This does not mean, however, that it comes without due pomp and circumstance. Although its still young, Russia Day is evolving into a holiday revered by the Russian people.

On June 12, 1990, the Russian parliament formally declared its sovereignty from the Soviet Union. The National Sovereignty Declaration set the wheels in motion for the creation of what is now known as the Russian Federation, or more commonly Russia.

Russia Day was officially recognized by Boris Yeltsin in 1991 as a national holiday. As the new federation developed over the next decade, the holiday wasnt truly celebrated in any other method than the Russian people having a day off of work. There just wasnt any large national unity around the day.

This changed, however, in 2003. For the first time in 47 years, warplanes flew over the Kremlin to celebrate Russia Day. After a magnificent parade reminiscent of the Soviet military parades on Revolution Day, President Vladimir Putin watched from a stage in front of Lenin's tomb on Red Square.

Dozens of dignitaries including Boris Yeltsin joined President Putin as the 10 military jets flew in triangular formation overhead."On this day, we honor our motherland, our Russia. We honor the country of a thousand years history and unique heritage, the country which united on a huge space many peoples, territories and cultures," Putin said in an address to the crowd on this historic Russia Day.

This celebration set the tone for Russia Day festivities since. Bands often play some of the most popular songs in Russian history, including tunes from the Soviet era. Cavalrymen gallop across public squares (including Red Square) wearing uniforms from the early 1800s, prior to the Russian Revolution. Historical parades feature the uniforms dating from other periods of Russia's military glory, including during the reign of Peter the Great and Catherine II.

In addition to the show of military magnificence, people choose to use Russia Day to celebrate the history of their individual communities within Russia. Representatives from various regions show off the distinctive dress and dance styles of their respective communities, highlighting Russia's cultural and ethnic diversity.

These shows are staged throughout the country, not just in Moscow. Its estimated that one million people have attended Russia Day (or Independence Day) celebrations in recent years, a number thats only expected to grow as Russia Day evolves into an even more beautiful celebration of Russia past and present.

Jane S. If you love to entertain friends and co-workers, but lack the funds for a traditional dinner party, you are in luck. If you shop smart, it doesnt take a lot of money to throw an event that will make you the envy of your social circle. When all else fails, consider a potluck. Have each one of your guests bring their favorite dish or appetizer. It can be a lot of fun to try new recipes and variations.

First off set the mood! A good dinner party is all about ambiance. Consider going to your local dollar store or discount store to purchase some inexpensive tapers and candles. They are an easy way to brighten up a room, and encourage conversation. Dont be afraid to try something fun, either. Try a themed party like a Hawaiian theme, or an 80s theme. The possibilities are endless, and it will help break the ice among your guests. Encourage your guests to dress up, for instant glamour.

Once you have the mood set, its time to think about food. Contrary to popular belief, you dont have to serve a seven course meal. Stick with cheap appetizers and fingers foods. Fondue parties are a blast to throw, and cost very little to pull off. Encourage your guests to bring their favorite dippers, to save you even more. A wine tasting party is also a fun event, and can cost you almost nothing to throw. Ask each guest to bring a bottle of their favorite wine. All you have to do is supply the wine glasses! If you choose to go a more traditional route, try buying your food online. There are many websites that sell discount goodies, and you can save even more by using an e-coupon site. If you go through one of these coupon sites you can purchase lobsters, wine, chocolate, steaks, appetizers, and just about anything else you can think of. It only takes a few minutes to shop, and many vendors offer free shipping. It couldnt be easier!

Pay special attention to the dinner party invitations. A good invitation will help convey the theme of the party, and instruct the guests on any food or items that they need to bring to the event. You can create cheap, one-of-a-kind invitations, by using supplies available at your local craft supply store. Each invitation shouldnt cost more a few cents a piece. Dont forget to address the envelope in your own handwriting; it gives it a personal touch. Good luck!

Melanie Breeze, avid online shopper and user of food coupons at CouponChief.com, is always shopping around for the best deals. You can find discounts and free shipping available for stores all over the web at CouponChief, all in one location. Make sure to get a food coupon for any online food purchase!(Melanie Breeze)

Discover The Raymond Restaurant In Pasadena California

Thousands of people drive by The Raymond Restaurant every day and don't even realize what it is. The Raymond Restaurant, 1250 S. Fairoaks Ave., Pasadena, Ca. 91105, (626) 441-3136, occupies and old weathered caretaker's cottage which looks, from the outside, like a fairly run down old house set back off the street. Looks, however, can be deceiving. The old saying, "You can't judge a book by it's cover", is especially true in the case of The Raymond. Inside that weathered cottage is one of the best fine dining establishments in Los Angeles County.

Inside The Raymond you are transported to a cozy, romantic, old fashion setting with intimate dining rooms, secluded booths, comfortable seating, leaded glass, fine china, and three candlelit garden patios.

There is another old saying, "you get what you pay for". That saying doesn't hold true in the case of The Raymond Restaurant. There you get much more than your money's worth. Their prices are extremely reasonable, take their 12 ounce filet mignon with sauteed vegetables, chanterelle mushrooms, herbed butter, crispy leeks and garlic mashed potatoes for $39.00. The beef is tender aged prime beef cooked exactly the way you ask for it, the sauteed vegetables are not over or under cooked, the chanterelle mushrooms are delicious and the garlic mashed potatoes are spiced just right. I have had meals that cost twice as much and are not half as good. The only problem with The Raymond is that their menu is rather sparse when it comes to beef. Their only beef entre is the filet mignon. If you have to have prime rib or a ribeye or other type of steak you are out of luck.

The service at The Raymond is excellent. The waitstaff are friendly without being too familiar, attentive while not being obsequious and speedy without rushing you or invading your space.

The ambiance at The Raymond is quiet, relaxing and romantic. This is a great place to celebrate an anniversary, have a Valentine's dinner with that special loved one or someone that you want to get to know better or to get a new relationship off to a good start. While The Raymond Restaurant is an excellent place to take your spouse or date, it is also an excellent place to take a client or prospective client. The excellent service, great cuisine and quiet atmosphere will go a long way towards making your business relationship a success.

The Raymond is also a good establishment to take Afternoon Tea with it's large selection of teas, champaign, sherry, sparkling cider, scones, tea pastries and finger sandwiches. You and your guests or companions can relax and enjoy a good conversation while being pampered by the excellent waitstaff.

If you like fine cuisine and great service in a quiet relaxed atmosphere, try The Raymond Restaurant.

