the bergtierpark blindham (BY, bavaria aka bayern, close to aying, which is maybe 35-40 minutes southeast of munich by car) is a childrens' play park and ZOO in the mountains ... nice for children to play, huge and free parking slots at the entry, you can spend all day here ... we have been enjoyed it already twice with our 3,5 years old grandson 💖

advice #1: they have just an EXTREMELY BAD food and drinks corner, unbelievable salty french fries + wienerwurst, noodles ... ueee ... => thus bring your own catering as there are plenty of places with tables inside the park where you can eat and drink your stuff ... just imagine, we are in bavaria and they even do not have a single wheat beer there => are they crazy? well, do not buy more than an ice cream there ...

advice #2: take the chariot at the entry (for currently 5 EUR per day). you can put all your backpacks, clothes, food + drinks and at the end also your child inside if it has no power to continue to the exit on its own legs, my dear parents + grandparents 😂

what a nice stop-over for lunch on our way back from croatia + italy in gmünd in kärnten (carinthia) österreich (austria, AT). is is a BEAUTIFUL small medieval city close to the highway with an castle ruin + nice town square surrounded by both, (remainings of) city walls and the alp mountains ... soooo nice! and the food in austria is generally better taste and higher quality compared to germany's standards due to the overwhelming cheap-cheap-cheap attitude, you know?

on the way to istria / croatia we have slept in our favorite sauna & wellness establishment in a quite rundown hotel directly at the lake st. leonharder see in the city of villach / kärnten / AT. the restaurant + sauna + the nude bathing in the lake + the views at the surrounding snowy mountains are so great, that the quite old hotel rooms and the sooo ugly entry to the sauna through storerooms + bicycles + beer crates + other stuff do not matter much 😄

there would be sooo much to say about the unesco heritage island city of venice (venetia, venedig, benatky, ..), its past and former power and glory (it was not just the marco polo, you know?), its canals + architecture, its arts, its economy, its streets crowded by tourists who have to pay an entry day tax of 10 EUR, ... i've been to venice twice before in the analog pictures era, so this time i've the opportunity to upload few digital pictures here 😎

we have spent a mostly cold and rainy week in a camping site at the sand dunes in ca' savio at the very end of the long and slim jesolo peninsula. of course, we have enjoyed the possibility to visit venice, the pearl of the venetian lagoon, by 20-30 minutes boat trip through the venetian lagoon with and stop-over at the island of lido ...

skiing @marmolada 3343m (=punta penia peak) with the cable car heading to the glacier area at punta rocca 3265m. the other two days we were skiing around the sella massif with the highest peak called piz boe 3152m => the sellaronda tour (both, the green + orange directions) in south tirol & venetia district in the soooo beautiful unesco heritage dolomiti alps. well, with our 3-days dolomiti superski pass we could move freely everywhere we wanted to ⛄🌋🏂🍀

we have been in the klementhof pension in natz (naz), south tirol, italy, IT like the last 2 years. thus i could again work online on monday from here and we could drive (3 hours) home in the late evenenig completely relaxed instead of daring that journey on the weekend 🚗

this will be a really strange and for you most likely boring blog post, my dears. why do i write it then? well, it is intended especially for me in order to keep track on some of my investments which developed nicely. you will find the continuosly enhanced list of names and often also some short comments aka inside info at the bottom of this blog post.

okay, in some cases i sell part of a particular stock market position that way, that i withdraw the money initially invested and keep just the profit only stake. i plan to continuously list these investments here and hope it will help me to make a better decision whether to keep / reduce / increase that particular position. all this is just needed because in my broker's trading app i can only see the current value and the average price of each particular position, but logically not the profit & loss on investments i've sold (years) before 😇

btw, why should i sell a stock which doubled, tripled or even multiplied 10 times at all? well, my positions are most often not the type of technology or market / industry leader companies like google, nvidia, amazon, tesla, microsoft or the like which are going to lead their industry for long time or at least stay or survive for ever (in terms of my remaining lifespan, of course). many, many of my positions are junior mining aka resource exploration micro caps aka penny stocks or other highly risky investments which can progress phenomenally on good news or on market hysteria in a particular sector (gold, silver, rare earths, lithium, graphene, crypto + BTC + bitcoin mining, IT software + hardware like e.g. semiconductors + AI + machine learning + big data + cloud services + quantum computing, ~~vaccines, cannabis, casino, banks, weaponry~~, ... ), but also can go bankrupt easily when the market conditions change or some needed approval by local governmental or environmental authorities will be rejected, a legal case lost, some financing / debt issues go wrong or the like ...

