I have to wear face mask to avoid dust and spread the virus. I kept coughing like mad. It's really hurt. Event I were ill, I force myself to stroll around town to see most of Vang Vieng. Below is the sunset picture I took nicely before the sun down.

Sunset, Vang Vieng

Me and Mr. Hogg, were having a bike ride to this blue lagoon cave. The cave were above the blue lagoon river. After an hour and half riding on bicycle is such a hard work. I dont think that I would ever make it to the destination. The overall journey took about 7km from town. The road are bumpy pebbles scattered all around and dust is flying everwhere whenever the trucks pass us by.

We have to pay 10,000Kip to enter and advisable to rent a head torch if you plan to explore in the caves. It was completely dark inside. Not many people were going in despite coming out. Me and Mr. Hogg keep going deep inside to feel the darkness and hoping to reach at the other entrance. There's plenty of stalagmite and stalagtite which is really glowing. The silence in the caves does reminded me of the 'sanctum' movie. It was so adventures.

Blue Lagoon where most of the backpacker must try activity.

It's different method from how crepe seller does in Luang Prabang, this are more like making 'lempeng' in malay. But anyway, at least this are the very least for you to try.
What do I search for in there? Well, nothing much interesting activity beside fishing and fish.

It was a mid day there when I could feel the heat stung my skin during the fishing trip to the ocean bay. Finally I decided to hid myself in shade instead.

Beside that, I went to fish more on photo rather than sun bathing under the direct sun light. It's carzy man, the heat is maybe 100degrees. I could be melted. Perhaps I will not if I have a shell like these craps.

These are the craps that I found .Why these crap are different in shell? Come in different family maybe?

This guy caught a fish yet? I wonder if he did apply sun lotion? he gonna be cooked up like a red meat man. heheh. As you can see, a row of fishing roads standing patienty waited for fishes to caught up.

This is my breakfast. nasi lemak udang the size of my palm. pretty good to try.

This grannyis picking up a fresh fish came from Pearl Harbour.

Well, I guess I was not really go deep in the area this time. Perhaps next time I can check out the the 'kampung lifestyle' in this pearl harbour.

I was not updating my blog accordingly due to laziness. My aim was photography what is in the country. I flew with Mas Airline to Hong Kong, unexpectedly the wetaher as chill as 15degree. Is not really lucky for me, as I didnt not bring my jumper and coat. just my normal coat to protect from the wind. Typically, I will have to wear 3 pieces of undergarment cover with my black coat. That's enough to keep me warm.

About 3 days I live outside of the city and get on a ferry to commute to the city centre. Not that far though. The transportation system are well organise indeed. I did not get lost at all there. It just might be food would be a problem for a muslim girl like me you know, but I survive.

As reference to the picture above, I was wondering at first when I arrive in the city centre on sunday morning. There some dedicated road was close and so many womens are gathering around the streets doing picnic, relaxing and chit chatting. There are some of them practic street dancing and etc. After we find out what is actually happening was, they are all a domestic worker who's having a sunday off from work. And there is where they are leasuring.
This is makes me thinking again. how lucky they are. Unlike in Malaysia, domestic worker didnt get even a day off. It is all depending on they employer. Unlike in Hong Kong, its a must for the employer to provide a day off for them. It is good for the employer as well to have a quality life with family.

We had fun really. I believe so, since no one complains otherwise. ;-) 'Mandi Sungai, siapa tak suka oiii...' hahha this is a malay phrase mean who does not like river bathing.

Anyway, on our way back, we stop buy at one of the indegeneous family house around that area. Abang Nuar call Inak to come out. He came around running looking funny. Suriaty willingly representing us to give away a small donation of clothes for his family. I was touch. Inak's wife came around and asking to be photograph as well. So we took it with a smile.

Maybe, hope next time we will come and visit them again and donate some food instead.
Un-expected fun. Especially when you get to eat lots of durians directly came from the farm. We drove off from Wangsa Maju around 0700am in the morning, convoi with another 2 more car ahead of me, and we follows Hulu Langat road to Jelebu Negeri Sembilan.
It has been long time since I remember waking up before dawn and enjoying the sun rise before and now by driving along hill side road with mist still moving around the trees and hills makes me feeling am not sorry for wake up early. We arrived at the destination around 0800am.
Came with their own car and meet up at this Kg Chenah. Transfer with fourwheel drive to the location which took around 15min. venture the old road with mud, surrounding with durian farm, we sang along at the back of the truck.

Since its only 1 night camp our activity mainly tubing and river bath 'mandi sungai'. Lucky for us that day is sunny but the water level is quite high due to last night weather was raining. But that isnt give us an excuse not to join the rapid tubing fun.

Before we start off our tubing, our ladies participants had a task to prepare lunch for the rest of us. Below is the kitchen chef of that day.
This is a small island in the north Aegean, a district of Çanakkale province. The third biggest island in Turkey, it is situated close to the entrance of the Dardanelles. Its ancient name is Tenedos.