For a directory of restaurants and restaurant reviews in the city of Pasadena, California see http://pasadena.usacitydirectories.com/restaurants.html, a directory listing Pasadena restaurants alphabetically and by category or type with reviews written by restaurant customers.

About the Author

David G. Not all compact light bulbs are equal, and most of us know nothing about them - so here's a little information to help when choosing CFLs.

If you are a green-minded person, then by buying the Energy Star label, you will be buying a bulb that has been tested to meet operating, reliability and energy efficiency criteria.

CFLs are more expensive than an incandescent, but considering that CFLs last about 8 times as long as an incandescent, that actually represents a lot of savings.

Also consider this: if you replace a l00 watt incandescent with a 25 watt CFL, you will save a whopping $30.00 for the life of the CFL. (This can vary slightly according to individual state costs).

However, something not very often taken into account is to choose the right type of CFL for each room, or for each situation, if you have more than one lamp. The shade of white is differentiated by the color temperature marked on the bulb.

This is identified by correlated color temperature (CCT) and measured by Kelvin (K). Warmer colors correspond to lower Kelvin numbers, while higher Kelvin numbers indicate a cooler, bluer light.

Mostly you will find a limited choice, and most CFLs on the market are 2700-3000 K and project soft white or "warm" light. These bulbs enhance any warm colors such as red, yellow and orange that may be found in the home.

For optimal reading, choose a bulb with a slightly higher K rating (up to 3500 K), but as that K rating increases (to 4100, 5000 and 6500K) the effect is increasingly white to bluish light that enhances cooler colors such as blue, green and violet.

These higher K-rated lights are often referred to simply as "daylight".

If you are happy with the type of lighting you have in your home, but would like to economize and help the environment by using CFLs, use the following conversion chart to replace the old fashioned bulbs.

40watt bulbs will equal 9-11 wattage;

60watt bulbs will equal 13-16 wattage;

75 watt bulbs will equal 18-20 wattage.

For the 'green' among us, who have heard that these CFLs contain mercury - this is true. However each bulb contains about 1% of the amount of mercury we may have in one filling in our mouth, so it is considered to be insignificant.

This article was written on behalf of Maryland's first "EcoBroker," Branden Schroeder. You can put a liner on the wall first (provided the texture is not TOO rough). This mutes the texture and provides a smooth (relatively) surface to glue paper to.

If you are using the services of a professional paperhanger, you will be paying for the liner and the hanger's time to put it on. On top of the price to hang the paper itself. And a paper with a delicate pattern may still show some of the irregularity.

If you want to save money and prepare the walls yourself, you can smooth them out by skimcoating the surfaces with all-purpose drywall joint compound. Now, you have a smooth surface good for wallpaper or new texture - or, could be primed and painted smooth.

This is do-able, if you have time and patience.

The first thing to do if you choose this option is to prep the surface. Remove any scaling paint, powder, dirt, etc. If you have any water stains, I would seal them by brushing on a stainkiller, preferably oil based.

If you wash down the walls, clean rinse after to remove any soap or cleanser residues.

I usually go over the surface with a study flat tool to knock off the worst of the rough points, if possible. This may help to reduce the number of skim coats of mud required.

Now you are ready to skim coat. Know that you will have to apply a minimum of two successive coats of all-purpose compound, or more if the texture is pretty rough.

Tools: a ten or twelve inch broadknife and a mud pan. Or, a plasterer's hawk and trowel.

There is a proper order to skimcoating, to ease your job as much as possible. The key thing is to be consistent. With each coat, you should be doing basically the same thing for the entire coat.

For example, you will want to go in the same direction as you travel across the surface, and not just slather the material on the surface every which way. Then when one coat is dry and you are ready for the next coat, you will put on the material going the opposite way.

I would recommend that you start the whole process at the top of the wall and in a corner and move across and down as you go. Remember, you will need at a minimum two coats. And try not to make the coats too thick. This is skim coat.

At this point, you may get by with a good sanding to smooth out tool marks. If not, do another coat, varying your stroke directions according to your judgement of what works best. The final step is sanding. Medium grit sanding sponges work well here.

Now that you finally have a smooth surface you can live with, be sure to put a couple of good coats of drywall primer/sealer (PVA) to render the porous surface fit for wallpaper.

If it's a new texture you're after, then you may not need to prime before texturing.

You did it! When deciding on a new floor, consider:

* The function of the various rooms you are flooring
* How the flooring fits in with your overall decor

With that in mind, here are some basic design tips that describe how flooring affects a room:

* Look at your floor as a one of 6 walls - 4 walls, ceiling and the floor; they all have to be in sync.
* Choosing a neutral color will give you more design options, now, and will make your home more sellable down the road.
* Common designer recommendations are colors found in nature, such as greens, browns, ochre's, and bronzes.
* Pale flooring helps a small room appear larger.
* Plain colors and small patterns work well in small or larger rooms. However, large, bold patterns and dark colors should be restricted to larger areas.
* Using the same neutral flooring to link adjoining rooms makes an area look bigger and creates a nice flow.
* If you plan on integrating two or three types of flooring, view samples of all of them together before choosing.
* Use a border to add interest or define an area in a room. Think of a border as a permanent area rug.
* Medallions are accents commonly used as focal points in wood or ceramic floors.

Choose the right style of flooring for the look you want to achieve:

Stone floors combine durability and natural beauty. They provide a dramatic look in an entrance while being easy to maintain. They resist moisture, and combined with radiant heating make an ideal choice for a bathroom floor. Some of unpolished slate or limestone styles work great in sunrooms by creating a sense of bringing the outdoor in. Ceramic floors combine well with carpeting or hardwood as a transition from entry way to living area. Or continue it right through from entry to kitchen to maintain a flow and make an area appear larger.

Hardwoods provide a timeless design that easily adapts to any decor. Although they can be costly, the floors will last forever with proper maintenance. Laminate flooring is a somewhat cheaper alternative, but have come a long way. Make sure to install a sound-proofing underlay for a cushion.

Carpeting is a good choice if a good quality and well-maintained. It's one of the most popular choices for bedrooms; creating a warm and inviting space. Use your color palette when choosing a bedroom carpet, so that it relates to the flooring in other areas of the house. Carpet tiles can work well, but the key is to create a pattern, otherwise they'll remind you of the office.

Area rugs can add warmth and color to a wood or stone floor. They also define different areas such as a sitting area, almost making them appear as separate rooms.

