Well, I wasn't sure if I should post this yet but wanted to get your opinions. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I put a frame on her (for display purposes) and think it looks pretty nice.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I usually paint around the whole canvas but I think these </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
(the painted ladies) look much better framed.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
A collector who has purchased two of my lady paintings, told me </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
they framed them with something that sounded like this type of</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
frame. I think it fits the style. I wanted the gentleman to be sort of in the</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
shadows with the beautiful dress being the spotlight. I hope it works.</div>

This has been a good year for me, full of many changes. The changes are really not new ones; more like a journey in a continuous circle. I started out the year in a new place (not really new, I grew up there) and had such a great time, but am now back where I started. I am also back with the wonderful man that I started with and am so happy to be here. So, although so much has changed it's really just stayed the same. I'm so happy, and look forward to a super spectacular new year!</div>

My daughter is home from college for one more week. It's been great having her here but I think she's ready to get back to the college life. This is a new interior painting I just finished. I was going for a French bedroom, vintage feel.</div>

The colors are pretty close but the original looks better. In the original the colors are richer and the shadow at the bottom of the wall blends better. Here, it looks a little black, which it isn't.</div>

So my art cruise went well. I was hoping to have some photos to post but haven't received them yet. It was very cold and I look forward to the ones in the spring and summer months. but I'll do more this winter.</div>

I sold one painting and took a commission for another. The best part was all of the wonderful compliments I got from the cruisers. I even got a write up in our local paper! </div>

I think it has a fallish feel to it. My photos aren't cooperating with me but it'll have to do. It may be my camera or the editing program, I'm not sure. The colors on here are pretty close but look lighter on etsy.
