Each month throughout 2013 we will release another track by the band via various digital platforms some free and some paid for. Along the way we'll be asking you to vote on a few of the tracks to be included on the album and at the end of the year we'll have a limited vinyl with CD release which will include hand printed covers, art, t'shirt and various other goodies we pick up along the way.

The first track out today, with its relentlessly thumping beat, is 'Dead Weight Walkin' an allegory for our times, born of the ongoing grind of recession, rising prices and railing against the greed of the few riding on the backs of the many, it is a theme truly in keeping with the historical heritage of the original Jack Cade, leader of a popular rebellion in the 15th Century, which bears a striking similarity to the situation we find ourselves in today. The Monarchy, Lords, Earls and land owners may have changed for Government, investment brokers and corporate business, but its still the mass populace that bears the burden when the hard times come.

The song is told through the story of five brothers and their lopsided, turbulent relationship, delivered in a deep angry growl and backed by some searing vocals from Helen and all underpinned by a rolling tribal beat and rhythmic bass line.
You can get Dead Weight Walkin' here:

CD Baby
http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/jackcadeandtheeverydaysi2

iTunes
https://itunes.apple.com/gb/album/dead-weight-walkin-single/id591125008

Google Music Store
https://play.google.com/store/search?q=jack+cade+and+the+everyday+sinners&c=music

Amazon
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Dead-Weight-Walkin/dp/B00ATZSX9Q/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1358703597&s=dmusic&sr=1-1

Look out for the next release, a special free download on 14 February...

Cheers for 2012 here's to 2013

Hey all,

I hope you've all been having a great Christmas break and are gearing up for some party fun on New Years Eve. I'd just like to say a big thank you to all who have supported and helped us over the last year. having released our debut album last year and then getting together a new set of musicians to perform as a band live has been an enjoyable and interesting challenge. Adam and Mike have helped to give us direction and have brought there own unique styles to the song writing which just wouldn't be there without them. In the latter part of the year we have added Helen Togher to the ranks to bring a bit of sweetness to the mix and it couldn't have gone any better as the new tracks coming out next year will show.

We went into the studio in January to record in Reading's Silver Street studios with producer Bobby Bloomfield from Does it offend you, yeah! The results have been great and we're booked in for two more sessions in the new year to finish off the second album 'Lord of the empty Manor'. This album is being released in a somewhat different way in that we will be releasing a track a month, some of these will be via the usual outlets and some will come out as free downloads on Noisetrade, Band Camp and Soundcloud. We'll keep you up-to-date through the year as each track appears on here, our website, ReverbNation etc... or if you like you can join our Facebook Lord of the empty Manor group page.

We all wish you the best new year and hope to see you sometime in 2013.

Cheers
JC

- Posted using BlogPress from my iPad

Recording 'Lord of the empty Manor'

Hey All,

This weekend we're going into Silver Street studios to record the tracks for our 'Lord of the Empty Manor' EP. The recording is being produced by Bobby Bloomfield who has produced a number of artists including The Adelines, SixNationState, Kamikaze Test Pilots, Jackson Caged, Does It Offend You, Yeah? and Vienna Ditto as well as being the drummer in Does it offend you, Yeah?

we're really looking forward to working with Bobby as we think he's going to bring something a little different to our sound that will compliment our rougher stripped down three piece. The tracks we're recording will be new songs from our set that have been going down well, Blood Red Lips (a song of passion, love and just a little lust), Dead Weight Walkin' (an allegory of the times we find ourselves in) Glowball (dedicated to nights spent at this legendary Reading night) and finally there will be a version of the mournful lament The River (fast becoming a live favourite)

I'm not usually one for wishing away my life but I counting the days down this week. Once the recordings done were going to produce a couple of video's to go along with it and then it'll be released first thing in the new year. Followed shortly after by the next EP which is already in the planning.

I'll keep you posted over the next week as to how the recording has gone and may well post up some pics and sound files...

Catch ya later

JC

- Posted using BlogPress from my iPad

News update

Hey All,

It's been an age and then some since I last wrote some words up here, shame on me, but then it's been a busy old time as I've been helping out the Collision label as well as playing a variety of gigs with and without the Everyday Sinners.