Painting floors is an option growing in popularity. Especially with older floors, they can be stripped and painted with a high-gloss white for a funky, modern look. You can also create a country look with a checkerboard design border.

Exotic flooring alternatives are on the rise. Popular wood choices are eco-friendly Bamboo floors, Cherry, Brazilian, Santos Mahogany or Wenge. These can work great as accents or borders to a typical hardwood. Other non-wood choices include cork and even leather. Leather tiles look better with age and provide a warm, expensive look for a library or sitting room.

When choosing a flooring it's easy to be tempted by some of the cheaper versions, but you will pay in the long run for the lack of quality. Try to buy the best type of flooring you can afford, and if well-maintained it will last for years.

Visit MarylandHomesandProperty.com for your concise guide to Maryland real estate. More and more educated adults are spending their time and money wisely while enjoying their Friday nights together at home. With numerous styles of home theater loungers and recliners that are available, consumers are finding that comfort and fun go hand in hand. Kids are now included in the fun with their own children's home theater lounger.

Quite often, kids want what mom and dad have. It is a known fact that children love and need to spend quality time with mom and dad too. It is also a fact that mom and dad need space from time to time. So, if children have their own lounger, they are less likely to pest their parents and the family is more likely to have a good time together.

The TOP TEN Reasons Why Your Child Wants a Home Theater Lounger
10. It's mine. I don't have to share it.
9. Watching TV lying back is so comfy.
8. My friends think it is cool.
7. It makes movies more fun.
6. I picked the color out myself.
5. I can eat on my lounger.
4. I can keep my drink at my chair.
3. Nobody sits in front of me.
2. I am big like mom and dad.
1. I want everything.

Kids certainly do want everything. Although we don't want to over indulge them and give them everything they want, a children's home theater lounger is a comfortable and functional piece of furniture that will last for many years.

Options in Children's Home Theater Loungers
The top of the line in children's loungers is most likely a three seater with storage. It has 3 reclining seats that can hold up to about 90 pounds per seat. Each seat has its own built-in cup holder for drinks. These loungers can come in a whole assortment of colors including camouflage to suit your individual needs and tastes. In the center of the seats is a storage bin for the snacks and napkins or whatever else that can be stored.

Two seater loungers have similar benefits as the three seater loungers. Single loungers are also available and are often chosen for their affordability. Many of these home theater loungers come in different colors and styles to please every
child.

As stated previously, children's home theater loungers come in a variety of styles which means that they also range greatly in price. These prices vary depending on fabrics and features. For example, built-in cup holders are not standard on all loungers, but are often a desirable feature.

Let's think back to our TOP TEN list. There is no doubt that children would love their own home theater lounger. So put a smile on their face today and for many more movies to come! These files are then listed under the "Files found via their signature" file system icon. That is besides the files that IsoBuster can find via the various file systems of course.

The signature of a file is made up by certain characters, bytes, that are typically at a certain position in the file. It is actually a difficult thing to do, recognizing such files, as most files are not optimized for this sort of file finding. In fact media, and file systems in general, are not designed really to facilitate this sort of file finding. So having the power of IsoBuster at hand to actually change what was found increases your chances for success.

Indeed, besides IsoBuster's excellent file finding routines, which likely will find most of your important files, you still have total control over what was found. You can still change what IsoBuster found based on what you know about the files on your disc. E.g if you know that all files were zip files, then you can delete other files for instance.

To be able to make these changes, first check if it is enabled for you, via the options, check "Enable advanced editing, adding and deleting". If enabled, you will have the option "Add file" (starting from a right mouse click on the "Files found via their signature" file system icon).

More options, "Rename", "Edit", "Delete"; become available if you right mouse click the files found via their signature in the right pane of IsoBuster:

The most obvious option "Rename" is essentially the same as clicking the selected file once more, or clicking the "F2" button when a file is selected. Ideal to for instance change the extension of a file if you don't agree with IsoBuster's analysis on the file type.

The more advanced features "Add file", "Delete" and "Edit" are those we want to explain a bit more. Let's start with following example, 4 jpg files and one zip file were found based on their signature.

PS. this is a fake example as in fact IsoBuster is clever enough to not make this mistake and it won't find a zip file in a jpg file but it's a good example for dozens of other possible combinations that can exist.

Now suppose I was sure that there were only 4 jpg picture files on the CD and IsoBuster does find them, however IsoBuster also finds a zip file which does not exist. This sort of behavior is possible if a file happens to have a combination of bytes in its body that accidentally resembles the signature of a file. It's something that cannot be avoided in data recovery based on file-signatures. Remember, most files are not optimized for this sort of file finding, and neither are the file systems. IsoBuster implements a range of measures to prevent these false positives, but it can happen.

The effect from this example is that jpg number 3 will in fact be corrupt after extraction, because the end was cut, and put in a zip file, which in turn is corrupt as well (as it was not really a zip file afterall). IsoBuster decided that the length of jpg 3 ended where the zip file started, which is how lengths are determined with this sort of file finding.

However, this is easily fixed. Select the zip file in IsoBuster, right mouse click and select "Delete". The file will be deleted from the in memory managed list of found files. Obviously nothing is deleted physically from the media. If you run the "find missing files and folders" option again, the same file would be found again.

What you will also notice after the delete is that the file on an address (LBA) just before the zip file, will increase in length. The size grows till the start address of the next file that could be found. In this example this means that jpg 3 grows to its real size, and now when you extract it, it is not corrupt anymore.

There are a few exceptions to the auto-growing of the previous file. If the files have been changed (via "Edit" or "Add file" for instance) then the the previous file won't always grow in size because otherwise the program could be undoing what you manually changed already.

However, this is where the feature "Edit" comes in handy. Select the file which file length you want to change and select "Edit". An edit window appears in which you can change the physical properties of the file. The location on the media (LBA = Logical Block Address), the length in bytes and the offset. Most files start at offset 0, but just in case it is made possible to change it to any value inside the block. PS. A block is 2048 bytes in size.

Suppose you want to change the length of a file to where the next file starts. Look at the start address of the file you want to change, write down the Logical Block Address (LBA). Note the LBA of the next file, where the file will end. Subtract both addresses from each other and you have the length in blocks. Multiply that value by 2048 (which is the amount of bytes per block) and you will get a file length you were after.

If all this information sunk in, then you won't have much problems with the option "Add file" either. If you know where a file is located on the disc, you can "create" this file in IsoBuster's list of found files and consequently you can have IsoBuster extract that file for you. This option can be extremely useful in combination with Sector View, hunting for a special missing file for instance. But this will be explained in a following article.

