  What if I miss the deadline?
• 「彼の病気は重いのかな。」「そうでないといいね。」
  "Is he seriously ill ?" "I hope not."
• 「肘が痛むんだよ。病院に行こうかな。」
  "My elbow really hurts. I guess I should go to a hospital."
• ７月の上旬に、海に行くのは早いかな。
  I wonder if the first week (or so) of July is too early to go to the beach.