We had a great time playing The Big Day out festival in the summer as well as the Caversham Festival. On the downside we're pretty pissed that our gig at the Abbot Cook in Cemetery Junction was cancelled at short notice, without telling us, so apologies from us to all those who had planned to come along.

Coming up we have a couple of gigs to tell you about, firstly we're playing at The Retreat in Reading this Thursday 1 November and at The Global Cafe on Friday 16 November. At the Global gig we've got two top support acts firstly William Trevelyan who possesses a brilliantly deep and smooth vocal delivery (think Tindersticks), followed by Luke Paulo featuring Maija on piano, Luke has been building a growing reputation in the Berkshire area with his beautifully written songs and lyrics delivered with an Eastern European folk feel.
In between these two gigs we'll be in the studio recording our new EP 'Lord of the empty Manor'. It's been a bit long coming but finally we're getting there, it's due for release in the start of the new year and will feature two live favourites 'Blood Red Lips' and 'Dead Weight Walking'.

Finally I'd just like to say congratulations to my label mate Steve Morano who has been getting a lot of coverage over in the States, most notably from Indie Artist Magazine where he has received over 200k views of his video for the single Donna. Wow!

Hope to see you at a gig sometime.
JC
- Posted using BlogPress from my iPad

A new video from Jack Cade and the Everyday Sinners

Hey all,
It's been a while since my last post. I've busy writing and rehearsing new material with the Everyday Sinners which is coming along extremely well. We gigged at the weekend playing Corkey Burgers Ramshackle last Thursday and Caversham Festival on Sunday. both gigs were excellent, Caversham festival in particular was great as the crowd was large and very appreciative and to top it all the sun made an appearance.
Saturday saw the release of our long awaited first pro video for The Fiery Road, it's been planned for a while but took a bit of regaining to get everything sorted, but finally we managed to get ourselves organised. The filming took place on or around the Oxford road, the very road which inspired the name of the song. It features a bunch of friends and my local coffee house, Reading Carnival and the whip wielding and devilish looks of Fritz Elhers. Check out the video on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M43Nat8OFBU&sns=em
If you like the video please leave a comment and hit the like button on YouTube, it all helps.

Catch you soon.
jack
- Posted using BlogPress from my iPad

Location:Reading

May in the Rain

Hey All,

Just a quick update on all that's been going on. All in all we've been busy rehearsing up new material ready for a new release in the next couple of months. For live performances myself, Mike Muggeridge (bass) and Adam Perry (drums) have been joined by the very talented Tom Anderson who produced the 'This Fiery Road' album and is playing a mix of guitar, keyboard and sax.

I was hoping things would be moving on a bit quicker, but hey that's the way it goes, gigs are slowly starting to roll in although it would be nice to get a few more festivals this year. Don't forget if you want us to come play in your area just drop us a line and suggest a venue/promoter we should approach.

In the meantime, I've been writing a whole load of new songs, some of which I've been posting up as video demo's. The latest is 'The Seven Lives of Thomas Lee' this song is based on a graphic novel I've been working on, more of which I will tell you about in the coming months. The video is up on You Tube, you can check it out here:

&lt;p&gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;Cheers for na&amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Well I'm sitting here writing this by the window looking over my small garden, watching the rain tumble down. I have to say it seems to have been raining non stop for months now, which I guess is how it used to be at this time of year. With any luck we'll get a great summer this year.

Cheers for now
Jack

New Song - Whiskey Girl

Hey all, yet another new song posted up to You Tube
Facebook Still to keep you entertained during this month we've organised a Jack Cade and the Everyday Sinners gig at The Retreat in Reading. For those who don't know The Retreat is an excellent ale house in the back streets of central Reading which apart from serving some mighty fine beers put on a lot of great acts generally playing blues, country and folk. I've seen a fair few great performances down there so am very pleased to have been invited along to play. I'll be performing a short acoustic set to get things rolling, playing a few covers that have inspired me over the years and playing a few newly written songs too. After that I'll be joined by Everyday Sinners Adam Perry on Drums and Mike Muggeridge on bass for a run through some songs from the 'This Fiery Road' album. The gig is free entry, but fairly small so be sure to get down early to get a place. Music kicks off at 9pm.

