As I mention in my earlier post, I have been very happy working with my current company. Last week, we just had our team building. Although this is my third month of working, it feels like I have already known my colleague for ages. The best part is, my boss is the super duper cool boss. Let's talk about our team building (too bad, no picture to show T_T). We had our team building in Avillion Cove, Port Dickson, yea no biggies but this is my first time to PD, believe it or not. That's how jakun Jady Cloud is.

Of course, we had lots of fun, including those that were thrown into the swimming pool and the drunken nights we had in PD. Obviously we all show our siliest moment of life other than being serious in the office. Guess what, our team is the 3rd one so close to the last team (cos only 4 teams in total). Well, that's not what I wanted to share, cos I think everyone has almost the same thing during team building. I just wanted to say, mine is different. At the end of the training, our beloved boss gave a speech and I think it is very meaningful. He told us that, he wanted to make our working place, a fun place and yes he did by installing Karaoke in our office. The second thing is that he wants to starts a welfare fun for the staffs..... I wonder will he have a fund for both Alicia and Alison lol..... Aww..... I just enjoy seeing my company grow.

This movie is nothing new to those have already watched it. Few weeks ago, I went to watch a movie with my dearest high school mate. Yes, one of them are back from UK, my best one. It has been ages since I last watched a movie and not to mention about watching it with my closest friend. This sale of the movie tickets apparently break the Harry Potter's record. The movie really touches my heart. It reminds me of my high school days whereby I used to admire this idiot guy for so freaking long, 3 years if I am not mistaken. The feeling all came back to me and the idiot me cried in the cinema for THREE time, yes, I repeat, THREE freaking times. WTF, right?

By the way, let me clear this out, I no longer have any feeling for him but I am so sure that everyone has their high school love. The thing that remind me the most is I did had an arguement with that guy and we ignore each other for months and finally, a day before I left for UK, I called him up and we talked for few hours I remember. I only managed to sleep for 1 hour and my whole face look so pale and ugly in the plane, goshhhh.... for love sake. And I remember watching Ashton Kutcher's 'A lot like love' in the plane and again, I cried because I think Ashton Kutcher looks a lot like him and again, WTF? And those were the days, now I can laugh about it while blogging it. So, do you too have the same story? I hope you enjoy the movie like I do.

Aloha....

It has been a long time since I talk to my dear reader. It sounds like as if I just came back from out of space. Pretty much busy... yes, I know you don't want to know how busy I am but I am very happy recently. One of the reason is because of my new work place. And yes, I got a new job, at last, something relevent to what I have studied all these while. My three years spent in UK were not wasted, and of course, my dear mummy is so happy. Also, my colleagues are so friendly and helpful, probably not all, but least the majorities are. Our company is a very happening company. Guess what, is my first time in my life playing bowling. I join the bowling league but no, I didn't get in to any top 10, I got #14, should said is the #1 from backward counting. Lol... We also have badminton competition starting next week. Sounds like fun, isn't it? Most importantly, they really make me exercise more.

Secondly, my husband has got his job as well. The clever boy manage to bargain with his boss to increase his pay. The hilarious part is that, he uses 'he bring good feng shui to the company' as an excuse. I laughed, but definately somethine worth laughing.

Now we both are so busy, our dear princesses were taken care of by my dear mummy who loves her grand-daughter so dearly. We miss them a lot but seeing my mummy is so much happy now, is definately worth it! (well, we have the benefit of quiet time too.... hehe...)

This year definately much more stable for us, the tiger family. We have finally see some silver linning. If everything goes well, we hope that we can buy a house by this year, if not, early next year.

Nuffnang has Gone Cuckoo....

It sounds a bit wrong but I got a little bit mad at nuffnang recently. I wrote a ticket to tell that my analytics has got some problem but I got a reply from them to convince me that my analytics has got no problem at all. I don't know if you too having the same problem as I do, I am experiencing 6 days weekly analytics instead of 7 days. In fact, Sometimes, my unique visitors can go down to 0. The worst one is, I haven't get paid (I mean the money I should get from nuffnang) for a long while. No point I am trying to elaborate more here. Show you something:

Do you see what I mean by now? How can my visitors suddenly went down to zero on 29th July while the rest of the day, I got like skycrapers? There must be something wrong. Goshhhh.... who can help me.

Fun in HOSPITAL

I know what's in your mind. Because I think it that way too.

But come on... we were here for 3 freaking days. You don't know how horrible it's feel like to be. How miserable I was with my kids over there. And obviously everyone was upset about it including my princesses. Alison barely can smile.

