oF. Nor do heating mechanisms kick in during the cooler nights until the internal temperature reaches 34^oC / 92^oF. Besides saving energy, this physiological adaptation allows the camel to "store" coolness in preparation for the next day. On hot days, dromedaries will rest together in closely packed groups, with reduces the heat reflecting off of the ground considerably.

The mouth is very sturdy, able to chew thorny desert plants. Long eyelashes and ear hairs, together with sealable nostrils, form a barrier against sand. Their gait and their widened feet help them move without sinking into the sand

Also to save water the kidneys and intestine of a camel are very efficient at retaining water. Urine comes out as thick syrup, and their feces are so dry that they can fuel fires. Camels do not store water in their humps as is commonly believed. The humps are actually a reservoir of fatty tissue. Concentrating body fat in their humps minimizes heat-trapping insulation throughout the rest of their body, which may be an adaptation to living in hot climates. When this tissue is metabolized, it acts as a source of energy, and yields more than 1 g of water for each 1 g of fat converted through reaction with oxygen from air.

This car is a human made… But who created this magnificent? Creation, coincidence or blind nature?

Allah says: (Do they not look at the Camels, how they are made?* and at the Sky, how it is raised high?* and at the Mountains, how they are fixed firm?*and at the Earth, how it is spread out?*Therefore do thou give admonition, for thou art one to admonish) (Sûrat Al-Ghasyha verse 17-21).

Children are Born Believers in God

Children are "born believers" in God and do not simply acquire religious beliefs through indoctrination, according to an academic..

Dr Justin Barrett, a senior researcher at the University of Oxford's Centre for Anthropology and Mind, claims that young people have a predisposition to believe in a supreme being because they assume that everything in the world was created with a purpose.

He says that young children have faith even when they have not been taught about it by family or at school, and argues that even those raised alone on a desert island would come to believe in God.

The preponderance of scientific evidence for the past 10 years or so has shown that a lot more seems to be built into the natural development of children's minds than we once thought, including a predisposition to see the natural world as designed and purposeful and that some kind of intelligent being is behind that purpose," he told BBC Radio 4's Today programme.

"If we threw a handful on an island and they raised themselves I think they would believe in God."

In a lecture to be given at the University of Cambridge's Faraday Institute on Tuesday, Dr Barrett will cite psychological experiments carried out on children that he says show they instinctively believe that almost everything has been designed with a specific purpose. In one study, six and seven-year-olds who were asked why the first bird existed replied "to make nice music" and "because it makes the world look nice".

Another experiment on 12-month-old babies suggested that they were surprised by a film in which a rolling ball apparently created a neat stack of blocks from a disordered heap.

Dr. Barrett said there is evidence that even by the age of four, children understand that although some objects are made by humans, the natural world is different. He added that this means children are more likely to believe in creationism rather than evolution, despite what they may be told by parents or teachers.

Dr Barrett claimed anthropologists have found that in some cultures children believe in God even when religious teachings are withheld from them. "Children's normally and naturally developing minds make them prone to believe in divine creation and intelligent design. In contrast, evolution is unnatural for human minds; relatively difficult to believe."

Allah All Mighty says: (So set thou thy face steadily and truly to the Faith: (establish) God's handiwork according to the pattern on which He has made mankind: no change (let there be) in the work (wrought) by God: that is the standard Religion: but most among mankind understand not.) [30 / 30].

This verse refers to fact that every child has born on "pattern" i.e. they believers in God, and this is what scientists say today.

Let us examine the results of one American study regarding reasons for happiness and how our Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) told us about them fourteen centuries ago.….

Causes that bring happiness to humankind

After many years of wondering about the causes of human pleasure, a new study revealed three reasons that solve this complex problem and show the sources of humanities cheerfulness.

In their study, Jonathon Height and Jenifer Silvers found that communication and interaction between people increases the release of the hormone oxytocin and increases the effects of the vagus nerve; both appear to enhance happiness. The results were partially publicized on the Oprah program, where a video showed how a mother’s actions reflected on her happiness. On the program, Height explained that human happiness appears to come from the process of the human body interacting with its’ surroundings. Height then clarified three reasons that better serve the human psyche: communicating and interacting with others, volunteering to help others, and thinking about the universe.

Communicating and interacting with others

Interacting with others, feeling with them and their successes is a significant cause for happiness. Conversely, a person should always aim to reach an intended goal, to aid in progressing while living.

Volunteering to help others

The researchers found that the process of volunteering to help others helps raise peoples’ self esteem. It can aid in feeling self-confident when difficulties arise.

Thinking about the universe

A final source of happiness is to track the mysteries of the universe and the world. This can bring joyfulness to the heart.

The hormone of love

Other studies have also found that happiness is linked to the hormone oxytocin. The hormone has become known as the “hormone of love” since it’s released during intercourse and when meeting with loved ones. It has also been linked to feeling confident and sincere.

The Vagus nerve

Other investigators have found that happiness is also linked to the vagus nerve, which is the only nerve that originates in the brain and ends in the digestive system. It links the muscles of the face to both the heart and lungs. Researchers have clarified that the vagus nerve carries messages between the central nervous system and the main organs of the body. It also helps maintain the heart beat at a low level and calms the immune system.

Did the prophet (peace be up on him) talk about these results before western scientists?

After long experiments, the scientists appear to have verified the commands of the Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him). The Prophet commanded us to pray in congregation, to gather with a group to remember Allah (swt), and to publicize the truth about Islam and Allah (swt) almighty. A believer should not be away from others, rather they should spend time with their fellow muslims. Taking care of kin is one of the most important worships, and severing the bond of kinship is one of the worst deeds. That’s why Islam commands us to communicate and interact with others; for our and their own benefit, just as the study found.

The study found that happiness is linked to helping others; Islam commands us to help others and lend a hand to our brothers. Islam commands us to be good to our parents and to serve them, to provide for the poor and needy people among us, to forgive those who have treated us unjustly, to exonerate those who have mistreated us, and not to harm others. We should remember the Prophets’ saying “Whoever removes a worldly grief from a believer, ALLAH will remove from him one of the grieves of the Day of Resurrection“, Narrated by Muslim.

The study points out the importance of thinking about the mysteries of the universe and the creation, but as a Muslim, I have a great book to help me comprehend these mysteries, the Quran. The Quran is full of universal miracles that invite the believer to have more humbleness, faith, and happiness. Thinking about the universe is one of the most significant forms of worship. In the Quran, Allah (swt) almighty says “And think deeply about the creation of the heavens and the earth” (Al-Imran:191).

As to the importance of the “hormone of love” and its link to happiness, we remember that Islam commanded us to get married and enjoy marriage within the ruling of Islam. Moreover, our religion commands us to gather with believers and remember Allah (swt). Let us remember that most of the commendations and inhibitions from Allah (swt) that are directed toward the believers com in the plural form of “oh you who believe”, which is a proof about the importance for the believer to be within a group and not to leave it.

As for the vagus nerve and its link to happiness, Islam commands us to eat food that is good, avoid unlawful food, and it prohibits us from wasting. If the believers followed these instructions he would be guaranteed good health and to not get diseases, hence he would be guaranteed more happiness.

Aren’t all of these things what Islam has brought to mankind? Shouldn’t western scientists admire this religion and know that when they provide us with studies aimed at determining what makes humankind happy that the Prophet (peace be upon him) came with these same sources before them? By Allah (swt), the Prophet (peace be upon him) who came with these instructions that guarantee happiness to humankind was a noble and merciful prophet, not a prophet of destruction or terrorism as they imagine him! He is as Allah (swt) the majesty describes him in the Quran: “Verily, there has come unto you a messenger from amongst yourselves. It grieves him that you should receive any injury or difficulty. He is anxious over you; for the believers full of pity, kind, and merciful but if they turn away, say (O Muhammed): “Allah is sufficient for me. None has the right to be worshipped but He. In him I put my trust and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne” (Al-Taubah:128-129).

Anger Really Can Kill You

New study

U.S. researchers said anger and other strong emotions can trigger potentially deadly heart rhythms in certain vulnerable people.

Previous studies have shown that earthquakes can increase rates of death from sudden cardiac arrest, in which the heart stops circulating blood.

"It's definitely been shown in all different ways that when you put a whole population under a stressor that sudden death will increase," said Dr. Rachel Lampert of Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, whose study appears in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.

"Our study starts to look at how does this really affect the electrical system of the heart, these were people we know already had some vulnerability to arrhythmia " Lampert said.

Patients in the study took part in an exercise in which they recounted a recent angry episode while Lampert's team did a test called T-Wave Alternans that measures electrical instability in the heart.

Lampert said the team specifically asked questions to get people to relive the angry episode. "We found in the lab setting that yes, anger did increase this electrical instability in these patients," she said.

Next, they followed patients for three years to see which patients later had a cardiac arrest and needed a shock from their implantable defibrillator. "The people who had the highest anger-induced electrical instability were 10 times more likely than everyone else to have an arrhythmia in follow-up," she said. Lampert said the study suggests that anger can be deadly, at least for people who are already vulnerable to this type of electrical disturbance in the heart.

What about Islam?

As Muslims, here we can remember when a man came to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and ask him advice, Prophet said: "do not get angry". The man repeat asking advice again, Prophet said the same words :"do not get angry". and in the third time it was the same answer. [Bokhari hadith].

No doubt, anger has serious effects on the heart, brain, mentality and human psychological state.

In Mecca, before Muhammad's mission, anger was a favorite characteristic for strong and tuff people.

Prophet peace be upon him restrained Muslims from getting angry, He was shown angry only for Allah. It’s what I call ” positive anger”, anger for Allah.

Prophet Muhammad never get angry for a matter of our life such as money, food, buildings.. etc. unless that related to Allah Restraind affairs.

He never been indulgent in this case, anger here doesn't hurt , because Allah will be with him and will support him with health and strength.

When human stay away of things which been forbidden by Allah ..such as Fornication, Drinking alcohols, smoking and other things which makes Allah angry.

When he see people commit these things and get angry cause he know that Allah get angry for that , he will be more healthy and in equilibrium mode.

He do not get angry with people, he get angry with their deeds which are contrary of Allah orders.

We ask Allah to grant us patience, prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said: “nothing Allah grant man better than the patience.”

Allah also said in Quran: "Be quick in the race for forgiveness from your Lord, and for a Garden whose width is that (of the whole) of the heavens and of the earth, prepared for the righteous* Those who spend (freely), whether in prosperity, or in adversity; who restrain anger, and pardon (all) men;- for God loves those who do good * And those who, having done something to be ashamed of, or wronged their own souls, earnestly bring God to mind, and ask for forgiveness for their sins and who can forgive sins except God?- and are never obstinate in persisting knowingly in the wrong) they have done* For such the reward is forgiveness from their Lord, and Gardens with rivers flowing underneath,- an eternal dwelling: How excellent a recompense for those who work (and strive)!" [Surat Al-Imran verses 133-136].

The Prohibition of Tattoo

The prophet peace be upon him has forbade about the one who puts tattoo and the tattoo maker, why? ….

Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him has prohibited the tattoo from more than 1400 years and cursed who did it. And this prohibition was in a time no one knew anything about the harmful effects of tattooing. And the strange thing is that a recent scientific research has shown that tattoo definitely causes cancer!! It was stated in Sahih Al-Bukhari: (the prophet peace be upon him has forbade about the one who puts tattoo and the tattoo maker). This hadith indicates to the severe prohibition of tattoo because of the harms it carries to man and God cursed the one who does it. It was scientifically proven that tattoo causes many diseases and mainly cancer because of the chemical substances that are injected in the body.

