Later than never, the reason why it fails is because your credential are not part of the forest you are trying to bind to. The only reliable way is Kerberos but as soon as you have this, you don't need LDAP binds.

Same logic works very well on Cyrillic datasets when you require transliteration, for example for generating accoutnames and so on.

Could you make sure that we can see the structure of the article. I saw that you made the effort to prioritize information ... unfortunately it does not show! I do not notice the titles, such as "Authorization" or "Managing Objects", you took the trouble to put in H3 tags. It is the same for lists under each title.
