Dehydrated Foods

So I bought myself a good dehydrator a few weeks ago, it came and I made all these fruits and some meat to make Jerky I made it with some recipes I found online, I'm gonna try a bunch of stuff, but this was my 1st try and I think it came out very well!! my next task is going to be leaner softer meat, different marinades, and i bough peaches and mangos! yum!!

This is the meat, I made a marinade using soy sauce and brown sugar, and I'm so dumb i read the recipe wrong, it said it would take 5-7 hours to be ready, and I though it said 5-7 days! haha imagine!!! but I caught my mistake, and it came out pretty good!!

The Bananas where ripe and super tasty, only thing is i cut them too thin, i just have to make them thicker next time, but htey were really good

I bought fresh grapes seedless green and red grapes. the green ones where bigger. the Red where sweeter!

I though I'd add strawberries, i like how they taste in cereal when they are dehydrated.

Here is all the fruit and meat, at the bottom, the 1st hour I put them in.

this is the finished meat, it was good, but I need to get a leaner cut, cus this one was a bit hard to chew, but it was very tasty!

Here is the Red Grapes, and the bananas and strawberries. the green grapes are bigger so they took longer, theres a few mixed in the batch here too!

So Last week my and my parents took Delilah to the pumpkin patch, it was way fun Delilah got all happy and so many cool pics! So, Delilah got a new EasyBake Oven, and wanted to use it for a while, well we got her these easy bake kits, they are only 1$ at the dollar store!! and soooo easy to make, she had a blast doing it! it was so cute, we made brownies! and she was so happy and helpful! it such an easy thing to do with a 2 year old and it dosnt require anything special! just the light bulb, mix, and water! here are some pics, hope u enjoy!!! <3

So a couple of weeks ago we had the baby shower for my sister, Maribel. It was very fun and very tiring, lol. but it was great! we played all these games, the one with the hanger and the clothes pins, the one with the measuring the belly. the funnest one is the one we played where we blind folded two people, and put oven mitts, and had them put a diper on a baby doll! well the cupcakes where made by me and my sister (mostly me) and decorated, they came out great, the Jello was also made by me and it was 3 layers! Hey guys! Well I just wanted to add a few of my favorite wines. I also made some homme made cookies, and my home made starbucks lol!

So the Moscato D'Asti is my fav wine! I tried it 1st at Olive Garden (their bottle is 25 bux, and u can't buy it individually, only with dinner) but I found it at a wine store in Camarillo. The Lady recommended the Stella Rose, it actually was a good red wine, but i still like the MD better. u guys should try it. I hear you can find it at some Ralphs.

So i really love peanut butter cookies! I always make them from scratch! BUT this time i made em from the box! (well a bag) I got the bag at Walmart, for like 1.70$ they where actually really really good! but the ones u make from scratch will always taste better! =]

Hey so if you don't have much money, and your broke. lol save your starbux cup and improvise! u can make some ice tea at ur home, and ad like a drop of red food coloring lol. what i did, was but a popcicle in my water to make it colored as it melts, and it keeps it cold! haha im a nerd.

So a while ago, i started watching Parks and Recreation, because I think Amy Poehler is so damn funny!! so since I liked that show, I found out that it was by the same people who did the Office, what do I do? I Netflix everything since season 1 haha. and its bad ass! Well my newest show is Modern Family! OMG I Love this show!!!!!!!!!! it is just tooo damn funny! (BTW all 3 shows are in the same format, the "documentary" type. aka "Mockumentary" NE ways I love Sofia Vergara! she cracks me the Eff up! well just had to throw my 2 cents. Okay so my little Bababloo knows how I love to take pix, and how I take self portraits, she always come up to me with my phone, or a camera and pretends she is taking a pic of herself, she say "sheeeesh" (Cheese) haha. I just love it, but she is SO damn smart he will pose like I tell her and she will come up wither own poses. Well here are a few of the pics lol The ones in the big black tee is my tee shirt. I tied it in the back she loved it! and the orange I love that Hawaiian dress. when U see her like blowing up her cheeks, thats the pose she chose. IDK why but its too cute! enoy mijitas =]

Delilah's Fabulous Dress

Hi hootchies! SO, if u read my previous blog about my "Snooki" dress, well i had about 1/2 a yard of fabric left over! so I decided to make my babaloo (thats what I call Delilah) well It took my way less than it took me to make mine!! oh heLL nO! haha well it took me a little over an hour! and its SOOO cute! she looks so pretty in it! I made a cute little strap on the top with braids! and then added 2 buttons as decoration! i just love it!!! check out the pics! tell me what u think! I mean its not perfect cus I'm a beginner! but I still loves it! x0x0

My Snooki Dress

Hey there fools, and foolias!! SO, every Halloween I make my own costumes, well not make them but ill go to thrift stores and stuff, I never really go and buy one at the Halloween store. Well this year after a few people suggested, I will be Snooki, form Jersey Shore, and well I wanted to put some work into my costume. I have a dress I got about a year ago, for a friends Drag themed Bday party. I like the dress because its fun and loose, it hides my "curves" lol but Ive had it for a long time, and didn't want to use it as my Snooki dress, so i decided to make one, just like it. but in black. I went to the fabric store and got a yard and a half of this material, it was 95% poly, and 5% cotton. It was a perfect match! I took a few sewing and pattern making classes a few years back, Ive never made anything this complicated. I made myself some shorts back when i was in class, and I made Delilah a dress, from a pattern i bought at a yard sale, it was small and cute, and the material was easy to use. This material was kinda hard because I had to use elastic. and it was slippery and stretchy. Well the dress came out well! I am happy with what I made. I still need to touch it up by hand, but I cant wait to wear it on Halloween! I will make sure to post pics on here all dressed up like my girl snooks, I even got a new wig! I had about 1/2 a yard left, I am going to make Delilah a dress with it! oh question.! and please help! IDK if I should wear heels, boots, or bunny slippers. lol I know that the slippers will SOO be Sknooki, but I know I will not be wanting to wear them the whole time!