In celebrating this noble month, I like to remind myself and you some of the scientific secrets regarding fasting. In addition, to remind myself and you concerning the foods’ secrets between science and faith….

Every year, we prepare ourselves to meet Ramadan month which is the best month of the whole year. To feel the aspiration of worshiping and to approach it with great desire, we must know the secrets of this worshipping, and to know the scientific secrets to the elementary foods that were mentioned in the noble Quran. Let us dive together and visualize these wonderful benefits:

The most important thing: To be psychologically ready for fasting

The believer who realizes the benefits of fasting in this life, and the delights he would achieve in the hereafter, he with no doubt greets this month with great energy, eagerness, enthusiasm to fast and meet it with good and comfortable psychological state. This would strengthen the believers’ immune system, and hence, achieving the optimum benefit of fasting.

In contrary to who meets Ramadan with disappointment! He probably smokes and worries about losing some cigarettes during the day, or eats so much and is afraid of losing some meals because of fasting. And some people are used to amusement, enjoyment and disobeying Allah, so they would feel that this month is going to constrict them and prevent them from some pleasures.

People like those don’t feel the joy of fasting. Instead, days pass by heavily, and they count the days with frustration waiting for the month to end. Thus my brothers and sisters, we must read articles like this one to prepare ourselves psychologically to perform this worshiping when knowing its secrets.

Did you know that fasting kills viruses and rejects toxics out?

Scientists say that avoiding food and drink for limited periods give the immune system an opportunity to accomplish its responsibility better and it relaxes the other body systems because extra food does weaken the body. Hence, just by performing fasting, your body cells start discarding accumulated toxics that have been built through out the year. You will feel highly energetic, psychologically relaxed and full of life!

Western studies assure that fasting treats diabetes and heart problems.

A new study revealed that discontinuous fasting like fasting amongst Muslims is essential to treat some of the prolonged diseases such as diabetes and heart problems. Also, another study that was published in the American Society of Animal Science Organization revealed that discontinuous fasting increases the efficiency of two of the hormone’s “adiponectin” receptors. This hormone helps regulate the body consumption of glucose, fatty acids catabolism, and it increases cells response to insulin hormone which regulates the build up and the break down of glucose in the body. There is another study that was prepared by experts in nutrition and was published via British association for nutrition regarding fasting. This study was aimed toward a group of people who fast during Ramadan. Fasting decreases the chance of causing inflammation

After experimenting on some mammals, a study was done by researchers from Grenoble France University showed that discontinuous fasting is responsible for decreasing the chance of having some types of lymph’s inflammatory to almost 0%. Also, other studies showed that discontinuous fasting is accountable for increasing the likelihood healing among people who suffer from damages to their livers’ tissue which has a chance to become inflamed in the future.

Fasting slows elderly phase

Beside the benefits of fighting prolonged diseases, fasting also slows elderly phases crawling to the brain cells. Scientific studies showed how discontinuous fasting helps in delaying the phases of the brain’s cells to become old, and it assists in slowing the development of Alzheimer disease. This study was done via “The Research Institute for the Care of the Elderly” regarding the possible effect of discontinuous fasting and some dieting were the amount of calories consumed is reduced to half. The study found that fasting contributes in slowing the elderly phase to the brains’ tissues.

Fasting reduces the probability of being diagnosed with cancer

In a new study that was accomplished via scientists from California University and was published in “Psychology and Endocrine Glands Magazine”, the scientists proved that fasting relentlessly stops the division of cancerous cells. We can’t count the medical benefits of this blessing seed that Allah (SWT) has mentioned in his book, and the prophet (peace be upon him) has mentioned it in his sayings. Date is considered a complete diet. It consists of uncountable good substances for the body; it contains numbers of minerals, and essential vitamins. The sugar it contains is easy to absorb, and doesn’t harm even diabetic people (if they consume it with intermediate amount). So my beloveds, don’t forget dates on your dining tables even without Ramadan!

Fruit… curing and nourishment

Allah (SWT) has created many types of fruits and prepared them for us to be used as food and medicine. All researchers assure that fruits are very healthy. You should remember them when you break your fast, and don’t forget that fruits are the food of people in paradise.

Allah Almighty says: “Then, We brought forth for you therewith gardens of date palms and grapes, wherein is much fruit for you, and whereof you eat.” [Al-Muminun: 19]. He also said: “And fruit in plenty* Whose supply is not cut off (by change of season) nor are they out of reach.”[Al-Waqiah: 32-33]. And I would like to remind you dear reader that the best types of fruits are the ones mentioned in Allah’s Almighty book such as fig, grapes and pomegranate.

And glory to Allah (SWT). There is no kind of fruits except it has some medical benefits. And that is from Allah’s delights for us. My advice to you is to eat more fruits and to avoid fast food or sweets that contain plenty of artificial sugar which can cause many diseases such as diabetes if it was consumed with great amount.

Don’t forget herbs

Allah (SWT) gave us numerous types of herbs that have curing benefits such as anyus, chamomile, cumin and green tea. Science has demonstrated uncountable advantages for these herbs. They are good for the heart, neurons, and for diseases concerning blood pressure and cholesterol. They also assist in regulating hormones levels and systematizing cells’ work. My advice to you is to stay away from soda, such as cola, and to concentrate in consuming known medical herbs.

Olive oil from a blessing tree

Many researches proved that olive oil is one of the best nutrition for human. That because of its ability to cure many diseases such as heart problems, stroke, ulcer, cancer and it numbs pains. Other studies also say that olive oil reduces the toxicity levels (which damages cells) in the body cells. Olive oil contains antibodies that protect your cells from the toxicity danger!

Charity alleviates diseases!

When medicals fail to treat your illness, you should try this “magical treatment” which is charity in the sake of Allah. Allah Almighty is capable to arrange for you the causes of healing and to show you the suitable treatment, but how? By giving deprived people some money, and by donating some money to spend for the sake of Allah (SWT) to preach for Allah’s (SWT) religion. That might be a reason to guide a person who went astray. To spend some money to please Allah (SWT), Allah will reward you a lot, save you causes of treatment, show you the appropriate medicine to your illness and relieve your pain.

Easy advices

Also my dears; don’t forget taking too many steps to the mosques. Walking is one of the best workouts that protect the body from possible strokes and heart attack. It also helps reducing weight and treating many diseases especially the ones regarding spinal column, back and nick and legs pains. Moreover, it helps in treating blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol.

There is also a golden advice which is to have the honey available on your house because it is a medicine for every sickness! Science has proved many advantages for this amazing substance. It is the best cure for prolonged coughing, and the finest to treat injuries and burns…

Milk is a significant nutrition substance that you shouldn’t disregard. It is useful for ulcer, bones aches, and is very important for children development…..

Be careful from anger. It is the worst enemy for the heart and the brain. Anger and nervous tension may cause sudden death, heart diseases, blood pressure, and diabetes. If you get angry, you should remember death because it is the best method for healing. We all are going to die and be buried under the ground. Everything will vanish, and only your deeds, patience, and also your good manners will leave with you which are the heaviest thing in your weighing scale in the judgment day.

Don’t forget smiling! It’s a treatment, medicine, and charity that will not cost you anything. Always smile. That will spread happiness around you where ever you were….. Smiling might also treats some diseases. This what doctors assure today.

Being optimistic is the best way to increase your age, of course “Every matter there is a Decree (from Allah)” [Ar-Rad: 38]. But to live your life happily and with good health is way better. Researches say that being optimistic increases the immunity body response and cures many prolonged diseases.

Finally…….the Quran is the best treatment

Allah gave us all the materials that were mentioned previously to benefit from them and use them to treat our illnesses. However, there is a thing that is more important than all of these materials. It is Allah’s Almighty words the one who created the whole universe. It is “healing via the Quran”. Reciting the Quran and listening to it has a great influence on the cells, the heart, and all other body organs.

Reading the Quran humbly influences the heart work positively, increases the body’s immune system response, organizes the cells work and activates them especially the brain cells. And don’t forget to apply the Quranic instructions. Hearing and reciting the Quran is not enough, but practicing it is more importantly. That’s because the Quran was revealed to practice it and to follow its teaching. When you answer Allah’s call for prayer, it is a healing for you. When you are being patient, going to perform pilgrimage to Allah’s house, helping others, obey your parents or taking care of your kin, all these are efficient techniques to treat illnesses.

Now my beloved brothers and sisters: are you going to apply these advices and save your money and energy, and protect yourself from worst diseases from now on?

Healing by Fasting and Quran

Ramadan is considered the best month to recite the healing verses. It is the month where we should explore it and feel its values and advantages ….

A question always comes to my mind: which verses have I read to be cured from a particular illness? Are there specific verses for each disease? What are the best times for healing via the noble Quran?

Since we are currently living in the blessing-filled month that is Ramadan, I would like to tell you my believing brothers and sisters that this month is the month of mercy and healing. Don’t let it pass without seeking healing from Allah (SWT) while reading the verses that are suitable for your disease. If you are in good health and don’t complain about any sicknesses, it is your opportunity to protect yourself and your body against diseases in the future. But how can that be?

Of course, for each disease there are special verses Allah (SWT) has provided with information regarding healing. However, we lack the knowledge concerning these particular verses to specific diseases such as cancer, Migraine and satanic mania. I guarantee to you that curing does exist; however, Allah (SWT) hid it for us to struggle in researching and reading his words. For instance, Allah (SWT) hid the exact time of The Night of Decree for us to struggle in achieving it and to perform our best worshiping especially during the last ten days of Ramadan.

Many researches were accomplished on ill people using the “Starvation method.” In the western world, they don’t know fasting according to Islam, and they don’t recognize the aspiration related to Ramadan. They only do it for their own benefits. When doctors don’t succeed in treating a particular disease, they usually recommend fasting and preventing foods and drinks for limited periods each day.

Hence, the month of Ramadan is a special event to seek healing. We should not lose this month and leave it without benefiting from it. The optimum advantage occurs when we seek refugee to the noble Quran in this blessed month. The most important thing is to listen to the Quran (regardless of the chapter or the verse type). We should listen to the Quran every day as long as we can, and we should try to be humble and comprehend the meaning of the words.

While listening to the Quran, you will cross the healing verse that is appropriate for your situation. So, you must repeat listening to the Quran especially the chapters that make you unperturbed when you hear them more often, or when feeling their effects in your heart more than others. And certainly, all Quranic chapters are great.

These are some basic rules that I hope you will not neglect to obtain the great advantage; and healing is certain by Allah’s (SWT) will.

1- Dedicate yourself to putting aside some time every day for listening to the Quran. Even if it was only half an hour, listen while you are relaxed and think about Allah’s greatness. Try to feel your heart when it is humbling, to sense your skin when shivering, and for your eyes to tear from fear of Allah (SWT).

2- Try your best to reduce eating and drinking during the night. Concentrate, in your dieting, on eating dates, yogurt, fruits, and water. Don’t forget to stay away from soda, fast food and packaged foods, except fish and organic food.

3- Try to deliver new information to others even via emailing or text messaging using your cell phone. This useful knowledge will be counted for you as giving charity even after your death! Try to print useful articles regarding the Quran and the Sunnah secrets, and post them in the mosque or any place where people can read it. Always trust that Allah (SWT) will give you for each letter a reward, and the reward is ten a like!

4- Try to learn new thing regarding Allah’s book everyday during this holy month. If you, for example, read ten pages regarding the miracles, you will, by the end of this month, read 300 pages. Look at how much scientific knowledge you would obtain in only one month! 5- You must hasten in doing good deeds toward others. Start with your relatives, since charity, helping others, forgiving them, and taking care of your kin…… all these deeds assist in healing your body and increasing your immune system response!

