A year ago I weighed 213 pounds! Yesterday I weighed 162. That's a 51 pound difference! I didn't really feel that fat at the time but I guess I was. The thing is it really wasn't that difficult to lose the weight. The good thing was we didn't have to get up @ 3:40AM. The bad thing is it was much hotter; I was already tired from working all day; and I got a cramp in my side. There is a debt ceiling in place for a reason. The ceiling is their so that the government doesn't borrow too much (for our own good of course?). They've borrowed too much... so instead of being responsible and stop borrowing, they just want to change the rules so they can borrow more! When we do this in our personal lives, we just get deeper in debt and will never get out. The first thing&nbsp;financial&nbsp;planners tell you when you are in the hole in debt is to quit digging. So what will happen if the government loses it's triple A credit rating? Loans will be more expensive. I know that wouldn't stop the borrowing but it will hurry up the inevitable...&nbsp;bankruptcy. The sooner the government goes bankrupt, the quicker we could probably see actual freedom from our tyrants... either that, or the government will send it's troops door to door collecting money. It's 4:48 AM. I know that's early but Denise has to be at work early so we run early. We do this 3 days per week. We get up at 3:40 AM; walk for a 5 minute walk; run 30 minutes and then a 5 minute walking cool down.
