&lt;br /&gt;As we view each room we will discuss my recommendations for staging the room.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;The exterior of your home will also be viewed with curb appeal in mind.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;We will sit down together and discuss any questions. A 'basic tips' and 'show time' sheet will be provided. A complete report will be supplied later.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;We will discuss who will do the work and if you wish any follow up appointments.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;With your permission, pictures of your home will be taken before and after the staging. These will assist me in making my report and may be used (without your name) as examples of staging.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Our appointment will take approximately two hours.