Copyright 2007, www.isobuster.com all rights reserved. This article was written by Peter Van Hove, CEO at Smart Projects. We also touched the possibility to use Sector View to hunt down files you know are there but cannot be found automatically.

It should be mentioned that this article is in the range of what we would call "Engineering". It requires some knowledge about the deeper mechanics of files and how data is stored on data carriers. However it may be a jump start to get a deeper understanding as well.

A CD, DVD, BD or HD DVD is built up from blocks, one after the other. Blocks and Sectors are used in the same context here. In this article a block is a sector and vice versa. Deep down there are several mechanisms, depending on the disc type and formatting (manufacturer formatting or end user formatting). So in reality the blocks that we get to see are not always really one after the other, deep down the data may be organized differently, or managed in larger chunks etc.

But the so called user-data blocks are seemingly organized one after the other, with incrementing addresses, starting from address 0, and the size is 2048 bytes or 2 KB per block.

This is where Sector View comes in handy. The Sector View window allows you to see the content of every sector or block, provided it is readable. An error message is displayed if it's not readable. Easy scrolling through the sectors can be done via the buttons on screen or if you push the Ctrl button in combination with an arrow (right or left) on your keyboard.

Now, to hunt down files. Suppose you did a scan for missing files and folders and you know a certain file is present on the disc, but it was not found by the software.

If the file is not shown in the "Files found via their signature" list. then the signature of the file does not match a signature in the program's database, or the file doesn't really have a good signature. Take a normal text file for instance, very hard to detect as ASCII text can be part of any type file, from the typical text based files (.html, .ini, .bat, ...) to binary files (such as .exe etc.) as well.

Except for certain Macintosh formatted discs, and except for very small files (less than 2 KB) in the UDF file system, all files on optical media start at offset 0 in a block. In other words, you'll find the beginning of the file on top in the "Sector View" window, not somewhere in the middle of the block. So that's what we concentrate on when looking through the sectors.

Continue skipping through the blocks until you also see the end of your file, or if you're unsure, make sure to define a very big byte size afterwards when you create the file. If you find the end, subtract the start address (e.g. 25) from the ends address (e.g. 125) and you have the block length of the file. The block length times the amount of bytes in a block (2048 bytes per block) makes a length of 204800 bytes in this example.

We're nearly there. Now it's back to what was explained in previous article. Use "Add file" to add a file to the list. Create it with the start address you found (e.g. 25) and set the size to 204800 bytes (per example). Give it an appropriate name, e.g. "My book.txt" and you're done. You can now right-mouse click the freshly created file and extract it to your HD.

PS. if you know more about the file you're looking for, either ASCII or binary signatures, then bare in mind that IsoBuster is not a hex-editor. The computer savvy will know how to make an image file of a disc instead and use a hex-editor on the resulting file to look for certain signatures. After some searching and the trusted calculator of course all the above still applies and you can use IsoBuster to extract files per your needs.(Peter Van Hove)

How to Recover a Quick Erased CD-RW versus DVD-RW

Because of the different standards for rewritable optical media, in particular CD-RW, DVD-RW and DVD+RW, the state of the media after a quick erase is different. This state determines if it's still possible or not to recover data with any data recovery software tool for that matter.

There is some complexity involved and you may need to read this article twice ;-)
Mainly because of the different exceptions and the role of the software vs. hardware.

First maybe the difference between a full erase and a quick erase on drive level:

I'm intentionally mentioning drive level because in most cases it's the drive that executes a blank command sent by the software. So for the software it's more or less a "hit and run" command. Send it down and walk away or poll the drive till ready.

When a full erase command is issued on re-writable optical media then the complete surface of the disc is over-written with a neutral pattern (all zeroes or all 0xAA or something like that). The result is that all data that was once present is now gone forever. There are no magical tricks to ever find the data back, the old content has been wiped completely, not even in a high end laboratory with geniuses at work would it be possible to recover the data. Additionally, the disc's structures on the inside rings, which all drives use to determine the layout of the media , have been updated to resemble empty media. All references to tracks and session that were once there are now gone.

A quick erase is meant to be quick (duh ...) and therefore the disc's main data area is left unaffected, or at least mainly unaffected. All (or most) data remains present on the disc. What changes is the disc's structures again, on the inside rings of the media. All references to tracks and session are deleted and the media is left in a state which seems like empty media for a CD/DVD writer (in most cases ... read further).

So if the bulk of the data is still there after a quick erase ... what's the problem then you ask ?
Well, the biggest problem exists for CD-RW and DVD-RW (DVD dash / minus RW).

As I explained before, during a quick erase on drive level the disc's structures are changed so that a drive sees the disc as blank media again afterwards. And that is the big problem, an empty disc - as far as the drive is concerned - is an empty disc and the drive will not allow to read anywhere on the disc. All read commands fail immediately with drive generated errors. The drive doesn't even try reading on the requested locations. At this point the drive is the limiting factor, there is no way to circumvent this as it's not possible to tell the drive there is different media inside than what the drive sees for itself (*).

The only way (*) around this problem is to send the disc to a (possibly expensive) recovery lab that may have the right equipment to deal with it. As this is a by hardware limited problem, some labs have custom made hardware to deal with this specific problem.

(*) If I notice there is more interest in this then I will dedicate another article to this problem, in particular how a handy person with too much free time could try a few things.

There is one big exception for DVD-RW (not CD-RW) if the erase software works in the spirit of the DVD+RW standard. Meaning that the software doesn't issue a "quick erase" command but instead does the erasing by itself, like it would on DVD+RW. Read further to understand.

The big exception to all the above is DVD+RW (DVD plus RW). The designers of the format were clever enough to decide that there shouldn't be an erase function for this format at all. After all a full erase only adds to the so called DOW (Disc Over-Write) and thus reduces the quality of the media. If a full erase is truly required by the user then the application software can still simply write a neutral pattern over the complete surface of the disc with the same effect. And as a DVD+RW can have only one track in one session, changing the inner circle structures is not needed either. If there is a track already ... well then there is a track already .. why change that ? If one wants to write new content then the old data can simply be overwritten. Of course this also positively influences background format and other features I won't go in to now. In other words there is no erase command that an application can send.

If a user wants to quick erase a DVD+RW then the application software must be clever enough to simply write some neutral data over file-system structures (e.g. ISO9660 and UDF etc). And in fact that's what most applications do when they quick erase a DVD+RW.

