Acer launches two performance Veriton business desktop PCs, the M490G and the X490G, both powered by the newest Intel Core i3, i5 or i7 processors. The former is a micro-tower while the X490G has a smaller form factor.

The M490G and X490Gis equipped with up to 16GB of DDR3 RAM, Intel H57 Express chipset, Intel HD graphics and up to 1TB of hard drive with optional RAID 0, 1, 5, 10 configuration (M490G only). They get also multi-in-one card reader, integrated audio, DVD SuperMulti burner. Both Veriton PCs have a  modular and tool-less design and are made of PVC-free materials and low-power, high-performance components.

Acer presents at the CeBit the Veriton M275 desktop PC designed for SOGO and SMB users. Equipped with a choice of Intel Core 2 processors (up tot Core 2 Quad) and Intel G41 Express chipset, the M275 has up to 4GB of RAM and up to 1TB of SATA hard drive.

Veriton M275 comes with two expansion bays and an optional multi-in-one card reader. Asus showed a new business notebook, the PL30JT, at the CeBit 2010, which comes with an elegant design. The new laptop includes Asus Turbo33 Technology the company claims to enhance performance by 33%.

The PL30JT is powered by Intel’s Core i5 processor and up to 4GB of RAM . It is equipped with dual graphics cards, the 1GB NVIDIA GeForce 310M dedicated graphics and integrated Intel GMA HD, with the Optimus technology. The business notebook comes with a 13.3-inch 1366×768 LCD display and support for WiFi. It weighs just 1.7kg, with a 8-cell battery.

Elgato launches its new version of the EyeTV Hybrid TV tuner stick for HDTV and analog TV. The stick can receive cable TV, both digital and analog as well as HDTV that are broadcast over-the-air for free.

French company 4N has built this MVT01, its first watch, with mechanical movement that shows you digital time. Featuring a manual winding mechanism and a 12 hour digital display, the watch is based on a clever configuration of discs rotating in discontinuous mode. Pentax introduces its first medium-format digital SLR camera, the Pentax 645D. The camera sports a large 40 Megapixel CCD image sensor that measures 44mmx33mm, which is about 1.7 times larger than 35mm sensors. The 645D is equipped with the PRIME (PENTAX Real Image Engine) II image engine with high-speed data-processing capacity and new algorithm exclusively programmed for medium-format DSLR.