6- Dedicate yourself everyday in memorizing some verses from the Quran and a supplication that the noble prophet (peace be upon him) used to say.

7- Don’t let Satan whisper to you and set you back from remembering Allah almighty. Make sure you say (there is no God but Allah, the only one who has no companion. He owns all belongings, and to him we praise. He has the power on top of everything) 100 times each day. This is one of the most important recalls that we must memorize and apply. Also, don’t forget to read “Alroqia Al-shareia” which means; to seek Allah’s protection from Satan using recalls and supplications that the noble prophet (peace be upon him) used to say. You should read it everyday on yourself, your property, your family and your house!

Finally, don’t think about the difficulties that will face you when applying these recommendations. Just start and trust Allah (SWT), and He almighty will assist you and show you the causes for good deeds, healing, and success.

They differ from insects because they have two body parts and eight legs.

Formal categorizations of spiders often start by placing them in families, based on specific criteria.

A less formal way to think about different types of spiders starts by considering their eating habits. Spiders are carnivores that catch their food in one of two ways. They either use a web or actively hunt on the land or water.

Size of spiders

Spiders occur in a large range of sizes. The smallest Patu digua are less than 0.37 mm in body length. The largest and heaviest spiders occur among tarantulas, which can have body lengths up to 90 mm (about 3.5 inches) and leg spans up to 250 mm (about 10 inches).

They are covered in highly sensitive hairs that pick up even low-level vibrations in whatever the spider is standing on (the ground, floor, leaf or web, for example). Spider Brain

Who programmed the brain of this little animal with such sophisticated programs?

The simple instructions encoded in these nerve cells give spiders all the information they need to undertake complex tasks, such as building webs and attacking prey. Some species even exhibit learning behavior. If something isn't working -- a web in a particular spot, for example -- the spider will give up the activity and try something new.

Hence, scientists say that spiders have programs in brain to enable them to design their webs and these program couldn't be developed or created by itself as claiming that nature or coincidence are the creator of these programs is equal to a man says that nature or coincidence had developed windows 7 or Xp.

Indeed it isn't a rational way of thinking!!!!!

Allah almighty is the creator who taught and programmed all of His creatures who says in Qur'an: (That is God, your Lord! there is no god but He, the Creator of all things: then worship ye Him: and He hath power to dispose of all affairs.* No vision can grasp Him, but His grasp is over all vision: He is above all comprehension yet is acquainted with all things.) (Sûrat Al-Anaam- verse102-103).

Ants are common insects, but they have some unique capabilities. More than 10,000 known ant species occur around the world. They are especially prevalent in tropical forests, where they may comprise up to half of all the insects living in some locations.

Ant communities are headed by a queen or queens, whose function in life is to lay thousands of eggs that will ensure the survival of the colony. Workers (the ants typically seen by humans) are wingless females that never reproduce, but instead forage for food, care for the queen's offspring, work on the nest, protect the community, and perform many other duties.

Male ants often have only one role—mating with the queen. After they have performed this function, they may die.

Ant queen and her retinue of attending workers, the workers constantly feed the queen, groom her, and take away the eggs she lays. This queen from a middle sized colony laid an egg every minute or two.

Who taught those little creatures in all over the word these techniques and way of life?

Ants communicate and cooperate by using chemicals that can alert others to danger or lead them to a promising food source. They typically eat nectar, seeds, fungus, or insects. However, some species have diets that are more unusual. Army ants may prey on reptiles, birds, or even small mammals. One Amazon species (Allomerus decemarticulatus) cooperatively builds extensive traps from plant fiber. These traps have many holes and, when an insect steps on one, hundreds of ants inside use the openings to seize it with their jaws.

Ants carrying caterpillar, despite the development and technology of human, are we able to design such magnificent system with that preciseness?

The development of an ant, isn’t similar to the development of human embryo? Indeed the only one creator is the one who created all creatures.

Allah be He blessed and exalted supported this little ant with brain and sophisticated programs to be able to lift heavy things which are three times over their own weight. And can deliver these things to long distance and save it to feed on it in winter.

To realize ants well we have to know that its Size is 0.08 to 1 in (2 to 25 mm). And Average lifespan in the wild from several weeks to several years

All of the above capabilities are controlled from inside the control room of ants (unseen brain). Ant is created and inside its brain all necessary programs to continue life. Who supported it with these programs? God says: (How many are the creatures that carry not their own sustenance? It is God who feeds (both) them and you: for He hears and knows (all things).)(Sûrat Al-Ankabot- verse 60).

Emergence of seas

Scientists were asking this question for long time, how the seas were formed? And from where did this amount of water come?

The most accepted theory to explain the emergence of water from the practical and scientifically point of view can be summarized that the earth at the beginning was throwing lava from the inside, these lava were dashing in the atmosphere so that it was releasing millions of tons of the heated water vapor that ascend in the air till it touch the higher layers of the atmosphere to condense to make the heavy rains.

Hence, the water in earth was emerged from the underground of the earth which means that God be He exalted and blessed take out its water from the inside of it, God says :( And after that He spread the earth *and brought forth there from its water and its pasture*and the mountains He has fixed firmly* (To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle.)(Sûrat An-Nazi' at- verse 30-33).

Look at the sequence of the cosmic events, at the beginning the earth was a flammable celestial body which was separated from the sun and then it started to turn around it, the turning of earth , separation from the sun and then the earth was spread till it got its spherical shape are what the Qur'an told us in His saying:( And after that He spread the earth), in this verse a sign for the sphericity of earth as the word spread came from the roundness of the egg. During the cooling operation the water vapor started to ascend from the lava and that what the Qur'an told us in His saying :( and brought forth there from its water and its pasture).

So the water got out from the earth to start the formation of life and to bring the different plants. At that time the mountains hadn’t been formed yet as it took thousands of millions of years to form the mountains!

When the earth started to become cold, the earth crust started to be formed and that crust started to move because it stands on the lava (thousands of degree of heat)!as a result of these movement the different parts of the crust started to collision with each others to form the mountains. Mountains have roots which extends to thousand of meters inside earth crust as it work as a balance for the earth to fix it during its turning like the anchor for the boat, so God says:(and the mountains He has fixed firmly* (To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle.) (Sûrat An-Nazi'at- verse 30-33).

The scientists say that the water was descended from the sky to be lodged inside the earth which formed seas and rivers, therefore God talks about the descending of the water from the sky and also from inside the earth. Scientists say that both facts are right

Now the Question is: what may happen if the salt of the seas is able to evaporate like the water of the seas? God be He exalted put the law of gravity to enable life to continue. As the salt is heavier than the water so it can't ascend in the air ….but the water can, because the density of water vapor is less than the density of the air. Scientists calls it the "Archimedes' principle".

This law which is related to the density of the materials guarantees the evaporation of water and to keeping the salt in the seas to ensure the descending of the pure water from the sky, God says :(Then tell me about the water that you drink * Is it you who cause it from the rain-clouds to come down, or are We the Causer of it to come down?*If We willed, We verily could make it salt (and undrinkable): why then do you not give thanks (to Allah)?)(Sûrat Al-Wâqi‘ah- verse 68-70).

Therefore, the scientific miracle in the Qur'an is not only limited to mentioning the scientific facts but it includes the actual sequence of these facts. There is no contradiction between the modern science and the words of Allah. This is evidence that the creator of the universe is the one who descended the Qur'an.

We are going to live with a great sign of Gods’ be he Blessed and Exalted which is reflected in the world of seas and rivers as he says (And it is He Who has let free the two seas (kinds of water): this is palatable and sweet, and that is salt and bitter; and He has set a barrier and a complete partition between them). Verse 53 (Al-Furqan)

It is a great sign as God told us about an existing scientific fact between the river and sea in the area called downstream (which is the mouth of the river into the sea), it’s a very sensitive and important area and scientists didn’t realize its importance except in the last few years.

A few months ago, Scientists from the United States of America had undertaken a new research to study this area, the area where the river pours in the sea, as they brought down their machines into the deepest point in the downstream. And as we know that all rivers pour in seas as each river has got a source from a certain area and it flows till it ends in the sea where it pours this fresh water and this fresh water penetrates the salty water for a few kilometers and throw its water in the salty sea .

The Quran has told us about a phenomenon that despite the influx of fresh rivers in the salty seas none of them can dominate on the other, which means that despite the hugeness of the salty sea it’s not possible for it to dominate the river or makes its water salty.

Of course these facts were unknown in the time of Quran, but it recently drew the attention of scientists after the massive pollution in the environment and in rivers as well, as the downstream area was considered to be the safety valve for this fresh water that God exploited to us.

When scientists have calculated the amount of water on earth they found that 97.5%is salty water, 2.5% is fresh water, and two thirds of the fresh water is concentrated in the frozen areas in the North and South Antarctic, so 69%of fresh water is in the form of frozen water and the remaining third is underground water and water founded in the soil, the air humidity, clouds, and etc,….. The rivers and lakes are less than .003% of fresh water , so all what we see from rivers , lakes and springs form only less than .003% of fresh water and fresh water forms only 2.5% of the total amount of water on the surface of this planet.

During the search of scientists to find sources of fresh water, it was necessary to study the pollution in rivers , the massive pollution that was made by the remnants of modern technology and the most important and sensitive area was the downstream area between river and sea , so those scientists started to study this area very carefully and concluded some results ,we have to know that God be he Blessed and Exalted has gathered all of these results in one verse as he says: (And it is He Who has let free the two seas (kinds of water): this is palatable and sweet, and that is salt and bitter; and He has set a barrier and a complete partition between them). Verse 53 (Al-Furqan)

The first result is that a continuous blending occurs between fresh water and salty water in this region, which means that God be he Blessed and Exalted when he said (And it is He Who has let free the two seas (kinds of water) which means that he was the one who created the two seas (the fresh sea and the salty sea) and here we must know why God be he Blessed and Exalted said (And it is He Who has let free the two seas) not (let free the river and the sea).

When scientists studied this area which is the downstream area, they found a continuous merging and mixing of fresh water and salty water occurs. And they found also great differences in temperature, percentage of salinity and density of water specially in that region.

We can observe these differences through the graphic curves drawn by those researchers as they studied the temperature of the downstream region and found big differences and dissimilarities between day and night and from season to another .They found differences in the salinity of this region because of the mixing of fresh water and salty water.

And the new thing founded for the first time by scientists is that the flow of fresh water in salty water is turbulent and not stable, and that the stable flow has no troubles, as the turbulent flow of water means that there are swirling and there are differences in the speed of flow from one point to another.

So we can summarize the research of those scientists in three main points:

A continuous mixing for fresh water and salty water occurs in the area of the downstream.
The flow of water is turbulent.
There are great differences in density, salinity and temperature.

And when I returned back to Arabic language dictionaries to search about the meaning of let free in (And it is He Who has let free) I found that this word contains three meanings which are founded by scientists recently, one of the meanings is (blending and mixing), the second is (let free means the difference) and the third is (let free means the turbulence).

Therefore God said about those skeptical who are confused that they are :( so they are in a confused state)part of Verse 5(Qaf) which means they are turbulent and not stable, as their talking about Quran and their suspicions about Islam looks like a turbulent and unstable human(so they are in a confused state) their status is turbulent.

Here human wonders from the accuracy of the divine imaging that Gods’ be he blessed and exalted chose one word to describe the accurate physical reactions which happens in this area when he said (And it is He Who has let free the two seas) as the word let free is top of the scientific accuracy.

But the question: why God said (the two seas) not (the river and the sea) as we said before?