The consequence is that for a DVD drive there still is a track after a quick erase, so this is not blank media, and if there is a track with a length then, data recovery software can send read commands and get data back. And a scan for missing data can yield to positive results.

Same as with DVD-RW there is a big exception. The reason is that in the beginning not all drive manufacturers understood the philosophy and spirit of the well thought out "no erase command" principle. So what they did was make sure that a format command basically does what an erase command did and then they informed all software vendors, which were obviously confused, that they should send a format command instead of a blank command. Wrong ...

To the best of my knowledge most drive vendors today have adopted the "no erase" +RW philosophy properly and recently developed drives don't erase anymore, even not when a format command is sent. The same goes for the software vendors, they too saw the light. However ... it's hard to change the world and exceptions still exist out there.

So when people ask, "I have a quick erased DVD+RW or DVD-RW ... can it still be recovered", it's difficult to give a definitive answer because it depends so much on the type and make and even firmware revision of the writer, in combination with the erase software and version of that software.

From experience, quick erased DVD+RW media, erased with a current drive and current software is very often recoverable. Chances for success degrade significantly for DVD-RW, because many applications simply send an erase command (or format command) to the drive. Quick erased CD-RW is only recoverable in the lab or with special tricks that are hard to explain here.

Hope this made sense to you ...

Terminology:
"Erase" and "Blank" are basically the same, software mostly uses the term "Erase" whereas official specifications and standards use the term "Blank", as in Full Blank or Quick Blank.

Interesting links from wikipedia explaining the different formats:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compact_disk_erasable
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVD-RW
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVD_plus_RW
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVD-RAM

Copyright 2007, www.isobuster.com all rights reserved. PHP is an open-source programming language which is derived from lots of different languages. On the other hand ASP is such kind of programming languages which preferring Microsoft product mostly.

Both programming languages PHP and ASP are used to develop dynamic database oriented websites. Active Server Pages (ASP) is normally from Microsoft and is used only with Internet Information Server (IIS) that runs on Microsoft Servers also. But on the other hand you can say PHP is platform independent programming languages and can connect with several kinds of databases.

There are a lot of differences between ASP and PHP.

Expenditure
To run ASP.net programs first need to install IIS on a Windows server platform, this is not a free package. PHP programs can run on Linux, which is free package. Even the database connectivity is expensive for ASP, because it require MS-SQL product of Microsoft that needs to be acquired. Same time on the other hand PHP generally uses MySQL for database connectivity, which is freely accessible.

The Simplicity in Coding
PHP codes itself are very light in weight, a contract programmer who begins his career into PHP, does not felt any pressure to look the source code to understand. Whereas In ASP codes are not so easy to quick understand.

Database Compatibility
PHP generally being extremely flexible as it uses MySQL for database connectivity, which is freely accessible. Same time on the other hand Database compatibility is expensive for ASP, because it require MS-SQL product of Microsoft that needs to be acquired.

General Run Time
If we evaluate the running speed of PHP and ASP then PHP should gets the upper hand. Normally it is viewed that PHP code runs quicker than ASP code. Due to COM based architecture, ASP uses server space to run while PHP code runs on its own inbuilt memory space.

Background Language Support
ASP has a similar like Visual Basic type of syntax that also linked to Microsoft products as well. On the other hand PHP codes are based on generally C++ language and the syntax, which is used in PHP, is quite similar to C/C++ syntax. C/C++ is still considered by maximum software programmer is the finest programming language and people who love C++ language would certainly feel more relaxed with the PHP syntax.

Running Platform Connectivity
PHP codes can run on different platforms like UNIX, Solaris, Linux, and Windows whereas ASP codes are mostly linked with Windows platforms. Though, ASP programs can run on a Linux platform with the help of ASP-Apache installed on the server.

Further Tools Cost
Several tools used in PHP are mostly free of cost in the market and as PHP is open source a lot of codes can be available in open source forums and blogs. PHP has inbuilt attributes like ftp, encryption methods, even email also from a web page but in ASP such attributes are not obtainable and for this reason only some more features are required which are not free that increase the total cost as well.

Larger Applications Support
PHP is just as protected as ASP from coding level. The main difference is only for private data like social security numbers; PIN numbers etc. ASP is more practicable option. Organizations like government firms normally dont have much stipulated commercial budgets and looking for required security, they really helpful ASP.net.

At the end, we can make a conclusion that both programming languages have their advantages and disadvantages specific to user requirement. It can be said that both the programming languages have their own significance depending upon the user's requirements and budgets. It is viewed that in any discussion board, ASP.net is similarly capable but many of them suggesting PHP for small business owners those who have a fixed budget and does not required superb security support. PHP cannot provide e-commerce application development, only for them ASP.net will be the best choice.(Joanna Gadel)

I signed up for PPP

Get paid for blogging? off course you can. As a means of getting you started, I will give you a few quick ideas right now on getting your golf game for free. It is not as difficult as you might think and you do not necessarily have to be a celebrity to enjoy this benefit.

First of all, you can become a professional golf Escort. This method is not new to the average golfer. You can actually play golf for free doing something that businessmen and women do every day. This is one of the ways that you can actually get paid to play golf every day. If it pleases you, you can use this method as a full time business.

Golf is becoming one of the most important and most profitable sports in the world right now. This is a trend that excellent golfers like Tiger Woods and Sergio Garcia have helped spur on. Young golfers like them have ushered in a brand new era of young golfers, and with them a great deal more popularity.

Did you know for instance, that around 40% of all of the money that is spent on sports in the United States is given to golf? Its true; in fact, golf has become so popular that businesses across the world are using golf as a marketing tool.

What this means is that businesses also have a responsibility to make golf more entertaining for the golfers that are playing. Todays businessmen dont really have time to play a few games with their clients like they used to. The days when business people played a few holes for their high end clients are gone. This is where the professional golf escort comes in handy.

How many times have you heard or seen someone say that they like to mull over their business decisions over a game of golf? This is quite common, however todays business person often have enough on their plates just conducting business.

Golf is just something that they dont have time for. This market is gigantic in the business world because as so many decisions are made over a game of golf, so business people need someone who can spend the time in the day to play the game.

Thats where you come in. How it works is that these businesses will hire you to play the golf games with their clients when they cant do it. Not only will you get to play golf on the business dime, but you will actually get paid to do it.

Why would someone pay me to golf?

