Developed by Restless Creations in London, It uses a virtual head set to immerse the user in luxury spa surroundings. Your time in the can be spent checking out all the rooms, gardens and facilities, or making some new ones if you like. You can plug your own selection of relaxing music into the game and even book in for a lovely <a target="_blank" href="http://www.thesanctuary.co.uk/body-exfoliation-treatments.htm">body polish</a> and massage if you’d like. There is an optional attachment of a vibrating chair pad that can simulate having different spa treatments.The game is constantly evolving and new activities such as tennis, and pool are being added all the time.</p>
<p> According to the developers after playing the game for twenty minutes, you could reduce your heart rate by as much as thirty percent. They hope to aim the product as people who suffer from stress or anxiety or who love spa days but don’t necessarily have the money to pay for them frequently. <p> Das Geheimnis, wie Du schnell wieder Motivation haben kannst, liegt in den Fragen, die Du Dir stellst. Denn das Leben gibt Dir immer die Antworten passend zu den Fragen, die Du Dir stellst. Das ist das Geheimnis für schnelle Motivation! <img src='http://www.jcipleaders.info/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p> Dazu ein kleines Beispiel: Wenn Du Dich zum Beispiel fragst: Oh, mein Gott, warum kann ich das nur nicht? Wieso versage ich immer wieder? Wieso hab ich bloss nicht? Dann kommen aus Deinem Kopf wahrscheinlich ziemlich schnell die Antworten: Weil Du es nicht kannst - weil Du zu doof bist - und ähnlich wenig hilfreiches Zeug&#8230; das Ergebnis? Deine Motivation ist gleich null&#8230; denn wenn dieses miese Gefühl des Klein-Seins verspürst, dann hast Du auch keine Motivation irgendetwas zu tun&#8230; Das ist auch der Grund, warum ich solche Fragen &#8220;dämliche Fragen&#8221; nenne&#8230; <img src='http://www.jcipleaders.info/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p> Doch was könnte passieren, wenn Du anfängen würdest, Dir ganz andere Fragen zu stellen? Was ist dann mit Deiner Motivation passiert?! Stell Dir mal vor, Du stellst Dir folgende Frage: Hey, was wird mir heute wohl noch alles wundervolles passieren? Oder: Wie nett werden die Menschen sein, auf die heute noch treffen werde? Oder: Wie viel Erfolg mir heute wohl noch zu fliegen wird? Kannst Du fühlen, was mit Deiner Motivation passiert?! <img src='http://www.jcipleaders.info/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' /> Sie geht steil nach oben. Und wenn Du grad in einer schwierigen Situation steckst, dann gibt es auch hier hilfreiche Fragen, die Dir helfen, Deine Motivation nach oben zu bringen:</p>
<p> Wie kann ich dieses Problem schnell, effektiv und einfach lösen?<br /> Welche Ressourcen habe ich in mir, um dieses Problem zu lösen?<br /> Wer kann mir dabei helfen?<br /> Wie habe ich solche Probleme in der Vergangenheit schon gelöst?<br /> Könnte es nicht sein, dass ich das Problem auch dieses mal ganz einfach gelöst bekomme?!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Web 2.0 social networking sites such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook can be extremely helpful tools in the current business climate. They can be employed to keep business associates in the loop about current happenings in realtime. They supply a venue to hook up with potential clients, polish a digital rolodex, and exchange concepts. LinkedIn provides forum space for this last purpose. For the change facilitator, this could be a wonderful chance to compare notes with others involved in the business change profession. </p>
<p>One massive benefit of forums is that they can serve as sounding boards to prevent the development of tunnel vision. It can be simple to get locked into one modality per business change, but sound feedback from other business change facilitators can expose unknown weaknesses. Sadly , with the benefits that social networking sites offer come the unavoidable disadvantages. Forums can simply turn into gripe sessions that will effect or represent biases in the work environment.</p>
<p>A common complaint among business change pros is that executives get in the way of the method. When this perspective is perpetuated in social networking it can bleed into the change facilitator&#8217;s interactions with their client. This creates a hostile working relationship that&#8217;s less likely to provide a successful business change.</p>
<p>Like any generalization, the idea bosses get in the way does not square up to evaluation. There will be the occasional executive that is against the business change process and works to derail it. These managers shouldn&#8217;t be considered representative. A change facilitator would not have been brought into the picture if the customer wasn&#8217;t serious about the process. Management has more than one concern when it comes to the business change process.</p>
<p>They are required to consider the creation of a successful change and keeping the business moving. Change projects tend to be disruptive and can be time intensive affairs, but shoppers must be supplied with services or services. Bosses must balance the wants of both the business change and the business at hand. While they may appear to be obstructing the method, it&#8217;s important for the change professional to bear in mind the opposed desires executives are handling in the process.</p>