When scientists studied the seas, they found that rivers is not the only source of fresh water and that there are huge reservoirs of fresh water in and under the bottom of the oceans which continuously flows from the oceans’ bottom. And the volume of these huge reservoirs is as many times as what rivers flow into seas.

So, each spring at the bottom of the ocean pumps a huge amount of fresh water which is as many times of what is pumped by that river.

Here, we realize why God be he blessed and exalted said (And it is He Who has let free the two seas) because there is a fresh and hidden sea which we don’t see with our eyes but it exists. This fresh water which flows from the bottom of oceans sometimes reaches the surface of water, goes for thousands of meters till it reaches the surface of water. The picture of oceans and bays taken by satellites show the existence of these springs which usually mix with salty water.

If we look at these pictures we’ll find that the water of the fresh spring is colored in the picture with another color which indicates that this area contains cold fresh water, here we find that God be he blessed and Exalted is very accurate in his expressions when he said (And it is He Who has let free the two seas) which means that there is a fresh sea other than the rivers we see, there is a fresh sea at the bottom of the oceans and there is a salty sea.

(This is palatable and sweet, and that is salt and bitter) I did a long stop in front of these great words and asked why did God be he blessed and Exalted say (This is palatable and sweet) and did not say( palatable) only and why he said (and that is salt and bitter) and did not say (salt)?

Here we will discover a miracle in these four words: palatable – sweet- salt – bitter.

As rivers water is not 100% palatable but it contains a small percentage of salts, minerals and some chemical compounds .Also seas water contains a superfluous amount of salinity, in each cubic meter of sea water there is around 35 kilograms of salt , there is a superfluous amount of salinity in seas so God be he exalted say :( and that is salt and bitter) .

And about palatable water he did not only say (This is palatable) only but he said (sweet) and the word sweet in the Arabic language means pleasant taste, so if river water is 100% palatable it would be with no taste but when it mix with these salts and minerals, they give it the pleasant taste which we feel during drinking this palatable water.

When god be he blessed and exalted said (This is palatable and sweet, and that is salt and bitter) so Quran dealt with the water issue with a great amount of scientific accuracy, today hydrologists classify water according to the degree of water impurity or salts it contains so the distilled water is 100% palatable water and the sweet water is the water of rivers which contains a few amount of salts which we don’t feel with but it exists, so God be he blessed and exalted said (This is palatable and sweet) and the sea water contains a superfluous amount of salt when nobody knows about that, Quran described sea water to us as (and that is salt and bitter).

If we follow the meditation of this holy verse, God be he blessed and exalted says:

1. (And He has set a barrier) he created a barrier between salty sea and palatable river: it means an interval distance between those seas to be mixed and none of them is dominates on the other, this area is the very sensitive area which scientists called (downstream area). No one ever know anything about this area, even the word downstream or downstream area , it is a modern scientific term which didn’t exist in the time of the Prophet, peace be upon him and no one knew anything about the barrier or an interval area.

Indeed it is proved that this interval area between salty see and palatable river has different characteristics, properties and advantages than that of the two seas (palatable and salty).

2. (And a complete partition between them) as there is a partition that looks like a wall which keeps away river water from sea water, as if there is a fortified area and a complete partition that don’t permit to any of the seas to dominate on the other, and that what was recently founded by scientists, and imbalance entered this area when human contaminated rivers and seas and that caused the imbalance in this area.

Today, scientists are working for rebalancing the downstream area because of it’s environmental sensitivity and importance, and that what Quran has told us as God says (And it is He Who has let free the two seas (kinds of water): this is palatable and sweet, and that is salt and bitter; and He has set a barrier and a complete partition between them). Verse 53 (Al-Furqan) which means that human must pay attention to the importance of this area, and not to contaminate it because Gods be he blessed and exalted made it a very sensitive balancing area ,and it is a source for you human and other creatures in this area.

Now we are asking about the aim of mentioning this truth in the holy Quran?

Why God be he blessed and exalted told us about the barrier, sweet water, bitter water, a complete partition, mixing, blending and disturbance, why? If we manage Surat Al-Furqan which contains this verse, we notice that God be he blessed and exalted sometimes tells us about the aim of the scientific fact before telling us the fact itself, as God before telling us about seas, water, winds, etc…..he reminded us with his graces in the previous verse as he says (So obey not the disbelievers, but strive against them with the utmost Endeavour with it) Verse 52(Al-Furqan). What does this verse mean?

It means that every believer is required to strive for the sake of God but with a commensurate way to the era he lives in, as the holy Quran has mentioned Endeavour (jihad) in many places but the only time he mentioned the utmost Endeavour is in this verse.

God be he exalted says (So obey not the disbelievers, but strive against them) which mean the Quran (with the utmost Endeavour with it), (And it is He Who has let free the two seas (kinds of water): this is palatable and sweet, and that is salt and bitter; and He has set a barrier and a complete partition between them). Verse 53 (Al-Furqan) as if God be he blessed and exalted wants to send us a message through this cosmic truth that one day the utmost Endeavour (jihad) will be by the use of science and by the truths of Quran as when God talks to us, he says (but strive against them) which means with Quran, how can we strive the non believers by Quran? It will be by introducing the realities of Quran to them.

Since we live in the age of science, scientific technologies and scientific findings so the best way to invite non Muslims to Islam is the language of scientific truths which is included in Quran because when God be he blessed and exalted told us about this fact, it was for one target which is to make this fact as a weapon in Muslims’ hands to invite non Muslims to the way of God be he blessed and exalted .

Earth Layers

It is a Miracle of the Quran and the Prophetic Tradition. We're going to see the compatibility between science and our religion….

Probing the depths of the Earth and taking pains to uncover the secrets of its internal structure and composition, scientists came to realize that the old myths about the Earth are scientifically baseless. Scientists in the twentieth century decided that the Earth consists of only three layers. Having discovered the sphericity of the Earth, they suggested that this sphere comprises three parts; the core, the crust which is very thin compared to the total volume of the Earth and a third layer in between the two called The Mantle.

Evolution of the scientific facts

However, the three-layer theory didn’t hold true for long, owing to recent discoveries in Geology. Measurements and recent tests showed that the pressure of the material of the Earth’s core is immense and reaches three million times the pressure at the surface.

Under such pressure the material transforms into the solid state, which means that the core of the Earth is solid and is enclosed by a liquid layer of extremely high temperature. This also means that the core of the Earth consists of 2 layers not just one; a solid inner core and a liquid upper core.

Measurement devices developed and scientists were able to observe a clear distinction between the different parts of the Earth’s interior. A layer of hot rocks underneath the crust was discovered, that is the Lithosphere. Underneath the Lithosphere are three layers distinct in density, pressure and temperature.

Having discovered these layers, scientists found themselves dividing the Earth into seven layers and no more. The Cut-away view below shows these layers drawn to scale according to the recent findings of scientists. The fact that the Earth comprises seven layers is established. It is taught at universities and observed through seismographs and through studying the magnetic field of the Earth.

Scientists also found out that the atom consists of seven layers which confirms the uniformity of the creation because the system that governs the creation of the whole universe is one, the earth consists of seven layers and each atom on it consists of seven layers too.

The figure demonstrates the seven layers of the Earth. We note the thin crust then the four layers of the Mantle increasing gradually in thickness. Next is the liquid outer core then the solid inner core. They all add up to seven layers.

The layers of the Earth are radically different in composition, density, temperature and material. Hence, the Earth can not be considered as one layer as was previously believed. The notion of the seven layers is relatively new and didn’t exist at the time the Quran was revealed. Scientists in the twenty-first century concluded that the Earth consists of seven layers, but what does the Quran have to say about that?

What the Quran says:

Telling of the seven layers of the Heavens and the Earth, God says in the Holy Quran:

1- "He (Allah) Who created the seven heavens one above the other" [Al Mulk: 3]

2- "Allah is He Who created seven heavens and the earth the like of them" [ Al Talaaq: 12]

The first verse is talking about two characteristics of the heavens; their number, that is seven, and the arrangement of them (one above the other) or ‘in layers’. The second verse asserts the similarity between the Earth and the heavens (And the Earth the like of them), so as the heavens consist of seven layers, the earth identically consists of seven layers.

Let’s ponder on (one above the other). It denotes the layering of the Earth, and this is what today’s scientists discovered. Now we can see that the Quran had determined the structure of the Earth, which is in layers, and had also determined the number of these layers, that is seven. In other words, the Quran had given a precise description of the earth’s interior, thus it preceded the scientists of the twenty-first century by fourteen centuries in proving this fact. Isn’t this a splendid miracle of the Quran?

What the Hadith says:

Pondering on the Hadith (sayings) of Prophet Muhammad (Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), we’ll find one that asserts the existence of the seven layers of the earth concentric and one above the other. The prophet (PBUH) said: (Whoever usurps even one span of the land, his neck will be encircled because of it with seven earths) [narrated by Al Bukhari]. Here the prophet gave another characteristic of the layers, encirclement, by saying (will be encircled with it) and this is how the layers truly look like, they are concentric and each one encircles the one underneath it.

The question here is: Isn’t this a great miracle of the prophet? Not just that the Hadith determines the number of the earth’s layers, seven, and determines the arrangement of these layers, but it also bears an indication to the sphericity of the earth.

From this article we find that the Holy Quran and the Hadith reached these facts about the earth long before modern science did. The Quran had given us the precise description of the earth’s internal structure (layers one above the other) and also had given us the exact number of these layers, seven, while it took scientists long years of theorizing and re-theorizing to come up with the same conclusions. So exalted be Allah who said in His Holy Book : (And in the earth are portents for those whose faith is sure- and also in yourselves, can ye then not see) [Al Thariaat: 21-22].

We'll come to know how this great prophet talked with prodigious accuracy about this scientific fact, which the western scientists consider themselves the first to have discovered!

In this article, I am going to elucidate a scientific fact that we frequently studied in the different kinds of scientific references, this fact is connected with the radiation of the blackbody, in other words, the gradualness of temperatures or the relation between the fire color or the radiation and the temperature.

we will bring forth the facts that scientists have found out in the twentieth century then we will reflex upon the speech of the unlettered prophet Mohummed, that he uttered before fourteen centuries, we will see how he talked about these facts and we will see how much these scientific facts are in conformity with the speech of the master of all prophets and this will be among the many proofs of his prophethood and that he did not talk out of his desire but rather every word he uttered was from God.

The radiation of the black body

scientists assure that the colour of light (radiation) that the burning or the burnt material radiates is connected with the temperature of this material. This is a fact that remained unknown for a long time in the past, experiments proved the validity of this relation ; scientists assure that the only factor the affects the colour of the light radiating from the heated body is its temperature. So, the scientists name this relation " Colour temperature degree "[1]

when the temperature is increased, colours move from the long metric wave to the short metric wave that is from red colour to the yellow colour then to the blue colour then to the violet then the ultraviolet coloulr and finally the black colour.

on heating any material, its colour starts with the red colour and when the temperature increases, the colour turns whiter and then moves towards the yellow colour. The white light – as we know – is composed of the seven colours of spectrum , so the dominating seen light, when heating,is the white colour that is a mixture of the seven colours, that form the rainbow.

finally, when the temperature increases much more , colours turn dark or deep till they become black. Note that it is not physically possible to accurately mimic blackbody colours but scientists assure that the black colour is the end of the colours of the heat spectrum .[2]

After long years of study the scientists set important physics formulas, among these is the law of black body radiation. This laws states that " the light density is in proportion with wavelength and the temperature of the material. We can determine the colour of the spectrum light of the heated material depending only on its temperature. This means that there is a direct proportion between the temperature and the light colour.

scientists assure these facts so much that they teach them in universities; they say [3]"As you can see, if you heat a blackbody to 1900K, it glows orange. As the temperature increases, the color of the radiated light moves to yellow, then white, and finally to blue."

these words show how the light spectrum could be visible but as to very high temperature,scientists agreed that it can't be seen because it is dark.