You may be wondering why anyone would go to such lengths as to pay someone else to play a game or two of golf every day. That is very easy to answer. Below I have listed the most common reasons why these companies will pay you to play golf for them.

1. Since so many business peoples time is very valuable, they simply cant spend the time in the day that is needed to entertain their clients with golf games. This is a very common practice today and is also a great way for the businesses to ensure that their clients are happy while still having the free time they need to conduct every day business in the office.

2. Many business people hire escorts because they just dont know how to play golf themselves. This is another time when you can capitalize from it. Many of the executives that cant play the game do not want to be embarrassed and therefore will simply outsource instead.
3. The other reason why they are willing to pay for your golfing services is because although the executive might know how to play golf and may even have the time for it, they may simply just not be very good at it. That may leave their client feeling bored during the game and therefore take away from the fun for them.

These things having been said, you may have a better idea as to why companies are willing to pay someone like you to play the game for them. You can make a pretty penny from this.

Andrew offers a free golf tips mini e-course, please check out his website.
www.freepaidgolf.com

(andrew dimmelow)

Discount Clone Golf Clubs - Save Your Money for the 19th Hole!

Anyone who plays golf knows the sport is not at all cheap. With membership fees, golf green fee costs, golf shoes, golf clothes, golf clubs, golf carts and golf balls, even a minimalist wishing to play has to fork out a small fortune. With the availability of clone golf clubs, there is now an area where you can keep some money in your own pocket and still achieve the same results on the course.

It can be boring if you finish a great game of golf, but dont have any money left over for a beer or glass of wine at the end. You want to save money where you can for the social side of golfing. Instead of buying over priced brand name golf clubs, why not get clone golf clubs instead, and save money for a bit of fun with your golfing friends?

Clone golf clubs are not golf clubs made to OEM or original manufacturer standards as some people suspect. They are in fact clubs made to their own specifications and own use of modern technology. Clone golf clubs are made from quality materials and can also be custom designed for your specific and individual requirements.

Brand name golf clubs such as Callaway, Ping, Nike, Taylor Made or Titleist are very expensive and only golfers with money to burn can really afford to buy them. A famous pro golfer once said The ball cant tell the brand, which is true and means people are only buying expensive, over-priced clubs to show off to their peers and advertise their wealth.

If you cant afford to buy your name-brand golf clubs with cash up front, maybe you are buying out of your league. You could get clone golf clubs that do the same job for half the price or less. Value does not mean low quality, it just means low prices for a product that performs just as well. The clone golf clubs have proven themselves to be reliable, long-lasting and made with quality design and modern technology.

Clone golf drivers are less expensive without compromising the quality or size of the club head. Whether your game is to try the new age square driver heads or you prefer the traditional shaped drivers, you will find a clone golf club that is similar to the name brand for considerably less money. The price you would expect to pay for a clone golf driver is around $70 - $100. The same goes for other clubs such as golf woods, golf hybrids, golf wedges and golf putters. The range of clone golf clubs is versatile and the clubs are stylish, new age and high quality.

You will always play golf with a smile on your face when you know you havent had to pay a fortune for your clubs. Within reason, if the clubs you are using are the right specifications for your size, once you are used to using them, you can master how to play with them. It doesnt matter if you spend $70 or $700, this is still the case. Honestly, who can't hit a ball into a hole with 4 or 5 tries? Ahh, but golf is another one of those "finer arts", and it can take years and years of practice before you break par - let alone try for those birdie thingies! For people looking to get into the sport, golf lessons are probably the best way to go - unless you were raised on the greens like dear Tiger.

So, is there any real difference between instructors, or will anyone do?
Hey look, there are 5 an hour fry cooks at McDonald's and 75,000 per year chefs - both can teach you how to cook, but the results you'll experience will be far different. While a higher price does not always mean higher quality, it is a good rule of thumb to go by when looking for the "Zen Master" instructor for your golf lessons.

How do I choose an instructor?
As with almost any decision we make, the budget is always a factor. How much money can you afford? Are these golf lessons to help you meet clients, or are you just looking to learn how to play the game? If you really don't like golf but know it would be a great business asset, then you will want a better instructor. After all, the golf lessons then become a business investment, correct? You will generally find the more experienced and sought-after instructors giving golf lessons at the higher end clubs and resorts. A Las Vegas golf lesson at the Walter's Golf Academy might be given by Chuck Matlack, Mike Davis, or Jimmie Pollard - all of whom are seasoned pro's with great portfolios - and with great rates to match!

Do I have to have private golf lessons, or are there other options?
Now that is a very good question. You can either receive golf lessons from an instructor in a one-on-one setting, or attend a "Golf School" where lessons are given in groups of four or less. Clearly, you will get more personalised golf lessons with a personal instructor, but the process can take months, and progress may be slow. But if you want to save some money and need a crash course, then golf lessons from James Andrews Golf schools is the route to take.

What else should I know?
As with anything else, you'll want your golf instructor or school to be the best investment of both time and money possible. Therefore, don't be afraid to ask for references, or even to interview the potential instructors before making a decision. After factoring in budget, instruction style, and your own commitment level, select the best golf lessons option for you and your needs. You'll be glad you did. Justin Armsden from CNN television living golf show with a global audience of 170 million viewers gave James Andrews School of golf the thumbs up while filming here this week for three days.

(Edward Biggs)

Why use the Old forward press?

The forward press in the golf swing has been used by all the old
famous golfers but some how has lost it's use especially in these
modern days. Since it is not "fashionable" many golfers are actually
afraid to use it as they may appear some what strange to their golfing
buddies.....because your little press does not really conform to the
norms of golf......or it could be because many golfers and golf
instructors just don't know about it.

The forward press was used and recommended by one of the longest
hitters the golf world has seen.....his name was Mike Austin. Yes the
man who hit the long drive of 515 yards. Well one of the companies
that sell his video's online claim it was a "secret" well that's just
marketing hype. The fact is the forward press in the golf swing has
never been a secret because everyone back in the day "used it".

What is a foward press?
If you take your normal stance and grip on the club ready to make your
backswing.....you simply push the handle of your golf club straight
forward about 1inch-3inches. This action takes out the angle of your
wrist's and creates a FLAT left hand.

Why use a forward press?
A part from flattening out the back of your left hand......using a
forward press in your golf swing will actually create balance. The
little press act's as a trigger for your brain and your body to say
"get ready we are going into action". So rather than starting from a
static or still position.....you begin your golf swing with movement.
This movement forward creates a feeling of timing and balance for your
golf swing.