yes, i've had already ten baggers in my portfolio which went bankrupt and this hurts like hell, my dears (e.g. the canadian junior gold explorer tara gold + tara minerals, the australian coal play balamara resources, ...). it hurts even more when a huge positions of mine and simultaneously even a quite succesful or at least promising businesses broke apart. in my case it was mostly between 2011 - 2015 when the precious and base metals prices collapsed. the particular failure reason was always different, just choose between poor management, failed bank loans, fraudulent actions of some investment funds or other entities, production costs higher than earnings, legal disputes and the like (great panther silver, andover mining; baja mining (fraudulent mngmt); crescent gold [they just have'd bad luck as heavy rains in australia floaded their new and already 100k oz gold per year producing mine and they just havent have any money to repair it and also no tailings they could process instead of mine's output to get at least some money (= equals poor management and completely missing risk management, of course)]; buffalo gold; inca one (fraudulent management), royal roads; bravada gold; colt resources; idaho's silver valley trio around the historic sunshine mine sterling mining (est. 1903) + minco silver + shoshone silver which i've bought in order to take part of the re-opening of the sunshine mine ... unfortunatelly, none of them succeeded and there is some follow-up initiative after their bancrupcies which intends to open the mine in 2028 ... of course, small shareholders like me lost all of their investment completely; the jaguar mining with its gold mine in brazil (fraudulent mngmt), alexco resource corp; G.E.T.T. gold; goldsands development, nevado resources (fraudulent mngmt); panex resources; petaquilla minerals ~ gold in panama; petrol one; full motion beverages (former xxx?); veris gold; world copper ltd (fraudulent mngmt); targeted microwave (former burcon nutrascience? no, it was s.th. else before); uc resources which later became the highly succesful crypto company voyager digital and failed after the takeover when the new owners tried to save their own ass after the bitcoin (BTC) crash in 2022 [just read the major bankruptcy reason by googles gemini AI: Der Hauptgrund war der Zahlungsausfall des Krypto-Hedgefonds Three Arrows Capital (3AC), dem Voyager über 650 Millionen US-Dollar geliehen hatte], argo blockchain; my failed market bets with premiere-TV and oil price call options; the green energy EECH fund (fraudulent mngmt); qimonda AG; wirecard (fraudulent mngmt); ... it is a long and painful list for me, indeed. i hope this negative experience will help me to avoid similar mistakes in the future, wont it?

on the other hand, there is also the other side in my portfolio with succesful copper + silver + gold mining businesses and some technology as well which currently overweight these above mentioned losses by far 😆

EDR (TSX) endeavour silver ~ a mid term silver + gold + copper producer in mexico & peru ~ febr 27th, 2026: i've sold 75% of my shares today at CAD 18.97 which of course is a fair performance of the stock anyway and it was at almost daily high when gold + silver + almost all precious metals went up like crazy the last 30 minutes of trading and it was just TWO minutes before the stock exchange closed and it was only few hours before israel + usa attacked IRAN 😭. it means few fat cats out there knew already what will usa + israel do next, didnt they? thats why Au+Ag soared that much today and especially the last few trading minutes. even if i oppose wars wherever i can and attend peace demos against u.s. army + NATO as often i can, my since years Au-Ag-Cu-based stock market portfolio reached an all-time-high in this inflationary cycle today. so at least i can easily compute how much i will loose on war on moday, isnt it? anyway, wanna read my hands-of-IRAN-blog-2019? everything is still true today as it was then ...