Apart from feeling scare and and miserable, we enjoy our last day in the hospital. I should always remind my baby Alison that what had happened to her before and hopes that she will not be naughty and fell down again.

First Day:

See how much weight she lose? God, if Marie France needs a baby ambassador, she probably gets the job.

Alison is still under curfew and still sleeping together with mom and dad until her bungalow bump disappear which takes 2-3 weeks time. Finger cross nothing else.

8 months ago, Alicia had had a high fever and was admitted into the hospital for 3 days. And this time round, my poor Alison were the one who was admitted to the hospital. If you are also a parent, you would have understand this. My kids are learning how to walk and so are Alicia and Alison. Alison was walking but she ripped and fall and hit the wall next to her. At first, no one realise how bad it was as she still smile and playing with us. Till the night comes, she couldn't sleep, and she couldn't stop crying (it must be the pain). My husband and I realise something was wrong but don't know what had happened. Just when the father was holding her and touch her head, he realised that the right part of the head was swollen. The worst part was, it is so soft as if skull they were just born.

We got panic and immediately we sent her to Assunta Hospital and to our horror, we found out that her skull has a crack. The doctor told us to do a CT scan to see if there is any internal bleeding. Again, my mom and I came home worrying and crying the whole night. Praying that she will be ok. The CT scan came out that she has some internal bleeding. I couldn't sleep for the whole night until I see the doctor tomorrow to know if my baby need an operation. Cruel. She is just a baby.

We met this surgeon, Dr. Halili and he is real nice doctor. He told us not to worry about Alison, the crack will recover in 2 weeks time and the bleed is too minor to do any operation. Thanks God. We just have to watch out the baby if she still vomitting. My family and I stay in and out of the hospital as if we were on holiday. God... The worst thing is OH Well, let's not mention about it.

Alison stay in there for 3 nights and now she is being discharged. And will be sleeping with mummy and daddy for the time being.

Robbed by Malaysian Police

I don't know how true this is but I just receive an email from a close of mine from UK. Apparently this guy was robbed by a policeman for the excuse that his breath contains alcohol. Well, I have no doubt it happened. But just to take precaution, we can avoid this to happened to us in the future. Here we go, this is the story of the guy:

At 2am on Friday night (May 20, 2011 at Jalan Pudu), I was robbed by the police. He searched every compartment of my purse, under my seat and on the side of my car door, for money. He took away RM30, SGD180 and a Scottish Pound that I always placed in my purse for luck. At 2.30am, I drove back home penniless with only my 'Touch N Go' card.

It was a roadblock beside the old Pudu Jail. The police force was looking out for 'drink and drive' drivers on a Friday night. I had a pint of beer. I have done something that I should not have and was prepared to face the punishment. However, the punishment that came my way was not something I was expecting.

In a typical road block, drivers are checked license, road taxes or I.C, followed by being checked with a Breathalyser that confirms the reading of the alcohol content of the driver's breath. Drivers with higher than legal limit of alcohol content can be 'booked' or arrested, taken to the nearest hospital to check their breath, blood and urine samples.

None of these procedures were conducted on me. The police took my I.C but none of my particulars were written down. He asked me to blow into a yellow stick that looked a little like a torchlight. I have not been tested by a breathalyser before. I had no idea if what he made me blow into was a real breathalyser. All I know was, this breathalyser did not show the reading of the alcohol content. A red light beeped after I blew into it and the police claimed I had exceeded the alcohol limit. I requested to know what was the alcohol content captured, he refused to answer and began to raise his voice and threatened to lock me down.

"I don't want to go with you. I'm new to KL, how are we going to the station? Can I call my friend? Please" I said. He asked me to step out of the car and he would use my car to drive me to the station. I refused to go without calling my friend.

The robbery started here.

"How much do you have?" he asked.

I opened my purse to show him all I had. RM34 and a 5 Scottish Pound.

He was visibly unhappy with what he saw.

"This is not enough. I have to lock you down. I have to. Move to the passenger seat now", he demanded.

I did not get it. Why was he sending me to the station with my car? I had no idea what was captured as the degree of my alcohol content. Don't I need to take a urine sample in the hospital before being locked down? "You said you stay in Subang. You would need to take the toll to go home, right? How do you pay for your toll?", he asked.

Now, he was eyeing my Touch N Go. I showed the Touch N GO to him and this was when he saw the SGD 180 that was kept at the side of my car door. He started to open my door, searched through the side of my car and under my seat for more money. I took out all my Singapore Dollars for him. This was really all I had left. It was the Singapore dollars that I left in my car after I visited Singapore a week ago. He counted the money and looked at me in suspicion to see if I had more money. He took all my money and left me.

