So, finally we got the pricing list of Lynnfield which is ready to lunch on September 6,2009.

The cheapest mode, Core i5 750 @ 2.66 GHz, which has 8 MB L3 cache will be available for 196 $. This looks like a decent pricing for new CPU,but Intel will also lunch some other Lynnfield models too.

These CPU’s will use the socket LGA1156, and triple channel memory controller.

Intel is preparing a energy efficient, 45 nm Lynnfied Core 2 quad-core CPU's on this September. They already planned to introduce 32 nm Clarkdale C2Q core CPU's early 2010

Some of the information of this processor is already revealed by an Asian overclocker.

He is the first to test the overclocking capabilities of a Clarkdale and he went upto 4 GHz on air cooling. Coaler used just 0.83 volt to reach 4 GHz.

The CPU-Z picture also revealed the details Clarkdale family and processor is a Dual core which has 4 threads , L2 cache of 256 KB per core ( same as Nehalem family), and 4 MB of L3 Cache.

Cant find Microsoft Telnet client on vista or 7 ? Its just disabled by default, not actually removed

1. Go to Start -> Search for " Turn Windows Features On or Off "

2. Click on it, scroll down and check telnet clent, and click OK, Done !

There are many situation where a computer that a user wants to install Windows 7 Vista to does not have a DVD drive, also user doesnt want to waste a DVD. The installation is some 50 % faster than a DVD drive !!!

in order to have the ability to use USB flash drive or portable hard disk to install Windows 7 or Vista you need,

Ultra ISO ( download )
Pen Drive or USB Hard Disk ( 4 GB or more )
Windows 7 or vista Installation Disk or Image file
A computer running xp, vista or 7

It is important to note that a computer must support boot up via USB device. This support can be checked via BIOS.

Here is the procedure

Install Ultra ISO ( Link is given )
Go to File ->Open CD/DVD. If u have the image file, then File ->Open
After loading the image into the Ultra ISO, under BOOTABLE tab choose WRITE DISK IMAGE
Choose your Disk drive to be burned ( usb flash drive or usb hdd )
Choose write method - USB-HDD+
Press Write
And in bios select, USB Hard Disk, boot it and Start Installing !!!

Note: Above trick works for both 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) Windows Vista and Windows 7

Remove IE 8 from Windows 7

The Internet Explorer 8 in Windows 7 can be disabled via Windows Features dialog box. But it removes just the executable file "iexplore.exe" , and further steps are difficult to realize, also IE8 is too deep into the Windows code and removing completely would cause other problems.

AMD today announced that two new GPUs, in 40 nm can be produced. Its available in Mobility radeon HD 4830 and the new flaship 4860 .

The graphics chip has 826 million transistors and it has bus width of 128 bit with DDR3,GDDR3 or GDDR5 memory type. 640 stream processors are also available for ensuring sufficient power.

Various websites reported that The Pirate Bay is down due to the court. There are some roumers that the down was due to "DDos" attack

According to the latest rumors from the environment of Microsoft, the first release candidate of Windows 7 will be released to the public in the second week of april. However the final version of Windows 7 will be available to the market in late 2009 or early 2010.

The latest beta build 7046 released for the testers. But the leaked version of windows 7 build 7022 is available in bit torrents.

Windows 7 slightly improving in every builds. I noticed many changes between build 7000 and 7022.

Till now Microsoft received more than 500,000 feedbacks during the beta version of Windows 7. Officially, Microsoft has no date for the RC version and the final version. So all news from rumors !!!.