my remainig EDR stuff is profit only. why did i sell that much in a silver bull market? well, these mining guys released their Q4/2025 results today and you know what? despite an increase in sales by 300% they've still made a financial loss!!! what price do they need to reach the profit zone? huuuuu? whats the matter with that mngmt? heaven & hell, their silver + gold + copper derivates lost more than all their mines combined delivered on profits. these market misunderstanders have shorts in this bull market environment!!! the same situation was in Q3/2025 as well, which means, they didnt do anything to avoid it in 3 months of continuously rising silver market. just in case you dont understand why should a primary silver producer go short on silver price aka sell silver derivates (futures or options) aka hedge its production costs and thus limit own profits in case its product sells higher aka bet against its own product, there is at least one possible use case for that logic. just imagine, this producer worries abt his production costs / financing needs for some new mine and simply cannot afford to sell his production lower than e.g. $41 per ounce. if they can 'secure' to sell their estimated mine production via financial derivates for e.g. $45, they think they'll survive that year without going bankrupt. of course, the price of such 'short derivates' goes up only when the price of underlying metal Ag / Au / Cu falls and their price drops when the price of Ag / Au / Cu increases. thus became 2025, the dream year for (almost) all silver producers + explores + investors + speculators, a real nightmare for the stupid endeavour mngmt. just imagine that the silver price soared +142% in 2025. btw, to sell all silver production forward at a fixed price makes often sense for a (junior?) primary gold / copper / lead / zinc producer. why? easy. they get that money in front, have no high risk as they know the'll produce the silver ounces needed to cover the derivate position and on top they can use that money immediately to finance / improve their Au / Cu / Pb / Zn production facilities or processes.

PML (TSX-V) panoro minerals, copper explorer in peru. i've sold half of my position at an 5 years high or maybe even at all-time-high of CAD 0.92 on april 9th, 2026 ... it is not always good to sell a rising stock, you know? well, 1 or 2 weeks later was panoro @ CAD 1.21 ... but yes, there are also many examples where a stock skyrockets on some hopes or insider knowledge ... and then the things turn worse and the price collapses ... e.g. my BOC (ASX) bougainville copper was already at AUD 2.50 in 2025 and i just started to think i could / should sell a part of it, then some legal issues went wrong, the trading was haltet for few days and then the share prices dropped by morte then 50% in one day 😓... today (april 17th, 2026) there is the tradindg halted since weeks again, the price stands at just AUD 0.635 .... lets hope this strange community co-owned papua new guinea copper explorer company is not bankrupt yet, is it? i just think they would need to give up the control to some major copper company which operates in the area like bhp, rio tinto, freeport-McMoRan or the like who would invest billions of dollars in order to develop the bougainville property into a producing mine ... imho noone would invest billions w/o having sufficient legal securities and/or decision making control over the property. what is your guess?
POET technologies (optical fast access modules) options with due date 01/2028 and strike price of USD 12. today, monday april, 27th i've sold more then half of my remaining POET options at about USD 2.75 each. my dears, last friday i've sold 2 options for USD 7.55 (!!!) and my sell order at USD 8 was not fulfilled as the price went just up to 7.90. what happened in between? well, marvell technology cancelled outstanding purchase order from celestial AI, a company marvell acquired in december 2025. why? marvell alleged that poet's CFO breached confidentiality obligations by disclosing sensitive details regarding purchase orders in some stock platform interview ... my POET shares plunged by 48%-52% from above 15$ to bellow 8$ ... and yes, my sell order for 100 POET shares on friday at 15.55$ was not fulfilled either as the share price went just up to 15.50 and then settled to the final quote of 15.10$ for that day. ... today i've sold most of my remaining options at a still nice profit of approx 50% in order to withdraw my initial investment + some small profit ... yes, at 8 USD would the profit be 350% ... heaven & hell, why could this strange CFO not wait few days longer or tell only what he is allowed to say? who knows? lets hope i'll be able to sell most of my remaining shares at some reasonable price, so i would just keep very few shares + options in order to follow POET's progress in the future as i liked this copmany a lot .... will poet go bankrupt next or what? who knows that?
HUT (TSX) hütte 8 corp, a bitcoin mining and energy infrastructure company, may 6th 2026. even if the price continues to go up like crazy, i've sold one fifth of this more then 5-bagger position .... due to the current AI + technology craziness is the price up 100% in 1 month. today +35% on good news as they've got a 10 billion $ contract for a data center in texas. i've sold at +30% in early trading hours, the price went up additional 5% later. btw, this 9 B$ market cap company does not make any profits yet 😇
AMD (NASDAQ) advanced micro devices, computer chip manufacturer and semiconductors company, may 6th 2026. due to the current AI + technology craziness is the price up 100% in 5-6 weeks and +17% today, so lets sell the next tranche of this soooo successful investment. i've started to sell above the all-time-high $300 few days ago, sold at $403 today and the tech market hysteria stopped at about $418, the new all-time-high, intraday even $430.6, my dears. btw, AMD's current P/E ratio is 136 (!!!). lets look how does a market hysteria look like aka 5 years chart of AMD in usd:
i've sold few more AMD just 2 days later (may 8th, 2026) as my crazy dream limit of $444.44 was hit. the price climbed even higher after that. the next level for the last tranche i can sell? $500.05, my dears .... i like nice numbers and do not care much abt all that chart analysis magic, you see? 😜 well, i'll keep just 1 or 2 shares in order to see whether the mania goes further and what P/E it would be ... what if the price never comes back and i'm out of the rallye? i dont know ... as of today, i believe P/E ratio still matter in some way ,,, 26.05.2026 next stake of AMD sold at 500.05$ ... now i've just 2 more shares in my trading portfolio which i'll keep to observe AMD's further movements. current P/E is 155 (!!!)

