Account Executive

As an Account Executive at Jaden Digital, you’ll be working with our Agency Director to develop and execute fresh ideas for the ever-evolving social and digital landscape.

This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of all major platforms and experience in the music industry. You’ll confidently map out and execute plans for posts, stories, live streams, tweets, platform-specific videos, LinkedIn updates… the works! Great social copywriting skills and experience building beautiful email marketing campaigns via MailChimp are also critical.

What we want. 

Firstly, this is not an entry-level role.

You’re going to need at least two years of experience managing social media for business purposes, preferably with an agency or music marketing background. You’ll be big into planning and understanding customer journeys, content life cycles and how to get the best of each social platform. You’re vocal in a brainstorm session and quick to get in and execute ideas. You’ll be able to identify the strongest assets a client has provided or put forward something even stronger and of course you’ll have creative copywriting skills to boot.

Ideally, you’ve also had experience working with various social media tools for content creation, planning, scheduling, automated growth and engagement, monitoring and reporting.

Finally, exceptional time management skills are essential. You’ll be juggling multiple clients, emails, conversations, tasks, projects and people simultaneously, and need to know how to prioritise effectively.

Jaden Digital was born seven years ago out of building Twitter audiences for clients in the music and entertainment industry, snowballing into full-scale digital campaigns across multiple platforms utilising both paid and unpaid media.

Today, our clients range from recording artists from major labels and Platinum-selling artists to music festivals and recording studios.
