Good cosmetics are not everything. To maintain a healthy and beautiful appearance, our body needs the right amount of movement. Sport has a beneficial impact not only on our figure but also on the appearance of the skin. This is because physical activity improves blood circulation (blood transports nutrients and oxygen). After training, skin cells are oxidized and nourished, and scientific research shows that regular exercises are the key to reversing skin aging process.

Spring workouts will certainly give a positive effect on the appearance of your skin. Therefore, in this part of the blog we offer you a great exercise app that we have already tested: Daily Workouts.

How to renew the skin after the winter? The procedure in 4 steps.

After the winter skin is in bad shape. There is a lot of reasons for it: winter diet richer in fat and lower in vitamins, the time you spend mostly in the warmth of the house, air conditioning. It's no wonder that the skin is not oxygenated, devoid of firmness and seems older. To refresh the skin, I suggest the procedure in four steps.

Step one - cleansing.
Start by removing makeup from the eyes and mouth, and then the rest of your face, till to the chin and neck. Gentle stroke the skin and massage it. Remember to not rub and stretch. Best used cosmetic wipes wetted preparation to wash and change them until the last will be completely clean.
The recommended product: Double Phase Makeup Remover.

Step two - peeling.
Exfoliation of dead skin cells improves skin color for two reasons. First, we get rid of the dead layer of the epidermis, which usually has a grayish color. Secondly, massage when applying the product stimulates blood circulation in the skin and it becomes more beautiful color. Mechanical peels used for skin thicker: oily or mixed - the outer layer of the epidermis is removed, thanks to particles contained in the preparation.

Ever since last year in the pages of the portal lennyletter.com, Alicia Keys published her famous "manifesto": "Time to Uncover", which encourages women to stop hiding themselves under makeup, on Instagram began to appear photos of women without makeup. Celebrities have joined to the trend, and the number of photographs with the #nomakeup hashtag soon exceeded 13 million.
Also calendar for 2017 years released by Pirelli is decorated in a similar style. It includes portraits of actresses nearly makeup-free. The author of photos, German photographer Peter Lindbergh titled the calendar “Emotional”.
I wanted to portray women not in terms of their perfection, but through their feelings and emotions. That’s why I called this edition of the Calendar Emotional: not some artificial perfection, but the real world and the emotions that well up behind the faces of these women - Lindbergh said. The calendar includes portraits of actresses Jessica Chastain, Penélope Cruz, Nicole Kidman, Rooney Mara, Helen Mirren, Julianne Moore, Lupita Nyong’o, Charlotte Rampling, Lea Seydoux, Uma Thurman, Alicia Vikander, Kate Winslet, Robin Wright and Zhang Ziyi. Lindbergh also photographed a Russian political theory professor, Anastasia Ignatova. Rather than putting make-up on women before a photo shoot, Lindbergh captures their natural beauty and doesn’t retouch the pics.

In a time when women are represented in the media and everywhere else, as ambassadors of perfection and youth, I thought it was important to remind everyone that there is a different beauty, more real and truthful and not manipulated by commercial or any other interests, a beauty which speaks about individuality, courage to be yourself and your own private sensibility - said Lindbergh.
Photographs from the calendar confirms the thesis that the makeup for women is a supplement, not a main element of her image, it is to emphasize the qualities of beauty, and not replace it. More important than how we think, that we should look, is that with what we feel good. So in 2017 be good for yourself.

How to get rid of dark spots and lighten the skin?

Freckles give a woman glamour, but if on our face appear dark spots, it's not so funny. The blame for the darker or lighter skin spots carries the pigment located in the skin: melanin. The more it is, the skin has a darker hue. This pigment protects the skin from harmful UV radiation. Exposed to the sun, skin produces it more, to create a barrier against UV radiation. The result is suntan. Melanin also causes dark spots, that are the result of its uneven deployment.

The formation of discoloration is primarily related to hormonal and genetic factors and exposure of the skin to ultraviolet radiation, and therefore a key element to combat hyperpigmentation on the skin is sun protection. When there will appear unwanted changes on the skin, you should protect your skin from the sun. Protection will provide eg. a good sunscreen, preferably with a high UV protection (50+). The most common places of occurrence of hyperpigmentation are: the face, neck and backs of your hands. To get rid of dark spots, before we choose a more invasive methods, we can try first household remedies:

LEMON JUICE
Vitamin C, contained in lemon, can whiten unwanted stain. The easiest way: you can put slices of lemon on the dark spots on the skin (30 minutes). You can also wipe places on the skin with a cotton ball, soaked with lemon, sugar and honey (juice of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons of honey).

BAKING SODA
Mix a tablespoon of baking soda with a little water and put it on the dark spot. After a few minutes, we wash off with water. Soda gives lightening skin effect.

CASTOR OIL
Soak a cotton ball in castor oil and put on discoloration. Castor oil moisturizes and firms the skin, has anti-wrinkle effect.

POTATO
Grated, raw potato (or potato slices), potato mixed with honey can remove unwanted stains. We can also mix a paste of grated potato with yogurt and lemon juice.

CUCUMBER
Wraps face with slices of cucumber, cucumber has moisturizing, refreshing, relieves inflammation.

Using the above treatments, you should remember about strict protection of the skin from sunlight. Experts recommend carrying out such operations when there is no strong sun, so if you plan this kind of treatment, winter is a good season.

For many years to washing of eye makeup I used standard micellar fluid. But I decided to switch to a two-phase fluids, hoping that better cope with mascara and it doesn't irritate the eyes.I tested a lot of them and because of the lack of effect on what I was hoping I was going to get back into micelles. I read on some blog about organic cosmetics and finally I found. If you see signs of aging of your skin, cosmetics that you have used so far, you should replace on cosmetics “for the mature skin”. The term "mature skin" is not closely associated with age. The onset of skin aging depends on many factors, and therefore this condition can concern to younger and older people.
