Kris Humphries wants Kim Kardashian to explain what happened to their $325,000 wedding gift.

RadarOnline.com is reporting the former couple received the pricey gift from a very wealthy “Malaysian businessman” who attended their wedding last summer. Humphries feels the Kardashian doll didn’t factor it in when she made a donation to charity for the amount of their wedding gifts.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kardashian recently announced that she was going to be donating some of their wedding gifts to charity, along with making a contribution to a charity of her choice for double the value of the gifts, instead of sending the presents back to those who purchased them.

Humphries’ lawyers plan on asking Kardashian about the gift at their divorce trial — and yes, sources tell RadarOnline.com that there will absolutely be a trial, despite Kim trying desperately to avoid it.

“Kris wants a divorce trial so that the truth can finally come out — amongst other matters, he wants to know about a $325k wedding gift that the couple got from a very wealthy Malaysian businessman that attended the wedding,”  a source close to the former couple tells RadarOnline.com. “Kris was at Kim’s house when the very gift was delivered — it was given to both of them but Kim has kept sole ownership of the gift and has used it extensively. She will be asked about it, under oath, on the stand at the trial. The total of their wedding gifts, not including the $325k luxury item, was around $400k, and not the $100k value that Kim has publicly stated. When you include the $325k gift, they actually got over $700k in total in wedding presents, so Kim should have donated a lot more to charity that the $200k she claims she has.”

“Kris’ attorneys also plan on calling the Malaysian gift giver as a witness because Kim has denied that they received the $325k gift and said instead that he gave them a vase valued at around $200. The man is a billionaire, there is no way he would have given them a vase and Kris has proof that the businessman gave them the over the top gift. For Kris this isn’t about the money, it never has been, it’s about the truth finally coming out,” the insider says.

Kris Humphries rep had no comment on this story.

The 31-year-old mommy to be  and her fiance Eric Johnson celebrated with some close friends.

Some of the guests included her sister Ashlee, 27, as well as Jessica Alba, 30, who brought 7-month-old daughter Haven along for the fun. We bet there will be some play dates between those two in the future!

The couple sat next to each other as they opened gifts. In the clip above, you can see Jess opening up a pair of baby pink cowboy boots. I think it’s safe to say her little girl is going to have a closet full of shoes before she can even walk!!!!

The Browns passed over a couple WR’s with their first pick on Friday, instead going for tackle Mitchell Schwartz, a 6’5, 318 pound OL out of Cal.

In a move that is going to signal the end of the Colt McCoy era in Cleveland, the Browns with the 22nd overall pick in the NFL Draft took Oklahoma St. QB Brandon Weeden.

Weeden has an NFL-quality frame that allows him to look over the offensive line and deliver his throws without a hitch. His quick release is his strongest asset, as he consistently fires the ball with a compact throwing motion and strong delivery. The ball zips off his arm, and he has the ability to fit it in any tight space.

He is “all of the above” in terms of being a mature, poised leader. He is an accurate passer on throws short and long, and he has that gunslinger mentality to go for the deep ball when it’s an option.

But – while all that is good, he’s 29-years old, and many already say that he’s too old to be starting a quality NFL career. The Browns needed to fill other spots on the team, and they dropped the ball big time.

Here’s a scouting report on the back the Browns hope will lead them into the future:

Summary: Richardson was one of the most dominant and consistent players in college football last year. He carried Alabama’s offense in their championship run. Richardson owned the SEC as he produced against every defense he faced. He averaged 5.9 yards per carry with 1,679 yards rushing with 21 touchdowns. He also thrived as a receiver, catching 29 passes for 338 yards and three touchdowns. Richardson ran for 96 yards on 20 carries with a touchdown in the national championship versus LSU’s NFL-caliber defense.

As a freshman and sophomore, Richardson was the backup to Mark Ingram. There will be a lot of NFL teams that like the fact that Richardson was a reserve over his first two years. That saved him from a lot of wear-and-tear that other college running backs have entering the league after totaling a large amount of carries as the leading weapon of their college teams. With Richardson’s one year as the starter, NFL evaluators have enough tape to make a good evaluation of him.

Richardson looks like a three-down back in the NFL. He is a good receiver out of the backfield with the skill set to develop into a quality blitz protector. Richardson has an elite combination of strength and speed. He gets yards after contact from his strength, and is fast enough to break off long touchdowns on a carry or reception. He has the rare combination to ram through linebackers and run away from defensive backs.

Richardson could fit any NFL offense, but would be a perfect fit in a West Coast scheme because of his receiving ability. As a runner, Richardson could play in a power man blocking scheme or a zone-blocking system. Some believe that Richardson is the best running back prospect to enter the NFL since Adrian Peterson in 2007.

Rumors sparked after Lamar Odom’s father, Joe Odom, told RumorFix.com the reality couple are excepting their first child.

“I got a little news,” he said with a smile. “I’m about to have a grandchild.” He even said that Lamar is “so excited” and he and Khloé “have been trying to do this for a couple of years.”

Sources close to the couple confirm that the story is “absolutely not true.”

Khloe and Lamar have made it known that they long to have a baby together.

“It’s so hard. I never knew about ovulation and the limited amount of time that  you have to get pregnant,” Kardashian has said. “We would love to have kids.  “[But] when you have schedules such as ours, it’s really hard to hit that mark.  So it’s frustrating, but definitely. I want to have kids.”

The chilling actions of a teenager as he systematically shot Chardon High School students sitting at a cafeteria table were captured by surveillance video at Chardon High School, which also showed the chaos afterward.

According to a source who viewed the video, the student – identified by fellow students as T.J. Lane — sat down by himself at a table in the cafeteria around 7:30 a.m. Within moments he reached into a pack or a bag. He pulled out a .22-caliber handgun.

Lane walked around his table and stood behind students identified by classmates as Russell King, Demetrius Hewlin and Nick Walczak, all juniors and friends. Russell and Nick were waiting there before catching a bus to Auburn Career Center.

The video shows Lane raising his gun and shooting, the source said. Russell, who students say was shot in the back, is at MetroHealth Medical Center. Demetrius, who students say was shot in the back of the head, is also at MetroHealth. Nick, who was shot numerous times, is in stable condition at Hillcrest Hospital.

Lane fled out the door. Frank Hall, a teacher and assistant football coach who was in the cafeteria, gave chase as dozens of students in the cafeteria raced for shelter.

At some point, not seen by the source who viewed the video, Daniel Parmertor, 16, was shot. Officials have not provided details. He died at MetroHealth.

As Lane ran down the hall toward the east entrance of the school, he fired at a female student, according to the source. Students identified her as senior Joy Rickers, 18. A teacher opened to door to his classroom and pulled her in, the source said. Rickers is in serious condition at Hillcrest.

Lane ran out of the school and across the student parking lot. He was apprehended on Woodin Road in Chardon Township about an hour later, a law officer said.