The picture above is a Bozcaada Castle, view from the ferry not far from this island.The settlements are clustered around the town centre, in the north east of the island. This is the only village on the island. It has an area of 37.6 km2 and is 38 km in circumference.

The island is only 6 km away from the ferry-boat pier on the main land. Main transportation is provided by ferries, which can accommodate cars. The journey lasts for half an hour on average. Although ferries leave to and from the island 7-8 times a day in the summer season, in the winter this drops to 3 times a day.

In summer of 2009, passenger-only fast ferry service to Bozcaada direct from Çanakkale started.
The whole of Bozcaada is a natural and historical preservation and conservation site. No archaeological expeditions have been carried out on the island so far. Yet, it has a rich history carrying the traces of all those diverse civilisations that set foot on it. Bozcaada formerly known as Tenedos whose name is mentioned many a time in mythology, attracts attention not only with its nature but also with its rich history.
The population of Bozcaada where for five hundred years the Turks and the Greeks(Rum) lived side by side is around 1500. There has been migration to and from the island throughout its history. The Greek population of the island is now only around 25-30 while the number of people who come from big cities to live on the island increases day by day. Together with the tourists that come in the summer, the population of the island varies between 5000 – 10 000 people.

The means of livelihood on the island is viticulture, viniculture, fishing and tourism. Viticulture and viniculture are old traditions on the island. There is virtually no inhabitant who does not own a vineyard, or who does not know how to make wine.
Since Bozcaada is on the route of fish migrations, fishing has employed many for a long time. Many different kinds of fish can be caught around the island. Squid and octopus which are both signs of clean waters are particularly abundant, and thus have become symbols of the island.

Tourism which has started developing recently is advancing under close watch. There is restricted permission for construction on the island and the effort to maintain dominance of nature comes first.

What did I do in Turkey? hahha, I guess I am putting myself away from the heat for time being. I went to see Mr. Hogg of course. We meet up in Istanbul airport before we head off to town.

My journey this time was not very exciting. Maybe it is becuase the stress and pressure I have been through before at work and in personal life. So I take it rather not serious in visiting Turkey.

Beside that, I never expecting that Turkey has a four seasons weather. Have a look at my picture above, I am just wearing a t-shirt and seems to be sunshine all over me. Well infact, it was a bit chilly you know. I never thought the winter come around that soon. Lucky that I have brought along my jacket and fleece.

This time, I was just staying for about 10 days. I wish I have more days to explore though. First things I tried in Turkey was becoming a local. I drank turkish coffee. Absolutely delicious. I can still compare the taste with Vietnamese coffee when I was in Lao Chai Vietnam. Turkish coffee is slightly strong abit but blended well. Other than that, eating junk food or junk fruit infront of Hagia Sofia. This is really blend well.

If you ask me where does Malaysian do go for a shopping? Of course I do know where it is. Spice Bazaar is the place most of Malaysian go to shop for a spices. I went there, bargain for a local turkish delight, and some other stuffs, the seller was asking where are you from. When I say I am from Malaysia, he startle and start talking malays. Obviously he is trying to impress me with his language though.

Well it will not be Emie's journey if I am just staying around town you know. Yes we went south instead to spent our holiday.

Let me sort out my picture first if i can upload more later. Maybe I can continue writing.

I have not forgetting to write, it is just the laziness came over me.

You perfectly know... ;-)

Some people says the items was just too over prized and some says it's fine. Maybe I shall check it out what are the things they've got to offer beside art and craft. I believe it the same vendors as in urbanscape will be around too. Hmmm, what did I missed that time to buy? I went down to Parkview2 meeting room not really looking forward with the VP but the foods. It is a simple gathering team session for turbo machineray and global services team at work.

Apparantly the VP speech has been shorten up due to the time of break the fast or else I guess he would have been winding out even longer. We were off for a buffet and started eating. But the boy's I see are more keen having smoke somewhere right after the break fast.

Over all, the foods served are delicious considering the menu are more malays tradional dishes. It is often to have a great feeling when we met again our good friends after years apart. But this time, it was a shock! Kate feeling sad to hear such news. They were closed to each other once upon a time and now they were catching up with the good old days.

We were on our way to the cinema to see 'Captain America' when she told us that Fadli (not a real name) has been diagnose with second stage of lung canser. Poor guy. He such a good footballer, never smoke in live and never been drinking. He's obsesses is always football.

After several investigation done, Dr. has identified that he got the deases of lung canser due to being a second hand smoker. Often Fadli spent most of the time on field for football training together with the team not realising that hang around with them who most of them are smoker expose him to the possibility. Therefore, he considered a first hand smoker becuase he has been inhaling all type of cigaratte without any filtering system rather than a smoker themself.

As predicted, he will live for another 2 more years.

<img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-tVl1kSIjYOw/Tj4aykjOgJI/AAAAAAAAAUg/PUFXYRWa_AE/s320/images.jpg" t$="true" width="231" />

PS: Cant decide which one shall I want to be. A first hand or second hand smoker?

