Here is a video I shot, put together and edited on my iphone! As I mentioned, I don't have much time (note my son's cameo at the end of the video lol) so any tools, shortcuts or sacrifices that pan out are of high interest. I blew it out! I've been feeling like my hair has been loosing its density as I age, but when I see these pictures it looks very much the same as it did when I was younger.  I need to stop worrying so much! I made myself wait over 6 months since the last time I used direct heat on my hair and I was happily surprised to see the growth I achieved!
