This is a welcome news for me as Tweetie 2.0 one of  the top Twitter app for iPhone becomes the official Twitter application since Tweetie was acquired by Twitter. I got a tip from blogger friend of mine that we can use any debit cards as mode of payment on the Philippine App Store as long as it is Visa or Mastercard.