From the forward press position it is then just a simple cocking of
the wrist's a turning of the shoulders and you should arrive at the
top of your swing in great position.

The forward press is just a very simple and easy move that create's a
feeling "readiness" in the golfer to make the back swing.

(William Wetere)

What type of golf equipment is required for novices?

If you are just starting to play golf, your requirements for golf equipment can not be same as that of Tigerwoods requirements. Just take it light and excuse the impression from above as you really need to go to the basics while starting to play golf. Golf playing is purely a skill that needs to be developed with practice. Starting with clubs worth thousands will no be more helpful for you as you need to go with second hand clubs worth fifty dollars.

Basics of golf start with the selection of clubs. Shopping on internet can save you precious time and money but this selection can be difficult as there seems to be enormous options available for you. Studies have shown that dramatic increase in the sale of golf clubs have been noticed in the last two years but people really do not know what they are buying. I think the reason is that the people have more money than sense. Every year in March, normally considered as the start of golfing year, huge number of new members are seen on the first tee having golf equipment of thousand dollars with miser golfing skills. Whether you are playing golf for few years or just a beginner, you need to know your requirements properly. Decide carefully and well within your requirements, as savings can be spent on other golf apparel.

What Essential Equipments You Need To Have?

Without being foolish, you need to have following essentials.

Golf cart

Waterproof golf shoes

Golf balls

Golf Carts

Some people like to carry their bags but most of the golfers prefer to purchase a golf cart. These carts can be either manual or battery operated. Manual carts can be folded away in the trunk of your car but battery operated carts are more complex and need some handling tips before usage. Beginners need to carry it on their own but still they can purchase golf carts with in the limitations of their budget.

Golf Shoes

For playing golf, specialized waterproof shoes are must. If your shoes are not waterproof, put them in garbage as due to wet feet you can run the risk of nasty cold or flue. For better golfing, your feet must be dry all the times.

Golf Balls

Dont be silly in the selection of ball, as it will make difference in distance and spin. If you are a novice, you should expect to loose more, so do not be silly by buying the latest and greatest. Just look to develop your accuracy in the game otherwise you could be losing valuable distance from the tee that means the difference on your next shot from an eight iron or a comfortable pitching wedge.

Golf Tee And Golf Gloves

Short and simple, higher tee should be selected if you are using oversized head. For this plastic or wooden tees can be best option as these do not break easily. You should also have golf gloves to grip properly in damp conditions.

(Ophelia Smith)

Facial Cleansing for Specific Skin Types

Cleansing is a vital step in your skin care regime. Proper cleansing with products specific for your skin type will improve your overall appearance. Daily cleansing is important to remove dirt and bacteria, sweat, air pollution, excess oils and in addition cleansing exfoliates the skin surface to promote circulation.

Proper cleansing starts with clean hands. This prevents the transfer of bacteria to your face. Apply your cleansing cream at the forehead and then sweep the cleanser over the face, lips, and neck. Massage the cleanser into your skin in a gentle circular motion. Eye make up can be removed with specially formulated eye creams, as some facial cleansers are not suited to be applied to the eye area. Thoroughly rinse your face with cool or tepid water (not to hot or to cold). Extreme hot or cold water can cause flushing and break sensitive capillaries in the skin. Hot water will open the pores and expose these pores to environmental pollution and dirt.

The best cleanser is those that clean the skin without stripping them of the natural fatty oils that protect and waterproof the skin. Removing excess oils in the skin can be accomplished without harsh soaps and strong cleansing creams that dry out the skin. This drying affect leaves the skin exposed to bacteria, cellular damage, and prone to fine lines and wrinkles due to lack of moisture.

Below are easy recipes for various skin types:

Normal Skin

No matter what skin type, choose mild liquid or soap gels for cleansing your face. Soaps made for bath, body and hands tend to be drying no matter what skin type and should be avoided on the face and neck. When buying store bought cleansing creams look for avocado, coconut, or wheat germ. These natural ingredients are suitable for normal skin types. In addition, below is a facial cleanser for normal skin types:

Gentle Facial Cleanser

1/2 cup oatmeal or cornmeal
plain yogurt (add enough yogurt to form a paste)

Mix ingredients to form a paste. With your fingertips and in an upward circular motion, gently massage the paste into your skin. Rinse with warm water and then apply a toner and moisturizer.

Dry skin

First, stay away from hot water when cleansing the face and neck. The hot water opens the pores and extracts the natural moisture quickly. Your cleansing creams should contain non-detergent ingredients that will rinse off easily. When selecting your cleansing cream look for products that contain natural ingredients such as almond, olive or jojoba oils. Below is an easy cleansing recipe for dry skin types:

Honey Cleanser (For Dry Skin)

*Castile soap

1 Teaspoon Honey

Wet face. Pour a little castile soap into the palm of your hand, add honey. Mix honey and soap into a lather, wash face.

*Castile soap is made from vegetable oil as opposed to animal fat like other soaps. Oils used in castile soap include olive, coconut, almond, hemp, and jojoba

Oily skin

Avoid wax-based cleansers, as they are prone to clog pores. An easy recipe for oily skin is as follows:

3 tablespoons oatmeal
2 teaspoons witch hazel
a few drops of water

Dampen oatmeal with few drops of water then add the witch hazel. Apply to your face with an upward and outward circular motion. Rinse with lots of warm water. This recipe is good for all kinds of skin. If you have dry skin add a little oil such as olive oil.

Combination skin

Use a foaming face wash in the morning to keep oily areas at bay. Your evening skin care regime you should use a cream cleanser to soothe the dry areas. The oatmeal recipe above is suited for all skin types and would be useful for combination skin types.

Sensitive skin

Cleanse with gentle, milky, water-soluble lotions and tepid water. Avoid gels or soaps that contain drying alcohol, preservatives, or strong-acting acids. Avoid exfoliating scrubs or astringents, which can cause inflammation.

1 cup dried chamomile

4 tablespoons honey

1 cup milk

8 teaspoons wheat germ

Steep chamomile in milk for a few hours. Strain, keeping liquid. Add honey and wheat germ to liquid mixture. Blend well. Place in a bottle. Refrigerate any used portions. Keeps up to a week.

