Have so much hope for this great little movie…

Have a half-day of EXT’s next week; and no, despite this post I’m not praying for wind.

Didn’t have EXT wind protection for the Schoeps CMIT5u mics, but now, I do.

We’ll see how well they play with the wires outside and how they are in weather (mixed reports), but my guess based on INT applications in that this represents an improvement.

Next on the list is an older 48-V 816 from Sennheiser

It’s been brought to my attention that the Weekly Weekend G+ Sound Mixer Hangouts have been happening for a year.

A year already.

Actually, a little more than a year, but I’ve never been known to reliably hit holidays or anniversaries on the day.

Nonetheless, feels good to know the thing’s got legs.

Feels good to know I’ve brought a bunch of mixers together to learn and better understand their place in the sound community.