Scientists think that if we heat a certain body to an infinite temperature, the wavelength is zero !! that is there is no light at all, in other words there is black radiation and the resulting fire resulting from burning this body of the infinite temperature is dark black.

This is a theoretical speech as we can not give practical effect to it because we cannot raise the temperature of any body to an infinite degree, there are limits for heat, no material can bear it.

temperatures and the colours

The red colorimeter reaches 700 nanometre but the violet colorimeter reaches 400 nanometre.
A star of a temperature that amounts to 4000 k seems red
The stars of a temperature up to 10000 k seem white.

Stars of temperature more than 10000 k seem dark blue.[4]

So now we have shown the gradualness of colours: red – white – blue, what come after the blue?

The red colour is the first to appear

When we heat any material, the first colour –resulting from heating – to appear is red, which is the coldest of all,contrary to what we think !!!

The white Colour is the central colour or the Balance Colour

Scientists nowadays measure colour according the temperature connected with it ; the temperature of red colour is about 1800k, the yellowish white –similar to the mid day colour when the sun is shinning is 6000 k. The blue colour temperature amounts to 10000k. So we come to the conclusion that the red colour is colder than the blue colour and this a scientific fact which scientists have recently discovered by measurements,numbers and experiments.[5] So we find those who are concerned with colours make the white colour a central colour and call it " white balance " [6]

The black colour is the last to appear

you must have heard about whatsoever called the black holes, it is a star that exploded and plunged down and compressed by the act of the high gravity and diminished leaving a hole that can not be seen –this is a body of unconceivable high temperature.

The black hole, not only represents the final stage of a star life but also represents the final stage of a star temperature, and consequently represents the final stage of the colour of a star.

So the black colour is the last of temperature colour, so the scientists call it the imaginary object, which they depend on in their experiments( concerning the black body), they haven't got this object yet but they think about it theoretically.

We have talked about three main colours, these are :the red, the white and the black. In fact there are a number of stages between these colours- a number of stages that the spectral light resulting from the rise in temperature moves from the red colour to the orange then to the white then to the blue then to violet and then goes beyond all the visible colours to the dark side,i.e, that is invisible and ends at the black colour.

Now we come to our great prophet's words to see how he talked about fire, and now, after having finished our discourse about what man reached concerning fire, we lay this question : Is there a prophetic miracle concerning fire and its colours? and did the prophet determine the colours as the scientists discovered in modern time?

A prophetic miracle

prophet Mohummed was sent in a time when the polytheists were worshipping "fire". They sanctified fire, it was established that fire was a god that they should worship and prostrate themselves to !How did prophet Mohummed deal with this question? Did he correct the prevailing doctrines at that time or did he leave them in their ignorance?

In his admonishing to people about God's punishment, prophet Mohummmed tackled the colours of fire, and he used a scientific miracle to assure any doubtful man that hell is inevitably coming, the prophet speech falls within this scientific miracles and this signifies that his word are true and that he was a true prophet.

Prophet Mohummed said " the hell fire was kindled for one thousand year till it become (red), then it was kindled for another one thousand years till it becomes white, then it was kindled one more thousand years till it becomes black –so is dark black "[ narrated in the book of Turmzy]

So,according to the Hadith,the colour rises gradually from red to white till it reaches the black colour !!! and this fact corresponds with the modern science. So this Hadith assures that the final stage of fire is darkness and this stage can not be seen in this life.

God says in the Holy Qu'ran what means commenting on what will happen on the doomsday "Hath there come unto thee tidings of the Overwhelming? On that day (many) faces will be downcast, Toiling, weary, Scorched by burning fire," ( Surah 88. Al-Gashiya)

The word "burning " signifies the extreme heat,that is,the high temperature and also from this Quranic verse, we can understand that " continuous heating and consequently the change in colors affirms the authenticity of this Hadith [7]

Some scholars think that this Hadith is not strongly authenticated and what we would like to refer to the fact that there is not whatsoever called a weak hadith

A Hadith is considered weak only when any one who narrated it is suspected because of his dishonesty or his bad memory. Since this Hadith is in conformity with science and since the scientific facts concerning the relation between the temperature and the colour was not known before to any human being, this Hadith can't have been produced by anyone other than prophet Mohummed, who received the divine revelation,so on this basis,this Hadith is correct as it is also narrated in the Sunan Ibn Maga and Al-Turmthy- two important encyclopedias concerning the prophet sayings

A prodigious miracle in the prophet's words:

Scientists have made the white colour the authoritative colour or the balance colour and prophet Mohumed did the same thing too ( red-white-black )

(2) scientists come to standstill at the blue colour because they can not reach the black colour or, in other words, the infinite temperature but the prophet, through his holy Hadith, tackled things that we can not see but they are actually found ( in the space ) and scientists do believe in it and they have concluded that through calculations.

(3)In his holy Hadith prophet Mohumed advances step by step from long wave color towards the short wave color,that is from the red color to the white and ended his speech with talking about the very short waves (color) and these can not be seen !! such gradualness that prophet Mohummed mentioned is what the scientists follow scientifically as they, when they classify colors, go from the red color to the blue one.

(4) This Hadith tackled the time stages of colour changes,i.e, there is time –stage end for another colour to start and that there are continuous burning and heating that cause the change of colour and that what scientists talk about nowadays

(5)Since scientists have recently found out that the colour of the thermal energy colour depends only on the temperature so, the prophet, through his discourse, is the first one to have linked between the temperature and the colour of heat long centuries before being discovered by the western scientists.

(6) The Hadith refers to the change of colour when the temperature changes ; the red colour is the coldest of all colours as scientists say nowadays and the white colour is the central or the temperate colour but the dark colours have high temperature and they are extremely hot.

Refuting a dubiosity

Whoever wants to doubt about this Haduth may say that fire doesn't need one thousand year so as to turn red because the light of a candle takes a part of a second to turn red. To refute this, we say the prophet here talks bout the hell fire of the doomsday and it is not the same as our fire, all the fires that we see today is a part of the hell fire prophet Mohummed said the fire that man uses in this life is a part of seventy parts of the hell fire, the prophet's companions said " it is( life fire ) sufficient? so the prophet said it is as ninety six times as the fire of this life. ", Narrated by Al-Bokhary

This Hadith refers clearly to the hellfire and its extreme heat and that the fire on the doomsday will be seventy times as much as the normal fire of this life.

So dear reader, think about what a horrible fire this is that took one thousand years to turn red and then one thousand years to turn white and then one thousand years so as to get black.

God says in the Holy Quran what means "Yet they ask thee to hasten on the Punishment! But Allah will not fail in His Promise. Verily a Day in the sight of thy Lord is like a thousand years of your reckoning." (22:47. ) think about how this fire will be and think about how our bodies can bear a fire like this !! May God save us through his mercy !!

The conclusion

To whoever doubts about the doomsday and to whoever doubts about God's punishment and to whoever doubts about the message of Islam, we ask him earnestly to read about the miracles of Prophet Mohummed and the miracles of the Holy Quran and we ask him to ask himself a question and in the same time he is to answer himself " How did the prophet get to know about the gradualness of colours and how did he get to know that the final stages of temperatures will be the black colour?"

We deeply and humbly ask God to save us from the hell fire and its darkness, let's remember this hadith by the prophet ""Save yourself from the (Hell) Fire even with half a date (to be given in charity) and if you do not find a half date, then with a good pleasant word."

Oh God,help us to be among your loyal servants whom you say about them in the holy Quran what means " And who say: Our Lord! Avert from us the doom of hell; lo! the doom thereof is anguish" ( Surah 25. verse 65-66)

Kinds of Water In Holy Quran

We'll talk about the pure water, the fresh water and the saline water… This is a clear miracle in Quran...

In this article we will see that the Quran tackles the different types of waters and categorizes them according to there degree of purity. The Qur'an identifies the "distilled" water which is rainwater as the pure water, names the "fresh" water that we drink from rivers and wells the "sweet" water and names the sea water that holds a high percentage of saltiness as "bitter" water. It has been established scientifically the distinction between these kinds, and this what we will cover thoroughly in the coming sections. It's worthy to note the single drop of water contains five thousand million of water molecules!!! How many do the world seas include!!?

The Qur'an speaks about Distilled Water

Allah, all grandeur to Him says in His Glorious verses: (And it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy, and We send down from the sky pure water) The Criterion, 48.

I have contemplated on this verse for a long while and discovered that it tackles precisely the specifications that scientists label now days as "Distilled Water". They have revealed that the water we drink contains many substances and organisms. The single cup of drinking water we think is pure, carries millions of minute organisms like bacteria and viruses, and contains mineral substances like iron, copper, aluminium, sodium, magnesium and calcium. In addition it also contains organic substances like carbon, dust and other substances, all included in what we call as "pure" water.

Scientists have discovered that this water can be purified by heating it until the boiling point of 100 degrees Centigrade, then accumulating vapor, condensing it and then cooling it. As a result, you get distilled water that is pure to a great extent .Scientists say that the best kind of distilled water is rain water right before it descends to the ground and mixes with polluted particles in the air.

The civilization of this age has generated many of the pollution; the falling of rainwater cleans the atmosphere because the rainwater that is distilled is distinguished by its characteristic for the absorption of substances. It absorbs from the atmosphere, sulphur and other substances and minerals such as poisonous lead subsequently the rainwater's essence is acidic .On the contrary, the past rainwater was pure because the atmosphere was not polluted.

When the rain water descends to the group it filtrates through the soil and between the rocks and follows very complicated paths, and during this journey it mixes with some minerals and the salts found in the rocks. Consequently the rainwater to some extent takes an alkaline flavor. Due to this fact, we find the distilled water is unpalatable because of there is no flavor to it, where as, the taste of spring water is palatable

Scientists announce today that rainwater is distilled, this pure water due to its purged characteristics, is an excellent remover of dirt and can cleanse and sterilize any thing .And Allah proved it when He termed the descending water from the sky by the "pure" water and this on its own, is precisely and scientifically accurate. (And we send down from the sky pure water).

Characteristics of the Rain water

Now lets reckon some of the characteristics associated with the water descending from the sky i.e.: rainwater .The rainwater is considered exactly as distilled water, resulting from the vaporization of the water from the seas and its condensation in the form of clouds then it descending as rain . Therefore it is thoroughly pure water. The rainwater can remove the dirt on the human skin more than the regular water, thus this water is considered a disinfectant used in medicine .It is free from the viruses and bacteria, also possessing the feature of the absorption of metals, gases and dust particles and any substance that comes into contact with it on a large scale, therefore it is an antiseptic to the atmosphere as well.

After knowing these attributes we find that they meet accurately the single worded expression in the Qur'an about the rainwater, where Allah says: (And We send down from the sky pure water) The criterion, 48. The word "Tahura" (purified) in the language means the removal of dirt and impurities and the abstinence from it as stated in the dictionary.

The Fresh (Sweet) Water

There a new attribute associated with this water explained by the scientists and that it is capable of renewing the cells in the body on a larger scale rather than the common water. As for the energy scientists, they confirm that the rainwater possesses bigger quantities of energy, thus positively reflecting on the psychological state of the human.