INTC (NASDAQ) intel corp., computer chip manufacturer, may 5th 2026. due to the current AI + technology craziness is the price up more then 100% in 1 month. as i still operate on margin and want to sell in the rising market in order to reduce my risks and hopefully eradicate all my broker's debt soon, thus i've sold few stocks at $103. btw, intel's current P/E ratio is negative as the company operated at a loss in both, Q1 2026 and also in the last year 2025 (!!!). the folks tell, their guidance aka outlook is nice, hahaha. wanna see the 5y chart as well? here we go ~ may 6th, 2026

RBI (VSE, vienna stock exchange) raiffeisen bank international ~ may 11th, 2026 ~ i do not really like banks. this one austrian institute is different, it makes lot of business in eastern europe. they've presented a desatrous financial quarter with profit down 20% a week ago and they've some problems with assets in russia, too. so i do not really know, why is the stock price +3.3% up today and thus at its 5 years high (maybe even at all-time-high?). even if i have just a really small position for a little bit longer than 1 year and the current P/E ratio is bellow 15 which is fine, lets sell half of it + take my original investment out + let just the profits run further
POET (nasdaq) shares, poet technologies, 13.05.2026 ~ optical fast access modules) ~ few day ago we have had the options trade, this time the regular shares. the disaster with the canceled order by marvell is just a week ago, today is this meme (???) stock up 43% up to a new all-time-high of 20.81$ on quite strange news. they've got a new contract from lumilens AND limilens gets poet stock and 9-years-warrants for 8.25$ per poet share. now, after the regular trading hours is poet up 50% and the current price is 21.57$ ... btw, i'd expect the shate price falls down to 8.25$ if the management values the warrants that low ... anyway, i still have few more poet shares to sell and unfortunately just one more call option
NBIS (nasdaq) nebius group NV, 13.05.2026 ~ nebius is a dutch technology company which provides some infrastructure for AI computing. the stock price chart looks like the one of intel above and yes, nebius does not generate any profits yet .... well, lets sell the half of my investment and let just the profits participate in future developmens
DELL (nyse) dell technologies, 22.05.2026, (share price was approx 288$), the laptops + computer producer more then doubled this year, the chart looks exponential, i've more than doubled my position in few tiny weeks, the P/E ratio is 29 which is still somehow rational as the last reported quarterly earnings and profit increased by more than 30% ... lets sell half of my shares anyway. update 28.05.2026 ~ quarterly earnings report with revenue up 88% and net earnings up 256% much better than expected, stocj jumps up like crazy. i've sold in the overnight trading the 1st stake after +20% at 367$ and my very last dell share one hour later after maybe +30% at 400$. the share price rose even further, we are at +45% and 443$ right now, the current P/E is 35 => market hyteria?
MU (nasdaq) micron technology, 26.05.2026, thx to the AI & chip boom multiplied the stock price 8x in 12 months, the chart is exponential, P/E still reasonable 35, i've sold at 822$ which was maybe +8% today and a 52 weeks / all-time-high anyway ... the price went +18% up to 877$ later today .... the swiss UBS banksters moved their price forecast from 535$ to 1,625$ by factor 3. did they really expected 535$ although the price was close to 800$? does still s.o. believe what this pricetitutes say?