In separate news label mate Steve Morano is in the Collision Music studio in Cholsey this weekend laying down rough demos for his forthcoming album which will be out in the middle of this year. I'll be dropping in on the session with a few beers for a listen at some point, really looking forward to it. Cheers for now Jack - Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone

Fender Champ 600 mod

Hey all, A bit of a departure from my normal posts as I'm going to run through the guitar amp mods I've just made. A bit geeky maybe , but what the hey.

For those that have a copy of the 'This Fiery Road' album you will, on several tracks, have heard my burns steer guitar crunching through my fender champ 600. As small guitar amps go I love it's portability and astonishing loudness for such a small thing. The only thing that really let it down was the harshness of the tone and in recording terms the amount of hum coming from the amp.

As is the way of things I Googled to find out if there were any remedies and in so doing ended up spending the next month running in circles deciding what was best to do. I first toyed with the idea of ditching the amp altogether and buying a Blues Junior a Peavey Delta Blues or to be honest any number of other amps. But ultimately everything I read led to the conclusion that any number of these amps would need some kind of additional investment in valves or speakers or even mods, and to be honest I wanted something that would offer flexibility as well as portability.

Having read more blogs than I care to mention I decided on the following;

1. The stock tubes Fender use are rubbish, particularly the Chinese 12AX7 and to be honest the Electro-Harmonix 6V6 whilst not awful is a bit harsh. I decided to change these to Cryo Valves from Watford Valves. Namely a Harma ECC83 (£16) and a Brimar 6V6GT (at £40 a bit pricey I know but I read some glowing reviews)

2. Having decided to splash some cash on these I didn't want to install them in an amp with no standby, so some form of modification was going to be needed. I decided on the Alnicomagnet kit available on EBay. I was impressed by the write up explaining why the mods were needed and there were a few good videos too. All in all it made me feel like I could achieve the mods needed even though I'd not previously undertaken much more than soldering leads or repairing my guitar.

The kit came with excellent instructions and pictures which made it very obvious what was required. I had most of the tools I needed apart from a meter which I bought from Maplins for £8. A bit of advice on how to use one of these would have been useful as the instructions that came with it weren't that great, however I worked it out.

Having steeled myself for several days of frustration and swearing I managed to complete the main mods in the kit in around 5 hours. These mods removed the annoying hum, adjusted the voltage from the Euro standard 230v to the UK 240v and added a standby switch along with a few other items. For more info go to http://bit.ly/x6rDsv

Mods completed I tried the amp out with the stock valves in place, there was a noticeable difference in the tone of the amp and all the hum had gone. The overall sound had great clarity without as much of the harshness and I was very pleased with the result.

Next I swapped out the old valves for the two new valves and wow what a difference, it really is hard to describe how much the clarity, depth and quality of the tone improved, with the mid and the valves installed all harshness had been removed, and I have to say the power of the amp seemed to jump up several notches with the use of the Brimar 6v6gt, it really is a great tube. Where before I didn't care too much for the sound of my Champ 600 now I love using it and seem to be rehearsing more at home with my electrics now rather than my acoustics.

3. Phase 3 of the project is the addition of an extension cab. The main difficulty here was the impedance of the amp which is 4 ohms. Most prebuilt cabs are 8 or 16 ohm not a problem as such but the higher impedance will effect the loudness and given it's only a 5 watt amp anyway I really didn't want to lose anything if possible. Another factor was the speaker configuration, I had set my mind on using two 10" speakers rather than a single 12 or 2x12. this was partly to do with weight and size but again also to do with the sound, as 10" speakers are more responsive than 12's.

