Here´s a good fighter 3 hours to board.  Black Marlin 127 kilos/280 lbs.  Caught on Mullet bait.  Landed by La Duquesa I with Capt. Homero, First Mate Irving, and Second Mate Chai.

The Duquesa I boat went on a morning charter and had an awesome day.  Hooked and boarded 1 Big Bull Dorado.  3 Sails that were tagged and released.  Mr. Clavette, the client for this morning charter mentioned that the crew treated the fish with "such respect", he was very impressed with the deep sea charter crew.  Capt. Homero and his crew.

In Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo there is no other big game deep sea fishing operator that constantly trains and rewards it´s crew for preserving the fishery for generations to come.

Duquesa II sailed in the early morning hours for a Deep Sea Fishing Charter out of the Zihuatanejo Pier.  It was Capt´d by Japonesio.  Had 3 strikes and was able to hook 1 and bring onboard.  Although our fleet´s policy is catch and release it is sometimes impossible to revive the fish.

It was a rough day at the office on December 4.  The morning charter that sailed on the Gran Jefe I, with Capt. Luis, was skunked.  There were 3 strikes by sails, but were not able to set the hook.  The good thing is that Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo is world known for bill fish sportfishing, and their is always tomorrow.

On December 3, 2009, La Duquesa I had a morning charter, Captained by Homero.  They caught 3 sailfish and all 3 were released, Dorado were brought on board, mature weighing in at about 9 kilos average.

La Duquesa and Duquesa II, were chartered for morning fishing.  The day was beautiful, the waters very calm for deep sea fishing.

Today we had 2 Charters.  La Duquesa I went out for an am charter Captnd. by Homero.  This was a small game charter caught 7 Bonito.

Gran Jefe I went out for an am charter skippered by Capt. Luis.  Caught 1 Dorado, and 2 Sailfish.  The weather is beautiful and the seas are very calm, the fish are striking.

Ray Sailfish Catch and Release
