This is the last week of studies/essay writing for awhile so I can't wait for this to be over lol.
And ya, good luck to all you guys that also have midterms and essays to do :)

I'm not gonna write as much, need to work out my daily 300 words on my essay lol.
So without further ado, here's this week's Vocaloid Ranking #158:

PS:23mins long as usual, may take awhile to load.

Hope you enjoy this week's ranking!

Busy week but . . .

2010-10-11T03:29:00.000-07:00

Hey guys
Happy late 10/10/10 lol.
Still busy as hell :(
Had Thanksgiving dinner with some friends. They were an hr late and was supposed to bring turkey. Apparently our "turkey" was reduced to more like a few slices of turkey breast and the rest is magically gone. People didn't know what to bring so we had some random snacks like chips, donuts, and a crap ton of ice cream =3=) Was a fun night over all, played some midnight basketball and it was great. Cept for turkey.

How's everyone's Thanksgiving dinner go? Ya ya I know thanksgiving in is Nov in US lol.

Also!
I managed to find these in a local store and totally not bootleg version of them! (I'm pretty paranoid about fakes :( )

Guh sorry about the angle/quality... stupid phone.
Both of them come with the Black Rock Shooter DVD so I have 2 now with a 3rd on the way since I ordered the Blu-ray version that comes with the artbook and 2 petite nendroids...
I'm not sure what to do with the extra DVDs... maybe sell them in the future?

I'm planning on purchasing the Touhou nendroids sometime in the future as well :x

As for today's video:

<a href="http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm12350296">【ニコニコ動画】人間が大好きなこわれた妖怪の唄PV</a>

Work and stuff

2010-10-08T12:30:00.000-07:00

Hey there!
So it's the long weekend + Thanksgiving monday (in Canada) and it seems that I'm gonna spend this ungodly amount of time on my Philosophy essay. Bawww etc. Luckly it's the only assignment in the class but it's a good 40% of our mark :(
Sorry if I haven't been posting comments lately, been pretty busy so I just quickly browse through the dailies :/

How's everyone's week went?

And ofcourse some new songs:

【ニコニコ動画】【初音ミク】かくれんぼ【オリジナル！】

Vocaloid Weekly Ranking #157

2010-10-05T18:00:00.000-07:00

Heya
Today's midterm didn't too bad, I did pretty well on the written I believe. The MC was kinda hit or miss lol. Personally I never liked MC that much since the choice are never straight forward but hopefully I did well on those too.
I definately feel great after this midterm though, so I'm glad that it's over. The next one is in 2 weeks, which is Calculus, not too afraid of that but I should do a few practices. Still got a 1500-2500 word essay to write as well, time to get that started :<

How's was your day?

As for today's Vocaloid Ranking, I'm gonna actually post the video.
Bewarned it's about 23mins long so if you don't want to watch it all, I'm gonna spoil the ranks as well as post some new songs.

#5

#3:
【ニコニコ動画】【オリジナル曲PV】マトリョシカ【初音ミク・GUMI】

#2:

And #1 is 「君の手、僕の手」 - Your Hand, My Hand

Enjoy! :)

Bahhh midterms

2010-10-04T20:01:00.000-07:00

Yo
So I can't seem to settle down and actually study. When I do I'm entirely unsure of what I should study. This is sorta the dilemma I have every midterm :/ Especially on courses that is based right around a ton of textbook reading but Math doesn't seem to have this effect on me. So ya I'm stuck just flipping pages after pages over what I seemed to already understand.

Wat do guiz?

Oh, also, if you're familiar with Wowaka's work, one of his greatest hits, World's End Dancehall, has been made into a very impressive PV:

【ニコニコ動画】「ワールズエンド・ダンスホール」PV作ってみた。
Thoughts? :)

Anyways hope you enjoy, back to more "studying" :(

Quick post today - Corruption Garden

2010-10-04T11:13:00.000-07:00

Hiya, quick post before class lol
Sorry I don't have much to say.
Freaking sweet PV though with the OP scene reminding of Star craft kinda lol
Hope you enjoy the video:

Your hand, my hand: New 40mP!