Being that the amp is 4ohm I have decided to go with two 8ohm Jensen P10R wired in parallel, so creating a 4 ohm cab. The cab itself I'm having built by a guy in Ireland who sells hand made cabs on Ebay, check them out they are beautifully built. The cab will be with me in two weeks, when it arrives I'll add a review to this post. Shame on me. So to begin with I'll wish you all a belated Merry Christmas. 2011 has been a great year in the world of Jack Cade. The first 6 months of the year were spent recording the debut album for Jack Cade and the Everyday Sinners 'This Fiery Road'. And the second 6 months of the year have been spent promoting the album, it's been busy, busy, busy. I'd like to say a big thank you to all those out there who have bought, played, reviewed and commented on the album. It really has blown me away all the great things people have said. Jack Cade and the Everyday Sinners live gigs are now out and playing. Having recorded the album with so many great musicians giving there time to the project it was always a worry for me that there would be no live performances to back the album up. In October I enlisted the talents of Adam Perry on Drums and Mike Muggeridge in Bass to for the nucleus of a three piece to perform live. The first gig for the new line-up took place on 22 December and ROCKED. We had a great audience and for a first gig I couldn't have gone much better (putting aside a couple of glitches). Now the New Year is beckoning and we will be out and about gigging whilst adding a keyboard player and brass section to the mix. We're planning to get around the country and into Europe over the next 12 months but if you'd like to see us in your area why not drop me an email letting us know where you'd like us to play and we'll see what we can do. We'll that's it for now. I'll be posting up here a bit more regularly over the coming months so be sure to drop by regularly. Have a great New Year Jack

This Fiery Road - Review

Today was a good day in the world of Jack Cade and the Everyday Sinners. Whilst kickin back and drinking my morning coffee down at the Workhouse I received an email about a new review for 'This Fiery Road' album.

As with any review the immediate reaction is excitement followed by trepidation. I needn't have worried the review which appears on the excellent From Under The Basement blog, based in Austin Texas, was extremely complimentary.

Rebel Rod Ames wrote 'Take about two cups of Johnny Cash add a dash or two of Tom Waits, and a smidgen of the psychobilly or punk roots that began molding him years ago, and you have Jack Cade.

I love this album for so many reasons. It’s honky-tonk or is it? It’s country, or is it? It’s blues, or is it? It continuously keeps the listener guessing. I on the other hand, after hearing the first track, the title cut, “This Fiery Road”, decided not to categorize, but instead, simply enjoy this extremely unique brand of whatever it is...'

To read the full review go to:

http://fromunderthebasement.blogspot.com/2011/10/jack-cade-and-everyday-sinners-this.html

If you want a copy of the album go to http://www.jackcade.com

Cheers
Jack

http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/jackcadeandtheeverydaysi

After the launch

Hey all

It's been three weeks since the launch of 'This Fiery Road' and I have to say 6 months in the studio seems a breeze compared to a month trying to promote the album out to publications, blogs and radio stations. It's not until you start that you realise how many thousands of tresses there are in each genre of music. All vying for the same coverage largely from the same groups of dedicated bloggers.

Having run the Freebase music site for 3 years from 1997 I can appreciate how much time and work goes into running a blog reviewing and commenting on the music you love. There are a few blogs that have caught my eye over the last 3 months, in researching and checking out around a 115 sites the ones I'm visiting and enjoying the most are being added to my website as links. Ninebullets.net is particularly good well written, some good humour and a great weekly radio show. I've also been spending a lot of time on No Depression, check it out, loads of good articles, posts and forum. Oliverdiplace.blogspot.com is always a good and varied read as is fromunderthebasement.blogspot.com also with it's own cool weekly radio show.

Last week some of the album tracks went up onto Jango. Fir those who have not come across it before it is an Internet radio service that sllows the use to pick stations based on an artist or genre, same as last FM. The difference is that as an artist you can upload your tunes and buy credits to get guaranteed plays. You pick the artists you want to be aligned with, target locations and off you go. In the first week I've had a great amount of positive feedback and picked up new fans and sales.

The album has also been picked up by various Internet and specialist radio stations, mainly in the states. The only downer for me so far is that I've not been able to get one bit of coverage in my own local press or radio stations.

With any luck the next week will see a few reviews coming out, as soon as they do I'll be posting links up here, in the meantime if you're one of the good people who have bought a copy of the album then you'd do me a great favour if you posted a review on iTunes, Amazon or any of the other digital sites.

Catch ya soon
Jack
Nearly done now and we finally have a release date for the album, which is the 7th September, can't wait.

