Another Fake Osama Bin Laden Death?

Obama Declared that Osama Bin Laden is Dead - American Rejoiced!

While millions of Americans rejoiced in the news and confirmation from the US President Barack Obama that the number fugitive one and leader and mastermind behind al-Qaida network, MSNBC thinks that the photograph circulating in the internet showing his dead body is fake.

Everyone doesn't need expert eyes to spot the mixture/blending of two photos (left and right) to create the horribly faked/manipulated death photo of Osama Bin Laden (center).

Friends at work were skeptic about the news but the fact that the President of the United States declared it himself, while the former President George Bush calls it momentous achievement for the American people and the world, I thought this is it.

But then again, it looks like it's another false news. Unless they provide us with detailed reports, DNA results and all the necessary proofs that it is indeed Bin Laden, and not just another clone or poorly photoshopped photo, I ain't believing anyone anymore.

How on Earth could one person have the same position of the lips and nose in all of his photos? And oh, why bury his 'dead body' in the sea?!!!

Just when there are break ups before or on Christmas, Ryan Reynolds has filed for divorce from Scarlett Johansson!

Less than two weeks after UsMagazine.com broke the news of Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynold's separation, the actor has filed for divorce.

Reynolds, 34, filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, according to TMZ. Johansson, 26, responded to the petition at the same time.

According to the documents, neither is asking for spousal support.

The couple confirmed their split after Us first reported it. The joint statement read: "After long and careful consideration on both our parts, we've decided to end our marriage. We entered our relationship with love and it's with love and kindness we leave it. While privacy isn't expected, it's certainly appreciated."

It is such a pity that the couple are divorcing as I look up to them a lot. However, I am sure they've tried to settle their differences before getting to this crucial point.

Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your eyes for but a moment. Perhaps I need to declare that I am officially abandoning this celebrity gossips blog and this will serve to be my last post and would like to dedicate this, above anyone else, to Miley Cyrus.

I just don't want to vanish in thin air leaving all the readers in this blog clueless as to when this blog will next be updated. I hate it when people just leave you hanging so I thought I'd let you all know. I think I also need to notify all the spammers of this celebrity blog that it's officially closed, April 6th, Tuesday, 12:51 (at least in my time). I dedicate this last post for Miley Cyrus. I thought about how I should have named this blog Mileyrules instead of Jonharules but perhaps it's too late. Thi blog has got more than 12,000 backlinks to jonharules and got a PR3 on this URL or web address that abruptly changing it to Mileyrules wouldn't make any difference. Well maybe it would. In a way, more than 7 million people around the world are searching for "Miley Cyrus" online everyday and that she's got maybe 15 million fans all over the world. But then again, I don't think it would make such a huge difference because even if this blog is entitled "Everything Famous" because after all, all these famous people would hardly notice that this blog will no longer be operating. I'm not like the Queen of Mean, Perez Hilton. And I felt the need to focus on my happiness blog instead.

I mentioned that I made money when the Twitter trending topic #nickjonassideboob became so popular but the truth is, I am making more money on my home reading report blog than in my any other blogs. I love blogging about Miley Cyrus but since she stopped tweeting then I guess it's about time to move on and be who I really am. And this blog is who I really am.

It took me several months to realize where and what could truly make me happy and it took me me 95 posts to realize that I'm not really into these glamor and celebrity gossips. Well it's easier to read gossips on JustJared than to write it on my own because after all, I don't get to see the stars in person unlike Perez Hilton and I don't think I'd ever be like Dave Days who finally got to see Miley Cyrus in person.

I don't expect this last post to get her attention not as much as I have gotten the attention of Penelope Trunk on my happiness blog. I was literally happy that day when the only comment I had on that post was actually from someone I look up to.

Ok so this post is about closing down this blog, er--abandoning it.

Why Abandon Blogging for This Celebrity Blog?