Allah (swt) has mentioned the name of the river water and that stored under the ground that we drink as "sweet" water i.e.: water with acceptable taste. While He named the sea water by "salty" water for the indication of its surplus of saltiness. He also named the rainwater as "pure" water and hence the Qur'an is the first book that provides accurate scientific classification.

It is not strange that we find the Qur'an mentioning these characteristics clearly in the following verse: (Remember, when He overwhelmed you with drowsiness [giving] security from Him and sent down upon you from the sky, rain by which to purify you and remove from you the evil [suggestions] of Satan and to make steadfast your hearts and plant firmly thereby your feet. ) Al-Anfal, 11.

This verse specifically talks about rain water through the verse: (sent down upon you from the sky rain) and we previously embarked upon the cleansing feature in this water as Allah says: (Which to purify you).

We also spoke about the presence of energy it possesses thus affecting the human in giving him the push and power for confirmation, needed when facing the enemy. By this we are talking about the positive energy when facing intricate situations (1) and this is indicated in the following verse: (and plant firmly thereby your feet).

It is noticeable that the Quran differentiates between the word "Tahur"/pure and "Furat"/sweet in its verses for Allah says: (and have given you to drink sweet water.) Al-Mursalat, 27. The water we drink from the rivers, springs and wells is acceptable and taste sweet because it contains quantity of the minerals like iron that causing the water to taste sweet. This definition suits the expression "Furatan"/sweet. The term "Furat"/sweet water in the language is the water with acceptable taste as described in the linguistic dictionaries .While the descending water from the sky is distilled water which possesses the characteristics of sterilization and cleansing and carries not taste! Therefore the Divine described it as "Tahura". So is there repetition in the Quran or is it a miracle?

The water as it descends from the sky is pure but when it mixes with the minerals and salts present in the land and become "Furatan"/sweet. Even though, the Qur'an speaks about the river waters, we find it using the term "Furatan"/sweet and not "Tahuran"/pure.

This is again due to the fact that the water of the sweet river contains many of the solved metals (minerals) in it, Exalted Allah says: (And not alike are the two bodies of water. One is fresh and sweet, palatable for drinking, and one is salty and bitter.) Fater,12.

The Bitter Water

The following verse made me contemplate: (And not alike are the two bodies of water. One is fresh and sweet, palatable for drinking, and one is salty and bitter.) Fater, 12. I wondered why Allah it associated each kind with two attributes, "Fresh and Sweet"-"Salty and Bitter". We know that river water is "fresh", why did Allah add another attribute "sweet"? Where as Sea water Allah described it as "Salty" but why did He assign to it another attribute "Bitter"? At the same time Allah assigned Rain water just one attribute "Pure"? Yes, this is because the rainwater as we saw earlier is pure, distilled and has neither taste nor smell, thus a single attribute suffices it.

The sea water is the "bitter" water. In the language the verb "Ujaj" means exceeded the limit, and this is what we find in sea water which maintains saltiness that exceeds the normal limit. Therefore Allah has described sea water as (Salty/Bitter) because the word (salty) is not enough as a description, but the fresh water does contain some salts but we don’t sense there presence!!

The Miracle:

The Quran uses the term "Tahuran"/Pure in association with water descending from the sky because it is pure water, and this is what scientists call "Distilled" water and considers it as a cleaning substance. Where as the word "Sweet" Allah does not associate it with sky water at all, but with the water that we drink. River water is not completely pure and contains some salts and minerals giving it a palatable taste.

Further, if we ponder upon the Quranic description of Sea water we find the word "Ujaj"/Bitter which describes the excessive salt present in it. The Quran does not assign saltiness as an attribute on its own, it doesn’t "This is salty" only, but on the contrary, it mentions "It is salty and bitter". From a scientific point of view if we say that the water contains salts then this is ludicrous because all water types contain salts with varying degrees, therefore it is a must to describe the degree of saltiness, and this precisely is what the Quran did.

The Quran is the first book that handles the disinfecting characteristic of rain water or distilled water and this attribute is not mentioned except in association with sky water. Whereas the human writing does not differentiate between the fresh water , the sweet water and the pure water while the Quran accurately made a distinction and positioned each term in its accurate place.

Glory is to Allah, every single word and letter in his Book fits flawlessly. The question we wish to forward to the skeptics in the field of scientific Quranic miracle is: If the Quran was a result of human formation, would it have been able to make the distinction between those words at that age?? Then we can denounce that the Quran spoke about those specifications before the physicists discovered it by long centuries. That is to say that the Quran is the first book that makes the distinction between the natures of the water and this is a material proof of the Divine origin of such a book.

Pollution: New Vision

“Do not corrupt the earth after it has been set straight” 56 (Al-A'araf). We'll see a new vision of Islamic treatment….

Quran and the history of Earth

Earth was contaminated so God fixed it for us and ordered us not to spoil it any more but ordered us to supplicate him to avoid the evil of environmental corruption, let us read this new vision of the verse....

The radiation measurements of Earth rocks has indicated that the age of this earth is within 4.6 billion years, where it was in its early stages a flaming giant wrapped with flaming rocks, and there are millions of meteorites that hit its surface every day, these hits were considered to be as a hammer knocking and settling this earth till it took its’ spherical shape .

Then this earth has started to cool gradually , water vapor started to condense around it in the atmosphere, clouds started to be shaped and rains falling down heavily , which lead to cooling the Earth and the emergence of seas that enveloped the entire Earth.

Then the earth's crust has started to be formed and fissures started to appear on it which formed what is called tectonic plates, those plates began to move and to collide with each other forming mountains and rising rivers. Scientists believe that life has begun on Earth 3 billion years ago and they also say that a sudden extinction has occurred for many species of living organisms such as dinosaurs which have become extinct 65 million years ago after they have spoiled the earth , did massacres and spilled each others blood .Then a huge meteor fell down and penetrated the Earth's atmosphere causing fires, destruction and pollution which led to the complete perdition of this kind of creatures.

Repeated Earth Pollution

When Scientists have studied the Earth history, they found that Earth at the beginning of its creation was highly contaminated with toxic gases, oxygen was not born yet, and the atmosphere consisted of poisonous gases and water vapor.

Then and over millions of years and as a result of physical reactions by the act of God , the earths’ atmosphere has been purified from those gases and filled with clean air, thus God fit earth for life to be suitable to be lived on its surface .

Scientists inform us that the amount of carbon gas and methane gas were hundreds of times greater than it is today, which means that there was a corruption in the earth's atmosphere and God fixed it through the creation of plants which absorbed that gas to make its’ own food and through the dissolving of a part of that poisonous gas in the oceans . And at the same time God created a great amount of bacteria which produce oxygen in large quantities. This operation continued for millions of years where bacteria and plants acted as purifications systems for the earths’ atmosphere.

One day earth was highly contaminated but God fixed it to us, and scientists says that the ratio of carbon gas was hundreds times much than it is today, then a complex physical and dynamic reactions have been occurred and as a result was the clean atmosphere, but studies indicate that there is a new increase in the ratio of carbon gas which alarms to dangerous and natural disasters.

The mercy of carbon gas

God with his mercy chose to purify our earth from the toxic carbon gas, that gas in an era of time was heavily covering the earth. Today its ratio is about 0.035 %, in other word, in every one hundred thousand grams of air there is 35 grams of carbon gas. If we looked at the other planets of the solar system, we notice that its atmosphere is corrupted and is not suitable for life. For example, the proportion of carbon gas on Mars is about 96% and its proportion on Venus is more than 98%, so when we find that the carbon gas proportion on earth is very low (0.035%) so it’s surely a mercy of god on us.

In a research held at the University of Chicago, scientists confirmed that carbon gas is really a mercy of God as it regulates the temperature on the surface of the earth, and that any change in the gas ratio would cause disasters and hurricanes.

The mercy of oxygen

Why did God make the ratio of oxygen in the atmosphere about 21%? Of course this ratio is appropriate for the continuation of life. Researchers says that if the ratio of oxygen in the atmosphere was less than 15% we will not be able to set on fire as the amount of oxygen would not be sufficient to complete the interaction. And if the amount of oxygen is more than 25% everything on earth will be burned without even a sparkle because of sun heat!

And the strangest thing that causes the wonder of scientists is that the micro-organisms on earth if they are exposed to direct sunlight, they die immediately. But with a mercy of God that he provided the atmosphere with a layer of ozone gas. That layer absorbs the ultraviolet radiations coming from the sun, and without this layer all creatures on earth have been dead from a long time, but in fact it was impossible for life to arise!

Of course, someone may ask a question: How do scientists know about the amount of oxygen or carbon gases in the earths’ atmosphere millions of years ago? During getting samples of ice in the Alps for example, scientists have found that this ice contains bubbles of gas. And after examination of those bubbles with what it contains of elements which is called radioactive isotopes, and by the amount of remaining radiation in those elements, they can calculate the age of those bubbles and how was the atmosphere at that time.

The mercy of god has prepared for us the suitable atmosphere to live on earth, as earth has a wonderful atmosphere which contains about (0.03%) of carbon gas and this percentage is suitable for living on Earth. On the other side, we find that Mars has a thin atmosphere full of carbon gas, and also Venus. And this is one of the mercies that we should thank God for it.

A future with bad news !

Studies have shown that the ratio of carbon gas now in the atmosphere is 30% higher than what was it in the previous ages, and the ratio of methane gas is 100% higher than what was it in previous years.

The proportion of carbon gas increases with a rate of 1% every year, and that increase is very dangerous, this rapid increase is because of the human activity in burning fuel and energy production. Therefore, if that increase continues as it is now, so during the next 100 years the ratio of gas carbon in the atmosphere will be higher than ever before in the earth history during the last million years.

The increase in the ratio of carbon gas will cause sudden climate changes, and that will cause some natural disasters, and as a result of that a famine could sweep the world especially the poor part of it, sea level will rise several meters due to melting of Icebergs in north and south Antarctic. And that will cause the sinking of whole coastal cities as a result of that high rise.

The increase in the ratio of carbon in the atmosphere during previous ages of earth was due to the geological phenomena like volcanoes and the gases emerged from them, and despite of that massive amounts of gases , it is still much less than today’s pollutants released by human.

Quran talks about the earth pollution cycle

Recent studies of the earth history indicates there is a cycle for the earths’ atmosphere, where one day it was full of poisonous gases, then the ratio of those gases declined gradually according to delicate and complex operations mending that imbalance in the atmosphere and without those operations it was impossible for life to be on earth .

Today, scientists inform us that the rate of pollution has increased once again so we find them uttering warning cries for human to not to pollute this earth because that will lead to a lot of environmental disasters .So Quran has preceded those scientists to refer to this scientific fact as Quran has confirmed that the earth was one day not suitable for life then God fixed it and ordered us not to corrupt it and to supplicate him to prevent us evil of disasters . God said: (Do not corrupt the earth after it has been set straight, and worship Him out of reverence, and out of hope. Surely, God's mercy is attainable by the righteous) verse 56 (Al-A'araf).

This verse included several signs:

1. A sign to avoid corruption and pollution in the earth as he says: (Do not corrupt the earth).

2. A sign that one day earth was polluted then God fixed it to us and ordered us not to corrupt it after it has been set straight as he says: (after it has been set straight).

3. A sign to the importance of supplications in this era as nowadays the environmental corruption is threatening the earth with natural disasters like hurricanes, tsunamis and acidic rain, etc., as he says: (and worship Him out of reverence and out of hope).

4. A sign to not lose hope of Gods’ mercy and to regard as a good omen and that God is able to repair that environmental imbalance as he says: (Surely, God's mercy is attainable by the righteous).

500 scientists agree on this fact !

