This post is to let all know, I have chosen to accept the Free Gift of Salvation through Jesus Christ (in 1997). No matter how/when I leave this Earth, I am God’s child and will live eternally in Heaven. AMEN!

Ten years ago today I told my now hubby YES when he proposed to me on a beach. He knew I would and I was very surprised of the occassion! I remember it well and it was windy and cold! heehee but nothing could touch how warm my heart was and the JOY I had!

Thank you GOD for my husband Levi and for Jesus!

The proposal reinacted

Oh wow, time just flies at times, heehee. I am 6 months prego and one busy momma! I help put on a conference here in Guatemala for allthe missionaries called Intermissions. I just help out with the printing side of it all since I used to do that professionally and at times miss it. But now I have procrastinated and writing this blog doesn’t help! heehee! Anyway tomorrow I take most of the stuff to the printers, YEAH! I then have a friend who is also prego coming to the city this week from El Salvador with her hubby, I am so excited!!! YEAH! She’s going back to Canada to have her baby but needs to go to the Canadian embassy to get her husband’s visa to go. It’s always paperwork! We’re so spoiled being from the states and not having to require as much paperwork as others from other countries (yet!).

My daughter is so cute. She’s all of 4 years and 4 months and her brain is sooooo absorbing the world around her. She’s always been VERY intuiative. Yes at a very early age and now it’s so much of her life and she is amazing to me! What she says and how she thinks and concludes things. She made this house from scratch alone. I was working on my print stuff and she said, look at the house!

Our son is a hoot! He sings and everytime i think of getting the camera, he stops. He also is a stinker, not just in the #2 area, heehee. He knows what “no” is all about and just is a rascal. I just cannot explain it! We’re so excited to have him and he rubs my belly sating, BABY! So darn cute, I tell ya!

We’re headed to the states to have the baby and God lined up a house sitter for us, it is awesome. I am feeling so good about it all. I am eating a lil bit too much these days. Maybe over excited or something heehee. I need to slow down. My husband is the best in taking great care of us all and I do my best to take care of him too!

We’re simply blessed and we give praise LOTS for all we have and not complain about what we don’t! When ya got Jesus, you got Eternity in Heaven (psst, thats a lot!).

I guess because it’s end of the month, it seems like there is always so much to do! I have many things to do I call ‘maintenance’ then there is stuff that comes up. The biggest thing is I am on the committee to put on a conference for the missionaries here in Guatemala and I have procrastinated my part! Eeeek!!

So what is it that you have to do? Are you on time or behind? I can’t be the only procrastinsator! LOL!

I am absolutly blank! I had all this stuff i was going to write and now at my computer, I login and go blank! Too crazy! So i am blogging how I just went blank! I guess we write about anything these days! How about you?

I posted to a group I am on, we are ‘keepers of the home’. We are gladly taking on our responsibilities of being wives, moms, homemakers, and home schoolers. Here is a post I wrote today and ffigured I’d share here too.

I just felt like writing. I just finished a huge load of hand washing dishes! When I do this, I get so happy to get it done! Then, I feel a little bit empowered, and I think of you all because i know you all are doing the same thing, keeping the home.
 
I know what we do can be rewarding and can be tough, and so many things, but one fun thing it is to me, is empowering! I don’t always get this feeling but like today, i just feel ackomplished. I feel very good about keeping the home. The laundry being my fav, i love the warm, good smelling clothes! heehee hand washing dishes is NOT my fav but i have to do it so I need to find joy in it. God has blessed us with a double sided sink, with running water, and hot water at that. (these things are NOT common here in Guatemala). So with these, I have to find it in me to be belesed and do it, because I can (physically).
 
Today, I walk around the home and I have some mending done, food made ahead, things are in order or in some order, dishes clean, laundry being done, the kids and I play with play doh, we colored earlier, and I am also getting other things I like done (my t-shirt quilts, at least the tops).
 
I just really want to thank GOD for His blessings on me and my family. I know He is blessing you too. I pray for you all and know you have empowering days and discouraging days. Please stay ENcouraged in HIM. It’s important to bathe in Him, encourage our husbands and to teach our children.
 
I will keep this for myself too, when I loose focus and th focus is on eternity. Oh what a blessing.