I was met with a robbery at 2am in the Capital City of Malaysia. These robbers were supposed to keep my country safe.

I really don't know what's wrong with our country. It is crazy when we hear all these news and Malaysia really BOLEH after all.

Room MakeOver 2: Store Your Earrings, Cosmetics and Hair Accessories,

We women has been remarkable for excessive shopping. I consider myself as a moderate shopaholic however still, I have got so many cosmetics, earrings and hair accessories as a result of temptation. I think buying is easy. Storing will be another problem. Thanks god, I found some good solution for storing them.

I used to see my cousin has this iron earring holder but they are expensive and can only hold up to a certain number of earrings. Worst thing is you have to put your earrings back in the order as if the earring holder is wearing it. It is too troublesome. No good for lazy people like me after one whole day of work.

I got a good solution for my earrings. Which is this:

#2 My idea of earrings compartment. You see, I can put so many pair of earrings now and I could just damp them into the right compartment after use. I only paid RM 40 for this. If you are interested in getting one of this, please let me know.

For the past few months, I have been looking for this item from Ikea, it is call Anordna Lyx. Cost probably RM70 for the whole set. I am prepare to paid for it but the item has been discontinued. Again T_T....

Ikea Minnen Children's Table and Chair

I am seriously upset.

Last year my husband and I saw this children's table and I really love it so much. I told my husband that we will come another day when our kids are older. By the time comes, we shall buy this set of table and chairs for our kids. My husband said to me, don't wait, why not buy it now but I argued that is a waste of space.

Seriously, come to think about it. What is waste of space whereby we have got so much in our store room. And now, these items has been discontinued. I have search almost everywhere on the internet, no one is selling it. I am upset. If you happen to know someone in Malaysia who is willing to sell theirs off, please let me know.

Room MakeOver 1: How to turn shoe boxes into beautiful boxes

As I said earlier, I have been really busy on my work. Not to mention about my idiotic seller who did a last minute blackout on me. Sighzzz.... life is full of dramas. Since it is a day for riot, so proclaim an off day for myself to clear out things that I no longer needed and rearrange all my stuffs. Otherwise, I will have to wait till GodKnowsWhen I am free to do it.

I have a problem recently. It is the sales. Yes, I have been buying lots of shoes recently even before the sales and please let me about how much I could save by just waiting for the sale T_T. If you didn't know, I am a size 3 person, so only certain stores like vincci and vincci + has my size. I prefer vincci + shoes as it remarkable for its comfort. And yes, I am using vincci + shoe boxes to make all these. I just realise the boxes has got different sizes to fit different shoes. Oh well... come let's get it started.

Here's the ingredients for making the boxes:

#1 The major one, shoe boxes

#2 Some pretty wrapping papers

#3 Cellophone tape and scissors.

#4 Double sided tapes and some Washi Masking Tapes or ribbons

Here's the steps:

#5 Put the shoe box in the middle of the paper to measure the correct amount of paper needed.

#6 Fold the excess paper so and apply double sided tape on it so that the excess paper will not look messy.

#7 Wrap the entire box with the wrapping paper and make sure to hide all the excess paper.

#8 Just like this, the edge look neat and tidy

#8 Repeat the above steps with the lid of the shoe box but another shade of colour wrapping paper and decorate the border with a washi tape or ribbon.

The results:

#9 This is my favourite one, I decorated it with a green ribbon and some rhinestones. You can get rhinestones from here at very affordable price.

Is not funny at all. We keep finding blackout buyers but this time is a seller. He think his property made of gold.@%*?7&-#3))?*

Few weeks ago, a friend of mine told me that his friend's house is up for sale. I am not very eager to do this property as the commission is so much lesser than any other property I am selling and I might have to share my tiny bits of commission with my friend. But for the sake of helping my friend, I went to put on the banner after weeks later. Luckily enough, I got a potential buyer call me a few hours after the banner was up. The buyer was very nice, did not bargain much on the price. I got the deal very quickly, on the night itself. Happily I called the buyer to tell him the good news but..... I told me he is not going to sell his property. What a fucker, right??!!

And now... I have to find a similar property for the buyer!!!! Under negotiation still. Sighzz...

Everyday, Jim comes home from work tired and exhausted after catering to his boss's every need and dealing with the never ending demands of his company's clients. He has to wake up early at 6 in the morning in order to avoid the jam and yet he has leave the office late due to the heavy work load before fighting through mind numbing traffic jam to reach home.