In the 2nd conference which was held in Paris in the beginning of 2007 , more than 500 scientists gathered from all over the world and they drew conclusions that the environmental corruption and pollution have covered land, sea and even human, plants and animals and that human is responsible for that corruption and there is a possibility to return back to the normal ratios for carbon gas in the atmosphere.

The most amazing thing is that Quran summarized for us these results in only one verse which refers that the spread of that corruption in land and see is because of human as he says: (Disasters have spread throughout the land and sea, because of what the people have committed. He thus lets them taste the consequences of some of their works that they may return (to the right works) verse 41(Al-Room)

Hurricanes and their dangerous outcomes are the most important results of the environmental pollution, and this is one of the results of the corruptions that Quran has warned us from as he says: (Do not corrupt the earth after it has been set straight, and worship Him out of reverence, and out of hope. Surely, God's mercy is attainable by the righteous) verse 56 (Al-A'araf)

What is corruption?

One of the meanings of corruption in Almoheet dictionary is (Infertility). Infertility happens as a result of cessation of rain or natural disasters which kills plants and animals, so God has ordered human not to be a reason in the destruction and corruption of the earths’ atmosphere. And that what Quran has told us about anyone who seeks to ruin the earth balanced system as he says (As soon as he leaves, he roams the earth corrupting, destroying properties and lives. GOD does not love corruption) verse 205 (Al-Baqarah)

So there are many kinds of corruption, ethical corruption and environmental corruption. And these verses has been revealed in a time when no one knows that one day the ratio of pollution on earth will be so high and indicates to the corruption of the earths’ atmosphere.

The Prophet brings good news!

Under these dark signs of the earths’ future, a generous prophetic indication full of hope for us the Muslims as he assured to us that Arab countries most of which are deserts will be back as rivers and pastures, as he says peace be upon him: (The Day of Resurrection will not come till Arab land return as rivers and pastures) [Narrated by Muslim].

In this noble saying are good news for Muslims that rivers, water and rains will increase and will be a reason in making these deserts full of forests, trees and lakes. And that’s what scientists confirm in their recent researches.

Therefore, we should increase our supplications and asking for forgiveness from God as God says to his messenger Noah (I said, Implore your Lord for forgiveness; He is Forgiving. He will then shower you generously with rain. And provide you with money and children, and orchards, and streams.) Verses (10 -12) Noah.

Conclusion

From God’ mercy that he created for us this earth, it was full of corruption so he fitted it for us and made it suitable for life , comfortable to live on and thanks God for his mercy. He ordered us not to corrupt in it or destroy that environmental balance after God has fixed it for us. He ordered us also to increase supplications to prevent us from evil of awaiting environmental disasters as he says: (Do not corrupt the earth after it has been set straight, and worship Him out of reverence, and out of hope. Surely, God's mercy is attainable by the righteous) verse 56 (Al-A'araf). Oh God, we seek your protection from every thing your are taking its forelock, my God is on the right path

Deep Waves

British scientists have discovered waves that flow deep in the Pacific Ocean, Scientists were surprised to find them in the deep ocean.….

A great aya that always reminds of Allah’s greatness. Allah says: “Or (the Unbelievers' state) is like the depths of darkness in a vast deep ocean, overwhelmed with billow (a large wave) topped by billow, topped by (dark) clouds: depths of darkness, one above another: if a man stretches out his hands, he can hardly see it! for any to whom Allah giveth not light, there is no light!”. [AL-Nour: 40].

Allah Almighty compares the blackness and gloominess of the deeds of the unbelievers to the blackness and gloominess of the depth of the ocean, overwhelmed by large waves, above these waves is another layer of waves on the surface of the ocean, above which are thick clouds blocking the sun light. It is layers above layers of darkness.

In the aya indicates a scientific fact that was only discovered at the end of the year 2007; Scientists discovered the deep waves flow beneath the superficial layers waves that we know.

Prof Karen Heywood, an oceanographer at the University of East Anglia (UEA) and co-author of the research, said: "We were both surprised and delighted. "We expected to find something at about 50m because satellite imagery indicated it was there but we were really excited when we got a result at 1,500 metres. It opens up the possibility that there may be more waves even deeper down."

Dr Adrian Matthews, a meteorologist in UEA's School of Environmental Sciences and lead author of the new research, said: "Everyone thought that there would be nothing to see below about 200m.

The fact is indicated in Allah’s words (billow topped by billow). Scientists were surprised at the discovery and assured that they never expected it. Subhan Allah, had they only read the Holy Quran, they would have realized that its word is the truth.

Soil Vibrates by Water

This is unknown scientific fact in the time of revelation of the Qur'an, but god be he exalted told us about this fact in an eloquent words as an evidence that Qur'an is miraculous, let us read….

Anyone who looks attentively at the creatures of god especially plants that gives us food , should be astonished by the way these plants grows ,also he or she may wonder if he or she knows that the basic material in all plants is water.

When rains fall down on the ground it mixed with soil which produce an attraction and pushing forces between water atoms and soil atoms. As a result of that volume of soil increases.

Today, this is a very clear scientific fact, but no one knew anything about this fact at the time of revelation of Qur'an , but this noble book told us accurately about these phases in a scientific sequence , god be he exalted says :( O mankind! If you are in doubt about the Resurrection, then verily We have created you (i.e. Adam) from dust, then from a Nutfah (mixed drops of male and female sexual discharge i.e. the offspring of Adam), then from a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood) then from a little lump of flesh - some formed and some unformed (as in the case of miscarriage) - that We may make (it) clear to you (i.e. to show you Our Power and Ability to do what We will). And We cause whom We will to remain in the wombs for an appointed term, then We bring you out as infants, then (give you growth) that you may reach your age of full strength. And among you there is he who dies (young), and among you there is he who is brought back to the miserable old age, so that he knows nothing after having known. And you see the earth barren, but when we send down water (rain) on it, it is stirred (to life), and it swells and puts forth every lovely kind (of growth)) (AL- Hajj- verse 5).

We have to look at the precise expression in the word (barren) as there is a continuous movement in the dry land and soil atoms moves but its movement is barren which means that it is so weak. But when water fall down, soil atoms starts to vibrate (and then it stores a large number of water to secure the needed food for plants.

God be he exalted put the expansion and water storing features in soil and without this feature life wouldn't be able to continue. Also the noble verse talked preciously in a scientific way about germination phases starting from sending water down, mixing water with soil atoms, vibration of soil atoms and expansion of the volume of soil.

After that the grains in the soil starts to absorb water and also it expands and grow to start the germination process. Qur'an summarized all these phases in only three words (stirred, swells, growth).

God's mercy put an important characteristic in the soil which is the ability to store water and also its atoms vibrates when it mixed with water which helps plant to grow. Also there is another important characteristic which is the ability to store grains and to keep it without being spoiled for a long time. Without this feature earth would be a desert with no life on it. Thanks god for these graces.

The existence of this scientific fact in a book revealed 1400 year ago is evidence that this book is sincere. Therefore we can say that expressions of Qur'an are very accurate from the scientific and linguistic point of view which testifies that this great book is miraculous. God says :( it is an honorable well-fortified respected Book. Falsehood cannot come to it from before it or behind it: (it is) sent down by the All-Wise, Worthy of all praise (Allah) (Fussilat- verse 41-42).

New Prophetic Miracle: Sky is Raining Day and Night

Some people mocks from prophet Mohamed (peace be up on him), therefore we have to defend him by looking attentively at the recent scientific miracles which testify that this message is sincere and Mohamed is god's prophet.….

There are many sayings of the prophet (Hadiths) as a witness for his prophecy and one of these Hadiths is a very strange hadith. But before we go on, we have to demonstrate some scientific facts.

How were people looking at the phenomenon of rain?

In the seventh century, Astrologers were working as a trusted meteorological agencies, they thought that rain is caused by existence of stars in a specific status which called horoscopes. Some people believed that rain is a livelihood from god. But when prophet Mohamed (peace be up on him) came, he cancelled all of these beliefs to start the scientific way of thinking as he told people that rain, thunder, lightning, sun and moon runs by the orders of almighty god.

In Greek civilization, people believed that rain is a wrath of gods; it was only one of myths in Europe.

A statue represent rain's god as people believed that rain comes when god of rain became angry, so he throws people in water.

How do scientists look at rain nowadays?

All scientists all over the world confirm that rain is a very organized and complicated phenomenon and formation of one drop of rain depend on some exact physical rules , but satellites photos shows a new discovery that it rains continuously in different places on earth.

So if we look at earth from different sides we notice that it is covered by clouds, scientists say that every second there are one hundred lightning flash all over the world , we know that lightning is linked with rain . So it is a real scientific fact that it rains continuously in different places on earth.

This is earth from outside, as we see clouds cover large parts of the atmosphere, scientists confirm that it rains every moment in day and night during the whole year in different places and are distributed in a system which certifies the greatness and creativity of the Creator Almighty.

The four seasons are alternated on earth , when it is summer in the north half of earth , it is winter in the south half and vice versa .so it rains all the time day and night and most of rain goes into seas , this is a scientific fact.

What does our Prophet say about the phenomenon of rain?

Prophet Mohamed (peace be up on him) says: (in every hour even in day or night, it rains and god distributes these rains wherever he wants) [Narrated by AlHakem]. This Hadith confirms on a scientific fact that it rains all day and night on earth.

What do explainers of Qur'an say about this phenomenon?

God be he blessed and exalted says: (And it is He Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings, going before His Mercy (rain); and We send down pure water from the sky. That we may give life thereby to a dead land, and we give to drink thereof many of the cattle and men that we had created. And indeed we have distributed it (rain or water) amongst them in order that they may remember (the Grace of Allah,) but most men refuse to accept the Truth or Faith and accept nothing but disbelief or ingratitude. ) {Al Forqan: verse 48:50}.

According to the interpretation of Al- Baghawi, in god saying :( We have distributed it (rain or water) amongst them) it means distribution of rain among different countries. Ibn- Abbas says: (every year, it rains in equal amount but god distributes it amongst earth).

Also Ibn Abbas, Ibn Goraig and Mokatel told us that prophet Mohamed said :(there is no year that its rain is more than the other, but god distributes livelihoods in our life as every year it rains in a specific amount, and if people commit sins, god would transfer rain to another people and if all people commit sins god will send rain in seas.) [Narrated by AlHakem].

Prophet Mohamed (peace be up on him) was living in desert with no satellites or meteorological agencies and there was no method to predict with the continuous rain in day and night. so if he used to speak from his own(without inspiration of god), he would say the same as his people says to get their support , but in fact he got nothing from his own .so we have to ask : who told him with this scientific fact which discovered after hundreds of years , what made him to say that? Don't you see that the reason is to make it as an eloquent reply on people who mocks at the best man humanity ever known?

Why is it a miracle?

1. The prophetic Hadith Handled unknown scientific fact at that time as a proof that prophet Mohamed is sincere. As in some eloquent words he summarized a scientific fact as he said: (in every hour even in day or night, it rains and god distributes these rains wherever he wants) [Narrated by AlHakem]. You have to notice that any scientists or even a Bedouin can understand the meaning of the Hadith.

2. Prophet Mohamed told us about very important issue which is the distribution of rain in saying: (god distributes these rains wherever he wants). It is very strange to know that there are some scientific references about water drainage systems on earth by what is called water cycle. Scientists confirm that each year there are fixed amount of rain, to be distributed as water in rivers, salty lakes, sweet lakes, etc……….

3. It is very strange that no one at that time denied prophet's Hadith despite the opposition in his life and after his death .those people were living in desert where rain may not fall down for years , simply they may say : how come ‼ As it rains only a little, this is a miracle.