The ingredients in this recipe add a variety of benefits to your skin. The Chamomile is one of the most used herbs in the cosmetic industry. It is used in soaps and cleansing creams to soothe and soften the skin. The milk a natural alpha hydroxyl acid that helps the skin exfoliates and removes dead skin cells off the surface of the skin. It is very hydrating and soothing to the complexion. The wheat germ contains vitamin E and B, which makes this ingredient nourishing and very soothing. In addition, the granular texture gently sloughs off dead skin cells, which makes it a perfect ingredient for sensitive skin.

For wonderful homemade skin care recipes, including body scrubs, facial peels and masks, etc., visit http://www.CompleteSkinCareTherapy.com

(Carol Belanger)

Green Tea for Beautiful Skin and Healthy Living

Green tea offers so many benefits to the skin and to the body. It contains antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and anti-bacterial properties. It is not a mystery green tea is so popular in the cosmetic industry. Loaded with Vitamin E and C, the antioxidant agents slow the signs of aging externally and provide beneficial vitamins for overall health when taken internally.

Furthermore, recent research has concluded that green tea can prevent cancer. The death rate in Japan from cancer is significantly lower than that in the States. In Japan, green tea is part of their daily staple and consumed as much as 5 to 6 cups a day. This suggests that the main ingredients in green tea (*tannin, **catechin-see definition below) in sufficient amounts can lower the mortality rates of cancer patients.

Additionally, green tea can lower high blood pressure and lower blood sugar levels for those suffering with diabetes or the onset thereof. Caffeinated tea refreshes the body when taken internally; it stimulates the bodys organs and clears the mind. Green tea can lower cholesterol by restricting the excessive buildup of (LDL) cholesterol. Research has also suggested that green tea can inhibit skin cancer due to its protective properties.

Overall, green tea drinkers seem to enjoy better health. The vital ingredient Catechin is 100 times more potent than Vitamin C and 25 times more potent than Vitamin E.

Green Tea Facial Toner

5 green tea bags or several heaping teaspoons of green tea leaves

1/3 to cup fresh herb, chopped (see list below for your specific skin type)

2 cups mineral water or vitamin water

Combine all ingredients in a small pot. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Strain if necessary. Apply with cotton ball. The toner will keep for at least one week in the refrigerator.

Dry skin: Elderflower, linden flowers, and marigold.

Normal skin: chamomile - especially good for antiseptic values, fennel, lemon balm, parsley, and rosemary.

Oily Skin: Chamomile-especially good for antiseptic values, fennel, lemon balm, parsley, rosemary, and peppermint and sage-especially good for antiseptic values.

*Definition of catechin: The antioxidant activity about 25-100 times more potent than vitamins C and E. One cup of green tea may provide 10-40mg of polyphenols and can have an antioxidant activity greater than a serving of broccoli, spinach, carrots, or strawberries. A catechin is effective because it sticks to proteins easily and blocks bacteria from adhering to cell walls. This disrupts their ability to destroy them. The catechin in green tea also prevents viruses from adhering to cell walls and causing harm.

**Definition of Tannin: All tannins act as astringents, shrinking tissues and contracting structural proteins in the skin and mucus.

Carol Belanger, author of 300+

Skin Care Recipes

For more wonderful skin care recipes and products, visit http://www.completeskincaretherapy.com

(Carol Belanger)

Going Abroad For A New You

The human body may be a beautiful piece of machinery, but it does have its imperfections. For some, those imperfections are as slight as a mole on the back, but for others it can be a detriment to their everyday life. Whether we like to believe it or not, we live in a society that puts a great deal of emphasis on beauty, and for some, getting a job can depend as much on their talent as their looks.

Cosmetic surgery is an incredibly popular practice, with 11 million procedures being done in the United States in 2006 alone. In other words, three percent of the American population had cosmetic surgery that year.

With such an influx of individuals going for cosmetic surgery, doctors are often swamped with patients who are looking to improve on their bodies. As well, the costs of cosmetic surgery can run into the several thousands of dollars. Since cosmetic surgery is considered to be an elective procedure, as in it is the patients choice, it is not covered by insurance, which can be a strain on the finances of many people.

Thankfully, other options do exist and all it takes is quick trip over the border or across the ocean.

An increasingly-popular industry, medical tourism, is offering solutions to individuals who want to eliminate the wait times and high costs often associated with cosmetic surgeries. Nowadays, many cosmetic-surgery hopefuls are traveling to India, Thailand, Costa Rica, Hungary, South Africa and Mexico in the hopes of improving on themselves at a fraction of the cost they would pay in America. For example, a full face lift in the United States costs $20,000, while in South Africa the cost will run you only $1,250. Many individuals are able to pay half the cost, which includes staying in a hospital, hotel and airfare to the country of their choice. The low cost is due to favorable exchange rates, lower salaries of the doctors and fewer medical lawsuits, which has a huge effect by giving lower malpractice-insurance costs.

There is a stigma that getting this type of surgery overseas means you will be in less-than-First-World conditions, however this could not be further from the case and most cosmetic surgery hospitals have state of the art equipment and internationally certified doctors and nurses.

While there are tragic stories of people who do not do their research and have surgery performed on them by non-professionals. The vast majority of those who take part in medical tourism find the experience to be everything they thought it would be and more. To prevent your story from becoming tragic, it is important you do your research and ensure you are going to a professional who knows what they are doing. There have been many stories of patients who went to other countries for surgeries, only to be disfigured by shoddy work. Of course, it is important to remember that the same can happen in the United States by going to an unlicensed professional. Always, always do your homework.

Here is a quick list of the dos and donts for cosmetic surgery abroad:

Do go where you know you will get excellent treatment research the medical standards of the facility, as well as the doctors background and talk to their previous patients.

Do Plan Ahead get your passport quickly so you do not have to fight the tourist season.

Do not only rely on the internet it is important you call the places you plan on visiting to find out about their surgery and past patients views of the hospital.

Do ask a surgeon about his training find out if they are trained or practiced in North America and how many years they have doing cosmetic surgery.

Do not cut costs never, ever go with the lowest bidder. It is more important you pay a bit extra to ensure you get the results you are looking for.

Do get everything in writing you need to have all the information about the costs, procedures, consultations and number of nights in the hospital with you. You should also give the contact numbers to family so they can reach you.

Do not take chances do things right and always put your own safety first.

For more information on medical tourism, and to help aid in your search of the best place, not only to visit, but to get your surgery done, visit www.placidway.com.

(Rimi jaiswal)

8 Tips To Manage Your Dry Skin

To maintain healthy and good-looking skin, you will need to follow several precautions by adhering to a good regimen of skin care and management.
