scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="理財"/><title type='text'>KD 隨機指標</title><content type='html'>說明 KD市場常使用的一套技術分析工具。其適用範圍以中短期投資的技術分析為最佳。隨機 指標的理論認為：當股市處於牛市時，收盤價往往接近當日最高價； 反之在熊市時，收盤價比較接近當日最低價，該指數的目的即在反映 出近期收盤價在該段日子中價格區間的相對位置。  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;計算公式 它是由%K(快速平均值)、%D(慢速平均值)兩條線所組成，假設從n天週期計算出隨機指標時，首先須找出最近n天當中曾經出現過的最高價、最低價與第n天的收盤價，然後利用這三個數字來計算第n天的未成熟隨機值(RSV) &lt;br /&gt;RSV  =[ (第n天收盤價-最近n天內最低價)/ 最近n天內最高價-最近n天內最低價 ] * 100%&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;計算出RSV之後，再來計算K值與D值。 &lt;br /&gt;當日K值(%K)= 2/3 前一日 K值 + 1/3 RSV &lt;br /&gt;當日D值(%D)= 2/3 前一日 D值＋ 1/3 當日K值 &lt;br /&gt;若無前一日的K值與D值，可以分別用50來代入計算，經過長期的平滑的結果，起算基期雖然不同，但會趨於一致，差異很小。 &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;使用方法 如果行情是一個明顯的漲勢，會帶動K線與D線向上升。如漲勢開始遲緩，則會反應到K值與D值，使得K值跌破D值，此時中短期跌勢確立。 &lt;br /&gt;當K值大於D值，顯示目前是向上漲升的趨勢，因此在圖形上K線向上突破D線時，即為買進訊號。 &lt;br /&gt;當D值大於K值，顯示目前是向下跌落，因此在圖形上K 線向下跌破D線，此即為賣出訊號。 &lt;br /&gt;上述K線與D線的交叉，須在80以上，20以下(一說70、30；視市場投機程度而彈性擴大範圍)，訊號才正確。 &lt;br /&gt;當K值大於80，D值大於70時，表示當日收盤價處於偏高之價格區域，即為超買狀態；當K值小於20，D值小於30時，表示當日收盤價處於偏低之價格區域，即為超賣狀態。 &lt;br /&gt;當D值跌至15以下時，意味市場為嚴重之超賣，其為買入訊號；當D值超過85以上時，意味市場為嚴重之超買，其為賣出訊號。 &lt;br /&gt;下面是104董事長楊基寬給成大畢業生的一段話:&lt;br /&gt;第一點，給選擇延畢學生的提醒，如果你是因為景氣風暴而決定在校園裡面多躲一年的話，但請你告訴自己，職場是你人生必經的路，你沒有任何閃躲的空間，如果你的生平第一次就當個躲起來的懦夫，那麼你還能指望有什麼擔當呢？成大的學生不應該如此。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;　第二點，給選擇讀研究所同學的一個提醒，如果你讀研究所的出發點，是希望你將來的薪水會比學士要高一點，碩士的名聲聽起來會比學士要好一點，那麼整個社會，對於一個心中只是想著多賺幾塊錢及虛榮心作祟的碩士生，還能期望他什麼呢，社會指望你讀研究所是希望你論文的研究主題能為社會或產業解決某一個學士生無法解決的問題，而不是指望你拿一篇長篇大論甚至是廢話連篇的論文來滿足你個人狹隘的虛榮心和薪水的要求，因此請告訴自己，職場是你人生必經的路，如果你生平第一次就只能這麼狹隘的自我期許，那麼你能夠指望這個狹隘的主人，就是你，會有什麼擔當呢？成大的學生不應該如此。