Hello Everyone! Happy Summer! So I started this blog on Saturday, February 2, 2008. I was blogging wayyyy before 2008. Because there is so much news and I like to express my opinion about what is going on in the world. There was a time lapse of me not updating, then I came back full swing and blogged! I actually started blogging in 1998 when it was still called an "online journal".

My favorite are restaurant and product reviews. I would just keep blogging away and keep checking my traffic till one day, I discovered one of my blog posts IHOP's Waffle and Chicken Review went #1 on GOOGLE!! I was so happy and realized my fun blog is more than just a way for me to tell people what I think LOL! So decided to take my blog up a notch and wrote a press release, have been writing articles, etc...but now to make it even better, I am going to move my blog to wordpress. Should be sometime in the next couple of weeks. I had a blog once on wordpress but I always go back to blogger because its such a simple blog, no plugins etc...however having a wordpress blog on your own host, give yous lots of control.

So stay tuned! :) I will still keep this blog up to direct traffic to the new blog, but my layout will be so much better! : D

When I first started as a Beach Body Coach, I began with Brazil Butt Lift with Leandro Carvalho (on the far left) because I always wanted a BOOTY LOL! But realized it was only toning and I really wanted to lose weight and moved to a more intense cardio based program Turbo Fire with Chalene Johnson (on the right). I got worked out first for the first couple of weeks of Turbo Fire, then fell off the wagon so started fresh again on Friday, July 1st and decided to do Brazil Butt Lift back to back with Turbo Fire. Once I complete Brazil Butt Lift while doing Turbo Fire, I will be moving into RevAbs with Brett Hoebel (on the bottom right) to finish Turbo Fire with. Brazil Butt Lift is a 30 day program, Turbo Fire is 90 day program and RevAbs is a 90 day program.

I also have quit drinking soda, like to go running at least once a week, and am trying to eat clean. Still drinking my Shakeology as well! : D

McDonalds and Walmart - they rule the world...

I hit McDonalds and Walmart at LEAST once a week. I think these two really dominate the Market, Nationally as well as Internationally. McDonalds stock is 85.65 and Walmart is 53.51 per share.

And whats funny about all of this, neither one of them are considered good for you LOL!

A lot of Walmarts merchandise comes from China. I heard they make sure that they pay their employees enough to where they could get assistance. That is merchandisers in the USA want Walmart to carry their merchandise that they have to sell it to Walmart VERY cheap or else they won't carry it. They like to get their stuff pennies on the dollar.

McDonalds on the other hand - has their products chemically made. Bacteria in their soda fountain machines. And is a big reason for obesity in America.

But why do we shop there even if these reasons are valid? Because its fast and cheap! I know McDonalds is trying to improve their customer base by adding healthy items such as fruit and walnut salad (my fave). Whenever I normally go I pickup nuggets and fries for my daughter and a cheeseburger for myself or a fruit and walnut salad.

To each his own I guess...I will probably most likely continue to shop at both places. Because I won't deny it even if its the preferred method not too.

You know I was debating back and forth about writing about this case because it involves a lot of negativity and a child missing. Nothing sparkly and happy here. :( But I finally decided I would write about it and my opinion about it.

Now in a nutshell - Basically this woman, Casey Anthony's daughter went missing, she went partying for the whole time before anyone questioned Kaylee (her daughter's disappearance. Which happen to take 31 days to notice and to notify the authorities.

Do I believe she did it? HELL YES! As the trial unfolds, fingers are pointing everywhere and the defense is trying to make her look innocent and they bring up child abuse?! Child abuse or not, you just don't kill your kid! I also her that they had already tried to use in her defense that she is not mentally stable. I am waiting to hear a confession but that is unlikely going to happen! I wonder what goes through the heads of the defense regarding Casey Anthony.

IF she never wanted the child from the get go she had options. She could have aborted (not one option I like but it is there) she could have given her child up for adoption, or even better USED protection! WOAH!! : O And speaking of, where is the baby's daddy in all of this?