Over dinner, Jim shared with his wife, Ana, who is in charge of taking care of the house and their two kids how lucky she was and how much he was suffering. Jim's wife tells him that he was wrong and the next thing you know, they both got into a very loud and heated argument over who had it worst. Jim than said the one thing he never should. He told his wife to get down on her knees and pray with him to God to switch their body for one day so that they each might experience what the other person's day was like. God heard their prayers and granted them their wish, being almighty and magnificient that he is.

Now before Jim wakes up, Ana is up already around 5.45 to prepare breakfast for Jim and the kids. While Jim is in the shower getting ready for work, Ana is already getting out his workclothes for him before proceeding to waking up the kids and dressing up them up for school. While Jim is having his breakfast, Ana is making sure their two kids eat their breakfast properly. As Jim leaves for work, Ana has to dropped off the kids at school and on the way home, she has to stop by the grocery store to buy the groceries. Ana than goes about cleaning up after her breakfast and washing the clothes. Ana than has to prepare lunch for herself and the kids before fetching them from school. After fetching the kids from school, she than has to helps the kids with their homework before driving them out for their tuition. She than quickly heads home to prepare dinner before heading out to pick the kids up from tuition. Straight after dinner, she has to wash up the dishes before sweeping the floor and moping up.

After an exhausting day, Ana crawls into bed and Jim starts cuddling up to her, getting all touchy and kissing her. This leads to sex and Ana was already dead tired. The only thing she could do was be glad that the next day, life will get back to normal.

However the next day, Jim woke up as Ana again. Jim was scared and cried to God for help in despair. God appeared out of nowhere, being dashing and stylish as ever. God told Jim that he couldnt switch their body until nine months later as there was now a baby growing inside him!!!

My life has been like a roller coaster since last year. That's why I don't think it is worth mentioning hence I didn't even publish my 2010 recap which I have written it months ago. Everytime when I started to look at my recap 2010 draft both my hands started trembling. Gosh... How did I made it through I wonder. There are several times I wish I could just laid flat on the road waiting for the cars to cross over my body. Thanks God it is over now....

I have so many dreams which I hope to achieve this year. I am still working on it although it may not be easy, and I know that I am not even close to my aims. But right now, I can be honest to tell you what I have been doing all this while that taken much of my time. But I have never forget you, really. Currently, I working as a Real Estate Agent as well as an Insurance Agent. I am expanding my internet business and will make an effort to go to China in July-August. Beside that, I am also a part time mother and also a part time wife who do not cook or wash. Last but not least, I am also a blogger from Nuffnang. Since January, no matter how hard I have been working, I have never see any good result. Enough! In June, yes in June this year, I wish to see flying colours.

Please hold your insults – I’m putting myself out there in an honest way. Most beautiful women are superficial; at least I’m being up front about it. She can't wait to go to school

Since my baby Alicia is four months old, she can carry her own book and put it on as if she is reading it. At that point in time, she still couldn't flip or sit straight up without any support but she can hold a book by her own.She is amazing, isn't she? I know what you are thinking. But at least, she is amazing to me.

Look at the way she was holding the book.

And now... She is so keen to go to school. But she is only 15 months old. 2 more years to go before she could get into Chinese Taipei International School.

Why Everybody Fancy ANGRY BIRD?

What is so fantastic about angry bird. I really wonder. Even the radio and TV been mentioning it for so many times. For goodness sake, My BIL even told me to download it and said it is very addictive. I got bored after 5 minutes of playing cos I can't get the way to kill the pig and I GAVE UP!

But today, apparently is the Angry Bird day. Too bad that we can't go to the event because I am bring another Angry Bird to see our dream house (will post it the next time).

I made an effort to go a little bit of google search about the Angry Bird and found out that they are going to publish an egg recipe book due to the fact that they are very popular.

Besides, people getting so into Angry Bird that they have made their food into 'Angry Bird'

Supper Adventure 1: Taiwan Dami

I am a boring type of person. I only stick to what I believe is delicious in which I can easily count with my 10 fingers. My hubby loves me so much that what I love to eat will be what he eats too. That's too selfish I think to myself. For convenience sake, we have thrown in so much of junk into our precious stomach and most of it, our favourite McD that almost killed me for food poisoning last week. I told my hubby that, I must encourage myself to earn more money for the family. And so, everytime when I close a deal, I will take our family out for a nice meal. A nice meal meaning something new for us, something that is not too expensive but yet interesting. My biggest regret is that I wasted my four years in UK without trying enough restaurant in UK. Yes, I wasn't an adventurous girl but I will be an adventurous women.

