As a christian, you more than others should understand. The issue is not anti or pro abortion, the main issue is freedom of choice. Think about that. Another thing, God endowed us with free will, God gave each of us free will to do what we feel is best. No one is above God. Who gives anyone the right to choose for us? And think on this, religion is behind anti-abortion yet religion is the first to "kill" and dishonor those that are different. Religion need fodder, that's all it is. Look with open eyes, read histories of religion, be watchful of interpretations of scripture. In every instance God is given human traits. God is not punishing or vengeful. God does not seek revenge. God is above all. We love God, we follow Christ's teachings--it's the followers that are frightening and becoming despicable.

I think the 3X list is a minimum. How have you tried sweet potatoes. How bout trying it in a Smokey Sweet Potato Stoup?

Oh, and I thought the oily fish were the sardines...

Two questions for your readers:
(1) It looked like the episode was supposed to be a full hour, but they cut it off in the middle of a salmon skit. This might have been the "oily fish" entry in the 3X list. ...anyone know?
(2) It looks like the "Daily" list and the fifth (breakfast) list are the minimum that you should eat, but the 1X and 0X lists are the maximum. Is the 3X a minimum or a maximum list? (I hate sweet potatoes.)

They are not in the order of release, they are in chronological order.