It's a 5th year Anniversary of Hong Kong Disneyland. I have enjoyed every moment I spent there with Mr. Hogg. Though year after year the entrance fee are kept increasing yet, there's millions of visitors are still coming for such fun.

I have gone one step further. Taking this opportunity to sell Mi Madre Collections over in bazaar ramadhan in Kuala Lumpur. First few days, I manage to enjoy the hit but of course not in the fasting month. Selling accessories, scarves, hijab, baju kurung, jubah and so on is practically fun though actually. Dealing with all kind of people is the opportunity to handle customer.

I was here during winter 2009 though. It was pretty interesting to joint and enjoy a bit of their lives. I mean the Coed Hill community. We've got lost while finding the location at first where we've been driven in the huge corn maze or something and we were passed by the same corner of house that makes us notice we've got actually lost.

We finally arrived at the place and its getting dark. We have to set up our tent in the camp area before we head off for a dinner in their dinner hall. I tell you, it was a crazy things to camp around during winter but we've gone through that all fine.

They are quite small community living around there and they produced quite lots of interesting things to shows and talk about. Coed Hills Rural Artspace is one of Wales’ leading centres for sustainable living and the creative arts. Their aim to become a centre of education focused on nature, sustainability and traditional woodland skills and crafts, contributing to local tourism, employment and the rural economy. They are working towards self-sufficiency in energy production as well. They do this in order to reduce costs and effect on the local and global environment, and serve as a living experiment in what is possible. It's really interesting to me.

The have quite large area of land and they make it interesting for a walk and the activities during summer. I guess maybe winter time isnt much interesting at all to visit and camp but it certainly worth to try.

Few things that I like this place is;

1. Rural

2. Green

3. Peaceful

4. Creatives

Thought, want to share a little bit of problem here.

I went to Gleneagles Intan Medical centre today to examine my breast condition, spent almost whole day there. Lucky enough there have convenience store, restaurant DOME for me to hang out a litle bit while waiting. The place are cosy to my standard (cheap or budget) most of the time but not for medical though.

I guess every women need to do this. Therefore they can identify more clearyly should they been exposed to a breast cancer.

Here a litle info about Ultrasounds

Ultrasound - Ultrasound of the breast is often recommended to evaluate breast lumps felt by a woman or her healthcare provider; it is also used to evaluate breast masses seen on a mammogram. Many of these lumps can be diagnosed as simple fluid filled breast cysts. Lumps which are not cysts are usually solid masses and the ultrasound characteristics help determine the need for biopsy.

Ultrasound is used as a diagnostic test only; is not generally used as a screening test. It is not a substitute or a replacement for regular mammography and breast examination. Ultrasound uses sound waves, not X-rays to create images. There are no known risks associated with its use.

PS: Please girls, prevent is better than cure.... but if its happen then it happened and we shall embrace it with open heart and never stop trying to live a healthy life.

Advert by me. hehehe

This reminds me of Glastandbury music festival. The weather are fine, unpredictable yet turn out to be sunny all the way. I have not run though booth to booth since I have to take care of our 'Klickr' booth but yeah I manage to walk around enjoying the festival.

The noise are coming from everywhere, the performers are enthusiasticaly performing their sketch or musics or comedy. Some of them really into painting, showing off their talent, reading session where Faz Kamaruddin was performing for a first time make me feel it's something that can look forward to later. Different type of musics plays in their dedicated booth and stage makes me hop in and out to see. I walk around with my camera, try to find courage to shoot people photo. I can see fashionista with colorfull of attire, makes me feel like I am definately not in Malaysia. hahah! I love this art festival and the peoples too.

<img border="0" height="267" m$="true" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-dfSintSCOAs/TiKuUN5lstI/AAAAAAAAATU/H5ciYDFNVEc/s400/DSC_3221.JPG" width="400" />

Amchee with her geisha painting

This was a weekend activity that I usually get involve with few bunch of friends. Not to say that I am actively involve but on the other hand is always trying to be involved. I just dont know why, but I guess maybe becuase I love outdoor, I love green, I love the smell of the earth soil, smell of the fresh forest leaves etc. Beside these, it is benefitial to our health as well.
Got up as early as 4am, to be assembled at the foot of the hill. It was not a famous hill to climb to but that morning, I found quite number of groups assemble there. that makes the small and narrow road jammed with cars park.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-FCKVcoIvJDQ/ThE8DFaxGeI/AAAAAAAAASY/aMDeOQ-IEnE/s400/CIMG1143.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5625343433254181346" />
We started to climb around 6.00am and hoping to be on the first peak before dawn. Over looking the huge Klang gates dam which is the first reservoir in Malaysia which is open in 1958. I took it rather slowly while climbing the hill rock to enjoy the view. The hill does look like easy to climb but infact it was quite challenging instead.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-K1BB8QR4qXk/ThE8VmR17JI/AAAAAAAAASg/b1jGvxYUIYc/s400/CIMG1150.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5625343751312764050" />
After we managed to climb the 10 peaks, we have been rewarded with a very nice looking forest.