Our first adventure begins in Taiwan Dami in Sri Petaling. This restaurant is pretty new and serve some common Taiwanese snacks and food. We order a few type of food but we both share together.

The restaurant is just situated opposite of the Sri Petaling The Store.

I know they have the famous Crispy Chicken Rice but we ordered a Garlic Chicken Rice instead and hubby loves it!

My all time favourite dumpling but this time not at all. The taste wasn't as expected.

Fried sweet potatoes. We forced ourselve to finish the whole plate. Hence no comment!

This is something you must try, at least. But a little bit more pricy though for a small plate of sausage.

Our Sour Plum Bubble Tea. Hubby may looks as if it is disgusting but it taste good and goes very well with the pearl. But....

I don't like the fact that they have to do this.

Don't know what I mean? Look at this, they have to join the straws due to the fact that the glass it too tall.

And our soup of the day. Papaya soup. Nothing special at all.

What NOT TO Sell In This Era - A Smart Phone Analysis

I don't know if you still remember those old days before the invention of lift, the rice company will employ labour to carry the rice from one place to another. And now, they no longer needs these labour, machine work wonders. Years before our smart phone, we carry 10 kg weight of handbag out. We put of course, our precious camera to capture the memories, a diary, book (just in case if you are bore waiting), MP3 and a watch. I remember it clearly when my first year in UK, I am just like a real nerd carrying those bag to the airport flying off to Malaysia. And now, I am just carrying a smart phone. Can you imagine, with the great creation of the technology, what will happen in the future. Just like the poor labour, we no longer need to carry lots of things in our live. And of course, knowing how to use a computer is no longer just a privilege but a necessity. Don't believe me?

Look, when I was young, my mom used to buy my cartoons in video tape and now my kids are watching DVDs. During my time, watching DVD was like.... wow.... you are so bloody rich but come on, with the product from China nowadays, everyone can effort a DVD player and disc. In the future, I believe, my grandchildren will not know what is video type or DVD or even VCD. Why? These are people smart enough to sell music and movie in digital form online. Even better, nowadays they can get it for free via downloading songs and movies via sharing websites such as the youtube.com, tudou.com and more. Hence, those fella who selling pirated DVDs will be losing their business soon enough in the future.

The next not to sell item is watch. If you think that people still need a watch to look at the time, think. If you think that maybe the kids need one, think again. We have a phone now. Even a simplest function phone has a digital clock and can be more accurate than your analog watch. Unlike our time, kids nowadays owns a phone since they could even read the number and tell the time. That show phone is dirt cheap in Malaysia. Unless, you are selling luxury watches, that's count a point. Otherwise, selling RM 10 watches on the street is not gonna help your living by now.

Well, I have this habit of prefer to write on a diary of what I need to do for the day. And I find it very helpful for me and so is everyone. BUT, don't forget a smart phone can works wonders. They have a function of diary and even better, they comes with an alarm to remind you that you have an appointment so that you will never miss it. How convenience that is? Moreover, it is environmental friendly compare to pages and pages that made from real papers. To those green lovers, they have kick off this habit and swap to the smart phone for ages.

Do you remember our very first invention of tablet by Amazon? That's the birth of ebook. No, Amazon Tablet is not convincing enough for the change from paper book to ebook but will iPad and Samsung Galaxy do better than this? If every home owes an iPad, that will be less people buying books and so less trees will be cutting down and that clearly show that an evolution from bookstore to ebookstore and our dictionary will have a new word call ebookstore.

Hey, do you remember the game that we used to play together? What's the name again? MONOPOLY.... yes, monopoly is the name! Do you remember how fun we used to count those paper money and that's the only game that give me the satisfaction of counting faux paper money. Then few years ago, they have change the game from paper money to credit card type for environmental friendly reason and I was like... WTH??!! What's the fun of playing the game anymore??!! And you know what, you can even play monopoly on computer now. I remember playing it for the whole day with my beloved housemate, Rikki and Mehdi to decide on the loser wash the dishes. And yesterday, I just found out that you can even play it on iPad, when I caught my hubby playing it. Not just monopoly, many more other board games that is available on oour phones and tablets. They made more interesting games on this digital thing than on paper with the colourful animation and better sound effect. So why people buy more these board games. For their children??? Nahhhhhh......

Gosh... I must really pick up what I have left behind. The technology flies so fast that I can't be on the fast pace. Do you think the same way too??