We're off to the mastering studio on Thursday 11 August down at Cyclone Music in Medway Kent

To celebrate the launch of the album 'This Fiery Road' on Collision Music I'll be playing at Betties Blues on Saturday 3 September with the album available on the night prior to its official release on the 7th.

A couple of other dates are 19-21 August at The Borders Bash in Galashiels and then back to Reading for Mechanical Republic Presents READING FESTIVAL - DAY 0 at the Blagrave in Reading, both events are going to be crackers so if you can make it along you wont be disappointed.

That's all for now... Tom Anderson has produced a first mix, and as a consequence I went back in the studio and re-recorded vocals to three tracks 'The Fiery Road', 'Hotter than the sun' and Hanging on a thread. All three of which I'm now happy with.

We also have a couple of additional parts going down on two tracks on Monday, a new piano piece on 'Walk Away' and a fiddle on 'Parkside Road' then it's final mix time. The plan is to get the album into mastering by the end of next week, with a planned release date set for 19th August when I'll be playing The Borders Bash in Scotland.

The album as it stands has been played to a few select people to date and the reaction has been great. I'm very happy with all the tracks now and 4 in particular have gone way beyond where i expected them too. It's always a strange thing when recording that the songs that are your strongest live aren't always the tracks that stand out when recorded, often it is the less obvious tracks that shine out. I'll leave you to decide which you think work well once the album is out.

On the live front I have a busy few weeks playing The Butler, Deja Vu, the Rhu Bar and the excellent Betties Blues stage at Caversham Festival _ What a great day, good weather, great friends and an excellently run festival which was completely free.

The next big event is the Borders Bash up in Galashiels on August 19th to the 21st, tickets are available from the site www.bordersbash.co.uk get em quick as they're going fast.

Well that's it for now, catch ya'll later

Jack Cade

This Fiery Road album photoshoot

Hey all,

Hope you are well and enjoying the brief glimpses of the summer sun. I was lucky enough to get out in the best of it on Sunday for the first photoshoot for the new album.

The session only lasted an hour but Raymond Lee who was behind the lens captured some great shots that really captured the atmosphere I was looking for. The first of the shots is up on my site www.jackcade.com if you want to see the results. I hope you'll think, like me that it's really kinda cool. It's shot in the style that was used during the 70's on a lot of blues and Motown album covers. For those of you into your photography I'll be posting up some details on the site later regarding the equipment, setup and postproduction photoshop work that was carried out.

We're now into the mixing of the album, with a provisional mastering date set for mid July with a release date set for mid august to coincide with the Bordersbash (more on that later).

Along with the album completion myself and Tom are setting up a new label, resurrecting my old label name from the 90s, Collision Records.

As well as the Jack Cade album we'll be looking for other artists to record and release, we have a few in mind already, but are looking for more Berkshire based talent, for more info email jack@jackcade.com

Anyway enough of my blathering... Writing songs is one thing but writing cover notes is a whole other thing altogether and my brain is a hurting.

Off into the studio to start the mixing from this weekend, we're in the final straight and the finish is in site, I've been listening to the rough monitor mixes on my stereo at home and am amazed at how good it's sounding already, Tom's done great at giving all the instruments there own space, and believe me that's no mean feat on some tracks running 3 guitars, mandolin, banjo, keys, drums, bass, horns, percussion and vocals!

For the vocals we've used a Neumann TLM49 which has captured my vocal perfectly, sounds like I'm sitting in the room with you, a scary thought for some maybe.

The new Jack Cade website will be up and running in the next week, so yet another digital presence to manage, along with the Twitter, Facebook, myspace (not sure this'll be going to much longer) reverbnation and blog.

Right now to the important business, the pint of Tribute ale sitting in front of me on the in the Nags Head... But I'm well pleased with the end results, and as we move into the final phase of mixing I've got a great feeling about the end result that is just in reach.

Myself and Tom Anderson who is producing the album are in the process of setting up a label and have a few other acts in mind to release over the coming months, but more of that later. For now the focus is on the release date for the Fiery Road which is provisionally looking like Friday 29 July 2011.