&lt;br /&gt;　第三點，是給選擇就業的同學一個提醒，我有信心學弟妹們都能順利找到工作，但因為今年景氣比較特殊，如果不幸的在未來，你已經不眠不休努力找工作找了三個月，還沒有找到的話，那麼請試著採用學長要給各位的一個策略，叫做「勇者策略」，當我們剛畢業的時候，什麼都還不會的時候，我們需要爭取的不是薪資，我們需要爭取的不是公司的大小，我們需要爭取的不是公司離家近不近，我們需要爭取的不是公司有沒有某一項的福利，我們需要爭取的不是公司需不需要加班，我們唯一需要爭取的就是那最珍貴的磨練，還有證明自己的機會，因此所謂的勇者策略是，當你經過3個月都還不能找到工作的時候，請挑選一家你心目中的公司，仔細研究這家公司有什麼地方是你可以為他們帶來所需要的解決提案，然後西裝筆挺的走進那家公司，眼神正視老闆跟他講說：「老闆，我這裡有一個針對貴公司某產品的提案，我願意不拿薪水，為公司效勞，直到景氣恢復為止。」老闆問你為什麼，你就跟他講，因為我需要磨練，我需要向你證明我是有用的，半年後如果景氣恢復，那麼老闆肯定會先用你，因為企業看到了你的主動，因為企業看到了你的解決能力，因為企業看到了你當仁不讓的決心，屆時你的經驗超過那些空等待的同學。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;　勇者策略對你而言，你nothing to lose，我不敢肯定你是否會成功，但可以肯定的說「你的懦弱肯定不會帶來成功」，否則世界就沒有公理；我不敢肯定你是否會成功，但可以肯定的是碩博士的學歷，不會為你帶來成功，鄭董事長大學畢業，鴻海郭台銘海專畢業，微軟的比爾蓋茲只有高中學歷，所以他們的成功都與學歷無關，他們的成功是因為他們根本不在乎學歷，他們的成功是因為在他們碰上逆境時，毫不猶豫的選擇跟逆境正面對決，我看得出來，你們當中的某些人，勢必將會讓個學校，這個社會，這個國家，以你為榮，祝各位鵬程萬里，一路順風。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;就整段來說  背後的意思值得去深思&lt;br /&gt;但是個人認為畢業生缺乏的是生活歷鍊~~~&lt;br /&gt;不單只是在工作上&lt;br /&gt;工作除了可以賺錢之外&lt;br /&gt;我猜工作的意義&lt;br /&gt;畢業生說不定都不知道&lt;br /&gt;怎麼談說要證明自己或者是其他&lt;br /&gt;如果已經具備勇敢努力生活負責的精神&lt;br /&gt;那麼根本不需要勇者理論&lt;br /&gt;基本上這應該都是位人才了&lt;br /&gt;努力不懈的精神+適當的表達自己都會讓自己找到工作&lt;br /&gt;那薪水多少我想這是另一方面的議題了&lt;br /&gt;畢竟生活要顧&lt;br /&gt;不是每個人都有優渥的家庭背景可以支撐&lt;br /&gt;　這項研究列出一百零四種音樂類型，以問卷方式向全球各地三萬六千多人進行調查。研究主持人諾斯教授說：「我們一向懷疑音樂品味和人格特質有關連，這是我們首度鑽研此一課題。」。諾斯並指出音樂界近來銷售不振，可以利用這項研究推廣行銷。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br 我才知道這是蕁麻疹&lt;br /&gt;醫生給的藥水 真的很有用&lt;br /&gt;擦在患部  不久就止癢啦&lt;br /&gt;不過紅紅的浮腫塊&lt;br /&gt;還是會持續有&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;回顧一下 我這禮拜都有感冒前兆 但感冒並沒有發病&lt;br /&gt;我想抵抗力變弱是主因吧&lt;br /&gt;加上應該要把房間好好的整理乾淨一番啦&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;還有回家後  覺得真的很無聊!!&lt;br /&gt;所以看完醫生 就直奔Is coffee上網啦&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;該把一些生活步調微調一下囉!!!