2010-10-03T13:50:00.000-07:00

Hey there!
It seems like 40mP made a new song called 「君の手、僕の手」 Your hand, my hand.
40mP is one of the best artists producing vocaloid music and clearly one of favourites :)

The video was released last night (2 nights ago?) in Japan and the karaoke version was out this morning (which I got notification for lol). So without further ado, here is the video:

【ニコニコ動画】【初音ミク(40㍍)】君の手、僕の手【オリジナル】

Again if you don't like this video format do comment about it on the comment section. If the video doesn't seem to buffer/load, refreshing the page may help.
Enjoy! :)

Among other things

2010-10-03T03:19:00.000-07:00

Hey guys, had a pretty intense day today.
Went to my uncle's funeral mst of the afternoon then ended the night with the Facebook movie: The Social Network. It was pretty good; mainly about the 2 lawsuits that went on during the creation of facebook with a bit of drama added to make it movie worthy. Went for beer afterwords and chilled with some old highschool friends and learned one of my friends went to prison for making and dealing crack among other things. Shit was intense lol.

Before my buzz wears off I'm gonna leave this for yall to enjoy. Sang by niconico singer, nayuta, for her 2X?th birthday:

2010-09-30T18:08:00.000-07:00

Hey there.
Man another week passed and it doesn't even feel like it :/
No homework for the weekend other than the 5min I spend on online calculus so yay lol.
How's your week been?

I had plans to go to a race track with my buddy on October 18th but it seems my math midterm got pushed back to that day =_= So that sucked big time but what could I do lol.

Anyways gonna stop my rant and post something :P

Lucky for me (I guess) I got 2 orders of the BRS DVD/BLU-Ray package with Artbook and petite nendroids before those were pre-ordered out as well....
I hate ordering stuff from Japan = =

Oh look, people in FFXIV already found an infinite xp glitch lol...
The last time something as big as this in FFXI that happened, SE was tossing around the banhammer, wonder how this will turn out :p

Cool&Create

2010-09-25T20:34:00.000-07:00

Ohhey,
Official Touhou anime by UFOtable. Thought? Comments?
UFOtable has also animated the 空の境界(kara no kyoukai) movies (which were pretty awesome) so I expect them to do a pretty good job of it. I'd prefer it as a doujin niche if possible but who knows what to expect.

On a totally unrelated note, I'mma leave this here for you guys :)

【東方】レヴァリエ【PV風】 Ver.0.8

Torinoko City

2010-09-25T02:40:00.000-07:00

Hey guys

Got my Adsense PIN in the mail so I'm pretty happy about that :)
Gonna post another nice PV, hope you guys enjoy it!

2010-09-20T21:02:00.000-07:00

Yo, how's everyone doing?
New season of How I Met you Mother was today :) Pretty awesome start of the new season!
I have a feeling this is gonna be a very good season, much like the first 3. If you haven't watch it yet, go do it! Among other things, season 7 of House was today as well, though I haven't been watching it from the very start but I do plan on picking it up when I get the time :D. Lastly the final season of Smallville is premiering on Friday, Sept 24! Worth watching if you have the time :)

As for today's post:

We have a very odd Touhou MAD lol...

Sky + Fishies

2010-09-19T13:18:00.000-07:00

Hello guys, haven't updated in the last few days.
Been busy with school and everything :(
Thought I should throw an update up for you guys :)

Today's song is:
【初音ミク】そらのサカナ【オリジナルPV付き】 Fish in the Sky (More accurately, Sky's fish)
You can get the MP3 version off the Artist's Piapro account: http://piapro.jp/zxcvbnm1 (Requires registration)
The PV is incredibly good!

Not really Vocaloids or Touhou but...

2010-09-16T22:32:00.000-07:00

This is just fucking awesome!

The second trailer for Monster Hunter Portable 3rd for the PSP.
I was pretty hardcore playing 2ndG with some buddies so this is definately on my list of games to play.
If you haven't heard of this series, its pretty fucking awesome and might even ruin every other type of games for you lol. The only down side for this game is: it's COMPLETELY not noob friendly. The learning curve is pretty hard and it's just something you'll have to stick around for awhile to get the hang of the controls and camera movements and monster patterns. However, after all that, it is one of the best game out there on PSP.
Lastly, there is no story. It's just complete 100% badass dragon slaying. Plus the multiplying option (local or online through PS3 or other ways) makes this game (or atleast the previous game) VERY addictive.

VocaloAnthems + stuff

2010-09-15T15:01:00.000-07:00

So the new Exit Tunes CD: VocaloAnthems is out today!
Great list of tracks, I'm enjoying this album.

Also I'm not gonna post anything regarding this week's Vocaloid Rankings but if you have a Nico account you can view it here:

週刊VOCALOIDランキング　#154

Anyways, here's a track from the VocaloAnthems CD for you all to enjoy!

【初音ミク（1640㍍）】タイムマシン【オリジナル】 A Collaboration song by 164P and 40mP: Time Machine