It's so simple. I need to focus on something that makes me happy, something that defines me. When I google my name the first result is this blog and this simply isn't me. I am not a gossipmonger.

I used to think that I could manage to maintain both. But I guess I'm no better than the people in the New Testament when Matthew told them, "No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other."

I guess I need to give heed to that counsel and focus on what will truly makes me happy because after all, we can't just have the best of both worlds.

Facebook is Expanding and Rejoicing

Early morning when we wake up, we chat chat chat on Facebook. Or update our statuses about what your breakfast us, how messy your hair is, how much you hate this celebrity, how much food are left on your fridge and just about anything random. With everyone eager to share just about anything online these days, social networking sites are booming. Facebook, in their official blog, has just recently announced that they will be expanding as there are currently more than 400 million users around the world that badly needs their service. (Well, as if they respond quickly to our request, and as if they listen carefully every time we whine about the constant changes they're making).

The new offices will be scattered across around the world. Ireland, Austin and India to be exact.

With the growing numbers of Facebook users, it's so easy to imagine Mark Zuckerberg and his colleagues rejoicing and celebrating as they've just defeated Google as the most visited site in US this month.

How I Managed to Speak With Pete Cashmore and Other Web Celebrities

Celebrities have become more open in sharing their lives now than any other times in the history. With the aid of social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTuber, Chat Roulette and many other social stalking,er--I mean social networking sites, fans could now talk get to see how their favorite celebrities' regular day is like. Twitter, for instance, is infested with so much celebrities that tweet their their activities and share their photos almost everyday. Facebook fan pages are also great ways of connecting. Chat Roulette is also a favorite of celebrities as they chat randomly with almost anyone.

Here are some of the snapshots of not so celebrity people that I followed, talked and stalked. haha

The hottest man alive, perhaps next to sunshine, CEO of Mashable. It's not just his looks that made him drool-worthy but also the highly informative posts that they're posting almost every hour (I would know since his Feeds sort of dominate my Facebook homepage).

Below are screenshots of the glorious Christmas day when Pete Cashmore confirmed my friend request, how I was able to convince him to confirm my friend request and how he responded to almost everyone who greeted him on Christmas day.

I got a feeling that he was a little more generous about approving friend requests on Christmas day than any other days since it's a season of love. I may be wrong but you could always try to approach him or repeat your friend request on special occasions because after all, Pete Cashmore as a lot of things on his plate so you gotta be persistent and nerdilicious in pursuing him.

If he happens not to have time (I assure you, he's just probably so busy), you can still follow him on Twitter.

She's the most amazing, talented YouTuber around. She plays the piano and guitar. She also composes songs and her voice is simply terrific!

When the hoax that Avril Lavigne is dead hasn't been pretty much cleared yet, the pop punk princess rocks the house during a surprise performance at the Closing Ceremony of the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics at BC Place in Canada on Sunday (February 28).

The 25-year-old Canada native performed her hits “My Happy Ending” and “Girlfriend” at the ceremony, which also included remarks and performances by Neil Young, Catherine O’Hara, Michael J. Fox and Michael Buble!

Below is a video of her performance during the closing ceremony. I love the song so much and I think she's hot in red. So looked so lovely that night that it fits the occasion for Canada bagged the gold in hockey.

For the past few days, I've been itching to unsubscribe from Perez Hilton's updates. It's probably a feeling that most of his subscribers feel but couldn't simply click on the "Unsubscribe" button at the end of the newsletter mainly because of the absence of it. I've subscribed to many various sites and his remained for quite sometime because I need to login to his site then who knows if I could easily find it there. It's just that everyday, the more I see his updates, the greater the feeling that I want to unsubscribe. For the last time, I patiently checked on his updates expecting to read more of his mean and non-sense blog posts. I have an impression that Perez Hilton maintains the "Keep them keen by being mean" attitude being the "Queen of Mean".

There it goes, I kept reading and...gosh, it's weird that I couldn't resist reading them over and over again! I think it's like falling in love for the second time around and this time the appreciation and love is much more intense and meaningful.