</content><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' /&gt;所以在做出評論前 我問了我自己 什麼是我期待的讀書會     &lt;br /&gt;    &lt;br /&gt;讀書會成立之後 一定要有一個結果就是彼此要能夠互相拉拔成長     &lt;br /&gt;所以讀書會成立之初的成員 一定要有默契 但除了默契 最重要還是&amp;quot;志同道合&amp;quot;     &lt;br /&gt;所謂的&amp;quot;志同道合&amp;quot;並不是只有像只是在股市賺錢，這般的狹隘。大家擁有共同的信念，並朝著信念去邁進!&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;話是這麼說，但是怎麼定出信念，怎麼去凝聚大家的信念，怎麼適時調整大家的信念確不是一件容易的事。此時有一個人的角色就很重要，那就是社長，來帶領一個社團的運作。除了凝結大家的向心力，也背負決策整個社團的方向與定位的角色!&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;當有了共識，每個人的目標明確，知道自己定位在那，此時要努力什麼，自然而然做事是事倍而功半。所以對於大家心態的建立，其實在社團中事很重要的。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;再來就是環境的建立，其實這不用去解釋重要性，&amp;quot;工欲善其事，必先利其器&amp;quot;的道理，大家都知道，差別只是每個人對此感受的程度深度不同，所以至少宣導重視性到某一定的level，之後就是確實執行。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;就且不論社團未來有多壯大，有多可觀。但在使用上述的模式去成立，我相信社團成立初期，腳步一定會很扎實，大家也可以成長到很多。其實我說的這些，就是當初讀書會並沒有去做到的事情!大家只是去做了很多的虛功，更造成大家的負擔!這並非是任何人的錯，只是大家當初都不懂而已，或者是沒有去做更好的溝通!&lt;/p&gt;</content><link rel='replies' /&gt;英國有一頭獅子克里斯汀，小時候被主人當成貓來養，和主人培養了深厚感情，後來被帶到非洲去野放，不過主人3、4年之後再到非洲找牠，克里斯汀居然還認得主人，不但沒有發動攻擊，反而主動和主人熱情擁抱，真摯的情感讓人十分感動。&lt;br /&gt;小獅子克里斯汀1969年在英國倫敦被買下來，兩名來自澳洲年輕人把牠當成寵物，經常被帶去公園玩，有時也被帶進餐廳，主人出遠門，克里斯汀就待在轎車後座，甚至連睡覺都睡在一起，兩人一獅形影不離。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;不過一年之後，克里斯汀長到80幾公斤，主人無法再養下去，只好將一歲半的克里斯汀帶去肯亞野生動物保護區野放，經過3、4年之後兩位主人非常想念克里斯汀，決定回去找牠，克里斯汀遠遠看見人影，先慢慢走近，好像認出主人才飛奔到主人前面，把前爪搭在主人肩上，像小時候一樣舔他的臉頰緊緊相擁，兩人一獅難分難捨，更讓人開心的是，克里斯汀還熱情介紹牠的老婆給主人認識。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;騎小銀上班的路途中被蜜蜂鑽到鼻孔裡叮了一下(最好是有那麼衰)，&lt;br /&gt;上次二手車行訂金沒給我刷退成功，&lt;br /&gt;對了監理所說我違規的點數到六點&lt;br /&gt;要吊扣我的機車駕照一個月，&lt;br /&gt;生活的痛苦指數似乎有點變高，去拜拜好了&lt;br /&gt;加油加油~~~&lt;br /&gt;小馬下個禮拜就可以煥然一新啦&lt;br /&gt;下個禮拜也可以把退款搞定&lt;br /&gt;機車駕照先查一下為什麼被吊&lt;br /&gt;要是要吊就給他吊，大不了我用汽車駕照騎小銀&lt;br /&gt;汽車這個月順利的話也可以買(農曆七月沒差啦)&lt;br /&gt;這樣我就可以建立起我的書房與工作室&lt;br /&gt;這樣的好處是我可以好好的利用時間去做我的事情了&lt;br
