@Paul Lear (1 comments.): Hi Paul, thanks for stopping by. The countdown timer method certainly works. That was one of the first things that Alex taught us and it immediately made a huge impact on my productivity.

I really like the "daily did sheet" because it let me identify what was slowing me down and eating up my precious time. For someone like me, who still works a full time job and has a family, time is my most valuable asset.

That is why one of my biggest priorities for this year is to build a team or assistants to take care of all the "grunt" work and so I can scale up my business.

Thanks for the video and post, it's a good reminder for me about focus, as I've kind of been slipping back into old habits recently.

I really need to start using the countdown timer method again, because I keep spending way to long on my tasks and end up getting eye strain…lol

I'm glad you're going to be spending more time giving value on your blog, and being more active here, I probably need to be more active on my own blog if I'm honest.

I'll try and drop by here again soon tosee what you're up to.

Sorry to see you didn't make Vegas too. I figured you would be there but I know how plans have a way of changing, (and not always like you want them to).

It was a lot bigger this time around and we even had some speakers besides Alex. The coolest part was to see how much success some of our classmates have had since the first one.

I'll be putting up a page dedicated to "Vegas Part 2" that will have some pictures and maybe even a video or 2. That way you can at least see some of what took place.

Have not heard much out of you lately so I
thought I had better stop by and see what
you are up to. I guess I got lucky and caught
your newest video.

I missed Vegas this time around darn it. I would
have loved to meet some of the new students and
seen the rest of you guys again.

Just moved my AJ blog to a new domain. That was
kinda tricky. Got through it ok though and it seems
to be working just fine.

Just thought I would touch base and see what
you were up to looks like you are doing great
things.

Good to see you had a great time in Vegas i couldn't make it myself unfortunately but hopefully i can make he next one.

I have never been to a workshop before and i would love to network with some of Alex's students.