Prior to that there will be a few limited digital only releases available via my Reverb Nation site, Facebook and MySpace, so keep a lookout via this blog, twitter.com/jackcadeness or the other aforementioned sites.

See ya soon
Jack Cade

Find out more at http://www.jackcade.com

Vocals going down

Well, it's been a while since my last post, so apologies for that, it's been a manic month of recording, doing the odd gig, and trying to sort out all the other things that go along with the album such as sleeve design, promo, PRS, distribution blah blah blah.

I can happily report though that three and a half months in and we're finally ready to lay down the vocals... Matt Holland came in two weeks ago and added some stunning brass to two tracks 'The Fiery Road' and the 'The Room' it completely changes the feel of the two songs and they now just sound amazing.

My current favourite track is 'Clouds A Rollin' which has the most magical clarinet, laid down by Tony Whennel, I can't stop listening to it as it meanders through the track from subtle warm tones to an all out mournful wail. Truly beautiful.

So this week were down to the business of laying down the vocals. I've been working hard to refine the lyrics and the phrasing throughout so it'll be interesting to see how much they'll change the songs, which until now have had only guide vocals on them.

I have to take my hat off to Tom (if I was wearing one) he has done an amazing job so far in engineering, producing, playing and pulling in favours to pull all this together. Can't wait to get it out there so you can all have a listen.

Till next time Jack Cade

- Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone

Rollin on

Day 18 in the studio working on the debut Jack Cade album 'The Fiery Road' and its now spring 2011, well as near as damn it, officially the first day of spring is tomorrow, but it certainly feels spring like.

I really can't believe we're up to day 18 already, judging by where we are i would guesses have another 7 to 10 days work still to go including the mixing. However the wait and hard work will have been well worth it judging by the results so far. Last week Andy Purcell added some great B3 and piano to 'Hanging on a thread' and today should see us finish of some guitars on 'The Fiery Road', 'Walk Away' and 'Unwind Your Love' before hopefully adding some Clarinet to 'Clouds a Rollin'.

So a busy day ahead, and to be honest I don't want to be hanging around replacing the same parts over and over, so time to knuckle down and play well cause times a rollin... I love the sound they get at Deja Vu, so cheers to Rob Sowden, the stage and audience area are quite intimate too, which I like, it's a bit like playing in someones slightly oversized living room, well I guess to some it might seem normally sized, but then I live in a we terrace house :-)

The gig served as a great warm up for a weekend of recording, Saturday was spent adding guitar parts, in particular to 'clouds a rollin' which now has a great, slow, low and dark riff underlining it.

Sunday saw Andy Goodchild return to add some more drums and we now have tracks nearing completion ready for mix. I'm completely blown away by how good 'Hotter than the sun' is sounding as is 'Parkside Road'. Really need to find a good country fiddle player so if you know anyone out there who won't cost an arm and a leg send em my way.

Also in the studio this weekend was Andy Purcell laying down some cool organ and piano, it's early days but what he's doing really lifts the songs and takes them in new directions.

We'll be taking the next weekend off which will seem a little odd, I won't know what to do with myself, then we'll be right back on it next week, still aiming to be finished for the end of the month, fingers crossed... It was a long and late session in the studio last night, started at 1pm and finished at 1am, so feeling a little tired today.

The first half of yesterday was spent recording guitars and transferring over some recordings over to Pro Tools from Cubase. Definitely a good move as Cubase can't seem to cope with recording at 96kHz. ProTools breezes it.

Second half of the session was the most exciting as Phil Berry brought his 110 year old upright bass in to lay down tracks on 'the devils hand' and 'Clouds a rollin', the later includes a beautiful mid section bass riff. The sound Tom is getting from his purpose built studio is immense! We can't quite believe the quality of the natural sounds we're getting from the instruments, particularly the acoustics.

Unfortunately I'm away this weekend so can't keep going, which is a shame as I'm really in the mood to get on, hey ho, that's the way it goes. I'm looking forward to next week as Andy Purcell, my erstwhile compatriot is back in town and heading in to add some guitar riffery, piano and Hammond, he's a talented boy and has some great ideas to lay down. Will keep you up-to-date on process. Later Jack Cade

- Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone
