WHEW!!! It was just a javascript issue - was working on a new PC! Thanks, as always!!!!!!

Try re-uploading the jamroom/skins/Skin_Name/cp/form.tpl file for your skin and see if that fixes it. Also make sure the required javascript is in place - if you have modified your templates, back out your changes until you find the change that broke it.

One of my customers passed the "download expiry date" of 3 days after purchasing from my site, but they did not have a chance to download any of their songs (i dont know why)

is there and easy way (or any way) for me as administrator to go in and give them access to those specific songs they purchased so that they can download them?

I show in the admin panel 136 user, I know that is not correct but if I bring open that window I can see a bunch of dead accounts. BUT there is no way to delete them.

I see this info in on the side of the user list
Select User Account
134 Artist Profiles [A]
4 Member Profiles [M]
All Accounts [*]

Bringing up the artist account I can see the users that are no longer part of the system, but there is no way I can see to delete them from the list. Anyone???

No here is what's going on. I go to my home site and I have uploaded 5 songs, these songs have been there since day one. The songs play on my player on my site. Now I login as Admin and try to add those same songs to the radio station. These songs were always available to the radio station before and played fine. Now something has changed somewhere either due to upgrades or something and I can only see 1 song available and that song is the last song I uploaded. If I go in and look at the files they are unchecked in the do not make available box and cycling them doesn't fix make them available either. So now I'm stuck and the worst part is I can not tell if this is a problem with some of my other clients yet.

I agree with PM, removing the underscores might be better for search engines but the norm is to simply write out the band name as one long word when actual fans are looking for a band. That's what I encounter on all the major sites anyway.

Yes, exactly that process. I use BBedit.

On each file you can merge the changes new to old, old to new etc, very nifty.
