I don’t know how to describe the Vampire Weekend sound. It’s indie rock that uses a lot of different instruments which give it a unique sound. The sound is fun and up-swingy. Definitely a good way to start or end a day with.

I really like how they mashed the street ethos of Adidas Originals and the Star Wars saga. Not only did  they incorporate the music  Imperial March with a more hip-hop, b-boy sound but through the visuals as well. I’m not a fan of the collection itself but this video is something really fun to watch.

I think this cassette tape USB hub is a really cool and fun take at a USB hub, which is a simple product and something that usually people don’t give me thought to in terms of design. I really like this campaign ’cause it allows Nike to have fun with Kobe and LeBron in ways they usually wouldn’t be able to. The videos show us Kobe rapping about his latest signature shoes as well as LeBron, Kobe & Lil’ Dez finding their house burned down with all evidence pointing to the Zoom Kobe V as the culprit, because it’s too “hot”.