From what I understand they will not have her take the stand because she lies too damn much! Well HELLO! But media is stating lying isn't a reason for her to prosecute her and make her rot in prison. OMG are you serious??

That poor defenseless baby <3 :(

Just some stuff, will update my blog again tomorrow about Casey Anthony Trial and McDonalds/Walmart, but right now just going to talk about moi! : p

Was going to start the day I was born but didn't want to go that deep! LOL! I'll just with I have been an Entrepreneur since I was 18 years old. Before that I wanted to be a Pop Star. I guess you can see what happened next LOL! Once I learned about the internet, I started blogging but at the time it was called an "online journal". Built my first website when I was 16 with HTML. LOVE HTML Love codes, you cannot go wrong with it.

I love trying new things, I love pampering myself. My new recent adventures are extreme couponing and penny auctions. Still learning about both, My favorite things I have learned about and done is getting FREE stuff.

I think I still want to create a name for myself. I LOVE MLM or Network Marketing. I just recently quit drinking soda and then went back to drinking it only 20% of the time. I love my Dr. Pepper. ;) A guy at the store today told me he likes my DP (Dr. Pepper) shirt LOL.

My new thing is working out and I love it. What I discovered about working in the health and fitness industry as a Beach Body Coach is I now love running and clean eating. I think its great for the body and mind.

I love vacationing! My daughter and I love going on cruises. We had such a ball this year, miss it and want to go again. So this is our second time cruisin but we are going to make it a point to go every year. Crossing my fingers that we go in February 2012, ;)

My main goal in life is to be Financially Independent and own my own Diner. I love to cook! I have famous taco recipe that everyone loves. I love trying new foods (at places) every other weekend and trying new recipes, every other weekend.

The Beach Body Summit was this week and they shared some exciting news for the Coaches of Beach Body. The first announcement was that they will have the new Shakeology flavor of PINK Tropical come out this year! Which I had a feeling it would be pink! I LOVE PINK! : D

Then they announced that they now have a cell phone app for P90X. New Tai Chi workout coming out in 2012! They are also releasing the sequel to P90X in the fall called P90X2. The latest is the Active Military can join as a Coach with no fees! : D

I LOVE BEING A BEACH BODY COACH!! : D

So excited! Beach Body announced the new Shakeology flavor Shakeology today!!! ITS PINK TROPICAL!!! So excited to try it! Pink is my favorite color! I have been drinking the Greenberry Shakeology for months, I have tried the Chocolate and I just do not like it (but will be trying it again with different recipes) and now we have this fabulous new flavor!!! It will be released very shortly! Contains the same superfoods and used as a meal replacement for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. I prefer mine for breakfast. Since the only thing I like for breakfast is coffee. ;)

Very excited for the new flavor! Will keep you updated! : D

Food Review: Carl's Jr. Guacamole Turkey Burger

Charbroiled Turkey Burger, Freshly prepared Guacamole, Pepper Jack Cheese, Tomato & Whole Leaf Lettuce on a Honey Wheat Bun and only 490 calories.

I had never really seen the commercial, but I kept passing the billboard on the way home from work. I usually get the Famous Star. But finally decided I should try it. Of course, I wasn't going to try it without a coupon. I was going to print one today but lo and behold, there was one in the Sunday paper, was able to use two coupons, one you buy a Turkey Burger you get a free medium drink and the second 2 Western Bacon Cheeseburgers for $4. Ended up saving $3.69 ;). I got the Western Bacon cheeseburgers for my parents since they like those. My daughter opted for Wendy's and her Jr. Bacon and Natural Cut fries.

Anyway so I got home and tried it and like it! The guacamole is spicy and pepper jack cheese, which I love spicy food. And the turkey and bun is healthy! Now it is good but would I have it again, maybe? If you are trying to watch for health then this would be a good option. :)
