This weekend my husband planned out an amazing and relaxing getaway that was need for the both of us…I am so thankful for my husband. He truly understands me. He knows how to calms me down when I am stressed and make me laugh uncontrollably. He is the pillar of strength when I am weak and he always brings joy to my heart every time we are around each other.  Stephen, I know I tell you this everyday, but you are truly amazing and I love you.

I love maternity photos. I think pregnancy is such a beautiful stage of life and every girl should document it! I had the privilege of photographing this beautiful session of my line sister, Tahnee and her husband Norman as they wait for their baby girl! One of my favorites! Tahnee you are glowing! I love it!Congrats again! Can’t wait to meet the little one!

Mary & Alain were such a fun couple to shoot! Their fun-loving spirit is shown throughout each frame and it was soooo hard to choose images for this blog post!

Their proposal story was out of this world, romantic!

Mary was traveling half way around the world for business and had a layover in Dubai before heading back to Orlando. During her travels, Alain went to visit Mary’s parents in Wisconsin to ask for her hand in marriage. After receiving her parents approval, Alain made his was to Dubai to be in the airport in time for Mary’s layover. Needless to say, between the love notes, long hours in the airport and high anxiety – these two finally found their way to each other! Alain had planned out a romantic dinner (ahem, FEAST) in the middle of the desert and the only way to get to their canopy was by camel! Say what!?? Yes, by  Camel!!! Such a romantic and lovely surprise! I must say – AWESOME job, Alain!!! Guys: Take notes!

I am definitely looking forward to shooting their wedding in July!

1 Corinthians 13:4-8

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.  It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.  It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”

It was such a cold day in Georgia – but you wouldn’t be able to tell that because Nikette and Joshua was such troopers throughout their whole session. She is in medical school and he is a teacher and from the time they met they knew they were right for each other. Joshua proposed to Nikette during a romantic dinner on Valentines day and along with the ring he presented her with a ginormous card that was filled with daily thoughts and bible versus that proclaimed his love for her up until the day he proposed.

They are set  to be married this year and I couldn’t be more happy for them!!!

I absolutely love her eyes!!!

I absolutely loved these 2! Jatara is my sorority sister / linesister/and a friend I can go to brighten my day!  She is now engaged to Cameron who compliments her spunky / outgoing personality! During their visit to Georgia, we grabbed some lunch at a near by Mexican Resturant and had a mini session right in Atlantic Station.

 

I can’t wait to see these 2 walk down the aisle! Congrats again!

Oh Summer! You have been so good to me! It was such a beautiful day! As summer is coming to a close a couple our friends decided to go on a boat trip to Lake Allatoona. It was so much fun to say the least!Yup, there goes my husband! With majority being Jamaican – there had to be dominos! lol! The water was so amazing! A boat full of Delta’s that represent the best number – 21! OO-OOP!And here are the lovely couples on our trip….
