Happy 1st Birthday Hambo Hoedown!!!

I am so excited to be part of this exciting time for Hambo. It is an accomplishment to have a successful "challenge/company" blog. There are so many out there now. Hambo stand out with their unique challenge rules. Use an image receive an image. This mean you have to use a hambo image to enter....but you get a new one for next weeks challenge! Can't beat that!

As I announced on Sunday, I am once again on this fabulous team! I was on the rubber team this past summer. It was a blast. This time around I am on the digi team (hey, had to give someone else the chance to get some of that stinkin piggy rubbery cuteness!!!).

It's Wednesday and that means Hambo Hoedown time! Today is a special celebration, because the Hoedown is ONE YEAR OLD today! We are celebrating with newly released Bailey Cupcake - the second digital image in the "Bailey" line. Don't miss seeing the newest picture of the real Bailey too. It's at the Hoedown today!

Here is my project. You will noticed that I made Baily a "black lab" because I have a 5 month old black lab puppy....but if you visit the Hoedown you will see the real life Baily!

Good Morning! It finally snowed here in Western Colorado!! It will be gone by noon! Its just how it goes here! Well, in honor of it snowing, I have a really cute winter themed card using a Lilly Of The Valley image. They were so kind to sponsor our Color Me Creative Challenge this week. Thank you!

I have used lots of Ranger Glossy Accents to make the snow look wet.

The Cutting Cafe Loopy Loop Bow-Flower

Happy Friday! I am really excited to announce with the new year I will be designing for Regina Easter. She owns the Famous "The Cutting Cafe". As you remember I was on Regina's team from January-August 2011. I had to take a required (would have stayed forever if she let me!!!) break....NOW I AM BACK! It is really great to be part of this fabulous team once again. Regina is one of the nicest most generous people I know...not to mention being super talented!! Since I was on the team, Regina has given The Cutting Cafe a face lift. Her site and blog look amazing! I hope you will all take the time to visit Regina and her amazing SVG cutting files. She also has a bazillion adorable digital stamps.

Our first assignment was to use the New

Loopy Loop Bow-Flower.

I cut out my bow flowers using the SCAL software for my Cricut Machine. I know you cannot get the version I have any longer. If I had to get rid of it...I would be getting rid of the Cricut and getting a new machine. Probably an Eclipse like my bestie has. She is already an expert! I just couldn't live without SCAL! It is the most amazing software ever!

Here is another example of the Loopy Loop Bow-Flower but I sized it down. These bow flowers are about 1" across. The upper bow flower is about 2.5". The Card is also on of Regina's shaped cards.

Hi everyone! I am soooooo tired! This Christmas stuff can really take it's toll. Well, today I have made time to feature my card for Color Me Creative DT. It is Gold, Cream and White. What a CHALLENGE this was for me. Holy moly... I have never really used my Copics to color GOLD. Well here it is...I have used a digi from Crafts and Me. They honestly have the most beautiful stamps. If you really are shooting for fantasy and angelic....well, they have what you need. Check them out HERE. This stamp is called Blessed. It was just perfect for the Color Me Creative challenge. So get out the copics and get to coloring GOLD. This challenge will run till the end of December. OMG the prizes are amazing...

We are all featuring one of the New Release Digital Stamps. I am featuring Marisa's Sleigh Ride. She is all bundled up and ready for a snow filled fun sleigh ride! Hope you like her as much as I do. I have used the digi and printed it out twice (one of them is mirrored). I colored Marisa the same on both sides and carefully slipped her into a Christmas bulb. I also added a few extras to make it look wintery and snow filled! Decorated the top with ribbon!
