Pretty excited t0 be playing my first live event which will be mid February and meeting up with some other poker players should be fun as none of my friends play poker IRL. Hotel has been booked and I'm just waiting to book flights to see if the price is going to drop a little! </div><div>I shall be playing 3 side events and maybe sell action but its not a huge amount so I may just tighten the spending and increase the grinding so I can have 100% of myself in them. I have been offered some trade options for josh freeman which I may consider and rotate Hasselbeck/Freeman based on match ups. My RB's Foster and Jackson are solid and I have a decent receiving line up Colston/Maclin/Amendola, although match ups arent favoured with Amendola I think they will get crushed therefore having to throw a tonne to get back into it which may hurt jacksons value! I also have Addai which I could consider throwing in instead of jackson!<br />Players To Be Watch - Hasselbeck's performance on my part and CJ2k if he blows up vs Jags but I dont think he will as they plan to monitor him, therefore limiting carrys.<br />Key Match Up - Foster Vs CJ2k, I need Foster to smash him hard!<br />Prediction : 0-1<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">UCP +9.9</span><br /><br />This team doesnt really have a bunch of superstars, a consistent bunch of players led by blow up Vick! I have a tough match up for Mendenhall and have stuck with steve smith and Olsen in Carolina which I think is match turning. My view is that young QB's or back ups will look for #1 receivers and TE's to hold onto balls and the panthers D sucks so they maybe down a bunch early and therefore will be alot of passing oppurtunities for these guys!<br />On his team Romo has a bad match up, but CJ2k and Steve Johnson worry me abit that they could explode and my team wont be able to hold on<br />Players to Watch - Steve Smith<br />Key Match Up - Maclin Vs Johnson, I need Maclin to stay in touch with Johnson here!<br />I think I lose here in a very close game, im not sure matchups of Mendenhall and Green-Ellis are going to be good enough but lets hope Maclin and Vick combine deep for a huge play, which is a match up winner!<br />Prediction : 0-1<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Sable -13</span><br /><br />Rodgers picked up 24 last night which was +2 on prediction. I think this will be a good match up and with a banged up Giants D Moss gets some nice yardage, Harvin at SD I think the Chargers smash them causing Mcnabb to throw a tonne looking to Percy and Dallas Clark becomes more valid with Peyton out!<br />His team is fairly consistent too but over predictions for Shonn Green and I think Dez Bryant struggles will dent the scoreboard. Wayne, Gates and Hillis though could be very dangerous as they all have great matchups! I have decided to try and make my "hard" earnt cash grind for me. <br /> <br />I am going to do this by investing all rakeback and winnings weekly into a stock portfolio. Blackburn are definately relegation candidates IMO, they just looked defeated after 1 - 0 and didnt offer anything in terms of scoring! <br /> <br />Also I managed to make my first investment into stocks/shares, Purchased a few shares in Sage Group Ltd who offer accounting software and so far so good in that department. Im hoping to really try and grind up some money and pump it into the stock market whilst its taking a battering. Get some stocks cheap and hopefully within a few years the market will turn around and be healthy and make us a profit.