I may not like how Perez is so mean in giving his comments but I couldn't agree more.

I was even surprised when I've read that he's on top of list of Forbes' 25 Web Celebrity. People like Pete Cashmore, Seth Godin were even at the lower part of the list and of all people, c'mon, Mario Lavandeira aka Perez Hilton? Does this mean people are more interested in gossips than tech commentaries?

I wasn't surprised to see Michael Arrington on the second spot. I was only surprised to see that he has received a lot of death threats. So does this mean that in order for one to be famous, he has to be mean?

I'm not sure about all things. I'm not an expert in writing. Most of the time I just ramble and oftentimes I find people getting tired of what I write about and what I've written, but here's what I've learned. In order for one to draw the much coveted attention from millions of people, yes, did I mention MILLIONS? In order for one to have millions of readers and re-readers (that means they will return or revisit your site because you keep them keen of what you gotta say), you need to create a personality or bring out the unique in you, not necessarily the best. Something they'd find interesting, intriguing or simply amusing. In this case, their being mean has made them agreeable or simply famous.

It's not easy to be mean though. One has to be ready of the death threats or the likes.Some people just can't take that sometimes blogging should be taken personally. Now, do you think you're ready to adopt the "Keep them keen by being mean"? The choice is yours. After all, it's not easy to be mean, it's not easy to be who you really are.

My automatic reaction to the Twitter trending topic was, "OMG! No way!" Well, don't freak out everyone, Johnny Depp isn't dead yet! lol

It's just some joke or hoax way back in 2004 when someone published a mocked up fake CNN story on an Angelfire web community page.

That hoax stated that "Johnny Depp's car was found along side a road outside Bordeaux, France, with the guard rail embedded deep inside the car. A tourist was driving down the road when he saw a car wreck alongside the road. He stepped out and tried to see if anyone was in there while his wife dialed the police for help. To his dismay, he found the a body in the car among liquor bottles. The police arrived at the scene shortly after and pulled out the body of the former actor, Johnny Depp. The police suspect that alcohol was the cause of the accident".

One, they would be happy that he is still single, unattached, but well, unfortunately--not looking. The U.N. Goodwill Ambassador actress, Angelina Jolie, calls the Obama administration to action.

She wrote in the Newsweek editorial that "Even if justice is delayed, it must never be denied. The Declaration of Human Rights did not promise freedom or justice or peace". Jolie is known to have devoted her efforts toward work in the troubled Darfur region, including her role in the Jolie-Pitt Foundation.

Her editorial came in honor of Human Rights Day, noting past historical tragedies before settling on the Darfur crisis, which she writes has left "300,000 dead and 2.7 million people internally displaced."

Though Angelina Jolie sounds a little upset about the inaction, or slow action by the Obama administration, she still supports the President's methods.

"Through all of this, we have been waiting and wondering what the outcome would be to save the people of Sudan and help break the cycle of impunity.

The Obama administration recently unveiled its new policy of engagement with Sudan, aimed first at securing the full implementation of the treaty that ended the north-south Sudanese civil war. While the administration maintained it will not deal with al-Bashir or any other official charged with arrest, it has not yet announced any serious moves to enforce the decision of the ICC and execute its warrants."

Filipinos around the world can't help but be proud of the boxing champion, Manny Pacquiao especially when he once again proved to the world that he's the king of boxing when he defeated the Puerto Rican boxer, Miguel Cotto. Prior to the game I was looking at his guestings and interviews and can't help but be amused by our champion. He's really adorable. He speaks with genuine interest, with undaunted poise.

I always hear my colleagues laugh at how thick his accent is when he speaks English and how trying hard his mom is, Mommy Dionisia. Well, it doesn't matter, Manny Pacquiao is making wonders and breaking things, thus creating a good record for the country. I don't care about how terrible his accent is, he's not representing us in impromptu speaking contest.