4. Also it is a miracle that this Hadith kept without any kind of distortion for more than 1400 year despite it is against known facts by Muslims for many years .but they kept the Hadith and believed their prophet as a proof that Mohamed is god's messenger .

5. There is a question to atheists who denies the prophecy of Mohamed, what made prophet Mohamed talks about unknown scientific fact that will not benefit him anyway!! As you the atheists say that Mohamed was only asking for famous so he wrote the Qur'an. But we say why prophet Mohamed told us about these scientific facts and didn't tell us about some of his own stuff if he was looking for power and glory. ?

Oh god we ask you to guide us to the truth in matters wherein they differed. As God guides whom He wills to the Straight Path.

Underwater Volcanic Eruption

There are many mentioned discoveries in Qur'an, here is another discovery which Confirm that ocean depth is aflame…….

Few days ago, scientists had discovered a Volcanic Eruption "In Action" in depth of Pacific Ocean, they say that this volcano was caused by long split 2500 meter beneath sea surface. There was what is looks like the big bang as magma was erupted and accumulated to forming flaming cloud that arise 250 meter above the ocean floor . It significantly heats water. {1}

Scientists confirm that these eruptions are continuously repeated and it lasts for a long time. Therefore any observer might feel as if he is in front of flaming sea.

When any one of us reads about this, he or she must remember the koranic verse. God says: (And by the heated sea) (At-Tur – verse 6) which means aflame and heated . in Al – Moheet dictionary, Arabs says: to fire up the oven is to heat it and in another meaning to raise its temperature , here we can realize that god swear by the fired sea for a great wisdom as if he wants to bring scientists attention to the reality of that sea as an aflame sea , so they have to realize the reality of Qur'an who told you about this discovery. So god says at the end of Sûrat At-Tûr (Or do they say: "He (Muhammad) has forged it (this Qur’ân)?" Nay! They believe not .Let them then produce a recital like unto it (the Qur’ân) if they are truthful.) {At-Tûr – verse 33, 34}

Therefore, we have to ask a question, is the Qur'an a scientific facts and science book or it is a legends and fables book?

New Cloud Type Discovered

New pictures for unknown forms of clouds, as these clouds confuse scientists, why these clouds are shaped in these wonderful forms? Let us read…….

God be he exalted and blessed says :( Allah is He Who sends the winds, so that they raise clouds, and spread them along the sky as He wills) (Ar- Rum- verse 48 ) any one looks attentively at this verse should realize that god spread clouds along the sky in many different forms however he wants , so every period of time scientists observe new forms of clouds .

These new pictures were taken for a new cloud variety as a proof that the creator spread clouds along the sky as He wills

Scientists are confused about the marvelous way to forming these clouds. How it happens? Of course, if it is random, cloud variety wouldn't be in this regularity. Therefore, scientists believe that there is unseen power which program and moves vapor molecules to shape clouds in these wonderful forms! In fact this power is god's ability. God says: ( See you not that Allah drives the clouds gently, then joins them together, then makes them into a heap of layers,) (An- Nur - verse 43) also god says about himself :( And it is He who brings up (or originates) the clouds, heavy (with water).)(Ar-Ra'd – verse 12). This is one of advantages of Qur'an as this holy book gives an answer for everything and don’t leave you in confusion as scientists of coincidence do.

And on the Earth are Signs

God put in earth many signs and asked people to discover it also he exploited it for us to increase our Faith and certainty with our great creator and to see his ability.….

God says :( And on the earth are signs for those who have Faith with certainty * and also in your own self Will you not then see? * And in the heaven is your provision, and that which you are promised * Then by the Lord of the heaven and the earth, it is the truth (i.e. what has been promised to you), just as it is the truth that you can speak.) (AZ- Zariat- verse 20 – 23). God tells us in these great verses about his signs in earth and in ourselves, as this earth was made suitable for us to live on it. Earth is 150 million kilometer far from the sun, therefore if the distance between both of them is far than that we may freeze, also the sun would burn all creatures on earth if the distance is less than that.

Therefore God be he blessed and exalted made earth in the correct orbit to be suitable for our life. Scientists say about earth and our life on it:" earth is in the correct orbit which enables living creatures to live on it, and if it is in the wrong orbit life on earth would never happened."

This sign is considered to be a good reply on people who believe that universe made by coincidence; coincidence couldn't put earth in this accurate distance from the sun and to make earth turns in this appropriate movement. If earth is turning in a speed which is more than its current speed, all creatures would be thrown out in space as gravity couldn't be able to keep people inside earth. God says: (Allah, it is He Who has made for you the earth as a dwelling place and the sky as a canopy) (Ghafir- verse 64)

We know that earth turns around itself to generate day and night, therefore if earth speed is slower than its current speed, night may last for months or years, but God made earth to turn in a suitable speed to suit our life so God made the day to be 24 hour to leave about 8 hours for us to sleep. God be he blessed and exalted made time of the day and night is suitable for us. It is really a grace from God who says : ( and if you count the Blessings of Allah, never will you be able to count them. Verily, man is indeed an extreme wrong-doer, a disbeliever) (Ibrahim- verse 34)

One of God's graces is that earth is in spherical shape with a suitable diameter to fit life on earth .so we neither feel with roundness of earth nor with its curvature as we see it flat and paved. God made its circumference up to 40000 kilometer and this is the most suitable figure to see earth flat. God ordered us to look attentively at these figures and numbers, he says :( Do they not look at the camels, how they are created? * And at the heaven, how it is raised? * And at the mountains, how they are rooted (and fixed firm)? * And at the earth, how it is outspread?) (AL- Ghashiyah) (Verse 17-20)

When scientists went to other planets they discovered that earth is the only planet where you don't feel with any kind of curvature if you stand on it. God says :( And we have spread out the earth: how Excellent Spreader (thereof) are we!) (AZ- Zariat – verse 48)

If we look at moon we notice that it is full of craters and holes which caused by earthquakes and meteors that hit its surface for billions of years, we can see that moon surface is unpaved and twisted so that it is not suitable for life, but God be he exalted and blessed made earth suitable for our life and he always remind us with his graces. He says :( Allah, it is He Who has made for you the earth as a dwelling place and the sky as a canopy, and has given you shape and made your shapes good (looking) and has provided you with good things. That is Allah, your Lord: so blessed be Allah, the Lord of the ‘Âlamîn (mankind, jinn and all that exists).) (Ghafir – verse 64)

God be he blessed and exalted has created and divided this planet to many layers .for many years people believed that earth is flat and surrounded by sea from all sides and they used to call far seas like pacific ocean and Atlantic ocean " seas of darkness ", recently they discovered that earth is divided to many layers , each layer on the other one.

If we start from the outer layer: there is a very thin layer which is earth crust which extend from 70 to 100 kilometer (differ from area to another) this crust is not one block as it is divided to many plates separated by great fracture which is composed of some great cracks extends to thousands of kilometers which divide earth crust to many plates.

Satellite photos confirm that earth is not one block but it is divided to many plates separated by Common fault which divide earth crust to many plates. God says :( By the sky which gives rain, again and again* and the earth with Faults) (At-Târiq- verse 11-12) this information was unknown at that time when Qur'an descended on prophet Mohamed (peace be upon him). In this photo we see the Ethiopian Fault which extend to thousands of kilometers

Man saw and became able to photograph movement of that fault also plate's movement which moves away from each other. In 2005 scientists observed the Fault which separates the Arab plate that contains Arabian Peninsula and red sea from the African plate that contains Africa continent. They found that African plate moves away from the Arab plate and also they found a group of flooding magma during that moving. these magma freezes to form some kind of rockets.

Qur'an swears with that Fault as God says :( by the sky (having rain clouds) which gives rain, again and again. * And the earth with Faults * Verily, this (the Qur’ân) is the Word that separates (the truth from falsehood, and commands strict laws for mankind to cut the roots of evil* and it is not a thing for amusement.) (At-Târiq- verse 11-14)

These plates moves continuously, also mountains moves with it , these moves are measured by satellites ,last year Australia continent moved 73 ml meter toward north east . After this information we have to remember the following verse, God says :( And you will see the mountains and think them solid, but they shall pass away as the passing away of the clouds. The Work of Allah, Who perfected all things, verily He is Well-Acquainted with what you do) (An- Naml – verse 88)

A photo for Andreas Fault, which extends for more than 1300 km, a space is clearly seen that divides two faults, this photo was released recently and no one knew about it when Qur'an was descended. So how this fact is mentioned in Qur'an? The only logical explanation is that Qur'an was descend from God be he blessed and exalted.

After earth crust there is another layer which is the mantle: a dense, hot layer of semi-solid rock approximately 2,900 km thick. The mantle, which contains more iron, magnesium, and calcium than the crust, is hotter and denser because temperature and pressure inside the Earth increase with depth.

At the center of the Earth lies the core, which is nearly twice as dense as the mantle because its composition is metallic (iron-nickel alloy) rather than stony. However, the Earth's core is actually made up of two distinct parts: a 2,200 km-thick liquid outer core and a 1,250 km-thick solid inner core. As the Earth rotates, the liquid outer core spins, creating the Earth's magnetic field.

In the past, scientists believed that earth consists of three layers: crust, core and another layer in between, after that they discovered that the core consists of two layers, then they discovered another layer under the crust .after that they discovered the mantle, which consists of two areas (hot and hotter area). the most recent studies using Seismic Waves confirm that earth consists of seven layers

What are the seismic waves? Seismic waves are waves of force that travel through the Earth as the result of an earthquake and it hit earth layers ,so each time it reach a layer it makes a reflection the same as mirror when it exposed to light , therefore scientists knew that earth consists of seven layers . This information was released from the American Geological Agency.

After all of that we may wonder if we know that Holy Qur'an told us about these facts fourteen years ago , God says: (It is Allah Who has created seven heavens and of the earth the like thereof (i.e. seven).) (At-Talak – verse 12), and the reason of creating these seven layers will be explained in the verses in underline: (It is Allah who has created seven heavens and of the earth the like thereof (i.e. seven). His Command descends between them (heavens and earth), that you may know that Allah has power over all things and that Allah surrounds all things in (His) Knowledge.) (At-Talak – verse 12)

You can imagine what would happen if any one decided to penetrate earth layers inside these magma. In fact no one can think about that due to the high pressure and high temperature that reach thousands degrees centigrade. Qur'an told us about that, God says :( O assembly of jinn and men! If you have power to pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, then pass beyond (them)! But you will never be able to pass them, except with authority (from Allah)!) (Ar-Rahmân – verse 33)

God told us that no one can pass beyond earth zones (layers). We have to notice that God says zones not zone as each zone (layer) have a sickness which differs from zone (layer) to another.

What is behind these facts?

We have to ask a question, why did God mention this cosmic reality in Qur'an? Is that to get some cosmic information or to increase our knowledge!!! Let us to look attentively at this verse, God says :( It is Allah who has created seven heavens and of the earth the like thereof (i.e. seven). His Command descends between them (heavens and earth), that you may know) (At-Talak – verse 12) , what to know???? Let us continue the verse (that Allah has power over all things, and that Allah surrounds all things in (His) Knowledge.) (At Talak – verse 12).

O, atheist, you are such an inattentive from your God be he blessed and exalted who told you about the seven layers in the sky and the seven layers in earth and today you can see by yourself these seven layers .

Therefore as God be he blessed and exalted told you about unseen things which can be measured by machines, also he (God) knows all of your deeds as he surrounds all things in (His) Knowledge. God says :( that you may know that Allah has power over all things, and that Allah surrounds all things in (His) Knowledge.) (At Talak – verse 12).