HPE (nyse) hewlett packard enterprise is the IT solutions & cloud services part of HP, i.e. not the IT hardware departement. its latest chart looks exponential, the company does not make any profits recently and even if i do not 100% understand how does my brokers app calculate a negative P/E ratio, its current value of -215 (!!!) does not look any optimistic to me. 2025-06-01 => lets sell 25 out of my 40 shares which i've acquired just 2 or 3 months ago as they've advanced +10% today and +75% in that short time period. heaven & hell, what an unbelievable market hysteria out there! todayd quarterly earnings report after the market closed was much better than expected. the stock price soared additional 35% to +45% today .... i've sold next 10 shares immediately, mr. market went up next 7% to +52%. i've kept only 5 shares in order to watch the further developments aka euphoria in the chip + AI + IT sector 😃

MSC 2026 = the yearly new wars planning event in munich

the MSC, munich security conference, also known as sicherheitskonferenz, SiKo and among peace activists especially under its original name wehrkundetagung, which means military issues conference. if you just read the list of attendees (it used to be simpler & better, maybe they'll update it later on) and the list of sponsors (boening, lockhead martin, diehl, heckler & koch, palantir, airbus, j.p.morgan, MBDA, rheinmetall, ...)

2 key points from a former demo of this initiative:

well, the attendees inside their closed rooms promote weapons & wars. outside, we activist in the cold munich february rain, want to stop NATO + stop wars and hope for peace on earth 🙏

there have been 4 major protests / initiatives due to MSC:

#1 the traditional peace movement started traditionally at karlsplatz stachus, walked through the streets of munich to the marienplatz, where the closing rally (with maybe 3,000 attendees) was.
#2 the new peace movement, which was formed 2014 against the coup de etat + war in ukraine and developed later to an anti WHO and anti state orchestrated corona-measuress alliance, started this year at the odeonsplatz. then it walked through the streets of munich back to odeonsplatz for its final rally (top speaker was the pastor eugen drewermann) (maybe 3,000 attendees)
#3 there was a a quite small pro-ukraine and anti-russian demo in front of the opera at max-josephs-platz, too .... (maybe 500 attendees, the most of them most likely germans)
#4 AND A HUUUUGE demo with abt 250,000 mostly iranian attendees advocating for freedom + democracy + shah reza pahlavi (schah auf DE) in IRAN. on that day were pro-iranian demos in many cities of the world with over 1m participants. this alone tells a lot abt the iranian diaspora, doesnt it? the bigegst demo was in toronto / canada with more thean 350,000 folks out there and not many less were in losangeles. munich was the biggest in europe and there was a very special speaker on board: the leader of the iranian exil opposition, reza pahlavi, the son of the last iranian shah, reza pahlavi sr. ... you should have to hear the screams of the crowd when he came to the stage! the people love him, i think ... here were many mostly big + expensive cars with iranian flags from many places in germany, few from switzerland / netherlands / italy / france and even from great britain. well, lets hope these symphatetic and highly civilized persian people will get their freedom (freedom of choice?) and not the standard american style democracy recently rolled out in iraq, afghanistan, libya, ukraine, syria,

what a wonderful skiing in the zillertal valley in tirol, austria (=österreich), AT. 🏂🌋🌞

i was alone, so i could wonderfully concentrate on my feelings + thoughts, especially abt my investment strategy for the next few weeks/months due to the soaring gold + silver + copper + mining stocks prices and the unbelievable volatility which most likely could mark some major market peak, cant it?

the most famous ski run in this mountopolis area is the steepest track in austria, harakiri with a 78% declension. i've tried twice, but the icy artificial snow piste vs. my 10 years old unserviced skis with completely blunt edges (stumpfe kanten) was not any nice experience. later they've even closed the harakiri run completely due to few injuries out there ... any lessons learned? yes, i've brought my skis to a service the very next day 😀⛄🍀

indeed, there was not enough snow in this mountopolis ski area, which is 1,600-2,400m high, so we've had just the artificial icy snow all over the place ...

if mountopolis, then start your tour at the horchbergbahn cable car from stockach / schwendau. why? you dont need to stray all over mayrhofen looking for a parking place and on top is the parking at the horchbergbahn base station for free. will you remenber that advice? promised?
