I’m thrilled to share the first big wedding of 2026 on the blog! I photographed B+B’s engagement session last summer, and earlier this winter they said “I do” at Stonetree Golf Club in Novato, California. We began the day at their new home, where they got ready surrounded by their closest friends. The biggest reason they chose to get ready at home? Photos with their furbabies, of course! It was such a relaxed and meaningful way to start the day.

Once we arrived at the venue, they both slipped into their wedding attire before meeting for their first look beneath a beautiful cherry blossom tree. Seeing each other for the first time as bride and groom was such a joyful moment, and the excitement between them was absolutely contagious.

Their wedding happened to fall perfectly between rainy days, gifting us with the most incredible light throughout the entire celebration. During the ceremony, they exchanged the most heartfelt vows while their pup, Todd, barked enthusiastically in agreement—definitely stealing a few laughs and plenty of attention from their loved ones!

Guests enjoyed a fabulous cocktail hour with delicious hors d’oeuvres before heading into dinner. Instead of a traditional wedding cake, the couple chose the groom’s favorite dessert—pie! An assortment of pies awaited guests, and they were quickly devoured. And the food didn’t stop there. Later in the evening, The Waffle Roost food truck rolled in to keep everyone fueled on the dance floor while a live band, Lucky Devils Band, kept the celebration going all night long.

It was truly a wonderful wedding and the perfect way to kick off the 2026 wedding season. Congratulations, B+B!

Engagement season is officially here, and I’m so excited to share W + A’s engagement session at Lands End in San Francisco! This spot holds a special place in their hearts, as it was the location of one of their very first dates together—making it the perfect backdrop for their session.

The weather showed up in the best way: beautifully overcast with occasional peeks of sunshine breaking through the clouds. The result was moody, photogenic light that added so much depth and romance to their photos. Their session was filled with laughter, love, and a whole lot of lighthearted moments.

I can’t wait to capture their wedding later this year and continue telling their story.

Holiday gatherings are the perfect time to capture everyone together. With the entire T. Family in town, we met up at their local park in San Francisco to photograph a variety of family groupings and special moments. It was my first time photographing this family, and they were an absolute joy—so welcoming and fun, they made me feel like part of the family from the very start. Thank you for trusting me to capture these memories, T. Family!

I love meeting and photographing new families, and it was such a joy capturing the L. Family for the first time! As locals to the city, they chose Golden Gate Park—a place that holds special meaning for them, since it’s where they did their engagement session years ago. It felt incredibly full-circle to return here and photograph them again, this time with their three boys. As if that wasn’t special enough, we also discovered we have many mutual friends—proof that the city really is a small world. Thank you so much for trusting me and for such a meaningful session, L. Family!

It’s engagement season, and I had the honor of capturing K’s heartfelt proposal to E at the Legion of Honor! This museum holds so much meaning for them—it’s where they attended prom together as high school sweethearts, and where E also celebrated her 18th birthday cotillion.

K wanted this proposal to be extra special, so with the help of Something Special Twins, he planned a beautiful setup featuring an arch filled with pastel pink flowers where he would pop the question. When they arrived, E was completely shocked and immediately began tearing up. It was one of the most emotional proposals I’ve ever witnessed—such a genuine, unforgettable moment.

Afterward, we took a few more photos to commemorate this incredible milestone. Congratulations, E + K!

I had the pleasure of photographing C+K’s City Hall wedding as my very first wedding of 2026, and what a fun way to kick off the season! They celebrated their intimate nuptials surrounded by immediate family who traveled in from Hawaii and Toronto, making the day even more special. We explored some of my favorite spots inside City Hall for portraits, and I couldn’t get enough of C’s wedding dress by Jenny Yoo—complete with a chic scarf that’s so on trend right now. We ended the day at the Palace of Fine Arts just as the sun was setting, giving us the most gorgeous golden light. Congratulations, C+K! Wishing you both a lifetime of love and happiness.

I’m overjoyed for my sweet wedding couple, A + M, as they welcome their first baby boy into the world! It was such an honor to photograph Baby A’s very first photoshoot. He was the most curious little guy, wide-eyed and taking everything in, and every now and then he even treated us to the sweetest little smile. I can’t wait to continue documenting this beautiful journey and watching this little one grow. Welcome to the world, sweet Baby A—you are already so loved! 

It’s hard to believe it’s been two years since I photographed J + A’s wedding at their Bay Area home. Since then, their story has grown in the sweetest way—they’re now parents to an adorable toddler! They invited me back into their home to capture this new chapter, with family traveling from as far as Seoul to gather for the holidays. Reconnecting with past couples and documenting the evolution of their lives is one of the most meaningful parts of my work. I’m so grateful to help preserve these new memories for them. I look forward to capturing more moments in the future for them!

T+J’s wedding was incredibly special—not only because it was my final wedding of 2025, but because they tied the knot on Christmas Eve! They were married on the stunning Fourth Floor Gallery at San Francisco City Hall, where they beautifully blended their Jewish and Buddhist cultures. Their ceremony included meaningful Jewish traditions such as the Ketubah signing, marrying under a chuppah, and the breaking of the glass. After saying “I do,” T+J shared a heartfelt first dance surrounded by their loved ones before heading off to celebrate at their reception. It was truly an honor to end my wedding season with T+J—congratulations to this beautiful couple!

It’s hard to believe it’s been three years since I photographed J+L’s wedding in Sonoma, and now they’re back in front of my lens for an even more special milestone. They’re expecting their first child, and I couldn’t be happier for them! We met at Woodline in San Francisco, which provided the perfect backdrop to complement their cozy, effortless outfits. It was such a joy catching up with them while documenting this next chapter of their lives. Congratulations, J+L—this journey is just beginning!
